Alan strolled into his office, a half arrogant smile played on his lips as he purposely brushed by Melissa's chair. Melissa who was heavily engrossed in her contract typing froze for a fraction of a second as she caught a whiff of his expensive cologne, her lip twinged slightly as she adapted to his presence in the room.

Alan had noticed this on a few occasions - a scratch on the back of the neck, a wrinkling of the nose and a small smirk seemed to be her silent way of saying 'Good Morning Alan.' or 'I know your there...so don't try anything.' He guessed it was her defence mechanism for intruding men. Fully aware of her strict feminist ways he would casually brush off the urge to harass her, and stick with sly but crude flirting, in which she would respond with an intelligent quick witted comment.

He settled down into his executive chair, while glancing around at the foreign objects which had found their way into his room - a pink fluffy pen sat snug within his pot of black ballpoints, and an abandoned marshmallow packet lay scrunched upon the floor next to the waste-paper basket. He smiled, then returned to his normal composure. "Melissa stop me if I'm wrong...but isn't a job of a secretary to uphold the office environment without leaving it in disarray."

Melissa's head popped around the doorframe followed by the rest of her slender form as she scurried in to collect the pen which he was now holding out to her. "Oops -sorry, forgot myself. Well it's only a pen isn't it?"

"Hm...but what if I had a future client in here or some type of inspector, they would judge me by the state of my room. Not to mention Denny already believes I'm homosexual." He entwined his fingers while perplexly looking at her.

"There's nothing wrong with being homosexual."

"-Well tell Denny Krane that."

Melissa sneered before returning to her desk outside, Alan eyed her all the way to her seat and continued staring at her as she began typing. His wondering eyes covered every inch of her body, from her ankles to the freckles on her nose, he released a sigh as he focused on her lips, which were involuntarily mouthing out what she was writing.

Short I know...but a start.
