Effects
When Usagi and Mamoru started dating, everyone saw a difference in the pair. There were a few changes to their everyday behaviour and moods but the interaction between them changed too. Everyone thought it was a good change.
The usually uptight Chiba Mamoru, a twenty year old medical student had once been the most beautiful man that anyone had seen but had a heart that was as cold as ice. He was polite, but he could never make the connection with a girl. He was always distant and hard to reach in his quiet state. He was perfect and intimidating, immaculate and hyper-intelligent to the point of being able to make anyone feel stupid and inferior with a single sentence.
His best friend noticed that not even a week after he'd officially started dating one Tsukino Usagi, that Mamoru was much more relaxed and approachable. He was friendlier, warmer and was able to keep conversation going when it once would have stopped after 'how are you?'. He smiled a lot more too, he usually only smiled when he was arguing with Usagi, now it seemed he'd smile at just about anything whether it was a joke over the radio or a dog he passed in the street. He was clumsier too, he tripped and stumbled, nearly fell off stools and dropped cutlery.
He was able to laugh it off too.
Usagi on the other hand had once been constantly late, hyper-active and could never concentrate on her work for more then five minutes. She'd ended up on her nose or her rear after every five steps and was often running everywhere she went. She ate constantly and often deafened people stood around her with her whiney complaints.
With Mamoru around she calmed. She was quieter and seemed more thoughtful. She got help with her work and her grades rose, she started waking up earlier too, at school ten minutes early looking presentable and graceful. She didn't look like she'd run a marathon anymore which she usually did.
Furuhata Motoki, manager of the Crown Arcade, Best friend of Chiba Mamoru and cousin of Tsukino Usagi pondered the changes between them for a while. It was strange to see small traits moving between them, Usagi waking up earlier and being on time, Mamoru being generally more laid back and less proper.
He asked about it one day, five days after Mamoru had been talked into asking her out finally. The reply was really kind of simple in Mamoru fashion
"It's Usagi's fault. She has that effect on me"

Ah, inspired by my lovelife lol. Went for a walk on friday morning with my boyfriend and his friend while we had a break and he stumbled twice. His friend asked why he kept tripping up and he said it was my effect on him, sweet huh? But I was taking the mickey out of him for it last night after I admitted that I'd been waking up earlier since I've met him. My mother actually commented that he's had a good effect on me, I'm generally more pleasant and don't snap as much, up earlier and not late.
Hope that this is ok, was short and brief but I wanted it that way lol
