Chapter 51: Oracion Seis

Last time on Ultimate Fairy…

Ultimate Terraspin levitated himself through the holes his attack and Zero had made, landing back in the lacrima chamber.

He smiled in satisfaction at seeing the destroyed lacrima. He then turned his gaze to Zero, who was sprawled out across the room. His body was covered in gnarly burns, his hair was spiked up in comical fashion, and his clothing was ripped to shreds.

"Told you I wasn't messing around… and to get out of my way. Didn't I, Zero?" Ultimate Terraspin narrowed his intense, glowing green eyes at the defeated madman.

"...ugh…" Zero could only groan before passing out from pained exhaustion.

Ultimate Terraspin looked his body over in excitement. "That was certainly something. Thanks grandma…"

"That doesn't sound good." Ultimate Terraspin said as he heard and felt Nirvana rumbling "time to go!" he said while unable to spin like a helicopter he was able to fly on his own but with fire around him shooting off like a blazing comet, he went and grab Jellal and begrudgingly Zero blazing through the hallways quickly making it back to the top of Nirvana and came back to a familiar location 'damn it!' he thought to seeing Cobra and the former snake "I'm gonna swoop down and you grab them do you understand!" he said looking at Jellal on his back who nodded.

Jellal nodded as he held onto Ben and held his hand out grabbing both Cobra and the girl.

Ultimate Terraspin thought hoping everyone could hear him or at the very least Hibiki could.

Ultimate Terraspin was brought out of his thoughts as the Omnitrix began to beep and flash red "oh you gotta be kidding me." he said rushing toward the ground near Cait Shelter and unfortunately for Ben and his passengers they were still a few feet in the air when he changed back so the landing was more of a major stumble till they were outside the cat guild 'not gonna lie, not my worst landing.' he thought as he had way worse landings.

"Ben, it is a pleasure to see you are alright." Jura said looking a little worse for wear

"Ben!" Wendy saud tackling him into a hug crying and thanking him for saving her guild.

"It was a team effort you destroyed a lacrima like the others Wendy you get some of the credit as well" Ben said petting her head "How'd you guys find me?" he asked curiously, wondering how they found him..

"It is certainly hard to miss a giant blue fireball with a turtle inside it." Carla said sarcastically as she rolled her eyes.

"We should secure Zero." Jura said as Ben nodded not wanting to take the chance of him waking up.

"Hey guys!" Gray said, shouting as they approached in the distance with the others on Nirvana.

Ben saw Erza and felt everything that was building in his chest cease as he felt more calm and relaxed now "hey." he said not knowing what else to say.

Erza tackled him into a hug much like Wendy did, but actually brought him down "you fool do you know how worried I was." she said in her normal stern voice but many could see she trembled slightly "when Brain said he took you down I was terrified and didn't know if you were alive or dead!" she said, chastising him.

Ben did something that surprised everyone, he picked himself up and Erza as well and looked at her unafraid "Erza you were poisoned and could've died." he said simply as everyone held their breath as they were reminded of that moment and what had happened "we all knew the risks and we came out fine, we came out alive." he said putting heavy emphasis on 'alive'.

Erza was silenced as she now felt like a hypocrite as Ben was right she had no room to complain as they all survived and lived in the end but that did nothing for her worry and the same worry she knew Ben had for her.

Ichiya and Jellal shared a look remembering their earlier conversation.

'He was right Erza is much better off with Ben than she could ever be with me.' Jellal thought to himself

'Bravest man alive no doubt.' Gray thought as talking to Erza like that was basically asking for certain death 'guess love makes us all go crazy.' he thought not knowing that a certain water mage sneezed who then started to think about the person that caused her to sneeze making Gray in turn shiver.

"Where is Natsu?" Ben asked wondering where the dragon slayer was.

"He is here young man." Cait Shelter's guild master said coming out with hs guild and Natsu who looked much worse then the rest of them and that said something, Wendy quickly went over to treat him again.

'Wait I recognize those clothes.' Ben thought as he saw the clothing the guild wore and it was similar to the skeletons he had found 'something's off this isn't normal.' he thought as something was telling him this guild was far from natural.

Ben's thoughts were interrupted as runes appeared around them all.

Everyone went on edge as they then saw rune knights approaching.

'In every world the government sucks.' Ben thought as he had many issues with his own government in the past and he could tell tensions were gonna run very high here as Jura befriended Hoteye and Jellal was an amnesiac neither meant they were free or clear of their crimes.

"There's no need to panic, we mean you no harm sorry about this." the leader of the battalion of rune knights said as he stepped forward, "but we were forced to do something to restrain them." he said to them.

"Who the heck are you!?" Happy asked loudly.

"I am the captain of the New Magic Council's Fourth Custody Enforcement Unit Lahar and this is my army." Lahar stated to them with both sternness and authority.

The others had various reactions to hear the magic council was back after what Jellal did last time.

"It is my duty and to uphold the law throughout the land." Lahara said to them.

"Yeah well why trap us in a barrier then?" Ben asked already having a good guess as he could see the man had some opinion of Fairy Tail and possibly the other guilds involved and wanted to make a point not only to them, but for his troops and his superiors 'we were used.' he thought to himself as that was what this really was Jura being a Wizard Saint a member of the Council and the collection of the prisoners they were here to collect 'we do the work and they use our actions to make themselves look good and show people what guilds look like 'working' with the council.' he thought to himself.

"I'm not here to arrest you I am here to arrest the Oracion Seis." Lahar said looking at the captured members naming them.

"No, never!" Jura said jumping to Hoteye's defense.

"This doesn't look good." Gray said seeing the knights tense and raise their weapons.

'The council weighs down on the guild enough we don't need them putting out warrants or shutting down our guilds.' Ben thought as he clenched his fist as he hated getting played and hating not being able to give people second chances like he normally would as not counting Zero these men deserved it.

"It's alright I'll surrender." Hoteye said stepping forward.

"But Richard." Jura said as he felt this man didn't deserve to go to prison as he did in fact helped them.

"I can not live a life of virtue when my past transgressions haunt me this is a chance for me to atone for my sins so when I find my brother I'll have nothing to hide." Hoteye said to them.

"Then I shall continue your quest in your stead just tell me his name." Jura said to him stepping up for Hoteye.

'Wow even I'm impressed.' Ben thought as he was a little reminded of him and Kevin in this situation, he smiled thinking these two would be great friends in the future, Jura was willing to find Hoteye's brother and Hoteye was gonna try and repent for his past crimes.

"His name is Wally, Wally Buchanan." Hoteye said as the members of Fairy Tail froze as they immediately placed the name.

Erza was shocked to hear that name again and immediately began missing her friends and hoped they were doing well in their journey.

They heard Hoteye tell them of his history with his brother and how they grew up as children, it truly made the other appreciate what they did and didn't have.

Everyone had their tragedies and it made them who they were it was a part of them and while they had many bad things happen to them there were many good things as well and they all wouldn't give that up for anything,

"I know your brother Richard." Erza said stepping forward shocking the men "he's an old friend happily traveling the continent right now." she said thinking about Wally, Sho, and Milliana.

Everyone felt happy for Hoteye getting some closure and information about his brother.

"Now for Cobra." Lahar said to them.

"Wait!" Cobra said surprising everyone "Ben Tennyson!" he said, getting said hero's attention.

Ben walked over to the downed man as he didn't look like he was getting up anytime soon.

"Thank you." Cobra said quietly "I was finally able to hear her voice for the first time, my one true friend." he said as some tears went down his eyes "please she was cursed don't let them put her in a cell I'm begging you please make sure she's safe I don't care what happens to me please." he said not caring about his pride, image, or his self respect only about the girl which was his friend for a long time.

Ben nodded not able to deny the man his request, he saved Cobra some dignity and put his arm over himself carrying Cobra over to the Rune Nights.

"Thanks." Cobra said to him as he looked back at Ben.

"And who is she?" Lahar asked looking at the girl with purple hair not seeing any guild mark on her.

"No one, an innocent bystander who got caught she is not in any guild." Ben said, stepping directly in Lahar's eyeline of the girl.

Lahar would've made a threat but saw the look in the man's eyes and knew of his reputation and power and seeing as how he took down the leader of the Orecion Seis, he decided it was not worth it "fine, but we are still here for our true target." he said to him "the fiend who infiltrated and destroyed the magic council and fired the Etherion Cannon a man truly more villainous than the Oracion Seis." he said as everyone's eyes widen as they knew what was coming "Jellal Fernandez." he said as the guards readied themselves.

"Leave him alone!" Wendy said jumping to his aid.

Ben wanted to say something, but the girl was one thing since Lahar had nothing on her so he couldn't do anything at all, but with Jellal he had a list of crimes which was basically crimes of being a traitor and a terrorist which were not easy crimes to overlook, he then saw Erza's face and saw her think about the possible results of what could happen if they tried and stop them 'the end of Fairy Tail.' he thought knowing the guild came first in this.

They all watched as Jellal was cuffed and restrained.

Ben approached him as everyone voiced their protests to Lahar, Wendy especially "Jellal for what it's worth I forgive you." he said as it was tough to say and do, but he was willing to give the man peace of mind after all the badness he had forgotten.

"Thank you Ben, but may I make a request before I go?" Jellal asked him as Ben merely nodded "watch after them, Erza and Wendy, I may not remember what I did to them or how important they were, but I know I have caused them a great suffering I ask that you-" he was saying before Ben cut him off.

"I love Erza and I won't let Wendy suffer. I give you my word I'll look after them the best I can." Ben wouldn't deny this request as the people important to Jellal were important to him as well.

Jellal said his goodbyes to them, but made sure to let Erza and Wendy know how meaningful what they did and told him meant as it gave him some semblance.

"Do you have an more parting words." Lahar said to Jellal.

Jellal kept silent lost to his thoughts.

"You'll get at least a life sentence that's if you're lucky." Lahar said to Jellal but everyone heard him "you'll never see these people again." he said as Jellal was put with the other prisoners.

"You're a real piece of work you know that!" Ben said as his temper was at Rath level proportions "must had to do a lot things to get to that position scumbag, but let me clear on something up." he said as he noticed the others were about to make a move "Jellal Fernandez helped stop Nirvana, he helped us save Fiore so let me be clear he's one of us." he said as many smiled at that announcement.

Erza was shocked to hear him say that along with Jellal even Lahar didn't know how to respond to that claim.

"Guys I hate it too, but we can't act. If we do, we screw ourselves." Ben said seeing Natsu ready to charge in and start a full on riot something he had no problem being a part of, but not in this case.

Jura now calming down realized Ben was right as there would be ramifications if he a Wizard Saint got involved as his position would be put into question and his guild could suffer.

Erza felt a myriad of emotions not knowing what to do as there was no right and wrong here in this situation, she bit her own lip in frustration as while she wanted to save her friend she couldn't harm her family, the position she was in truly was difficult.

Natsu was literally breathing fire as he breathed showing his level of anger, but the look Ben gave them made him not make his move.

"You can talk to her, you know." Ben said as he felt Erza wanted her alone time so he gave her that and as he waited he spotted Wendy looking at her from a distance either to shy or didn't want to bother her so he gave her a little nudge.

Wendy didn't know why, but Ben always said the nicest things that made her feel better and more confident.

Ben walked with her as they sat next to Erza both knowing she knew they were there and got close comforting each other as they watched the crimson sunrise 'new day hopefully less issues.' he thought as it hurt to see Erza and Wendy cry and hoped today would be better than yesterday.

Erza didn't bother to hide her sadness as it was either to much to bare or she felt completely safe and unjudged by her current company.

"You saw your grandmother?" Gray asked not sure how to respond to that as he and Natsu were curious as to how he beat Zero and they got more than they bargained for.

"And she just turned you into an Ultimate?" Natsu asked as he found that part to be cool as Ben said he went straight into his ultimate form "can you do that now?" he asked wondering if it was possible.

"No, not that I'm aware of at least." Ben said looking at the Omnitrix again wondering about what he was capable of like his future self as he could use mana, stay human and use alien powers, and was even the ultimate version of himself 'guess I still have a lot to learn if I wanna be that great.' he thought looking at his hand as he summoned a ball made of mana as he tried doing some of the things Gwen did like make platforms, but his were as fragile as thin layer of glass and his power wasn't much.

"Whoa man so…you can use magic now or just mana I mean Hibiki got you in right and Brain used mana so what's the deal." Gray asked as Ben didn't have magic before and now he does.

"No clue I guess I'll work on it cause right now not that great." Ben said making a small shield "bet even Happy could break this." he said getting some snickers and couldn't help but laugh himself.

"How you doing?" Gray asked Natsu as he was generally concerned for Natsu as he would need to be under a lot of physical exhaustion to be taken out of the fight like he was.

"Wendy healed me up pretty good hurt a lot though." Natsu said as he had to admit that form while powerful and in a class of it's own, what it did to his body took it's tool.

"I can't believe you can do that at will though Natsu I mean the amount of radiation you made was high." Ben said as he did his scans after Wendy finished her healing session with Natsu and found no radiation "it's like your magic it making it's own but your body can't handle the full strain that could be dangerous." he said still not completely understanding this whole thing..

"Yeah man you didn't look so good." Gray said as while he and Natsu fought a lot he didn't want him to kill himself with this and after Galuna Island he wanted to make sure Natsu didn't pull any suicide or life ending moves.

Natsu nodded as while Ben said he was in the clear, he could still feel something inside him and despite Ben's test he could still feel the power in him just waiting to be unleashed.

The trio was brought out of their thoughts as they saw the guildmaster approach them and offered them clothing since most of theirs were basically destroyed or in Gray's case lost.

"Addwaitya."

Ben stopped in his tracks as his friends went inside and he looked at the Cait Shelter guild master "I knew something was off the minute I got here." he said looking at the man "makes sense I guess if Addwaitya cheated death so could you Roubaul." he said simply.

"So you are from the same world as my old friend." Roubaul said not denying that.

"He's a tyrant or at least was until a witch named Charmcaster dethroned him." Ben said to him simply.

"So he never overcame the effects of Nirvana I take it?" Roubaul asked sadly.

"No he basically committed mass genocide and has been bathing in the Alpha Rune's power." Ben said not seeing the point in denying it, he didn't know if he could like the man as he inadvertently created Hex banishing Addwaitya which lead to even more deaths "you felt off to me from the get go everyone here besides Wendy they aren't truly here are they you're ghosts." he said spending enough time as Ghostfreak and Big Chill to know they gave off ghostly vibes.

"Your mana is picking that up I see shows you have potential." Roubaul said to him "but you are slightly off your mark, all the people are no more than illusions, shadows if you will of my former tribe." he said sadly.

"For what it's worth I am sorry for your losses." Ben said as solitude for this many years was extreme "with Nirvana gone you're fading aren't you." he stated as he pretty much guessed what this was as with Nirvana's power gone the man should be fading.

"Yes, but I sense you're angry for a different reason." Roubaul said as he felt Ben's anger.

"Her mother abandoned her, Jellal abandoned her, he came back and she had to watch him be taken, and now you're going when is it gonna be when she's gone through enough!?" Ben asked him in anger as he could feel it without Nirvana the man was fading slowly but surely.

Roubaul understood Ben's anger and honestly wished the boy could hurt him like he knew he wanted to and he could hardly blame him as he was right Wendy didn't deserve this.

"Jellal asked me to watch after her I'm gonna do that, but I'll be honest I'm not doing it for him or you or hell even me I'm doing it because Wendy for once needs a constant person in her life and I know I and Fairy Tail can do that." he sad to him.

"Won't you leave as well?" Roubaul asked stopping Ben "you are of a similar world to Addwaitya as well then when the time comes, what will you do as I may be a ghost, but I do keep track with current events and know there was one other that was well versed in mana." he said as Ben tensed once again reminded of Hex and what he did to those people.

Ben had to admit he wondered what it'd be like if he got the chance to go home as he could honestly say he loved it here and didn't have the burdens he normally had in his life, he didn't know if he could give either life up if given the opportunity or if he could or couldn't return.

"I see you have much to think on young man I apolgize for my question." Roubaul said to him.

"Wait a second." Ben said as he realized something "you sent Addwaitya to Ledgerdomain, how?" he asked as while not his home it was closer to it.

"I'm sorry but I can not repeat that spell or anyone else as I used power from the Alpha Rune to banish Addwaitya back home, the stone was already in tune with your world so it may have taken him back to his own or Legerdomain itself." Roubaul said as without the stone the spell was impossible.

Ben sighed from the dead end, but could understand it.

Roubaul gave his sincere thanks to the guilds that had 'saved' them.

"We should totally have a victory party!" Natsu said thinking after saving Fiore they deserved it.

Everyone took a step back when Ichiya and his Trimen danced like idiots shouting 'oh yes' and as sad as it was the members of the Ultimate Team minus Ben and Erza joined in.

"Oh yes!" Wendy said loudly joining in and felt she picked the wrong time to join in as everyone went deathly silent as they looked to Roubaul as the rest of Cait Shelter looked as the master did downcast.

Roubaul apologized to all of them and went into detail and explained his past and how Nirvana came to be telling the tale of Addwaitya and what had happened to Nirvana and the Nirvet people.

Ben went to Wendy when Roubaul explained, his body had ceased years ago and soon the 'members' of Cait Shelter began vanishing all of them smiling at Wendy 'this is torture.' he thought to himself as that was what was happening to Wendy, he listened as Roubaul told them of Jellal bringing Wendy here asking for their aid and explained why he made the apparitions for Wendy.

Everyone was shocked as they felt so bad considering the tragedies that had happened here and truly felt for Wendy as her entire guild was completely false along with everyone in it.

"No one I cared for is a real person! How could you do something so cruel to me master!?" Wendy said felt so many emotions passed through her mostly shock, betrayal, and sadness.

"Don't fet my dear you no longer need these imaginary friends." Roubaul said as he then pointed to the large group "you're surrounded by real friends who care about you." he said smiling at her but sent a subtle glance to Ben who gave him a nod as he began fading away 'thank you Wendy, because of you I was no longer lonely in my final years, you gave me friendship and made me remember what it was like to happy again.' he thought as he faded away "a bright future awaits you greet it with open arms." he said becoming nothing but sparkles that danced in the wind.

Wendy ran to him as she called out to him and fell to her knees sobbing at his disappearance.

"To each and evey one of you I owe my deepest gratitude I know can leave Wendy and Carla in your hands." Roubaul said as he completely faded away 'will I see you in the next life old friend I dearly hope so.' he thought fading away from the physical plane.

Erza wanted to go comfort her, but Ben beat her to the punch as kneeled down next to her comforting her, she regained her nerve and went over there as well as this very morning when she was crying for Jellal and Wendy was dealing with that same pain, she came over with Ben to comfort her and for some reason she knew she had to hold back.

Ben looked at Wendy on the ground crying as she had seen her friends and her family disappear before her eyes 'just like that time.' He thought to himself remembering when he thought Gwen had died during the Omnitrix's self-destruct, but clearly on a much smaller scale when compared to Wendy. He kneeled down and hugged her, letting her cry into his chest.

"It's okay, let it out." Ben gently tells her, allowing Wendy to cry for a few more minutes. Once she starts to slowly calm down, Ben looks down at her and proposes an idea. "Wendy... I know this may seem sudden... but would you like to come with us and join Fairy Tail?" Ben asked her with a calming smile seeing the bluenette look him in the eyes. Her's were clearly filled with tears making it almost painful to look someone so cute and precious in the eye.

"You bastard she should join our guild we-" Lyon was saying angrily but was cut off as Erza aimed a sword at his throat and her eyes both challenged and dared him to say anything 'go on Ben' she thought sending him a quick look not pulling her sword away from Lyon's neck.

"Fairy Tail could never replace the family you had in Cait Shelter. They'll always be where it's most important." He motioned toward his heart. "But, I believe if you give Fairy Tail a shot... you won't be disappointed."

Wendy had even more tears fill her eyes as she squeezed Ben tight. She's holding him tightly with strength that was surprising coming from such a small child, but Ben welcomed it all the same.

The rest of Ben's team smiled at Ben at that moment and those words did the entire guild proud with what he was trying to do for the little girl.

"We will take it from here. Any objections?" Erza asked, daring the other guilds to say something sending an extra powerful glare to Ichiya and his trimen along with Lyon just daring them to say or do anything.

Everyone understood voicing their own opinion would be equivalent to asking for a punch to the face so they remained silent.

Gray smiled as he saw Lyon back off away from Erza, walking away to lick his wounds and watched as Ben carried Wendy in a protective embrace smiling at what this looked like to him and pretty much everyone else when they saw it.

Erza took a slight delight seeing Ben act so protective of the child...soon causing her to blush and have her mind run wild with the thought of small children that looked like her and him with brown and red hair.

The Fairy Tail members given the time of night had a difficult time finding transport, but thankfully Blue Peagusus had a carriage they were willing to part with back at their property where they held the meeting and to avoid the trouble of returning any horses, Ben decided to play the part of pulling the carriage.

…

Natsu felt terrible and sick to his stomach as he was forced to ride in the carriage as they departed yesterday after parting from the other guilds, Ben had changed into Wildmutt causing the ride back to Magnolia to be faster and bumpier much to his dismay "Why Ben?" he asked sounding betrayed.

Wildmutt merely smiled and snickered before stopping outside Magnolia changing back to his human self as he went to the back "How is she?" he asked Erza as she had Wendy resting on her lap.

"Just fine." Erza said both understanding and finding his concern very adorable and touching.

"I'll take it from here." Ben said, gently taking her and carrying the girl who luckily was still asleep.

Erza woke up the others from their rest as they all parted and went home. She was a little saddened that Ben couldn't walk back with her, but she liked that he was taking such good care of Wendy 'now all I have to deal with is her.' she thought as she looked at the purple haired girl that had still yet to awaken, Ben had filled her in on her origins and knew it be best to go to both the master and Polyusica 'why did I agree to this.' she thought to hearself as the woman hated them enough and it didn't help the master sometimes provoked her.

Ben made it home having to maneuver himself a bit carrying Wendy and Carla bringing her to his room laying her down tucking her in, he grabbed some clothing and a pillow and went to his living room 'I really need to think ahead.' he thought as he lied down feeling too emotionally exhausted to even rest 'can I really take care of someone.' he thought not knowing what he was thinking 'I'm irresponsible, I can barely take care of myself, I-' he thought berating himself stopping as he heard more cries and when he went to see Wendy, he saw her crying in her sleep clutching her body tightly going into the fetal position, he went over and saw she was having a nightmare 'she needs you.' he thought looking at the Omnitrix and remembered all the things Gwen said about him being the hero and the watch not making him one.

Ben comforted Wendy seeing her clutch to him in her sleep, he gently rubbed her head wanting her to feel safe "here this will keep you safe." he said grabbing his jacket which he was glad he left on the night table "I always felt it kept me safe.".he said putting his signature jacket over Wendy as that was true as sometimes when he was lost both literally and figuratively he felt comforted by what it represented and who gave it to him 'thanks Gwen.' he thought looking at the Omnitrix having an idea.

...

The guild was relatively calm today but it was due to a certain someone's absence even Natsu and Gray hadn't had their usual daily brawl.

"Where do you think you're going?" Erza asked Natsu with a glare as he was interrupting her from eating one of her cheesecakes with a strawberry smoothie mixed with one of Ben's unusual flavors which she was coming to love.

"Ben wasn't here yesterday and I want a rematch." Natsu said, followed by Erza's fist slamming into his face and then sent another to his stomach.

Lucy watched the interaction curiously as she only entered moments ago, noticing Erza seemed a little more stern than usual "You ok?" she asked Erza as she sat next to her.

"Yes." Erza said calmly.

'I actually believe it.' Lucy thought to herself wondering why Erza was so calm with Ben being away and was wondering why she was hammering down on preventing anyone from going to see him.

As Lucy pondered about Erza, the scarlet knight was thinking back to yesterday.

Erza wanted to check on Ben and see how he was dealing with Wendy. Seeing as it was a little past noon she felt that was a good time considering how early it was when they got into town, she used a key that Ben gave her to go inside not wanting to cause any problems if he was still asleep 'that's odd' she thought seeing the house's hallway seemed bigger and there was an extra door, she was brought out of her thoughts as she smelled her weakness.

"Can you at least try to be a little more professional?" Carla asked Ben as he cooked them food.

"You do realize I am the one cooking your food right?" Ben asked her raising a brow as that was not a real threat as he was completely bluffing, but Carla seemed to go silent after that 'and I thought Gwen and my mom were strict.' he thought to himself as Carla was alright but she could be overbearing a little "Hey Erza." he said making the redhead jump a little.

"How'd you know I was here?" Erza asked, revealing herself and wondering how her boyfriend was able to tell she entered when she tried to be silent incase they were still asleep.

"Just felt it." Ben said as Erza smiled brightly and Wendy blushed and found the romantic comment real nice.

Erza felt touched that Ben seemed to know her presence so well he could just tell when she was nearby.

"There is a child here." Carla said to them as she faked coughed.

"Here's your food." Ben said as he served her a little annoyed she was giving him lip as he was with Erza and not even doing anything with her and still being complained to.

Carla stared at her food thinking of what Ben said earlier.

"Now Wendy strawberries or blueberries?" Ben asked her curiously as he made her some pancakes and a side of scrambled eggs.

"Blueberries please." Wendy said politely and eagerly.

"And here you go Erza." Ben said offering her a similar plate to Wendy's, but gave her strawberries and strawberry flavored syrup.

Erza sat down immediately and despite her usually polite table manners she ate as fast as Natsu often did.

"Oh, I almost forgot." Ben said as he handed Wendy a smoothie "it's blueberry" he said to her before handing Erza a strawberry smoothie.

Wendy took a sip and her eyes widened as she then consumed it wholly.

"Wendy manners." Carla said to her Dragon Slayer.

"Please just relax." Ben said, eating his own food wishing the white cat would calm down and relax as he understood manners were important, but Carla made it seem like they were always needed.

As the three finished breakfast, Erza pulled Ben aside and brought him to another part of the house as she knew the sharpness of Dragon Slayer senses.

"So what are you doing about Wendy?" Erza asked Ben curiously, wondering what he was doing about the unofficial member of the guild.

"I was kinda planning on asking her if she wanted to live here." Ben said to his girlfriend who looked at him in surprise, he had been thinking about it since he comforted her last night.

"You do know Fairy Hills is nice and the first month is free." Erza said to him as Fairy Hills was for the female members of the guild.

"I know." Ben said to her in a simple tone "but I think-no I know it'd be better if she had someplace to call home I want to give that to her." he said as this was more than just about being a hero and it was about Wendy someone who lost a lot just like himself, but she lost it, again and again, she had it worse off than him.

Erza felt her heartbeat increase hearing that as she felt so proud and so amazed that this man was her boyfriend and instead of saying anything she stood on her tiptoes and kissed his head "you are amazing." she said with a smile.

Ben blushed a little but accepted the praise "hey I'm not gonna be in the guild tomorrow I'm gonna ask Wendy if she wants to stay here tomorrow in the end it's her choice." he said as he was gonna give the final say to Wendy.

Erza nodded as she thanked him for the heads up "I will make sure you are not disturbed then." she said fully intending on making sure everyone left them alone and they had their privacy "where will she sleep." she asked seeing his makeshift bed on the couch.

"Yeah I thought about that to." Ben said taking her down the hallway to the door she saw earlier.

Erza stepped inside or rather outside seeing just a foundation for the floor and what looked like building materials "are you expanding your house?" she asked as Ben smiled and nodded.

"I kinda thought I need to give Wendy her own space and something to call hers and I thought a big bedroom was the way to go." Ben said as his house was average as he bought it with only him in mind so last night he used Grey Matter and made plans which didn't take very long and then he used Diamondhead to cut out some trees for wood, then he went to the master using XLR8 asking him for any left over supplies like cement, pipes, and certain tools, he used Ditto to speed this along.

"You haven't slept have you." Erza said in a more stern tone, but not as strong as she would with the guild, she had to admit Ben was doing this for all the right reasons, but he was still human. "Ben you ran us all the way back here and have been working on all this please get some rest." she asked him in slight worry wanting him to not over tax himself.

"I'll sleep tonight." Ben said seeing her glare at him "I promise I'll be finished with this by tonight and then I'll ask Wendy what she wants I promise." he said seeing her sigh and stop glaring.

"Alright." Erza said as she relented, she kissed him again before she decided to leave "breakfast was amazing by the way." she said as she loved Ben's food.

Ben laughed thinking this was another reason to keep his pantry stocked besides Gajeel eating, his girlfriend had quite an appetite 'oh right Wendy.' he thought as she was also a Dragon Slayer he only got lucky figuring out she like blueberries he need to see what she liked.

Erza smiled as she hoped everything went well for the young Dragon Slayer and her boyfriend "if you sneak out to see Ben, Natsu, I will be very unforgiving with my purgatory armor." she said seeing Natsu was trying to go out the back "and Happy if you help him I will personally feed and stuff you with that fish you hate." she said to the blue cat being extra attentive today making sure the members of the guild and especially her team.

"NOOOOOOO!?" Happy said flying away in terror thinking about the Winged-Fish that haunted his dreams.

Erza relaxed seeing the terror in their eyes knowing their resolve and bravery went out the window.

Ben was glad he finished the remodeling 'thank you Omnitrix.' he thought as he spent little money on this thankfully as Makarov was a huge help with the materials he would have to pay for as his skills were limited in certain areas of building 'almost felt bad taking it for free.' he thought feeling less guilty with how many times he repaired the guild hall after a brawl and soon thought about Wendy 'hope she likes it.' He thought to himself as he had filled a room with some furniture for if Wendy wanted it, leaving it bare in case she desired to decorate it or change it "Hey Wendy." he called out hearing the Dragon Slayer run and fall just outside the door "you ok?" he asked her curious if she hurt something.

"Yeah." Wendy said blushing as she hated looking like a clutz "do you need something?" she asked quickly.

Ben patted the side of the bed next to him and saw her sit and was getting a look from Carla which he completely ignored and blew off "I was wondering if you wanted to move in?" he asked surprising her "you don't have to say yes I mean Fairy Hills is an option and I'm-" he was saying till Wendy hugged him making him feel the young girl's tears hit his chest again 'the great Ben Tennyson beaten by tears.' he thought feeling weak and defeated at the sight of her crying.

"Can I really?" Wendy asked in a heartbreaking tone of voice her eyes showing much hope.

"Yeah, Wendy, this is now your room. We can decorate it however you want." Ben said as he smiled seeing her smile brushing her tears away.

The two spent the rest of the day decorating the room painting it a nice purplish-blue some of it getting on Carla's fur as the cat made a large fuss, Ben had to admit he very much liked seeing Wendy smile and laugh so much and was happy he was the one to give her that joy.

Ben and Wendy went to the guild the next day finding the master rather quickly and went to talk to him about guild membership for Wendy and soon the bluenette went over to Mira with Carla in tow to get their guild marks leaving Ben with Makarov.

"I'm proud of you my boy." Makarov said as he sat next to Ben as he came in today both watching Wendy get her guild mark smiling with pride "you know not many would have done what you did." he said to Ben with a calm look.

"Yeah but I'm glad I did." Ben said as he watched Wendy interact with some new people and laughed as Happy bugged Carla, liking the fact Carla had someone to annoy her.

Makarov smiled with absolute pride in his child "and how is Erza taking it?" he asked as he wondered how the S-class knight was doing with this unique situation.

"Well, I asked her to help me shop for Wendy tomorrow." Ben said both men shivering as Erza was in fact a shopaholic "then I was thinking about taking a mission with her and Wendy so we can see how Wendy does." he said knowing she could handle herself, but actually wanted to see her reactions to certain situations as when he was her age he was still learning the ropes and often crashed and burned not taking advice or the time to learn, he wanted to see what Wendy did know as she did tell him about her combative skills and to him she seemed short in comparison to Natsu and Gajeel.

"You, my boy, sound like a parent." Makarov said and despite his suggestive grin, he was impressed and happy to see this mature side of Ben.

"Spectacularly failed at that job." Ben said as it then took a moment to realize the words that came out of his mouth and saw the shocked look on Makarov's face "master I swear if you say a word-" he was saying till he felt an ominous glow 'and just like that I'm dead.' he thought making the mistake to look back as Erza was giving him a glare so potent it made all her past glares look weak in comparison.

"Care to explain that to me Ben." Erza said requipping her Purgatory Armor in record time.

Everyone's interest was peaked when Erza was in her armor and pointing her weapon at Ben who looked both nervous and embarrassed.

"I'll ask again Ben what did you mean when you said you 'spectacularly failed as a father'?" Erza asked/demanded as she wanted to know what he meant and had done.

Many people's jaws hit the ground as they wanted to see and hear the story and Erza's reaction as this would be legendary.

Ben hated his life at this very moment "ok just c'mere." he said pulling her in close and whispered into her ear.

Everyone watched as Erza's face went from angry to neutral to perplexed and finally shock.

"Big Chill had a dozen babies!?" Erza asked in total shock.

Ben smashed his head on the bar as everyone began to ask him questions and when he begrudgingly answered they all laughed and when Reedus asked for a description, he drew an exact drawing on the baby Big Chill, the women fawned as the baby looked adorable "I can never turn into Big Chill again can I?" he asked himself.

"Aw it's not so bad Ben." Mira said with a smile on her face being one of the many who fawned over the picture "you said it will take several decades to do this again so you'll be fine." she said waving it off "but I do have one question." she said in a serious tone.

Ben looked at her in wonder curious as to what would make her so serious.

"If you birthed them and that makes you the mommy does it mean if you marry Erza does that make her the daddy?" Mira asked as many who were nearby did a spit take or choked on their own spit from the question.

Erza was both angry and embarrassed by the question as she gave a look to her rival who smiled innocently at her and wondered what children with Ben would be like.

"Ok so…your kids eat from the stars?" Natsu asked as he had mixed feelings as hearing Ben had to let them live in space alone kinda sounded like he abandoned them, but Ben said they needed to live in their natural environment in space and the Omnitrix had only so much charge and using the same alien repeatedly was unsafe, he guess he could understand that Ben merely couldn't stay with his kids rather than wouldn't "that sounds so cool." he said imaging eating from a star.

"Only you'd be focused with that part of the story matchstick." Gray said as his favorite alien became a little strange given how it was apparently able to make babies.

"Hey I'd give anything to eat from stars, big balls of fire, that's like a dream come true to me!" Natsu said then having an idea which was either good or bad "hey Lucy-you're not eating my spirits." he was about to ask as Lucy beat him to it.

Lucy rolled her eyes guessing when stars were mentioned he thought of her spirits.

"Hey Erza." Mira said calling her over still getting a glare for her earlier comment "maybe you should start wearing blue I mean Wendy has blue hair, Big Chill's babies are blue, and on your wedding day you need something blue." she said as Erza turned a bright shade of red that outclassed her hair.

...

"Who's the half-pint?" Gajeel asked, walking into the kitchen seeing a small bluenette he was unfamiliar with, unlike a certain Solid Script mage.

"Oh, my word another ruffian." Carla said as she looked at Gajeel disapproving of...everything about him.

Gajeel gave no signs of caring about the cat or her opinion of him as he got many looks like that in the past and still to this day he did not care and soon something clicked for Gajeel "wait...you're a cat." he said to her as if it was obvious.

Just as Ben was about to say something Carla spoke in her normal stern annoyingly overbearing 'motherly' tone "Wendy I feel being around these two may be detrimental to your mental development." Carla said to her partner and friend.

"So the half-pint is a Dragon Slayer." Gajeel said making a guess based on what he had seen with Natsu 'where's my cat?' He thought internally deflated that he didn't have a companion of his own.

"Yeah." Ben said to Gajeel as he forgot to tell Wendy about him as he was out on a mission when they were dealing with the Oracion Seis "she'll be staying here too." he said in a tone that basically said it was a fact.

"Ok." Gajeel said not having any issues seeing her as less of a bother than Salamander "you ready for our lesson." he asked as they were both gonna be free for a while.

"Yeah and before I forget." Ben said carrying a box over to Gajeel "so you stop breaking my stuff." he said with a stern look pointing at his broken blender.

Gajeel was now curious as to what was in the box and opened it and saw what looked like small spice containers with holes on the top "spices how nice." he said blandly literally not knowing what to say as this seemed like an odd thing to give to him of all people given that he didn't cook at all.

"Look at the labels, man." Ben said to him rolling his eyes wondering if this was how Azmuth felt about him in certain situations when he didn't examine things more closely.

Gajeel decided to do as asked seeing as this was Ben's house and he paid nothing for rent and when he picked up the container, he was a little curious as one said 'Iron' on it, he picked up another and saw Gold, Silver, Platinum, Copper, Steel, and other sorts of metals, he looked at Ben in confusion wondering what this was.

"You wanted iron in your smoothies and I don't wanna keep rebuilding my freaking blender every time you have an idea." Ben said as his eye twitched at some of the ideas Gajeel had with metal and his blender not wanting him to do the same to his smoothie-maker "so I shredded the metal till they became shards and flakes." he said as that was easy to do thanks to Diamondhead.

"What are these?" Gajeel asked as he saw some containers with weird names on them.

"Oh some of my aliens have metal for skin or have certain parts that are metal, so I named the metals after them cause I think they're a bit different from natural metals here." Ben said as his aliens either wore metal like Four Arms did with metal bracelets and NRG with its suit or were metal like Armodrillo and Water Hazard "here." He said passing Gajeel a grape smoothie with iron flakes in it.

Gajeel took the smoothie and drank it with gusto as he loved the iron in it "let's reschedule our lesson." he said to Ben his cheeks stuffed like a chipmunk wanting to try all the metals he had just gotten.

"C'mon Wendy I need more smoothie materials." Ben said as he saw Gajeel drink the smoothies like crazy and could've sworn he heard the Iron Dragon moan when he tried one of the alien metals "word of advice never drink those too fast." he said as they walked away they heard Gajeel roar in pain 'gotta love brain freeze.' he thought thinking it was funny every time someone fell for it.

...

"How'd I get stuck with these eh?" Shocksquatch asked as he was carrying groceries for the guild as he ran into Mira and offered assistance.

"And have little ole me and poor Wendy carry those heavy things?" Mira asked cutely as she fawned over the newest guild member.

'Little ole me, my butt.' Shocksquatch thought as he had personally seen Mira destroy boulders he and Elfman chucked at her 'least with Erza I get honesty.' he thought to himself as his girlfriend may have been an addict to things like shopping, cake, sweets, armor, weapons, and many other vices, but at least she was blunt and upfront.

"So Wendy, how is my fellow takeover mage treating you?" Mira asked, curious as to if Wendy knew Ben's secrets or his origins, but was more focused on Wendy herself and was simply fishing for information.

"He's been great." Wendy said excitedly as she loved it here and loved living with Ben as he treated her like family despite the short time they've spent and even gave her respect as an equal despite her age it was really nice to be taken seriously and not seen as just a child for once.

Mira smiled as she knew that'd be the answer, but hearing it was nice and she sent a smile at a struggling Shocksquatch 'you're real lucky Erza.' she thought feeling a little envious and hoped she'd get someone like that.

Ben dropped off the groceries in the guild's kitchen and quickly turned into XLR8 and took his own groceries home and came back in no time at all, he sat on the bar transforming to normal when he sat down.

"Hey are things going ok between you and Natsu?" Mira asked him curiously, bringing him a banana and grapefruit smoothie.

Ben was a little silent at that as he and Natsu had yet to talk about what was said between them during the Oracion Seis, they were still friends but they needed to talk about what happened "let's just say I got a fresh perspective." he said as he had looked back on how he acted and realized he acted like Azmuth did to him when he hacked the Omnitrix having a harsh and strained relationship which mended over time, but he still remembers the sting he felt remembering how messed up their relationship had been.

Mira was curious about what he meant but chose to leave it alone for now.

Ben sat at the bar mostly just killing time as the day went on, Erza had taken a job she was requested for they said their goodbyes, Lucy and Gray went on a mission, and Natsu stayed deciding to duke it out in a guild brawl that happened not a minute after Erza left, he decided to put an end to the guild brawl and pulled Natsu aside easily dodging any incoming furniture or punches as they were so in tune with the brawls it was crazy.

Ben and Natsu were sitting outside the guild both having a smoothie in hand.

"I'm sorry." Natsu said to him his head lowered after not having drunk his smoothie.

Ben was a little surprised as he could tell even with a sideways glance Natsu knew and understood his mistakes, but Ben understood his own well "so am I." he said to him getting a surprised look from the Fire Dragon Slayer "Natsu you and I are a lot alike especially when I was younger I was so rough on you because...I didn't want you to deal with the same mistakes I made which could have been costly." he said as when he heard Erza was poisoned his mind went back to certain events like when his grandfather was hospitalized on the summer road trip or how he lost Julie, Natsu lost his childhood friend something he could relate to and wanted to spare Natsu of that pain by stopping him from making more mistakes that put others at risk.

Natsu was silent recalling Ben's memories he saw during the enchantment incident "thanks Ben." he said as there was nothing else to say "and I'm sorry for not believing in you." he said as when he saw Ben act so….aggressive, he thought it was due to Erza's state at the time, but then he remembered the highbreed and the invasion and while not on the same level the threat was still large and the stakes were high, he wondered if Ben did what he did because the stakes were high or because that was what the situation called for.

Ben nodded as he knew what he was like when the chips were down and what he was willing to do in order to save lives, it scared him at times as he wondered if he could carry out the threats and things he set out to do like with Driscoll when the forever knights were hunting aliens and killed Pierce or Kevin when he went crazy.

Both of the members of the Ultimate team sat there in silence, their friendship mended, but the experience they had gone through would forever be engraved in their minds.

Ben slept peacefully in his bed until he started hearing a noise in his living room, he went to check it out and saw Natsu and Gajeel throwing down in his living room.

"Why are you shirtless!" Carla said disapprovingly as she and Wendy came out rubbing the sleep from their eyes.

"It's 7 in the morning and be glad I switched it up" Ben said as he had been attacked in his bed and sleep before sometimes ending up outside in just his shirt and underwear, he now wore no shirt and sweatpants as he preferred to not be in public in his briefs like a certain ice mage.

"What the hell are you even doing here Salamander?" Gajeel asked/demanded in anger.

"Ben said I could spend the night and Lucy said I should move in." Natsu said, decking him in the face.

"Wait back up Lucy said you could move in?" Ben asked him, raising a brow as Lucy left earlier yesterday with Gray.

"Yeah I told Lucy I wasn't gonna be in her bed that night since she wasn't gonna be home and she said I should crash at your place from now on." Natsu said simply.

Ben's eye twitched as he felt Lucy screwed him over royally, he let out a sigh "ok you get the couch." he said to him as he saw this being a pain in the future thinking taking control would've been the best option and the couch was honestly better than Natsu's hammock.

"Oh hell no!" Gajeel said in anger and as much as he had come to respect Ben, he didn't wanna deal with Salamander every day.

"You do realize you live here rent-free, get rare metals free, get awesome music you can play, and I cook for you all free right?" Ben asked him curiously.

Gajeel shook in anger like an angry child as this was the best deal he could possibly get and he actually liked it here.

"You two fight, take it outside, do it in here and you pay." Ben said leaving the last part up to their imagination "Wendy you mind giving me a hand with breakfast?" he asked the bluenette curiously.

"Sure no problem!" Wendy said having that strong energy that all children seemed to possess "are you really gonna let him move in?" she asked curiously.

"What are you kidding, hell no." Ben said as his house would be trashed then "with how much Natsu breaks into Lucy's apartment I knew it'd be tiresome, plus if I let him think he lives here it'll be much less of a hassle…plus Happy wouldn't wanna move in since he lives by a river with fish and Carla would kill him." he said as knew how both lived and guessed he'd see them more often than he had before 'that or I could send them back to Lucy tell them she is playing hard to get.' he thought mentally laughing at the thought.

...

"Wendy I gotta ask, do you eat like these two savages?" Ben asked curiously as Natsu was having eggs with on fire salami and bacon and Gajeel pancakes with mixed metal flakes, both of them stuffing their faces as they glared at the other.

"I'll have you know Wendy is a proper young lady, good sir!" Carla said passionately as she huffed and looked away.

"I meant to eat her element with her food." Ben said, rolling his eyes as he was curious as Wendy was always by her element and she had an endless supply.

"Oh I never tried really." Wendy said, rubbing the back of her head as she never thought to eat air with her meals like Natsu and Gajeel were.

"Maybe you should, I mean look at these two." Ben said as they saw them stuff each other's faces.

Wendy inhaled as she ate some food chewing on the air and her breakfast thinking it tasted great together.

Ben had to admit this sight reminded him of him, Kevin, and Gwen and the things they did together it was nice to be reminded of that again.

...

"Can we talk for a second?" Ben asked Carla as they were the only ones inside as Wendy was outside training with Gajeel as the Iron Dragon Slayer wanted to see what she was capable of and Ben thought it was a good idea and presented an opportunity for him.

"What would you like to discuss?" Carla asked crossing her arms.

"Can I ask how you became like this a high society class woman I'm being serious?" Ben asked as she and Happy were relatively the same age which was no older than ten at most.

"And is it an issue that I have proper manner and edicate?" Carla asked giving him a stern glare.

"Honestly yeah it is." Ben said as she gave him a shocked look "because so far you've been impolite, rude, chastising, and literally call us out on pretty much anything." he said and that was only with them.

"And pray to tell why I shouldn't if it's improper." Carla demanded.

"Well for one this is a free country." Ben said as that was true "people can dress, have habits, and do things other people may not like within reason we all have that right and sure we could all learn to be better at certain things to be polite and well mannered, but pick a moment and don't make such a fuss Wendy is fine the way she is hell she makes my cousin seem less mannered at that age." he said as that was true as Wendy was literally to sweet to dislike "I'm not saying don't look after her just give her some freedom and space." he said going out to watch the dragon slayers train.

Carla was left to her thoughts as while she didn't think much of Ben, he was correct as much as she disliked to admit and she did in fact know what lay ahead so she may as well indulge his request.

Ben had to admit learning guitar with Gajeel was pretty as while he took the task seriously Ben was able to get into Gajeel's chincks and cracks in his armor learning certain things about the Iron Dragon Slayer "hey are you done copying down sheets from my phone?" he asked as it had been a few days since he lent him his phone.

"Yeah." Gajeel said as he let out some chuckles.

Ben was now concerned as Gajeel found a few things funny mostly only violence "ok what's funny?" he asked as Gajeel choked out a laugh as he tried to calm himself.

"Now he's got superpowers he's no ordinary kid, he's Ben 10!" Gajeel said before he fell to the floor laughing "I can't believe you have a theme song oh man that's hilarious!" he said rolling on the floor as he laughed.

"Ok, that song was catchy for a while." Ben said as he had given his story to many people in the past and someone made a song about his childhood adventures 'I should really thank Jimmy for that.' he thought as Jimmy really did know a lot about him and knew most if not all of his adventures on earth, which made making certain lawsuits possible "did you at least learn the rock version of the song?" he asked as a new version was made later on and he just loved it.

Gajeel nodded as he felt the rock version was more powerful "you know something…I should make a theme song about me!" he said in excitement at the prospect.

Ben choked on his own spit when he heard that as he could just imagine what Gajeel would right about 'what have I done.' he thought to himself as he was sure the guild would hate him if they ever found out when Gajeel performed.

Erza sat at the guild having a far away look in her eyes as Ben had been very busy lately 'I don't know why I feel so…empty.' she thought as she understood Ben had certain commitments and was helping Wendy adjust, she was proud and happy of him being so responsible and active with the guild thinking he was truly at home now, but she really wanted to spend time with him.

"Make the first move Erza." Mira said handing her another smoothie getting a surprised look "honestly the writing is all over your face, Ben is doing a great job doing what he's doing ok, just tell him that you want to spend time with him and I guarante he'll be there." she said as she saw the way they looked at each other knowing Ben put to much on his plate and often forgot to think of himself and Erza had a similar habit and often forgot to voice her wants and needs 'those two are so alike.' shee thought to herself.

'She's right!' Erza thought her spirits lifting 'Ben isn't the only one in this relationship to set up a date!' she thought to herself getting up.

Mira watched Erza walk away "a tip would be nice." she said under her breath rolling her eyes at her rival's lack of appreciation for her advice.

Erza calmed herself as she knocked onto Ben's door and soon Gajeel opened it.

"You here for Tennyson or the shrimp?" Gajeel asked her curiously.

Erza rolled her eyes "Ben where is Ben?" she said getting straight to the point.

"We just finished our lesson. He's in the kitchen refilling the smoothie machine." Gajeel said to her wondering if he should follow and be entertained by whatever it was that was gonna happen.

"Thank you." Erza said walking inside to see Ben as Jury Rigg working on the machine.

"Hey Erza." Jury Rigg said as he hopped off the machine done refilling it and doing maintenance and transformed back to Ben.

"Hello Ben." Erza said with a smile as it was just nice to see him "I was wondering if you were busy?" she asked him wanting to be polite.

"Um no I mean house is good, Wendy is settling in fine, Gajeel isn't destroying my freaking blender anymore." Ben said giving the Iron Dragon Slayer a very dry look as he was right there watching them "so I'm free unless you got a mission for us?" he asked her curiously.

"No, I came here with the intention of taking you out on a date." Erza said, choosing to ignore Gajeel's attempt to hide his chuckle with a cough, her cheeks blsuhed lightly.

"Oh sure how's tomorrow?" Ben asked curiously as Erza nodded in agreement, he sent Gajeel a minor glare when he started to hum his song.

"So if you asked Ben out does that mean you're paying for the date?" Gajeel asked both Ben and Erza unable to tell if he was teasing them or was being serious.

"We shall go to my favorite bakery and have dinner under the stars!" Erza exclaimed as she had a certain spot picked out already.

Ben smiled as he had a strong guess where this spot was given that they went to it on their last date 'guess it's our spot now.' he thought as he chuckled slightly "how about we each bring something you get the sweets I'll bring the smoothies." he said wanting to help with the date.

Gajeel had to resist laughing as Erza pouted as she seemed like she really wanted to plan this thing herself and was failing to resist the urge to say 'yes' as the scarlet headed knight was a sucker for the treat 'I swear I'll never be like that.' he thought unknowingly tempting fate to later mess with him through a certain blue headed bookworm.

Erza in the end relented as she would forever be weak to all sweets and desserts

Ben and Erza laid down on a blanket looking up to the stars paying both attention to the magnificent sight and to the other person.

"We should come here more often." Erza said as the sight of the city and the stars never seemed to lose it's appeal "do you think your grandmother would like me?" she asked out of the blue as she heard from Natsu and Gray that Ben met with his grandmother.

Ben laughed at that "Erza my grandmother is basically like Natsu." he said as it was a frightening but true comparison "she'd tell you…well I don't really know what she'd tell you, but it'd be crazy and probably embarrassing." he said as he was sure his wildside came from his grandmother.

Erza didn't know weather to shiver or laugh as Ben did tell her how powerful the woman was and the thought she was like Natsu was horrifying "can we do this more?" she asked him getting an odd look from him "date more I mean, I wanna do this more." she said not wanting to wait an unknown amount of time for the next one she wanted to know when the next one was "can we do a date once a week?" she asked feeling that was more solid.

"Sure wanna do it in between missions or during?" Ben said jokingly.

"It'd be unprofessional to the client if we did so." Erza said seriously "but~ maybe a small date during meals would be nice." she said with a smile looking at him.

Ben loved this, having a girlfriend as part of his world of constant action was nice, he was so excited he just moved closer to Erza and kissed her both unable to deny the attraction and the mood which was perfect.

Author's note-Hey everybody short announcement wanted you all to know that I talked about it with Ultimate10 and the 47 chapters he has would start there and I'd have the chapters from when I started taking over 48 to this current chapter I'll delete 1-47 in say a little over a week so that book 1 and book 2 are separate and just to be clear Ultimate10 and I are still working together on these have a nice one everybody and hope to get some support on P-A-T-R-E-O-N link is on my bio.
