Unaware that more help was coming, Optimus and his men were fighting a two front battle, as Starscream had used the Omega lock and Cyber Planet keys to enlarge himself and had his own army and then there was Megatron and his cronies who had left the shield by Niagara Falls and now were on the island. Optimus tried not to swear as things were not going his way, but his men were trying there hardest.
Unfortunately, with the two front battle going on, Optimus wasn't able to keep exact track of the Omega lock and planet keys as Starscream and Megatron fired not only at each other but also at the Prime. Optimus went to take the Omega lock and was stopped by Megatron. Optimus was without his weapon, as Megatron had batted it away, but before Megatron could slaughter the Prime, a new bot arrived and boy was he a loose cannon, as Wingsaber revealed himself. Most of the other bots were grateful for the help, but wished it had come in another form.
While Wingsaber was helping the Autobots fight off Starscream, who was now a huge threat to earth, Megatron took this chance to try and leave with the Omega lock. Optimus was not happy to realize what had occurred, but before Megatron could escape through the space bridge, a new bot emerged. This bot was dark grey and appeared tough. Megatron didn't even know what hit him when he was punched in the gut, forcing him to toss up the Omega lock and Cyber Planet keys. This new bot caught the keys and had his strongest weapon drawn and his purple optic revealed. "Try me" dated the new bot, ready for anything. Caught completely off guard, Megatron left but not without swearing that he would return and that he would get the Lock and keys if it was the last thing he did.
Once Megatron was gone, the new bot saw that Optimus and another bot had combined and we're fighting Starscream. Lancex was going to join in and help, but before he could, Optimus and the other bot defeated the oversized seeker. Soon, thanks to another con, Starscream was soon gone. "Where did the Omega lock and Cyber Planet Keys go?" Optimus asked, not expecting the answer he got.
"It's right here" Lancex answered, his purple optic now covered and his advanced weaponry put away.
"Who the blazes are you?" Jetfire asked, asking for all the bots as none of them except Optimus recognized this bot.
"You want to tell them or you tell them, Optimus?" Lancex asked his brother. Optimus just shot a look of 'you tell them.' "Alright, alright. My name is Lancex Stormbringer Prime, though I generally go by Lancex and Optimus is my brother."
"What?" Another bot asked. All looked to Optimus.
"Lancex has been missing for a long time. I never spoke of him as I feared he was no more. But he speaks the truth. He is my brother… younger brother" Optimus revealed, confirming what Lancex had said. The others nodded.
"Well, he at least saved the lock and keys" Jetfire piped up, a bit annoyed. No one yet realizing three Autobots – Evac, Hotshot, and newly made Autobot Scourge – were reacting somewhat strangely to this new bot.
Optimus sighed. "Let's get back to base. The cons will be back soon enough and we have to make a plan to find the fourth Cyber Planet Key" Optimus stated and all nodded, hoping that this really was true and not a trick, as the Autobots needed all the help they could find to save the universe from the black hole that had been blown into the universe.
