Wow, last chapter was pretty long. Longer than some other chapters from some of my other stories. Anyway, it looks like the weather is starting to heat up so that means, no more snow or snow removal. Kind of thought this winter would be worse than the last couple of winters after 2015.

Well, aside from the weather I've decided to make the entire story one big story instead of separating the story into separate stories for each continent. I can assure you all that you'll see plenty more space, air and ground battles in the coming chapters, both on Remnant and off Remnant.

Now, I think its time for Ruby and Galen to have a little, moment. No, I don't mean sex, I mean something a little more, quiet. I'm sure you all know what I mean, especially since Coco took Ruby shopping.

Anyway, onto the reviews.

Monster King: Thank you

Darth Cody: Hey man, if you want to leave your comments about some stuff for my story in a PM, that's fine with me. Just leave a review for the chapter about what you liked in the chapter I posted; I'd like to know what it is you like about the story.

Hamm1999: The only Star Wars video games I have played, aside from Jedi Fallen Order include the Force Unleashed games, the Lego Star Wars games, Clone Wars: Republic Heroes, Revenge of the Sith, Attack of the Clones, Phantom Menace, Starfighter, Jedi Starfighter, Republic Commando, The Clone Wars, the 2003 games, Battlefront, Battlefront 2 both the originals and remakes and Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy. So, some of the events that occur around the time before the Battle of Yavin may or may not be mentioned in the story.

Chaotic Skunk Monkey: Thanks. But this story isn't even complete, unless you are referring to Mobile Suit: RWBY. That one needs a lot of work in rewriting before I post a new chapter. Glad it made you think of Top Gun, that's a good movie but it's a shame that the F14 was retired in 2006 in favor of the slower F18. Of course, there will be a time for me to use Duel of Fates, won't be Star Wars without using that awesome song for a clash between two individuals armed with lightsabers.

Hawks: Thanks. I'm not sure about a chibi spinoff of this story. I will admit, chibi is pretty funny, but I don't think I'd be any good at it. Now, if you know someone who would be willing to do a chibi spinoff, let me so I can have a good laugh.

To the guest, Galen Marek: I do a lot of surfing on the Star Wars wiki-site when it comes to information about characters, ships and weapons. Been doing that for quite a while and it's something I like doing.

Jason Hudson: I'm not sure I follow you. Where did I use a reference to Sun Tzu's: The Art of War? I never read the book so I don't know what you are talking about. Are mocking me or something? If so, then don't read my story. I don't take kindly to trolls or bullies.

Alright, onto the story. Disclaimers are the same as before, please enjoy.

Chapter 31: Date Night

The casualties from the battle of the Round Table would have been much worse if Ironwood's plan of attacking the Malevolence II and the base it was stationed at had been given the green light. Hundreds of clone troopers and dozens of fighter pilots were killed in the battle by both the Grimm and droids. The exact estimate of casualties was somewhere between thirty and forty percent while a great many walkers, tanks, speeders and fighters were damaged and in need of repair.

As for the droids and Grimm, they lost hundreds upon hundreds of vehicles, transports, ships and many of the new Grimm thanks largely in part to the Jedi, Galm, Garuda, Gelb teams, Mobius 1, Warwolf Squadron and Fulcrum. Their air-support saved hundreds of lives from being killed by the enemy who would have no doubt laid waste to the Kingdom of Vale.

News of the Demon Lord of the Round Table spread across the Kingdoms and even Menagerie. While most of the details surrounding both the battle, the Jedi, the enemy and new type of Grimm were classified as military intelligence, talk amongst the pilots who took part in the battle were for the lack of better terms, surprised that a novice fighter pilot had earned the title of Demon Lord in his first aerial battle. Many pilots were a bit envious, but others were proud and would consider it an honor to fight alongside the Demon Lord, especially the three S37 pilots, who headed for one of their safe houses after their planes were refueled, rearmed and repaired.

Despite their victory however, someone had managed to infiltrate one of the military bases further away from the Round Table and Kingdom. The identity of the attacker was unknown, but it was clear that whoever attacked the base slaughtered dozens of soldiers that got in their path and destroyed the bases servers and was armed with a lightsaber. Ironwood was for the lack of better words, furious about the attack and called in several more airships and troops as security for the Vytal festival, at the request of the council.

The Jedi were concerned greatly, not just for the impending return of the Empire, but for the suspicion that someone was controlling the droids and were using them to weaken the kingdoms defenses for an impending attack. The council of Vale assumed it to be a White Fang plot which was one of the reasons Ironwood brought in more of his army from Atlas, but the three Jedi Masters felt it was something else. As a result, they sent the Bad Batch, Delta and Ghost Squads to investigate the base where the attack came from in hopes of shedding some light on this attack.

As for the teams from Beacon, they were given time off from their studies for their bravery and courage. This gave them plenty of time to rest and train for the tournament which was in a few days, especially since they were competing in the tournament which they already decided after Goodwitch mentioned it several months ago.

As for Ruby, she stood outside of Team GARMs dorm room completely nervous. In her hands were two reservations that Coco had given her for The Vale Garden, a fancy new restaurant that opened up in the more 'respectable' side of Vale. Though she wasn't into restaurants like that, she felt like Galen would like to go with her, especially since he was working pretty hard in both his own training and her training. Swallowing a lump in her throat, she plucked up courage and knocked on the door.

She waited for seemed like a decade, her nervousness returning. "What if Galen laughs at me for asking him out? What if he thinks I'm too childish? Oh, maybe I shouldn't do this. I think I'll just…" Ruby thought to herself as the door opened and Galen appeared on the other side. "Uh… H-hi, Galen…" Ruby stuttered.

"Something on your mind, Ruby? We're not training today." Galen asked, though he did sense her nervousness.

"I…I was… wondering…if you'd… like to… go out… with me… for dinner…?" she asked, holding the reservations in her hands, nearly dropping them in her nervous state.

"You mean, like a date?" Galen inquired, taking one of the reservations from her and looked at it. "'The Vale Garden'. Isn't this a bit fancy and expensive for you?" he asked.

"Well…. Yes…. I mean… I don't know how much you've made since you came to Remnant, but I thought after all that you've done, you would like to…." She stuttered, feeling rather uneasy about herself. Galen stood silent for a moment as he thought about this and for Ruby, she thought he was going to laugh at her or reject her. But she was wrong.

"Sure, why not. I'd like to go out with you." Galen replied, shocking Ruby and several students who were passing by, especially some female students, some of whom had a secret crush on Galen and were a bit heartbroken, but very much happy for Galen. "These go to the end of the week, how does tomorrow night sound?" he asked.

"You'll go out with me?" Ruby asked, shocked as if she was dreaming. "I mean… sure… tomorrow night sounds good. I'll see you at the restaurant then." She quickly replied, breathing a sigh of relief as Galen closed the door to his dorm room and she walked back to her own dorm room, her heart racing.

When she returned, Ruby found Yang waiting for her with a sly grin, Weiss looking over something and Blake reading. "So, did Galen say yes?" Yang asked.

"Yeah, he said yes." Ruby replied.

"Oh, that so cute, my little sister is going on her first date!" Yang said in a teasing manner, pulling Ruby into a tight hug, narrowly suffocating her. "Well, guess that means you're going to need some spending money. I'm sure Weiss will be able help you with that, maybe even contribute to your night out." Yang added.

"I…" Weiss began before she shut her mouth and kept quite about something she was doing to help with Ruby and Galen's night out.

"Yang, stop teasing your sister. This is her first date, yes. But don't make her more nervous than she already is. How would you like it if someone did that to you?" the cat Faunus asked. Yang just shrugged her shoulders, putting her hands behind her head and walked towards her bunk.

"Ruby." Weiss began, getting the red-haired girl to turn to the Schnee Heiress. "I know you aren't the kind of person who would wear make up or anything like that, but I might have something that will help you with that and like Yang said, I might be able to do something to help you." She said with a smile, getting Ruby to smile.

Meanwhile, March was trying to give Galen a top hat much like his own, but Galen firmly stated he wasn't going to wear such a thing. "Come on, boss. You'd look much better wearing this thing than any old other hat. It'll look great on you." March continued to claim.

"I've already told you a hundred times, I will not be wearing such a thing. Besides, its not my style." Galen said for the umpteenth time.

"Aw don't give me that, when I wear this thing, the ladies love me. Besides, I'm going to help you for your date. I'm going to do this: The Evergreen way!" the rabbit Faunus declared.

"For crying out loud, March. There's no Evergreen way! That's just what you say right before you do something stupid or insane!" Rose chimed in.

"You have a better idea?" March questioned the cowgirl.

"Not really, but I think Galen should handle this on his own or with someone who isn't crazy." She countered.

"Yeah, good luck with that. My sense of fashion…" March started to say before he noticed Galen going for the door. "And where do you think you're going? You're not going to walk out that door." He stated.

"Uh, yes I am. Arthur said he knew someone in the city who could help me so I'm going with him." Galen answered, as the Knight of Atlas walked past March.

"It is where I got my own outfit for the dance." Arthur said before March used his semblance and got in front of the two, with a smirk on his face.

"Are you both prepared in case someone lowlife tries and jumps you?" he asked. "Cup check!" he said, knocking on Galen's groin like he had a protective cup underneath his pants. Much to his surprise, Galen did the same thing to him, only the Rabbit faunus wasn't wearing a cup and ended up hitting him right in the groin. "Oh! Damn it!" March squealed, falling to the floor and clutching his groin in pain.

"What the hell! You don't say 'Cup Check' unless you're wearing one!" Rose said in surprise, her scroll recording the moment her teammate took one in the jewels.

"I never played sports, Rose. I don't know." March answered in pain as Arthur and Galen quickly left, both of them very confused at to why their teammate even tried such a thing.

About a half-hour later, Galen and Arthur were walking through the city towards the clothing store that Arthur mentioned. "The owner is from Atlas and has been a good friend to the Penwolf family for years. You'd be surprised at how many people come to him for custom orders." Arthur told Galen as they walked through the city towards their destination. As they did, Arthur noticed something was off about Galen. "Something is troubling you. What is it?" the knight asked.

"Its just that, I don't know. Something about the battle felt off. The droids and Grimm could have easily overwhelmed us, even if the Malevolence II was destroyed. Yet they retreated, it doesn't make any sense. And those new Grimm, who in their right mind would combine the Grimm with droid tech? Those things almost looked like they were constructed like Grievous was during the war." he stated.

"Grievous?" Arthur asked.

"General Grievous. The supreme commander of the droid army and a well-known Jedi killer." Galen began. "A cyborg with lightsaber combat training, Grievous was trained by Count Dooku, the leader of the Separatist Alliance and former Jedi. From what I heard from Ahsoka, Aayla and Kit, Grievous blamed the Jedi for an accident that happened to him before the Clone War began. As a result, Grievous had one purpose, kill the Jedi. Every Jedi he killed, he would take their lightsaber as a trophy and in the case of Padawan's their braid. He had a grudge against Obi-Wan Kenobi that ended with the General's death on Utapau, shortly before the Empire came into power." Galen explained.

"He sounds, dangerous." Arthur murmured.

"Believe me, from what I heard he was. Still, those new Grimm look like cyborgs and I can't help but wonder who built them." Galen added.

"If this Grievous was as dangerous and deadly as you say, he would be a difficult opponent to face in combat if he were still alive." Arthur pointed out before the two-finally arrived at the store run by the friend of Arthurs family. "This is it."

Both teens entered the shop and found the windows filled with mannequins wearing elegant dresses and tuxedoes that those who had the money could afford. Walking up to the counter, Arthur spoke to the women at the counter, a girl in their mid to late twenties with crimson hair, black eyes and fair skin wearing a typical skirt and shirt. "I'm here to see the manager." Arthur said bluntly.

"Do you have an appointment?" The women asked, not taking her eyes of her terminal.

"My name is Arthur Penwolf. I am an acquaintance of Raj and he is a family friend. I called him earlier so he's expecting me." Arthur stated.

The women raised her eyes from the terminal and looked at Arthur before she pressed a button on her intercom and told this Raj that Arthur had arrived. "He's in the design room. I'm sure you know the way. Please forgive my rudeness, Mr. Penwolf." The women apologized.

"It's fine." Arthur said sincerely and walked towards the back with Galen following close behind him. It wasn't long before they reached the design room where they found a man in his mid-thirties with light brown skin, black hair and brown eyes wearing a white suit with a measuring tape draped over his shoulder. The man was also a Faunus, more specifically a white tiger-based Faunus with white stripes that resembled tattoos on his face. "Raj?" Arthur asked.

The man turned around from the desk he was siting at and got up. "Ah, Arthur. It is very good to see you again." The man greeted, shaking Arthur's hand before he noticed Galen standing in the doorway. "Oh, so the rumors are true. Please come in." Raj said to Galen.

As Galen entered the room, Raj took a good look at the young Jedi. "I don't know whether to call you Galen or your lordship." The Faunus admitted. "Those brooding eyes, that determined jaw… Your clothes are more hand-me-downs than store bought, but I can work with this."

"Who are you?" Galen asked.

Raj looked confused before he properly introduced himself. "I am Raj Khatri, one of the finest tailors to ever grace the city of Vale and a friend of the Penwolf family since their days in Atlas. But you may call me Mr. Khatri. It's a pleasure to meet you."

"You're from Atlas?" Galen asked.

"I was but many people didn't want their clothing to have bits of fur on their clothing before they attended many of the fancy parties thrown by the wealthiest Atlas citizens, such as the Schnee's." Raj admitted with a snarl at the mention of the Schnee's before he continued. "But that's ancient history, lets talk about you. I heard from Mr. Penwolf here that you are taking a young lady out to The Vale Garden and I believe I can help you out. You need an outfit to wear and I need a model for a new line of tuxedoes I'm creating." He added handing Galen a sketch of the tuxedo in question.

"Is this the final product?" Galen asked.

"Yes, it is. So many experiments and so many ideas that I've come up with. Only the finest raiment's for the Wandering Huntsmen." He answered. "I spent years studying fashion designing at a top Atlesian academy. A garment must be useful before it is elegant. Form must follow function for outfits." He continued before he pushed Galen's arms up and began to take his measurements. "I handcraft all the outfits I create, dresses, tuxedos and accessories such as gloves and such, all of which have earned me praises from those who come to my store."

"Okay." Galen said with a little concern in his voice.

"He knows what he's doing." Arthur assured his team leader. "He's the type of person who doesn't give up that easily and all his creations have impressed the ladies with his tuxedos." Galen smiled, but was still a bit unsure about all this.

It took them the rest of the day before the three of them finally found the outfit for Galen to wear on his date with Ruby. The following day, at around six o'clock, Galen stood in his smart white dinner tuxedo in the parking lot near the dorm rooms. Originally, Galen was to meet up with Ruby at the restaurant, but at the last second Ruby texted Galen to meet her outside her dorm room.

Galen was confused but decided it best to meet Ruby outside her dorm, having a gut feeling that there was something else about this change. Galen was soon proven right as he heard the clattering of heels behind the door before it opened. Turning around, the young Jedi was surprised at what Ruby was wearing.

Ruby wore a red qipao dress with black lined roses and a long back collar with a black bow that practically clung to her body, long black gloves reaching almost to her shoulders, black heels and a red rose ornament in her hair. The smell of a perfume hung in the air and from a glance it looked like Ruby had put on a bit of makeup. In short, Ruby looked beautiful.

"Wow." Galen said impressively as a nervous Ruby walked over to him. "You… You look lovely, Ruby."

"Thank you. But the whole makeup and perfume idea was Weiss's. The dress, well you can thank Coco for taking me to one of her favorite clothing stores." Ruby admitted with a blush. Before she could say anymore, a beep on their scrolls indicated that both of them had a message from Weiss who told the two to get their butts to the parking lot.

When the two of them arrived, they found a limousine waiting for them with the door held open for the two of them by the driver. "Your limo awaits." The driver said to the two. Both students entered the limo with Ruby going in first, followed by Galen. The driver closed the door, returned to the driver's seat and drove the two of them to the restaurant.

Blake, March, Arthur and Rose watched from the window overlooking the parking lot and while they were all happy, Blake couldn't help but notice that they were short two people. "Where are Yang and Weiss?" she asked, but none of the other three knew the answer.

While the four students wondered where the other two were, the two team leaders were for the lack of better words surprised that Weiss had rented a limo for them and it made both of them wonder about how it would affect her monthly allowance that she was given by her father. Both of them had a feeling that her father wouldn't be happy if he found out his youngest daughter was spending money on luxuries for 'commoners' as some people from Atlas called those from the other kingdoms.

The limo took them through the more developed parts of town before they finally arrived at the restaurant. Both of them did their research and even though it was still relatively new, the Vale Garden was already given five-stars by many a person. "I'm really not much of a fancy kind of girl." Ruby said in awe as the two exited the limo.

"And the only life I ever lived was being Vader's tool." Galen added as the two walked towards the entrance where they were greeted by one of the staff who led them to their seats, a table by the window on the second floor that overlooked the harbor. After taking their seats, a waiter brought them some water and a pair of menus before leaving them. This gave Galen a chance to talk to Ruby. "So, I've been meaning to ask… what made you actually want to ask me out?" he asked.

"Well…. I uh…." Ruby stuttered before she cleared her throat. "I guess it happened after you saved me from the Empire. You risked everything to save a dolt like me from the people you fought against. You didn't even know me and I guess I kind of well… developed feelings for you. Yang told me about what you did for me when I was sick and that's another reason." She explained.

"I sense that you also see me as the big brother you." Galen said.

"What? No way… Ok yes." Ruby admitted. "I never really had many friends who were boys until I met Jaune. Believe it or not, most boys would either try to hit on me or tease me about how I…. had no mother." She sadly added. "In both cases, Yang would always defend me and kick the crap out of them. She really gave those guys are real butt kicking."

"I can imagine she also did that to those who would have broken your heart?" Galen inquired. Ruby nodded and Galen somehow knew that he would be getting his own butt kicked by Yang if he did anything to hurt Ruby.

"Your menu's." a familiar voice said. Both Ruby and Galen looked up to see that their waiter, much to their surprise was Yang, wearing a waiter's uniform. "And how are we doing tonight, love birds?" she questioned.

"Yang? What are you doing here?" Galen and Ruby asked at the same time.

"What? Isn't it an older siblings' job to make sure her younger siblings first date goes smoothly?" Yang questioned innocently as if she didn't do anything. "Besides, I'm not the only one here, you should see the Ice Queen." She added.

"Hey!" an annoyed Weiss said from nearby and when both Ruby and Galen saw the heiress, they could not believe their eyes. Weiss was dressed in a cute maid's uniform with a short skirt, white thigh-high stockings, frilly headband and shoulder length white gloves. "How many times have I told you people not to call me that?" she asked with a blush of embarrassment.

"Uh…. Why is Weiss dressed as a maid and serving customers at a restaurant?" Ruby asked equally confused just like Galen.

"I was only supposed to be providing the money and limo for the two of you, but somehow Yang managed to work out a deal with the owner and have the two of us work as a waiter and maid for one night, seeing as some of the female wait staff wear maid outfits much like the one, I am wearing." Weiss explained. "You two better not take any pictures and post this to the school." She warned.

"Trust me, we won't be. This is our little secret." Galen assured before he looked to the menu Yang had given him. "I'll take the steak, medium rare." Galen ordered. Ruby ordered the same thing since she didn't know what half of the items on the menu were. Both Weiss and Yang left them alone and the two of them began to talk again.

As the two team leaders talked, Yang brought the orders back to the kitchen where the staff was preparing all the meals for the other customers. Human and Faunus cooks with many years of culinary experience worked their magic in creating these meals for their customers, not even one of them showing any signs of bigotry to one another. The owner of the restaurant was one of the few people in Remnant that saw no difference between the two species and figured that if anyone was to bring about the end of a thousand years of bigotry, he might as well be the one to start it. "Two steaks, medium rare!" Yang said to the cooks, handing one of them the orders.

Meanwhile, Weiss stood close by to Galen and Ruby, the latter of which was talking about her childhood. "You actually tried to eat a cookie through your nose? You must have had to go the hospital." Galen stated with a chuckle.

"I was only five years old at the time, I didn't know any better. Besides, Yang was the one who stuck her tongue to something metal in winter! A good portion of her skin was removed when my dad panicked and pulled her off instead of using hot-water!" Ruby countered, with a chuckle of her own.

"Sounds like you had quite the childhood." Galen said with a laugh. Ruby soon joined in the laughing before the two caught their breath for moment. "Bet you trained very hard to become the huntress in training you are today." He mentioned.

"Well, you'd be surprised. I was complete garbage when I started my training. I could barely hold my scythe or even aim right. It wasn't until my uncle Qrow took me under his wing and taught me everything I know!" she stated.

"Wait, Qrow? As in Qrow Branwen? Big guy, carries a scythe like you and a flask?" Galen asked.

"You know my uncle?" Ruby questioned.

"I met him when I first arrived on Remnant. He told me everything he knew about the kingdoms, Faunus and such. I'm not entirely sure what he was doing as the village I found myself in, but he did lend me a hand in wiping out the Grimm that were attacking." Galen explained. "Sorry I didn't tell you."

"Its alright. My uncle is out on missions all the time, so its kind of hard to figure out where he is or what he's doing. Glad you didn't fight him; he would have kicked your butt." Ruby answered as their meals were brought to them. Both steaks were medium rare with a side of steamed potatoes, carrots and broccoli as Weiss came to refill their water. "Wow, this actually looks pretty good." Ruby said impressively, taking her fork and knife into her hands and started to eat her meal.

Galen followed suit and began to eat his own meal. The aroma of the meet filled the air as he cut a piece and took a bite of his food. "It almost reminds of roasted nuna's." Galen said impressively.

"What's a Nuna?" Ruby asked.

"A Nuna is a lot like a turkey, only without the feathers. It's considered a delicacy in the culinary world. You could make gumbo, drumsticks, bacon, sausage and even sandwiches. Though some species like Twi'leks and Rodian's could be allergic to it. I think even Zwei might like eating a Nuna leg if you ever had one." Galen explained, taking another bite of his meal.

"If we ever go back and help the rebellion, you're treating me to one of those things." Ruby told Galen who chuckled and promised that he would at the very least try and give her a Nuna based meal. "So, I've been thinking about my lightsaber. I've been thinking that Arthur would more benefit from it and I should make my own one. I've been thinking about it and I think a double-bladed lightsaber that can split into two single sabers might be more to my liking." She explained as she continued to eat.

"You'll need the materials and crystals to make such it. Not to mention you'll need training on using a double-bladed lightsaber. I've never used one and its quite rare these days. I found a lot of crystals during my missions so you can use some of those. They give the blade a different color, so you'll probably have to go with something else than red, that's what the Sith use." Galen told Ruby.

"So, what are the colors of Jedi lightsabers?" Ruby asked, taking another bite of her meal.

"Well, the most common colors are blue and green. Other colors are purple, yellow, orange, gold, indigo, cyan, magenta, silver, viridian and bronze, but they depend on the type of crystal one uses for their weapon and the color." Galen answered.

"A lot of choices." Ruby muttered.

"The blades color doesn't matter. As long as you are committed on training to become a Jedi, then it doesn't matter what the color of the blade is. But until you've figured out what you plan on building for your lightsaber, I lone you my secondary." He stated.

"But you use two lightsabers in battle, won't that put you at a disadvantage against the enemy?" Ruby questioned, taking another bite of her meal.

"It might, it might not. But I usually used only one lightsaber before I came to Remnant. But so long as you can protect yourself, that's all I care about." Galen told Ruby, taking one her hands. "I won't let anyone harm you, Ruby. I won't lose you like I lost Juno."

"You still care about her, don't you?" Ruby asked. "Well, I think she'd want you to be happy and never forget her." Ruby said sympathetically. "I mean, my mom wouldn't want me to forget about her."

Galen looked down for a moment before he finally decided enough was enough. "Ruby. I think your mother is alive, in fact it was her who sent me to protect you." He admitted.

"My… my mom is alive?" Ruby asked, almost dropping her glass. "Are you serious? How is she still alive? Where is she? Why didn't she come back home?"

"I don't know. She came to me in a dream and told me to protect you. All I know is that she is still alive and in hiding from someone, maybe the same someone that forced her to go into hiding." He explained. "I'm sorry I didn't tell you sooner. I didn't want you to do the same thing Yang did when the two of you were a lot younger and go looking for answers only to end up nearly getting killed."

"Hey. It's ok." Ruby said, surprisingly understanding why Galen kept it a secret. "You're probably right that I would go looking for her and might end up getting killed. But as long as I know that she's out there and still kicking butt like the huntress she is, I have hope that I will see her again." She added.

"Well, when the day comes that I actually meet her in person, you think you could tell me about her? I mean, it would be nice to know a bit about your mother before I meet her." Galen asked. Ruby smiled and Ruby told Galen everything she remembered about her mother as the two continued their meal.

Hours later, the shattered moon shined down on Beacon as the limo carrying Ruby and Galen returned to the school. "Thanks again for asking me out, Ruby. I had a good time tonight." Galen told her.

"I'm glad that we both enjoyed ourselves, it was fun." Ruby agreed, looking into Galen's eyes and before either of them knew what happed, the two of them shared a short kiss. The kiss made Ruby's cheeks blush more than her clothing and rather then being embarrassed, Ruby said the first four words that came to her mind. "I love you, Galen."

"I love you too." Galen said with a smile before the two of them headed to their dorm rooms, both of them feeling very happy.

As the two lovers returned to their rooms, Weiss and Yang had also just returned to Beacon with Weiss still in the maids uniform. Rather than walk to their dorm room together, the two of them returned separately but this left Weiss vulnerable to several Atlas students who started to tease her and calling her 'the Schnee servant' and other rude names. Had she been carrying her weapon, Weiss would have kicked their asses, but thankfully for her, Arthur arrived and told the students to leave her alone.

Weiss half-expected Arthur to laugh at her, but to her surprise, Arthur said that she looked very cute in that outfit, making the heiress blush. Taking off his coat, Arthur put it over Weiss and led her back to her dorm room and much like with Galen and Ruby, Weiss gave Arthur a kiss indicating that the heiress liked him. Arthur smiled and was beginning to see that Weiss was nothing like her father.

Their happiness wouldn't last forever, for unknown to them, Maul, Salem and Cinder were about to make their move and bring the world to its knees. Especially since they had found their target.

And there we go. Now I am pretty sure that many of you are going to tell me that 'Summer is dead. Salem killed her.' But until I actually see some kind of proof that Summer was killed by Salem, she's MIA at the moment.

Now, I have paired Arthur and Weiss as per request by Spartan-626, the one who created Arthur Penwolf. I also have paired Ruby with Galen, which was my plan all along, but don't expect Galen to be going down the same path as Anakin did with Padme. To Galen, Ruby is his reason for staying in the light.

Also, the whole 'Cup Check' part, that was from the George Lopez show. Which episode, I forget the name but it makes me laugh all the time. Hope it makes you all laugh like it does with me.

Alright, now its time to begin Volume 3 and before I forget, if you have any ideas for what you would like to see during the Battle of Beacon, leave your suggestions in a PM or review. Anyway, read, review and I'll see you all next time.
