The next morning, Lancex was the first to rouse. He felt warmer than usual, and once he online his optics, he as why. Surrounding him on both sides were the three bots he had brought home last night. They were still out cold and recharging. He smiled at seeing how they had arranged themselves. Scourge was curled up on one side with Hotshot and Evac on the other side with Evac closer to Lancex than Hotshot. It was such a cute sight that he took a personal picture and stored it in his memory banks before he got up to prepare the morning energon.
Having learned what each bot preferred the night before, Lancex showed off his incredibly sharp memory by preparing each bots favorite energon, or at least trying to. Evac and Hotshot were pretty easy, as their favorites were fairly common and easy to make. Scourge was a bit tougher, as few bots liked the kind Scourge did, but Lancex was able to find it. Lancex fixed each energon as each bot preferred. Evac preferred his chilled, Hotshot liked his heated, and Scourge liked his a bit on the raw side.
It wasn't too much longer before the trio began to wake up. Hotshot was first up, then Evac. Scourge was last to rouse, as his systems had needed more recharge than the others. They were surprised to no longer see Lancex amongst them, but the smell of energon led the bots out of the berth room and into what passed as a transformers kitchen. Lancex was sitting at the table, reading his book, waiting for the other three as Lancex had already consumed his energon.
Evac noticed the cubes quickly. "Are these for us?" He asked, unsure.
"Yes, your cube is on right side of me, and Hotshot's cube is directly across from me" Lancex stated, only seeing the two at first.
Scourge, who wasn't far behind, so arrived. "Is that mine of your left?" Scourge asked. Lancex nodded, with a smile. The trio each set down at the place they were told where there cube was. Each was stunned to taste that his energon was just the way he liked it. All three smiled. They could now see that these feelings were mutual. And so, the three chatted and continued to get to know each other better. They hoped that soon, they could become sparkmates, it for now, they would enjoy this time.
