Welcome Ultras to the latest chapter of The Ultra 10 Chronicles: Volume 2: A Hero Earth Needs! I was debating whether I would be able to get this chapter out today, or if I would have to wait another week. However, I did quite a bit of writing yesterday and today, and I am happy to say that I got it finished! So here it is!
Just a reminder, if you haven't voted in the poll as to whether or not Sandra lives, you are almost out of time to vote. The poll is ending this next Saturday, the 3rd of July, so make sure you vote, or share your opinion in a review!
There is just one trigger warning in this chapter. A case of choice language, which is in the paragraph after the one which starts with, "I think we've made it, Ben said..." Other than that, the chapter should be good to read!
Soundtrack for this chapter is "Rooftops (A Liberation Broadcast)" by Lostprophets. It portrays the chaotic situation that both the PLUMMERs and Ben/Gwen are in, as well as the pain Maddi is going through. You can listen to it oin youtube by going to /watch?v=pZSgg5rV64Y.
Enjoy the chapter!
The Ultra 10 Chronicles: Volume 2: A Hero Earth Needs
Chapter 41: Disappearing
Ben ran down the street, Gwen following behind him. Most people were staying inside their houses, and you couldn't blame them either. Knowledge about aliens, until literally minutes ago, wasn't widely known. And whoever did know about aliens certainly knew about Vilgax, which only prompted them to stay in their houses even more. Up ahead of them, Ben heard one of the loud drones turn down the street they were on.
"Down here!" Ben gasped as he pulled Gwen down a side street, away from the drone. He made several more turns down random streets, just trying to stay away from any of the drones walking past.
"Where are we heading?" Gwen whispered.
"I've got no idea," Ben whispered back. "Just anywhere where those robots aren't!" Not hearing any of the drones clanking by, Ben emerged from the shadows with Gwen, and started to walk down the sidewalk through the neighborhood. One of the drones turned down the road they were on, and head their way, though it was still a ways away.
"Over here!" A voice hissed out. Ben and Gwen shot their faces towards the voice, seeing an older man beckoning to them from across the street. "Over here, fast!" Ben and Gwen decided to trust their luck, and made their way across the street. Running across the lawn, they made it inside the door just as the Vilgaxian drone marched by. The older man shut the door and secured the deadbolt lock. Only after the robot had continued on its way did all three let out a sigh of relief. The man turned away from the door, looking at the two teenagers he'd just let into his house.
"I do not recognize," he said. "Where you from?" The man looked foreign, like he'd grown up in a climate much warmer than Bellwood most of his life.
"I'm Ben," Ben introduced himself. "This is Gwen." Gwen gave a polite wave of her hand.
"Thanks for letting us in," Ben said.
"Why you two outside?" The man asked, still struggling with his English slightly. "It dangerous outside."
"We, uh…" Ben started, trying to come up with a believable story.
"We were in the park," Gwen interjected. "Then those things came down, and we were trying to get home."
"No go now," the stranger said. "Too dangerous. You go later, stay here tonight." He made a beckoning motion like he was inviting them into his house, except that they were already inside.
"We're very grateful," Ben smiled. "But we don't even know your name."
"Yes," the man said, slightly flustered, like he'd forgotten something so obvious and natural it was embarrassing. "My name! My name Adapas!" The older man took a slight bow at his introduction. "You say Ada!"
"Ada?" Ben asked, making sure he understood what their new friend was saying. Ada smiled and nodded enthusiastically. "We're really grateful for letting us inside your house…"
"But you should stay away from us," Gwen said. "We kind of attract bad luck." Ada shook his head.
"No!" He said.
"No?" Gwen asked confused.
"No, not bad," Ada said again, pointing at Gwen. "Different. Not bad. Different luck, make you learn."
"Even so," Ben said. "Our different luck can be destructive." Ada smiled.
"I teacher. My home school," he said. "Now come, eat!" He walked through the living room towards the kitchen, beckoning the duo to follow him.
"I guess there's no dissuading him," Ben said. Gwen shrugged and followed Ada into the kitchen."
On the streets of Bellwood
Max swung his pipe into the drone he'd been stalking behind. The vibrations rang up his arm as the pipe cracked through the alloy of the robot's head. The drone's wiring fizzed and popped, and the whole drone fell to the ground, disabled.
"This is more like it," Max said, as he dropped the pipe and picked up the drone's arm. Stomping down on it, he broke it off from the body at the elbow, and jammed his hand into the wiring that still were coming out of it. Inside, he grabbed hold of a wire, which he squeezed.
"PEW!" The shot rang out, as Max let go of the wire, partly out of surprise, partly out of habit.
"Well, I got this one working," he said. "I'd better make good use of it." Off to the side, he heard the metallic sound of another drone marching up. Max took off toward it, raising his new gun to aim. The unsuspecting machine walked around the corner, stopping a moment to scan the area. Max seized on the moment, firing the arm at the drone.
"PEW!" The energy blast contacted with the drone, burning a hole through its chest. The head whirled around to Max, raising both of its arms to fire at the threat. In response, Max somersaulted to the side, his old bones screaming in protest. He ignored them as he raised his gun again when he came to a stop and fired at the drone again. This time, the shot hit the head, leaving a hole through where the nose would have been, had it been human. As it was, it was not human, though essential wires fizzed and sparked from the corners of the hole.
The drone froze in place, and tipped backward, falling onto the pavement. Max stood up from his spot off the ground, lowering his gun to his side.
"That's another one down," he muttered to himself. He heard several shouts up ahead, and he raised his gun-arm to the ready before running off in the direction of the shouts. Coming up to the next street, he looked down the ways to see one of his agents having a tussle with a drone.
The agent had jumped onto the back of the robot, holding the drone in an armlock. The drone was trying to reach back behind itself to grab at the PLUMMER agent, but was having a hard time at it. Still, the agent was barely holding on as it swung her around like a rag doll.
"Hey! Circuit-brains!" Max shouted the insult as he ran towards the drone. "Get a load of me!" Finally, the drone noticed him, turning to face him, its arms raised to fire at him. At the moment, all thought about the agent hanging onto its neck was forgotten about.
"PEW!" The shot fired at Max, whizzing by him only a few feet away. In response, Max dove to the side, pressing himself up to the nearest building for as good of cover as he could get. It wasn't much at all, and he could still be easily hit. Max raised his gun, firing at the drone. However, he was much farther away than he had been on the last one, and his aim certainly took a hit. His shot just grazed one of its shoulders.
"Agent 44," Max shouted. "Take out the head!" The agent only grunted, not specifically telling if they heard Max, but she did grab for the head of the drone. Giving it a hard yank, there was a loud crack, followed by the head spinning slightly to the side.
"VISUAL IMPUT SENSORS DAMAGED," the drone protested. "TARGETING ARRAY COMPROMISED." With that, Max ran forward from his improvised cover, aiming his gun at the drone. A shot from his gun hit the drone in the chest, and then another hit to the chest. The drone creaked, before toppling to the ground in a puff of dust.
"Agent 44!" Max called out. "Are you alright?" The PLUMMER coughed as she got to her feet, hitting the dust off of her uniform.
"Yeah, Max, I think I am alright," she said in between coughs.
"We should be addressing each other by our rank," Max repeated the often-repeated command. "It protects us from being exposed.
"Look around us, Max," Agent 44 said. "There aren't that many people around to worry about. Besides, after this, the PLUMMERs are going to have to come out of hiding…" Max thought about that for a moment.
"I just hope that command was able to set up a defensive grid," she said.
"It doesn't look like its operational yet," Max replied, looking up into the sky. "I haven't seen any firefights yet."
"What do you think that could mean?" Agent 44 asked.
"I don't know Agent… Sarah," Max resisted the urge to call her by her rank. "But I know that if the Earth ever needed the PLUMMERs, it's right now. And I'm not going to give up to Vilgax without a fight!"
"How do you think he escaped?" Sarah asked. "From the Null Void, I mean?"
"I don't know," Max sighed. "To my knowledge, it hasn't been done before. Maybe there's a defector in our ranks, or maybe he found someone with the technology to get him out. Either way, he's out, and we've got to stop him." Max glared down at the drone.
"This drone's guns look a bit shot, but let's see if we can't scavenge you something functional out of it." Sarah nodded, and the two agents started dissembling the drone's arm, trying to get a working gun out of it.
Several hours later
Ben and Gwen had finished the stew that Ada had made them, and were now lying in the makeshift beds he had made them in his living room. The pillows were comfy enough, and the quilts were warm, but it was still oddly silent in the house.
"Ben?" Gwen whispered from her spot on the small couch. "Are you awake?"
"These quilts aren't a five-star hotel, so yeah, I'm finding it a bit hard to go to sleep," came Ben's reply.
"You shouldn't complain, Ada did his best to make it as comfortable as he could," Gwen chided him.
"I didn't mean to complain," Ben replied. "It was all we could do to convince him to keep his own bed." He took a deep breath.
"So, what was it you were asking?"
"I… I can't stop thinking about my parents," Gwen admitted, her voice wavering ever so slightly. "I mean, we would leave them all summer when we'd go on road trips with Grandpa, but at least we knew they were safe, you know?"
"I get it," Ben replied. "I feel the same about my parents everyday while they are in the hospital. Like I should be able to protect them, or at least be there. But I just can't. Like no matter how hard you try, you can't protect them."
"Yeah," Gwen said quietly. "It feels awful… I just miss when life was simpler, and we'd leave all summer to spend with Grandpa, and we didn't have any worries about anyone else while we were gone." Ben furrowed his eyebrows at the continued talk about his grandpa.
"Gwen?" He waited until she turned to him. "There's something that I found out about Grandpa Max tonight…" Gwen sat up in her bed.
"What's that?" She asked, a hint of worry in her voice.
"He… well, he's not exactly who we thought he was," Ben stumbled out.
"What are you talking about?" Gwen said, a greater sign of worry in her voice.
"You know how he's a plumber, right?" Ben asked. Gwen nodded her head. "And how he's always gone on someone's emergency?" Gwen nodded her head again.
"Well those emergencies may not have much to do with leaky pipes…" Ben suggested.
"What are you getting at?" Gwen asked. Ben took a deep breath.
'Okay, moment of truth,' he thought.
"I saw him downtown at Wally's grocery. He was there after Alex's base exploded," Ben said.
"Was he alright?" Gwen asked. "He didn't get hurt, did he?"
"He was a little more than alright," Ben said. "He was commanding the PLUMMER agents. Gwen, I think he's a member of the PLUMMERs." Ben let that sit for a moment.
"But… how?" Gwen asked.
"I don't know really anything else about it myself," Ben said. "Only that Grandpa Max is Agent 10 of the PLUMMERs. I recognized him from working with him before."
"Think of it, all this time working with Grandpa Max, and not knowing it was him!" Gwen exclaimed. "Do you think we should tell him?"
"He's kept his PLUMMER life secret from us all these years," Ben said. "And knowing Grandpa, it was for a good reason. I think we follow his advice, and keep our identities hidden for now."
"Fair enough," Gwen said. She laid back down in her bed. She took a deep breath and held it for a second before blowing it out.
"It was sure nice of Ada to let us stay here," Gwen said. "But if those drones start searching the houses, then we've got to get out of here before they come. We can't let Ada get hurt for helping us."
"I agree," Ben said. "We should leave at first light. Before Ada is awake to try to persuade us to stay."
"It's settled then, see you in the morning," Gwen said as she rolled over to get some sleep.
Early morning hours, PLUMMER Command Center
"I need a status update on those shields!" Agent 01 demanded. He was standing at a communications console amongst the chaos of the base. Agents scrambled every which way, trying to quickly power up or key in, or align their various jobs. It was a mad house, only thinly veiled by order.
"They are still powering up," Agent S32 shouted his reply. "It'll be another ten minutes before they're ready to engage!"
"Do it the moment they are ready!" Agent 01 shouted. "Status on ground-based artillery!"
"They are powered up and ready to fire, but without those shields…"
"I'll worry about the shields!" Agent 01 said. "You lock those cannons on Vilgax's ship, and you hold until I give you the word! And why don't I have a link up with our satellites?"
"Vilgax is scrambling our signals," another agent shouted. He was typing furiously on the computer in front of him. "We've been trying to break it and establish a connection, but nothing's worked yet!"
"Send a tether," Agent 01 commanded. "Link us manually to our satellites!"
"But Vilgax is scrambling us!" The agent protested. "If we launch a tether, he's going to shoot it down!"
"Launch all of then, at the same time!" Agent 01 commanded. "He can't shoot them all!"
"But…" the agent was cut off.
"That is an ORDER, agent!" Agent 01 shouted. The agent nodded his head.
"Preparing to launch the tethers," he said. "Launch will be in exactly one minute." Just at that moment, a badly damaged transport van came screeching through the deployment tunnel. It pulled up to a stop, and several agents stepped out.
"Where's the commanding officer!" Phil shouted as he hobbled from the van.
"What is it?" Agent 01 replied. "And for Earth's sake, make it quick!"
"I brought back the wounded agents who were dispatched to take down Alex Animal," Phil gasped. "But there are other agents out there that are fighting for their lives who need picked up too! There's dead agents that need to have their bodies retrieved as well!"
"We are a little preoccupied with the situation here, and I need all the agents I can get!" Agent 01 said. "We're preparing for an all out war, and we can't even see what we're shooting at yet!"
"Tethers are ready, sir!"
"Fire them now!" Agent 01 commanded.
"Sir, I'll pick them up myself, I just need a functional van," Phil offered.
"Take one, but I'm going to need you back here in an hour, no questions asked. If there's still agents out there, we're going to need to find them later," Agent 01 said
"Understood," Phil shouted, as he hobbled off towards one of the transportation vans. Getting inside, he started it up, and punched the gas, speeding out of the deployment tunnel.
"Shields are charged, sir," Agent S32 informed him.
"Activate them! And start firing the cannons at his ship!" Agent 01 shouted. "How are we looking on our tethers!"
"We've lost almost thirty percent already," Agent B62 informed. "They are getting shot to ribbons, I don't think they're going to make it!"
"We're going to change their odds," Agent 01 said. "Fire on Vilgax's heavy cannons! That should provide some cover!"
"Agent 01!" Another voice shouted out for his attention. "My men are armored and ready for deployment!"
"Hold your men Agent 36," Agent 01 replied. "We're going to take out some of Vilgax's auto-defenses before we send your detachment out."
Ada's house
Ben woke up and glanced at his cell phone. The display read five in the morning. He also noticed that he still didn't have any service. Any reception had been cut out since last night when Vilgax had appeared.
"Gwen," Ben whispered. "It's time for us to get moving." Gwen reluctantly woke up. She got up out of her bed, and slipped her shoes on.
"Got everything?" She asked.
"Like what?" Ben replied, slipping on his own shoes. "We didn't come with anything."
"Right, stupid question," Gwen said. "Let's go then." The two teenagers made their way to the front door and quietly opened it. Ben poked his head outside, glancing around.
"It doesn't look like anyone is up yet," Ben said. "No drones either. We should be good to go." Gwen nodded and followed him out the door, closing it shut behind her. They made their way down the street, stopping and holding their breath at every slight sound they heard.
"Where are we going to go?" Gwen asked.
"I thought the park might be a temporary place to stay," Ben replied. "It generally is void of people, and WildVine can make us a shelter that fits right into the forest." Gwen nodded. Slowly, they made their way towards Ross Park, taking several detours when they ran into a squad of drones. Finally, after almost an hour of creeping and detouring, they made it to the park's edge.
"I think we've made it," Ben said, a sigh of relief on his lips. No sooner had he said that, than the sky lit up with lights and explosions as Vilgax's ship was fired on by some unknown guns.
"What the hell!" Ben whispered, as both he and Gwen looked up into the sky.
"It must be the military, or the PLUMMERs," Gwen concluded. "At least someone is fighting back against Vilgax!"
"Hopefully that'll draw his attention away from us," Ben said. "At least long enough for us to figure out how to take him out."
Julie's apartment
Maddisen slowly opened her eyes, blinking at the light that burned her eyes. Her waist hurt like nothing else, and she immediately let out a gasp of pain. Julie turned around to look at her.
"Woah," Julie said, putting her hands on Maddi's shoulders to try to calm her down. "Easy there, you've been through quite the experience."
"My waist," Maddi groaned. "It hurts!"
"We've got some pain-killer for you," Julie said. "But I'm afraid its only going to lessen the pain." She handed her some pills along with a cup of water, which Maddi quickly drank.
"Where am I?" She asked, as soon as she had finished the water.
"You're in Julie's apartment," Cooper said, walking over to her. Maddi looked around, seeing her cousin also in the apartment. "We had to bring you back here after you got hurt taking down Alex Animal."
"What happened? Did we take him down?" Maddi asked.
"Yeah, we took down Alex," Julie said. "But the situation is much worse than we had hoped it would be after we took him down."
"Where's Gwen?" Maddi asked.
"That's what Julie's talking about," Ellie spoke up. "Do you remember Vilgax?"
"A little," Maddi admitted. "What about him?"
"He showed up right after Alex was taken down," Cooper said. "And he put a hit out on Ben's head. So both he and Gwen are in hiding now." Maddi's head hurt from trying to process all of the information.
"So why aren't we hiding with them?" Maddi asked.
"Well for one, we're not as high-profile as Ultra 10 or Lucky Girl," Cooper said.
"The other reason, is that you were unconscious, and we needed to operate on your legs," Julie said, a slight hesitation in her voice.
"My legs?" Maddisen asked in confusion. She tried to wiggle her toes, but she felt nothing. An emptiness where her feet should have been. "I-I can't feel my feet!" Maddi gasped, panic filling her by the moment. "Guys, I can't feel my legs!"
"Calm down," Cooper urged her, pressing down her shoulders onto the table. "We know, and we're working on that!"
"But my legs!" Maddi gasped. "I can't feel them!"
"Maddi," Ellie tried to calm down her cousin with her familiar voice. "That was what Julie was operating on, they're sedated!"
"Why would they be sedated?" Maddi asked, still panicked, but trying to grasp onto anything that could calm her down.
"You've had severe damage to your legs," Julie told her. "We had to operate to keep them from getting even more infected then they were." Maddi nodded, taking a steadying breath, trying to calm herself.
"But… they're going to be okay, right?" Maddi asked. There was a moment of silence in the air. "They're going to be okay, right?" Maddi asked again, louder this time.
"Maddi, you're going to want to calm down before we tell you what's happened," Julie cautioned.
"Why would I need to calm down?" Maddi asked, panic again the dominate emotion in her voice. "What's happened to my legs?"
"Maddi," Ellie tried to calm down her cousin. "You were bitten in your legs, and the infections centered there. We had to cut bits of infected muscle out…"
"As well as parts of the nerves running through your legs," Julie said. "I'm sorry, I had no choice. It was either that, or lose your legs, or even worse."
"What are you saying?" Maddi demanded of her friends.
"You're paralyzed," Cooper said. "Like me, you're paralyzed in your legs." That took Maddi by surprise. She stopped struggling for a while, in shock trying to process what Cooper had told her.
"No," Maddi muttered. Then, louder, "No, you're lying! I don't know what kind of a joke you're playing, but you're lying!"
"Maddisen," Julie said.
"He's lying, right?" Maddisen looked to Julie with tears in her eyes. "They're only sedated, or numb or something, right?"
"I'm sorry," Julie said. "But Cooper's-"
"No!" Maddi shouted. She turned to look at her cousin. "Ellie? Are you in on it too? Please just tell me that they're numb!" Ellie looked away.
"I… I'm sorry," Ellie said. "But it's true." Maddisen burst into tears. She started sobbing into her pillow.
"No! No! No!" She wailed. "No, it can't be! I can't be!" She continued crying for a moment. Julie tried to put her hand on Maddi's shoulder to comfort her, only to have Maddi swat it away.
"Don't touch me!" She shouted through her tears.
"Maddi," Ellie tried.
"No!" She shouted.
"Maddi," Ellie tried again. "Cooper-"
"It's not fair!" Ellie shouted in her tears, her sobbing turning into tears of anger. "Cooper can walk! Why can't I?" She shouted.
"Maddi," Cooper tried to explain. "I need to talk to you about-"
"No!" Maddi shouted, throwing her pillow at Cooper, who caught it in his hands.
"Cooper, maybe you should leave for a little bit," Julie said. "Give her a chance to calm down." Cooper nodded.
"Good idea, let me know when she calms down," he said, stepping back. He handed the pillow to Ellie, who took it with a nod.
"No!" Maddi shouted at Cooper. "Go away!" Cooper exited the room, heading outside to wait on the front step. Maddi sobbed again, helpless as she laid on the table in Julie's apartment. Carefully, Ellie rested her hand on Maddi's shoulder, comforting her cousin. Thankfully, Maddi didn't try to hit her hands away.
"Maddi?" Ellie tried again to talk to her cousin. Maddi didn't respond, still sobbing on the table. "Maddi, Cooper's got a plan to let you walk again." Maddi's sobbing lessened a little, though it didn't stop.
"The nano-mech," Ellie continued carefully. "They can act as the connection between the nerves in your legs, just like in Cooper's. However, there is a downside." Maddi quieted her sobbing enough to ask a question.
"What's the downside?" She asked.
"The nano-mech will restore the nerves in your legs," Julie quietly spoke up. "But that means that all of your nerves will be repaired. Meaning that it is going to be painful, really painful."
"All of the pain receptors that are going off in your legs right now will be back online, and you are going to feel the pain, every time you take a step."
"But, I'll be able to walk?" Maddi asked, stifling her tears.
"Yes," Julie said. "You'll be able to walk. Run too, if you can deal with the pain."
"I… I want to walk," Maddi said, turning to look at Julie and Ellie. Her eyes were red and puffy from the crying. "Even with the pain, I want to walk."
"Then, can we have Cooper come back in here?" Ellie asked. Maddi gave her a nod. "Yeah, he's the one to do it, right?" Julie nodded.
"That's right. He's going to be the one to give you the ability to walk again." Julie nodded to Ellie, who ran to the front door, to let Cooper back inside.
"The longer we wait, the more the nerves could die," Julie said. "So we need to start it right away, alright?" Maddi nodded, still sniffling.
"I'm ready," she said bravely.
"The procedure is going to hurt pretty bad," Cooper said. "Even worse once the nerves are connected.
"Just get it over with," Maddi said. Cooper nodded. His eyes glowed blue, and a vial of nano-mech he had in his hands opened up, the mech swirling into the air before slowly sinking into Ellie's abdomen. Ellie let out a cry of pain once the mech entered her skin, and started making its way down to her waist.
A/N:
That's it for the chapter. Yeah, it plays over only a couple of hours, but this next chapter is going to speed the pace back up a bit. What did you think of it, though? The PLUMMERs are putting up a fight against Vilgax, but how long do you think that is going to last, or are they going to be successful in driving him off? Is Ben going to help them defeat Vilgax, or is Vilgax going to find Ben first? Maddi's going to walk again, but she's probably not going to be able to do too much physically. Is someone going to take her place, or is she going to continue as Steel Girl, despite her handicap? If she's not continuing as Steel Girl, how do you think she's going to continue supporting Team Ultra? Any other ideas, projections, or critiques? Leave them below in a review! And don't forget to leave a favorite and a follow! Thanks for reading, and have an awesome day!
Review Responses:
debaruncy12: Heh heh, no rest for the good guys. Vilgax has great timing, I mean, from the baddie's point of view. Hope Maddie recovers soon. Also hope there isn't too much collateral damage in the ensuing fight. Ultra 10 is really going to get a J. type hater soon. All in all, another great chapter.
Hey, Debaruncy! Yes, Vilgax has excellent timing in the last chapter. But from his point of view, he's hacked the PLUMMER's radio signals for some time, (clear back in Volume 1, when he first attacked.) and he was just waiting for a time that seemed to be best for him to invade with the least amount of resistance from the PLUMMERs. And as soon as he saw it, he took it.
As for a J type hater, I'm not quite sure I know what you mean. Perhaps a "Joker type" of hater? Either way, yeah, there's certainly a split in the public as to whether Ben is a hero, or a criminal. And Vilgax's invasion is only going to further radicalize both sides of the split. And the PLUMMERs aren't doing too well either with the invasion. Their cover is all but blown, and they're going to have to come out public here soon. Thanks for the review!
WhiteNinja489: Quick question, will Ben have the problem with GhostFreak like in the original? I know in Omniverse he was able to turn into GhostFreak without issue, but that was only because the Ectonurite DNA was artificial. (Meaning no consciousness to worry about) I remember you saying this was the complete Omnitrix so he shouldn't have that issue. But it is fanfiction so I guess you can do whatever.
Thanks for the question, WhiteNinja489! if you read Volume 1, you might remember an instance in Chapter 12 where Ben had a problem with his Omnitrix, specifically with WildVine. However, Cooper was able to help him solve it in the short-term. The part Cooper made was only ever designed to be a temporary fix, and Ben has been treating the Omnitrix pretty roughly, so I wouldn't be surprised if he starts having problems with it in the chapters coming up. Perhaps its something the Omnitrix will self-correct, or perhaps it will be more like his trouble with GhostFreak in the original, or like the Ultimate forms in Ultimate Alien. Good question!
Signed2TheHeat: Back to back, smoke on all cylinders! Sheeesh!
Thanks for the review! Yeah, just about everyone is struggling to keep their heads above water right now. Ben, Gwen, Maddi, Team Ultra, the PLUMMERs. It's chaotic, and a perfect situation for crime to skyrocket.
