CHAPTER 6

After viewing the memories some things were making sense. Lily was still taking it hard to digest this information.

We then saw the paper which we found in the locket and I was shocked. There were the Vault details for money on the paper along with some of the inventions Lily and Snape made. There was a small note on the Time Turner which was created by Snape. It read:

Time is a Fickle thing and using Time Turners can be dangerous. Throughout the ages, people from all over the world have used Time Turners indiscriminately before strict regulations were made for their usage. Because of this indiscriminate usage, multiple timelines which are alternate realities have been created and they exist in a world separate from ours. The purpose of the time turner I have created is to travel between these multiple universes. I have recently gone to a universe where magic does not exist. While testing, I accidentally sent the Time Turner alone to that Universe.

So this Time Turner had the power to access multiple timelines/universes/realities. So the Multiverse was real, and I was from a world where magic didn't exist and Harry Potter existed in fiction! And I remember the Cursed Child book introducing alternate realities, so maybe everything existed but in different Universes. The Book universe, the Movie universe and various fanfiction universes existed parallelly together.

There were notes on the Orange and Grape juice Potions as well in the paper which were created by Lily. It read:

I have always wanted to connect with my sister Petunia. I know she is jealous of me able to do magic while she cannot. So in order to make her wish come true, I was experimenting and created these 2 potions. The Grape colored one let's a person de-age to 11 years while the orange colored is capable of introducing magical genes inside a human Muggle body. I created them so that my sister can be able to use magic and get a chance to enjoy experience at Hogwarts if she wished to. And hopefully we can reconnect as siblings.

On seeing this, I knew I had to come clean so I told about my world to Lily. I also showed her some of the memories from my world in the Pensieve which shocked her even more.

She spoke, "So let me get this correct. You, Kal, are from another world and cannot use magic. But you came here through the Time Turner my father created and drank the potions which my mother created giving you magic and de-aging you. You are actually somewhere in your twenties, so that is the reason you do not have to worry about Underage Magic. And in your world, events of this world are part of Novels and TV movies called HARRY POTTER".

"Yes. And you are Professor Snape's daughter then. And Harry's half sister. And to top all of that, in a way you are Voldemort's daughter because of your father's deformed body. That makes you a direct descendent of Salazar Slytherin. That's the reason you are a parselmouth and can speak snake language. The reason why you landed in orphanage is still unclear".

Lily replied sadly, "I don't know what to do now, I always wanted to know my parents and wanted to have a family. I now have a father and brother but I don't know how to approach them. Harry doesn't speak with me normally and now knowing my heritage, he will hate me more".

I spoke, "Don't think too much Lily. We will think of speaking with Harry later. I will speak with Professor Snape and try to arrange a meeting between you two". I still felt there were some unclear things that I had to discuss with Snape alone.

"So I get it that you don't remember much about the Original storyline of Harry Potter series and therefore you could not warn us. Do you remember anything what's going to happen in our 4th year, now that we are about to start".

"I am sorry Lily, the only thing I remember is that Harry is going to take part in some Interschool Competition and there is going to be a Yule Ball".

"Ball! As in dancing with a partner?"

"Um, yes".

"So have you decided whom to ask yet".

"Not really, I am actually undecided".

"Ohk. But if this ball does happen, will you go with me. You are my best friend and I think it will be fun time together".

"Yeah Sure".

So our 4th year started. We got Professor Mad Eye Moody as our DADA teacher. The Triwizard tournament was announced and champions to represent the schools selected just like in Canon. I was waiting to meet Snape at the correct time. I had the Memory Strands with me and went into Professor Snape's room.

"Hello Professor Snape, May I take few minutes to speak with you. I have something to show you".

"Yes Kal, sure. What is it you want to show me".

"I want you to see these memories in a Pensieve. It's really important", I showed him the memory strands.

Snape gave me an apprehensive look but nonetheless obliged. After watching the memories, he was visibly shaken and began to breakdown while crying.

"Oh No, Lily what have I done! I have been responsible for your death again. And by delivering the Prophecy, I have made my own daughter an orphan. How can I ask her forgiveness? How can I redeem myself?", he was yelling in pain.

"Professor Snape, what prophecy are you talking about", I knew what it was but I wanted to clear some things.

He looked at me and decided to trust me. So he confessed, "There was a prophecy made about one being capable of defeating the Dark Lord.

The one with the power to vanquish the Dark Lord approaches... born to those who have thrice defied him, born as the seventh month dies... and the Dark Lord will mark the one as his equal, but the one will have power the Dark Lord knows not... and either must die at the hand of the other for neither can live while the other survives... the one with the power to vanquish the Dark Lord will be born as the seventh month dies...

I told this prophecy to Dark Lord and set in motion the events which made Lily an orphan. I just realize now that the Prophecy never spoke about the gender of the One capable of defeating the Dark Lord. So he must have gone to kill her first before he went to kill Harry Potter".

"Then Lily can also be the Chosen One right as she was also marked on her hand when Voldemort tried to kill her as a baby".

"Yes, but to the public Harry Potter is the Chosen One, because he was able to defeat the Dark Lord. Lily is safe for now, but she won't be forever. We need to speak with Dumbledore and I need to see my daughter now. Please can you call her here".

Afterwards we told Dumbledore which caused the old man to be shocked. Lily and Snape met and they were both crying hugging each other. Snape was asking for forgiveness.
