Now that you are gone,
I
feel the need to move on
Yet everytime I go to sleep
I see your
face,
It's haunting me
After all of these years,
Every
time I think of you
I break down into tears.
All reason tells
me you're gone
Everyone around me tells me
To move on
But
I can't, my heart says not to
It tells me to wait
And stay
true.
I see you in my dreams,
You call out to me
When I turn
around though,
There's no one to see
My heart belongs to
you,
I promise I'll stay true
I've found the time to
realize
How much I still love you
I'm never letting you
go,
I'll hold you tight in my arms forever
I remember what you
said to me,
"No tears, now. Keep smiling even if you're
sad,"
I had a hard time,
But now I'm glad
Glad that I
can keep waiting for you,
Glad that I can be strong without you
there
