A day or so after it seemed like universe had returned to normal as the black hole had been fixed, Lancex was dragging the catatonic form of Megatron to the worst prison ever built on Megatron, In the Arctic region of the planet. He would be gone for a while taking care of this issue, and so, he was completely unaware that many of the Autobots were still talking about him.
Back in Iacon, which had now been restored, Optimus was leading Vector Prime back to Optimus' office. Neither was aware that a strange bot awaited them in Optimus' office. Metroplex, Quickmix, and Menasor met up with the pair and headed to the office. All five were stunned to meet a strange bot that none of them had seen before. "Greetings" the Autobot triple changer greeted them.
"Who are you and what are you doing here?" Optimus demanded to know, unaware that this bot had saved Lancex many years ago and knew of the bots strange design and weaponry.
"Primus sent me here to tell you a bit about Lancex Prime" Kryptobug stated, knowing he was the only one who could reveal this stuff with Lancex being the only exception.
"What more is there to know?" Vector Prime asked.
"Lancex's right optic was severely damaged one time when he was fighting a demon and couldn't be repaired appropriately without modification. To save him, I had to repair his optic in such a way that his optic is able to see into the future, though the further head in time it is, the less clear it is" Kryptobug revealed. Vector Prime was a bit stunned that another Prime could see into time, and it also explained why Lancex had knocked out Vector Prime on the giant planet.
But Optimus was bothered by something else, something much darker. "What do you mean he was fighting a demon?"
Kryptobug looked at Optimus. "After he was nearly destroyed by Megatron and Starscream, I saved him with help from Primus. In return, Primus asked Lancex to be a demon hunter, though Primus asked through a friend of Lancex's so that Lancex didn't suspect it was a calling from Primus." Optimus shook his helm. Not only could Lancex carry sparklings and he was a demon hunter. Optimus hoped there were no further surprises. Little did he know that there was more.
KB gave a bit more history of Lancex and his weaponry and such, including something Lancex had helped the giant planet with eons ago. It was enough to cause Metroplax, Quickmix and Menasor to blush that they had failed to recognize the bot. They hoped he would be forgiving to them as they had forgotten. Only time would tell. After giving all the info, Kryptobug left as mysteriously as he had appeared, leaving 5 very confused bots in his wake. The five now had to decide how to use the info they had just received.
