Happy Birthday, mutt. Another year has passed. A lot of things had changed; but you still stay the same. You are still the goofball who makes me laugh everyday. (Ha Ha!)
Remember long time ago, at your 20th birthday, I told you I loved you and I want you to stay with me forever. At that time, you said to me that you loved me too; and you would stay with me for as long as I would love you. You didn't believe love is ever lasting. After all, your parents separated after they promised they would be together forever.
I didn't tell you then, but I promised myself that I would show you that I'm more than capable to stay with you forever. And today, at your 100th years old birthday, I'm still standing next to you and I'm not planning to go anywhere.
You're dreaming if you think you can get away from me. You're my mutt and you belong to me forever.

This is a strange fic. A man has his 98th b-day party at the restaurant I work at. (I'm his waitress!) His wife sits next to him and smiles at him the whole party. He told me that his wife is his childhood sweetheart. They have been together for almost 100 years! Amazing!
