MLA
Rikiya Yotsubashi, CEO of Detnerat, preened under the awed gazes of his subordinates as he presented the newest member of their organization.
"Everyone, it is my honor to present Izuku Midoriya, who has accepted our very generous internship offer. It is my hope that this will be the beginning of a highly profitable partnership and another step in the goal of liberating mankind."
"Liberation is good," Izuku said. "When I heard that so many people across the world are oppressed, my moral code as a hero indicated that I should assist an organization working to liberate everyone."
"Well said!" Rikiya shouted. "Now, why don't you take a seat, and we'll begin the orientation."
As Izuku sat down, Geten asked, "How strong is he, exactly? He won the sports festival, sure, but it wasn't much of a show, you know?"
"Yeah," a nameless mook drawled. "How do we know he's not just some weakling that lucked out?"
"We should have a competition!"
"What, like the sports festival?"
Yotsubashi leapt in before the conversation spiraled further out of control. "Yes, exactly! Why don't we take this into the testing chambers? Let us see who is strongest among us."
Confident that no one would top his strength, Rikiya watched as his mooks, goons, and grunts lined up to smack a punching bag. Numbers flashed under each impact and blow, calculating speed, force, temperature, and other variables. Geten froze the bag until air liquefied around it, while Curious made a large enough detonation to warp its steel plates.
When Izuku stepped up to it, he asked, "How would you like me to interact with this device?"
"Hit it as hard as you can!" Rikiya shouted.
"Understood."
Izuku's arm warped as new machines sprung up from his back and shoulder. Within seconds, his arm transformed into a battering ram the size of a freight train. It rocketed forward fast enough to break the sound barrier, pulverized the punching bag, and flung it through ten concrete walls until it embedded itself into the bedrock beneath the building.
Yotsubashi sweated as his subordinates gave him expectant, calculating looks. "Of course," he said nervously, "Raw numbers aren't everything! What truly matters is how well one can fight!"
Letting the stress of potentially losing his position fill him, Rikiya grew into a hulking black behemoth. His punch shattered the air, but Izuku caught it with one enormous hand. Keeping his grip, Izuku flung him around and around, slamming him into the floor.
"Puny go- Oh wait," Izuku said. "I already did this one."
Izuku stood Rikiya back up, dusted him off, then gave him a massive uppercut. Rikiya's socks floated through the air as the CEO crashed to the ground.
"New boss!" the goons shouted. "Lead the MLA into glory!"
"I run the Meta Liberation Army?"
"Yes!"
Izuku made a phone call. "Hello, Hero Commission? I am the leader of the MLA, and I would like to turn myself in."

And now he's interning with villains. Whoops!
