I hope everyone enjoyed the holidays and got to spend time with their family. It's one of the things I missed last year. Christmas along with holidays like Thanksgiving are times you should spend with your family.

At least this year, my family got to enjoy the Trifle and pizza's I made for the holidays. It's the one thing I love doing on the holiday, and this year I got to go down to my grandma's for Christmas day, something I've never done before.

Well, enough about the holidays. Time for another chapter of Remnant Unleashed. Those three characters I brought in, you're about to learn their names.

But first, onto the reviews.

Monster King: Thanks, but please tell me what you like about my story. I'm dying to know.

Chaotic Skunk Demon/SunPhoenix90: For my favorite Gundam's, I have a list of them on my profile page, but I am glad to know you're also a fan of Megaman NT Warrior, that's always been a favorite of mine, but why don't we discuss things like that privately and focus on the story.

Luffy L Deathwalker: Thanks. I went back and fixed that part. Now as for what you suggested for the end of Volume 5, I already planned on some of those things for the final, especially in terms of Cinder's defeat.

42: You never know, I could have Boba fight against Cad Bane. It does sound like a good suggestion.

54godamora: Impaling Cinder through the brain with her spear seems a bit to gory if you ask me. I do agree with you about fanfics where Cinder is married to Jaune, I don't like those either. Now stories where Cinder is forced to work for Salem or is given a different path in life, those I like, especially if Cinder had meet Ruby at a younger age before Salem got a hold of her. Now as for the Way of The Maiden, that one I like the best, since it's Star Wars and RWBY. As for Cad Bane, a tad concerning is putting it mildly.

Megadrake100: I know full well that Jedi kill their opponents in battle, I'm not that stupid you know. If you are referring to when Galen was choking that officer, that was because of the anger inside him. Don't forget, he promised Summer to protect Ruby and having her captured by the Empire isn't exactly part of his job.

Silverfox3456: No, Bane wasn't put into stasis. Characters like Dooku and Tambor won't appear. I dislike Tambor, especially after what he did on Ryloth and his greed. Dooku lost his head, so there is no way he'd coming back from that. Dwarf and Homing Spider Droids have already appeared, they are a part of Salem's droid army. Now as for the blacklight virus, I think you mean Blackwing virus. That is in an imperial bioweapons project that was created by Sith Alchemy by the hands of a Sith Lord named Darth Drear who sought Immortality. Please don't assume that it will make an appearance in this story.

Alright, onto the chapter. Disclaimers are the same as always, please enjoy.

Chapter 64: Unforeseen Complications

As the sun rose over the ocean in the early morning hours, a pair of schooners were pulling in their nets. As they pulled their nets onto their boats, the morning silence was broken when the sound of thirteen powerful jet engines echoed throughout the ocean. Turning to the source, the fisherman watched as three S37's, one S27, one F20, one F5 and an F15 soared overhead in the direction of Menagerie. "Must be a military thing." One of the fishermen shrugged before returning to work.

They were wrong. As the lead S37 flew overhead, Sienna Khan, the now former leader of the White Fang, both a Faunus, Jedi and Mandalorian changed her radio frequency to that of the Menagerie air defense force. According to Zett, the young Jedi had already told Ghira about his plan to warn her about Adam's plan to overthrow her. Though the warning came too late she, the Gelb Team, Gregor, Gungi and Katooni were able to escape before she became another mark on Adam's list of enemies he had killed.

"This is Sienna Khan to Menagerie air defense command. My squadron and I are requesting permission to land. Please allow us clearance, our planes are heavily damaged after a recent encounter with the Grimm and droids. I say again, this is Sienna Khan to Menagerie air defense command." She spoke into the radio, but all she got was static. "I'm hoping that Adam's followers haven't intercepted our transmissions and are ignoring us, so we run out of fuel."

"I don't think that's it." Zett said over the radio from his F15. "Ghira told me that he would be going public with the information they gathered from the Scroll of someone named Illia." The young Jedi answered. Sienna remained quiet for a few moments before Zett's voice came over the radio again. "Sienna? Are you alright? I sense you are rather uneasy." He asked.

"Don't worry about me. I'm perfectly fine, Mr. Jukassa. Just lost in thought, that's all." Sienna quickly replied. 'Ilia, I hope you haven't done something foolish.' She thought to herself. A minute later, Menagerie air defense command replied to her transmission and granted them clearance to land at the airbase. The seven-plane squadron quickly turned in the direction of the airbase and began their landing sequence.

Meanwhile, inside the Belladonna house, Ghira now wearing a pair of glasses paced back and forth looking at the piece of paper in his hands that contained his speech. Having called all the Faunus of Menagerie to explain the current situation regarding recent events, both on the island and in the rest of the world. Blake, Rose, Kali, Fives, Jesse and Sun waited for him before the former leader of the White Fang stopped his passing, took one last look at his speech before he sighed as Kali placed a reassuring hand on his shoulder. "Are you ready?" Kali asked her husband.

"Yes. It won't be easy for the people to hear, but the truth often isn't. I know they'll do the right thing." Ghira told his wife. Blake soon came up and placed a hand on her father's arm in an affectionate snuggle. Ghira smiled at the support his family was giving him, knowing that they supported his decision.

Suddenly, the three were taken by surprise when another hand patted Ghira on the back. Looking behind him, he looked to see it was none other than Sun himself. "You got this." He assured Blake's father before taking a step back and smiling.

Finally, Ghira opened the doors, stepping out to greet the massive crowd that had gathered outside. Some of the people in the crowd wore press badges and were holding up their Scrolls to record the event, among them included Corsac and Fennec who had their heads bowed while Saber Rodentia and other Menagerie Guards stood guard, along with Fives, Rose and Jesse who kept a close eye on the Albain twins as Ghira stepped up to the podium and raised his hand to quiet down the crowd.

"Thank you all for assembling here. I wanted to take time to address some of the rumors that have been circulating around our island. I believe it is important for the people of this territory to understand the truth. No matter how much you feel about the human race, I think we can all agree that the event known as the Fall of Beacon was a tragedy. A tragedy that will set both man and Faunus kind back. While the main aggressor is still unknown, we do have conformation that Adam Taurus…" he began, casting a glare at the Albain twins before he continued. "… the leader of a powerful splinter group working inside the White Fang, was partially responsible for these attacks. His actions not only tarnish the reputation of an organization originally created to bring peace and equality to all, but to our entire race. With each day that this man remains unpunished, it becomes increasingly difficult to condemn those who look down upon us." He continued.

The crowd soon started to murmur among themselves before Ghira raised his hand again to quiet down the crowd. "Recently, a spy from the same splinter group set their sights on this very home. My own daughter, Blake and her friends did their very best to apprehend this individual. While they were unsuccessful after being physically assault and seriously injured, they were successful in obtaining the assailants Scroll." He went on, holding up Illia's scroll as proof. "With this, we have been able to ascertain that Adam Taurus has plans to overthrow the current leader of the White Fang, Sienna Khan and take over the reins himself."

Again, the crowd murmured loudly in concern as Ghira continued. "His radical plans do not stop there, the documents on this scroll proclaim his next target to be Haven Academy and it's attached CCT Tower. Their plan is to strike on the last full moon before the beginning of the Fall semester, roughly two months from today. I have sent my swiftest messenger to the government of Mistral."

"What about the reports of humans in white armor fighting against the students and other armored figures? What about the reports of new types of Faunus and strange aircraft fighting in Vale?" one member of the crowd asked.

"We do not have all the available information about them. All that we know is that they are not Atlas forces." Ghira answered trying to avoid a panic.

This information caused the crowd to once again mummer in concern before Ghira continued to speak. "While both groups are a threat, I believe we have a greater responsibility. My relationship with the White Fang has been… an interesting one. Years ago, I led the organization to help try and create a world where I, and every Faunus who wished, could walk alongside the human race. And while I believe that we made great strides toward this goal, it was made clear to me that the people both in and out of the White Fang wanted faster results, save for certain human's who believed in our goal. So, I stepped down, and Sienna Khan was appointed as my successor." He continued, again deciding to leave out certain information about Sienna's true beliefs. "It's true that I do not condone many of her methods. What I do condone is what Sienna fights for: the idea that the Faunus and humans are, and should be, equal. Adam Taurus does not seem to have that goal in mind. What he has done benefits no one but himself. I think it's time that the Faunus showed the world that we are equals! Time that we snuff out this splinter group and restore the White Fang to what it once was!"

The crowd began to cheer at this remark before Ghira continued. "To do this, I think the answer is clear, we must go to Haven and protect it at all costs! We must show this splinter group that we do not support them or their ideals! That they do not represent all of us!" this remark caused the crowd to stop cheering, showing some hesitance but some of them were still supportive of Ghira's idea. Clearing his throat, he spoke again. "Before we proceed any further, I'd like to invite my daughter to come and share her story. Not only as a former member of the White Fang but also as a survivor of the Fall of Beacon."

Blake didn't have the chance to tell her story to the crowd when a familiar voice erupted from the crowd. "TRAITORS!" Ilia shouted, uncloaking herself, Grimm mask and all. Blake gave a surprised look before glaring back at her while Rose, Sun, Fives and Jesse glared at her. "Cowards… After everything the humans have done to us, everything they've put us through, you're asking us to help them?!"

"I know we haven't been treated fairly…" Ghira tried to assure, but Illia didn't listen.

"Where was their help when the Dust companies treated our people like slaves?! Where was their help when the Kingdoms hunted Faunus just for being who they are?! Where was my help when my parents were killed in a Dust mine?! WHERE?!" she shouted in anger, a certain individual nearby noticing the tears falling from her eyes at the mention of her parents.

"Young lady, progress takes patience and cooperation!" Ghira tried to reason.

"The Belladonnas are the worse kind of Faunus! They want us to work with the same people that are trying to hold us down! If you truly, truly want to help our people now is the time to support Adam, not the Belladonnas! He will bring about the future that you are willing to deserve. And if you are unwilling to fight, know that the White Fang will do it for you!" she shouted. Many members of the crowd who were uncertain about helping the humans began to voice their agreement with Illia when a gun shot rang out and quieted the crowd down.

The source of the shot came from one of Rose's pistols. "All of you need to just shut the hell up and calm down!" she shouted, causing many of the Faunus to look at her with anger in their eyes. "Yeah, I know many of you have seen me around the town, just taking walks and to many of you 'planning my attack on your people' well let me tell you all something. I may be human, but when I look at ya'll I see people, not animals. Sure, the amount of people like me who see you all as equals is small, but that doesn't mean that the ones who view your kind as little more than animals speak for all of us. The same can be said for all of you. Don't let Taurus speak for you, speak up for yourselves! Show the rest of my people that you're not animals but living beings who bleed red just like me!"

"You don't even deserve to be here! You must die!" Ilia shouted.

"SHUT UP!" Sun shouted as he leapt from the crowd toward Ilia only to find that she had completely vanished. Saber ordered the Menagerie guards to chase down Ilia, while Corsac and Fennec exchanged an evil smirk towards one another, a smirk which faded when something flew past their faces, leaving a small cut on their cheeks. What hit them, was a pair of throwing knives from a figure on the roof of a nearby building that vanished before the two twins could catch a glimpse of the knife thrower.

The Belladonna's, ARC Troopers and Rose exchanged looks at one another, but what none of them realized was that what Ilia had said, wasn't what she believed in.

Meanwhile back in the hotel in Anima, Oscar was seated on a red armchair, looking nervously at the members of Team RNJR and Wrecker who were fawning over her. "Did he age backwards?" Nora asked.

"He's possessed!" Jaune suggested.

"Or reincarnated!" Ren offered.

"Maybe he's using a voice modulator!" Wrecker considered.

"Oh! Isn't it weird?" Ruby added.

"It is very weird." Oscar inputted.

"Perhaps you could give Oscar a little breathing room? You're all over him like ants at a picnic." The girl in pink said.

"I'm with the kid. Let's all just take a second and remember that this is overwhelming for everyone." Qrow said as he emerged from the kitchen holding a cup in his hand while the girl in the black robe and the one known as Joan stood with Fordo, Galen and the others. Team RNJR and Wrecker all took a step back together with a nervous chuckle, to which Oscar was grateful to Qrow for.

"First off, why don't we introduce ourselves." The girl in pink said. "My name's Kara Lah, daughter…

"Zhima Lah! One of the best weaponsmiths in all of Remnant! I've seen a lot of his weapons in magazines! He's the one who made the rifles used by the Vale Military and Wreckers shotgun!" Ruby squealed in excitement, dashing to Kara in a burst of rose petals. "Think you can give me his autograph! I am a huge fan of his!"

"Sorry…" Kara began a little saddened. "… but my father was killed shortly after the Fall of Beacon, by the White Fang." She admitted, causing Ruby to lose her excitement.

"I'm sorry for your loss." Galen said sympathetically to Kara. "I've heard your father was a great man and harbored no grudge against the Faunus. He was a good person."

"I also know what it's like to lose a father." Boba added, taking an interested in Kara.

Kara smiled at the two of them before the women in the black robe stepped forward and removed her mask. "You may call me F." she introduced with a bow.

"F?" Nora questioned.

"Her real name is Faye. Faye Keetri, Jedi commander during the Clone War." Fordo clarified, causing the Remnant natives to look at the ARC Trooper. "I fought alongside her and her master during the last year of the war in the outer rim before my men and I were transferred back to Coruscant. She's one of the toughest Jedi I've ever had the privilege of fighting with, one who I trust with my life."

"How did you make it all the way to Remnant?" Hunter questioned.

"I'm not sure. I've only been here for a few months." Faye answered.

"Six months? But you served in the Clone War and look to be twenty-one. You look like you haven't aged at all." Ren inquired.

"I'm not sure how it happened. One moment, I was traveling through hyperspace trying to avoid the Empire when I somehow dropped out of hyperspace and was sucked into a white hole and crashed on this planet, but during my descent, it became clear that the Empire had attacked this world. Somehow, I was sent into the future, possibly by the force. My ship was damaged in the crash, so I decided to search for any signs of other Jedi and during my travels, I saved Kara's life from the White Fang." Faye answered.

"Guess I forgot to mention that Faye's my master." Kara said, rubbing the back of her head.

"Wait, you're a Jedi too?" Rex questioned.

"Well, I hope to be one day. I mean, my dad always said I was destined for great things. I mean, sure I've got my aura unlocked and all, but I failed the tests at Sanctum Academy three times in a row, so being a huntress is kind of a pipe dream now, especially since they only allow potential students three chances to apply." Kara admitted.

"That is something that has been a lot recently." The woman named Joan replied. "As for myself, my name is Joan Arc. I am one Jaune's older sisters and a recently graduated fourth year from Haven Academy. Jaune has told me all about his friends and teammates. I'm pleased to meet all of you." She said politely.

"Not to mention she's also the one who helped me out with my sword training after the guy who trained me vanished mysteriously." Jaune added, smiling at his sister as Qrow took a seat on the couch next to Oscar. Ruby and Nora took a seat on the couch perpendicular to Qrow's while everyone else remained standing.

Oscar shared a brief look with Ruby, who giggled and caused Oscar to blush. "Ah, sorry! It's just I've never really met Huntsmen and Huntresses before. Or clone troopers." Oscar admitted.

"Well, uh… we've never met a person with two souls! So, first times all around." Ruby admitted as well, trying to ease Oscar's uneasiness.

Qrow then cleared his throat. "Not to break up the whole 'getting-to-know you' game, but we need to have a talk. Mind showing us your little parlor trick, kid?" Qrow asked Oscar.

"Yeah, okay. Just so you know, I'll still be here." Oscar groaned, getting confused looks from everyone but Qrow, Kara and Faye. Lowering his head and closing his eyes, a green and white aura shined from his body for a moment before opening his eyes which were now glowing and had a smile on his face.

"It is so very good to see you again, students." The familiar voice of Ozpin said through Oscar's mouth.

"Wait, what just happened?" Jaune asked, looking to the others in just as much confusion as the others.

"You're guess is as good as mine kid." Boba said, equally confused.

"Professor… Ozpin?" Ren inquired.

"Correct. And though I may be the one speaking, Oscar is still present mentally. He's merely handed over control to me, so to speak." Ozpin answered.

"Just don't make us do anything embarrassing…" Oscar said mentally to Ozpin.

"I'm afraid this must be very perplexing." Ozpin admitted.

"And alarming, and bizarre, and just really kind of hard to believe overall!" Nora pointed out.

"Yeah, I'm with Nora on this one. I've got no idea what the heck is going on." Wrecker agreed.

"That's nothing normal." Crosshair teased.

"It's good to see you children and clones still have your sense of humor." Ozpin chuckled before he started to frown. "I know you've all been through tremendous hardship already. I'm sorry."

"I mean, it's not your fault." Ruby assured the professor.

"It's all my fault." Ozpin continued as Qrow got back up and went to the kitchen to get something. "I told you once that I made more mistakes than any man, woman, and child on this planet, and I wasn't exaggerating. I'm… cursed. For thousands of years, I've walked the surface of Remnant, living, dying and reincarnating in the body of a like-minded soul. The Professor Ozpin you all met was not my first form, and clearly wasn't my last. It's… an extraordinary strenuous process on everyone involved." Ozpin admitted.

"So, who… what… are you?" Jaune asked.

"I am the combination of countless men who've spent their lives trying to protect the people of Remnant." He began as Qrow returned with a cup of tea that he handed him. "With every rebirth, my soul is eventually merged with another, and I am changed, but my memories stay with me. This curse was bestowed upon me by the Gods, because I failed to stop Salem in the past. But we must stop her now." Ozpin proclaimed.

"And how do we do that?" Ruby asked.

"We start… by ensuring the safety of the Relic of Knowledge." Ozpin answered.

As this was going on, nighttime had fallen upon Weiss who had awoken and found herself trapped inside a cage. She tried to move her arms but found that they were bound tightly behind her back, her elbows and wrists touching each other by rope, as were her legs and feet. Her dress had been removed and replaced by a long sheet commonly worn by slaves in the days before Huntsmen and Huntresses. She tried to speak but found that a cloth was stuffed in her mouth and secured by two other cloths over her mouth and nose, effectively gagging her. The bandits who took her earlier and most likely were the ones who tied her up were nearby, one of which was drinking. "Well, well, well, look who's awake." One of the bandits said.

Weiss just groaned through her gag and glared at the bandits. Just then another bandit, a female with tan skin, blue eyes and short brown hair wearing maroon-colored jeans, brown belt with a pouch, dark brown calf guards, beige and dark brown lace boots, light brown voice, dark brown fingerless gloves, maroon socks and light brown vest emerged from a nearby tent. "You know… I never thought I'd see a Schnee in this camp." They said with intrigue.

"Vernal!?" one of the bandits said, startled and standing at attention with their companion. Vernal ignored them and walked over to Weiss's cage, holding Myrtenstar in her hand before ordering the two bandits to leave her and the Schnee girl alone.

The bandits didn't waste any time in arguing with her and left, allowing Vernal to open Weiss's cage. Kneeling down, Vernal removed Weiss's gags as the heiress looked into her captors' eyes. "What do you want?" Weiss demanded after she finally rid herself of the cloth in her mouth.

"Straight to the point. I like it. We don't normally deal in trafficking people – not really worth our time. But, once we realized had a Schnee, that changed." Vernal admitted, pointing Myrtenster at Weiss.

"You're going to ransom me back to my father, is that it?" Weiss questioned.

"It's a shame you're a Schnee. You'd probably do quite well around here." Vernal admitted.

"I would never sink to your level." Weiss stated.

Vernal just frowned. "Just keep quiet and cooperate and you'll be back in your mansion before you know it. Don't make this complicated. Besides, even if you could escape you won't get very far without this, and I don't you'll want to be seen in your birthday suit." She added, tossing her captives weapon into the air and catching it.

"What's going to make this complicated is when my sister finds out I didn't make it to Mistral. You know my sister, don't you? Winter Schnee? Special Operative of the Atlas Military? She's in Mistral right now, and when she hears I'm missing, it won't take her long to find me – and you. And she's not the only one, Arthur Penwolf, Hevy and Hardcase will find me." She told Vernal who was now behind her and started to wrap her hands in duct tape as she laughed. "What's so funny?" Weiss questioned.

"Oh, I don't know if it's more funny or sad, but you're clearly out of the loop. Your sister isn't in Mistral anymore. No Atlas personnel are in Mistral anymore. That brute, General Ironwood closed the borders and recalled all his little troops and tin cans. As for the Penwolf, he was no doubt crushed in the crash, same for this Hevy and Hardcase. No one is coming to rescue you." Vernal said, taping Weiss's hands before she pushed the cloth back into Weiss's mouth, retied the other cloths over her mouth and nose and wrapped the duct tape around her gags seven times, silencing her completely before she walked away, leaving Weiss alone. "Oh, your dress was ripped so we gave you those rags instead." She added.

Weiss shouted into her gag as Vernal walked away and closed the cage again as the two bandits from earlier came back to guard her.

Back in Mistral, Nora was the only member of Team RNJR who believed their troubles were over. "This is perfect! We were stuck at a dead end, but now, we can just take little cute boy Ozpin to Lionheart and have him set things straight!" she cheered.

"Please don't call me that." Ozpin told the bubbly girl.

"We're not sure that's the best idea." Qrow voiced, causing Nora to pout and groan before she went back to sit down next to Ruby and Ren.

"But I thought the Headmasters all took their orders from you." Ren questioned.

"That was the intention. Four lieutenants I can trust, especially during times of reincarnation. But Qrow told me about your meeting with Lionheart." Ozpin began getting up from the armchair and walked towards a painting of Mistral. He isn't just behaving irrationally; he's disobeying specific instructions I had left him." He added.

"There's something else." Galen spoke up. "I left a commlink turned on in Lionhearts office and hid it in one of the bookshelves in his office. I sensed not only fear, but a lot of deception coming from the headmaster. He's hiding something, that's why I pulled Qrow's scroll back before he could download the coordinates for Raven's camp. Not to mention when the Bad Batch, Boba and I found Heather Shields she mentioned overhearing Tyrian say something about their informant's information was accurate. Someone is selling out huntsmen and huntresses to Salem and I've got a feeling that it's someone on the Mistral Council. Either way, we can't trust Lionheart or let him know what's going on, especially with everything that's going on in the city."

"I sensed that as well." Jaune said in agreement, as did Ruby.

"Something's wrong. I don't want to jump to conclusions, but I don't want to rule out any possibilities, either. No one outside of this room knows that I've paired with Oscar, and I think it may be best to keep it that way." Ozpin added.

"Play things close to the chest until we get a better hand." Qrow clarified.

"Precisely. Now, we have two steps ahead of us." Ozpin agreed, turning around to face the rest of the group. "The first is enlisting the aid of more Huntsmen." Ren was about to remind him that the Mistral Council wouldn't agree to their request for dealing with Raven and her bandits, but Qrow assured them that he knew of several Huntsmen and Huntresses who would be willing to help them and would put up a good fight. "After that, we can move on to step two." Ozpin added.

"What's step two?" Nora asked, getting a surprise when Ozpin had his cane in hand.

"Getting you five into fighting shape." The headmaster answered, getting looks of confusion from the students.

"But, uh, we already know how to fight." Ruby pointed out.

"You can only fight so long as you have Crescent Rose, your blasters and lightsaber, but you're still lacking in hand-to-hand combat and your skills in the force." Ozpin said to Ruby who couldn't disagree with Ozpin, who then pointed to Jaune. "Mr. Arc, I'm glad to hear you've improved, but sorry to say that you've yet to unlock your semblance. I am surprised to that you are strong in the Force, and I am sure your sister will be of great assistance in this matter. All of you still have a-ways to go before you're ready to pose any real threat against Salem and her forces. And though Oscar can give me temporary control, he'll need to strengthen his body and his Aura. As for Kara, she still has much to learn about the ways of the Force and what it means to be a Jedi."

"Wait what?" Oscar questioned mentally.

"He'll inherit my muscle memory in time, but practice will expediate the process." Ozpin added.

"But if Qrow's out looking for Huntsmen, then who's going to teach us?" Ruby asked.

"I think it's obviously clear as to who will be teaching us. Wasn't Ozpin the headmaster of Beacon?" Galen inquired as Ozpin did a flashy move and landed on the armchairs seat. "But I think we have another problem. The corruption in Mistral has weakened the cities defenses, so the MSDF isn't at full strength to repel a Grimm attack on the city. I suggest that Fordo and his brothers contact General's Secura and Fisto, have them send some reinforcements, maybe the rest of Fordo's unit and some men of the 501st and 212th. Maybe even Colonel Bishop, Strider, Cyclops and Mage squadrons. I heard some rumors about some new type of Grimm showing up across the continent and I don't think they can handle it if they are being forced to guard some warehouses full of contraband and criminal supplies. Boba can scout out Raven's camp and report back to us what we're up against."

"Mr. Marek is correct. We have approximately two months before classes resume at Haven. If Salem were to plan an attack, it would make sense to that it would occur prior to the students' return. And with the new type of Grimm and problems with the military, it's not much time, but it's better than nothing. Just don't expect me to go easy on you." Ozpin agreed, before he handed Oscar control of his body who had a hard time keeping his balance on the armchair before he fell backwards.

"You have gotta be kidding me." Oscar groaned.

"Guess we got work to do. Let's not waste any time with going out for drinks, reading comics or playing games." Joan added with a bit of a laugh.

"Could someone explain to us who this Salem person is?" Kara asked.

"It's a long story." Galen said and began to tell the new arrivals about Salem.

Back at the bandit camp, the two bandits guarding Weiss had fallen asleep allowing her to once again try to wrestle free of her bounds, but they were tighter than she expected. As she continued to struggle, she caught a glimpse of something shining from a tree in the distance. Though she couldn't quite make it out, she knew it was the glint of Excalibur which told her that Arthur, Hevy and Hardcase were alive and planning to rescue her. Though she was still tied up, the former heiress decided to get some sleep and wait for her rescue.

And chapter is finished.

First off, Joan Arc is basically Jeanne d' Arc from the Fate series, but with a Remnant touch, much like Saber. Her weapon is basically a sword and lance combo with an assault rifle mode based on the FAMAS.

Second, Kara and F from Star Wars Visions are on the planet. I know that Kara was born after the First Order conflict, but I like her, so I decided to bring her in as a Remnant native. F, who's name I have made Faye was brought to Remnant by a White Hole that sent her into the future and brought her to Remnant, before the Fall of Beacon and has taken Kara as her padawan.

Third, seems there is someone else on Menagerie who was a beef with the Albain twins and Sienna, and her allies have arrived on the island.

Forth, Weiss is now in the custody of Raven's bandit tribe, with a different twist to her predicament. I mean, who would want to escape captivity wearing dirty rags or anything else like that? Thankfully, Arthur, Hevy and Hardcase are planning to rescue her. So, expect a rescue in the future, with a little romance involved.

Other than that, everything else is still the same as canon. Anyway, expect a battle sometime soon with some music scores, dogfights and a little nod to one of the best first-person shooter games ever made for the Xbox series.

Until then, please read and review and I will probably see you all next year. Also, stay safe everyone.
