Author's Note: In an attempt to attract more attention to my story, Pirates of The Caribbean: Vertigo, I have written this trailer. It's about a month too late, but yeah... enjoy anyway. The scenes are all taken (some a little loosely) from the actual story. It you're not reading it... maybe it will encourage you to read on. If you are, then maybe it will hint at what's going to happen.

Have you ever felt... guilty?

Shadows pass over a young Jack Sparrow's face as he stands in a cabin on a strange ship. He stares at a curly haired girl, beautiful, a mere child.

Amber eyes will haunt Jack Sparrow forever...

The huge, beautiful eyes of the girl stay the same, but she changes; a beautiful tavern wench, washing tankards. She smiles a little, softly, glancing back at an old woman.

... until the day he finds her again.

A busy tavern; Jack Sparrow sits with Will, laughing and talking... and then he sees them... amber eyes at the bar.

A name in his head...

The small girl, terrified, squeaks, "Carmen Karenza Keisha Regalia, Princess of Evaneta."

Jack stares.

... but no longer in hers.

"My name is Lainey." The tavern wench stares at Jack, scared.

A mission to make her remember...

Jack shrugs. "Lainey, Carmen, whatever. Come and talk with me!"

"Please leave me alone," she whispers.

... and an adventure none of them will forget.

A black-haired man stares at the Black Pearl in a cave with a bitter cry. He turns to run, but collides with William Turner.

Will grins. "Going somewhere?"

THIS SPRING

Lainey sits bound in the corner, gagged, sobbing.

WORLDS COLLIDE

The black haired man and Jack Sparrow duel in the rain, as Lainey watches.

A PRINCESS WILL BE FOUND

Lainey stands on a balcony, dressed in a long red dress, a crown on her head, her expression unreadable. She watches the sea.

FEELINGS WILL BE BORN

Jack stands on the Black Pearl, staring up at a castle as they sail away. His eyes are fixed on the Princess on the balcony.

AND ADVENTURE WILL CAPTURE THEM ALL

Lainey and the black haired man stand side-by-side on the Pearl, clutching swords.

Jack Sparrow runs a blonde man through with his sword.

The Pearl sails along, closely followed by another ship- The Heaven.

Lainey punches Jack.

Lainey and Will run through a busy street at night.

Lainey and Jack's faces are close, moving in for a kiss...

Jack Sparrow lies cold in a deserted rainy street, unmoving.
