Man you guys are great! As of writing this AN this story's got 151 favs and 217 follows! And if I remember correctly 7 more reviews that I will now address,

Elreyshadow94: Thanks I didn't want it to be bland, I didn't want to make him instantly as fast as Usain Bolt (he will get there trust me) but because he IS malnourished I made him a bit slower than most 10 year olds.

Hathowda Jun: I already edited chapter 1, but I didn't change the description of inventory in chapter 2 because even if everyone knows what it is, poor little Harry still doesn't as I doubt his relatives will let him get anywhere NEAR anything as expensive as a computer, and I'll definitely take your idea about Wizarding homes into consideration.

Cleddyf, sudhush, and Dr1zzy: Thanks for the encouragement, as it's those kinds of comments that remind me that this fic is actually a thing that I enjoy to write.

Disclaimer: I don't own Harry Potter or The Gamer.

After making his way back to Number 4, Harry found the house void of any of his relatives as Vernon had gone to work and Petunia had gone to one of the neighbor's houses for the weekly meeting of Privet Drive's Neighborhood Watch, (which was really just a group of nosy housewives who drank tea and gossiped for a few hours).

Deciding to make the most of his hour or two of freedom (since it would take a while for Dudley to make it back) Harry went up to Dudley's second bedroom and found some of the discarded books that Dudley's gotten over the year and never read.

Harry decided to start low and make his way up by reading some children's books to raise his intelligence. After finishing the last children's book some screen's popped up:

For reading dilligently

You gain 2 Int!

For looking at some squiggles and understanding what they mean you've learned a skill!

[English (Passive) LV5 EXP: 0.0%]

You can't walk the walk without being able to talk the talk. The higher the level the more eloquent you become.

Current Level: Crass

You can talk to your average joe, but forget about holding a conversation with her majesty or being smooth with the ladies.

'Hey! I'm not crass!' thought Harry, 'But I wonder why this skill started at level 5 instead of level 1? Must be because I can already speak English.'

Deciding to fix his lack of eloquence later he grabbed any other books he could find and stuck them in his inventory before going to the kitchen and fixing himself some lunch.

Instead of just making a single sandwich, Harry decided to be a bit more daring and made some extras as well as some eggs and bacon to put in his inventory in case he ever gets locked in his cupboard again.

After putting everything he used back where he found it and cleaning up any evidence of him cooking, (God forbid the Dursley's find out Harry's been, *gasp* TRYING TO FIX HIS MALNUTRITION!) he went into the backyard and proceeded to exercise to raise his strength.

2 Hours Later

After a grueling work out Harry, decidedly smellier, went back into the house with 3 more points in strength and 2 more in Agility, ready to take a quick shower before starting to make dinner for his ungrateful relatives.

As he walked into the kitchen his aunt walked through the front door and saw him in the hallway. "Get started making dinner freak, Vernon and Dudders will be home any second now and I want it to be done by then, but first take a shower, you aboslutely reek."

'You mean exactly what I was going to do?!' Harry grit his teeth as he made a beeline for the bathroom.

After taking his shower he proceeded to get started making dinner. 'Ok so what are we making? Roast beef with mashed potatoes and green beans, sounds easy enough,' thought Harry as he proceeded to get the necessary ingredients out before preparing the meal.

One Cooking Montage Later

Once it smelled like it was ready Harry pulled the roast beef out of the oven and proceeded to slice it up before setting the table. "Ah it smells absolutely scrumptious Pet, you've out done yourself again," said Vernon, completely ignoring the fact that it was his house-elf, I mean Harry, who cooked the meal.

Dudley and Vernon wasted no time digging in making sure not a single scrap was left to give to Harry. 'Jokes on them, I made myself a some extra beef and stuck it in my inventory in case they did this,' Harry thought, mentally patting himself on the back for his foresight.

After dinner Harry cleaned up and went to bed, awaiting what lay ahead.

Damn sorry I've been away for so long. On the bright side I'm not dead and neither is this story. I just felt really stumped writing this chapter, everyone seemed to really like the last chapter and it came to me so easily too.

I really miss that feeling, but if I waited for that feeling every time I wrote it'd be 2022 by the time this story got to 10K words. I'll just have to edit the absolute living frick out of this chapter later. Thanks to everyone who commented on the last couple of chapters, it really helps out, in fact I'm updating a couple of the earlier chapters along with this one.

Don't forget to fav and follow if you liked it, comment if you have any feedback or if you liked it, and share with anyone who you think would enjoy my (in my opinion) mediocre writing.

One last thing, I've been writing this story on my phone believe it or not and it's KILLER on my neck, I wanna start using my laptop to write this story but I've never really used the desktop version of the site and idk how to write the story on computer (should I write it in word and upload it as a .docx file? is there a section on ffn to write the story like there is on the app? etc.) So if you guys have any tips PM me.
