As Lancex went back and forth with Optimus and Vector Prime, Red Alert and Scattershot came into the room to provide a medical report to the Prime. Upon seeing the pair, Lancex headed out. He didn't want them near his gn drive again and so, Lancex left the room. Vector followed Lancex as Vector figured what the pair had to say was for Optimus' audios only.
Red Alert and Scattershot were showed no response to the pair leaving. They were there to speak with Optimus about the med check that had just been completed on Lancex. "I trust that you have completed a thorough medical exam on Lancex" Optimus started out, seeing that Vector Prime and Lancex had left.
"Yes, Optimus, sir. We have completed our exam" Red alert answered.
"And?" Optimus replied, never having been one to like playing guessing games when it came to stuff like this.
"His systems are functioning at optimal levels. His virus protection software has been upgraded including the new dose you wanted to have, and we have found a couple of non standard parts on him…" Red alert stated, rattling off the full report.
Optimus was a bit puzzled by hearing about the "non standard" parts, as that could many mini different things. "Explain to me what you mean by these non standard parts" Optimus commanded.
"Well, for one, his weapons disappear into secret compartments that most bots don't possess, especially the are that holds his god arc. Also, he has a very strange appendage, so to speak. He has a gn drive, which most bots lack" Scattershot answered.
Optimus understood about hidden compartments, as even he had a few, though not quite as many as his brother, but the gn drive bothered Optimus. Something was missing. "So, what does him having a gn drive mean?" Optimus asked, not sure how he should take this.
"Well, it all depends on how sensitive it is" Red alert offered up, really not wanting to tell Optimus that the level of sensitivity that Lancex showed he was extremely capable of caring sparklings, and many at once.
"You know I hate guessing games, you two. Now out with it. Tell me what you found" Optimus demanded, not liking that they were hiding information from him.
"Well, his is sensitive enough that it signals he is very fertile and easily can carry many sparklings" Scattershot nervously revealed..
Optimus didn't like the sound of it, and it showed. "No he can sire sparklings, but not carry" Optimus emphatically stated.
"Wrong, Optimus sir. He can sire and carry sparklings. And he will willing do so for whoever takes care of his gn drive just right" Red alert answered, a bad taste in his mouth from saying so.
Optimus sighed, as this meant trouble. "I know my brother may hate me for this, it he must be carefully and closely guarded, for if Megatron gets ahold of Lancex, that could change the tide of this fight big time." Red and Scattershot understood, but this would make it much more difficult for Hotshot, Scourge, and Evac to try and get close to Lancex.
