I'm so sorry it took me a while. I've been trying to come up with ideas for the next chapter and then I got other FanFic stories that I'm trying to come up with. I'm also suffering from writer's block. It's so annoying! I hate it so much!
Anyway, I finally saw Moon Knight (2022) and Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness (2022)
I haven't seen Ms. Marvel (2022), She-Hulk: Attorney at Law (2022), and Thor: Love & Thunder (2022) yet, but I will.
Right now, I'm watching Marvel's Agents of SHIELD (2013-2020) on Disney Plus, the show is getting really good so far. My dad talked me into watching the show because he knows that I understand the stuff that has happened in Marvel's The Avengers (2012) through Marvel's Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015).
Speaking of Avengers, I plan on writing a FanFiction story called Spectress. I haven't got a summary for the story yet except that it takes place before The Avengers (2012). I got the character Rosaline "Rose" Grace Duncan/Spectress almost done and I will see how many characters that are going to be in the story. I probably will add some familiar faces like Nick Fury, and maybe Phil Coulson but we'll see. Comment and let me know!
Here's chapter 2
Chapter 2
Jinjing woke up from a nightmare, screaming and panting. She looks around her surroundings. She's in her bedroom at the student barracks.
"No," she said crying softly. Then, somebody opened the doors, revealing Shifu.
"Jinjing," he rushed to her side. Jinjing hugged her uncle, sobbing.
"Uncle Shifu," she said.
"There, there. The nightmare again?" Shifu said, comforting his niece (A/N).
She nodded her head, sniffed. The red pandas' pulled away from their hug. Shifu got up from Jinjing's bed.
"Uncle Shifu, what are you doing?" Jinjing asked wiping the tears falling from her face.
"Come on, we're going to the kitchen for tea," Shifu replied.
"Okay," she said getting out of her bed.
Jinjing and Shifu went to the kitchen, Jinjing sat down in one of the chairs while Shifu takes the tea kettle, filled it with water, and put it on the stove. He sits down next to Jinjing.
"Uncle Shifu, every time that I go to sleep, I keep thinking that Tai Lung might come back for revenge. It's always the same nightmare," Jinjing said. Shifu puts his hand on Jinjing's, with comfort.
"I know. When Tai Lung tried to hurt you, I was afraid that I'll lose you too like with your mother," Shifu said. The tea kettle started to whistle, Shifu got up and took the kettle, pours the chamomile tea into the cups, and handed one of the cups to his niece.
"Thanks," she said before taking a sip.
"Are you alright now?" Shifu asked.
"Yeah. I'm okay," Jinjing said.
After Jinjing and Shifu finished their tea, Shifu took the cups and put them in the sink. "Alright, go back to bed," Shifu said. Jinjing got up from her chair, hugged Shifu, and tell him goodnight.
*KFP*
Jinjing was with Po and the Furious Five in the Training Hall the next morning, Po was trying to put how many bean buns he can in his mouth.
"33!" they said.
"Stop him!" Mantis said.
"34!" Jinjing counted.
"It's too dangerous!" Crane said.
"35!" The Furious Five said.
"Come on, Po," Jinjing said.
"Stay focused!" Tigress said.
"36… 37…" Jinjing and The Five said.
"How is he doing that with his face?!" Mantis said. Po placed another bean bun in his mouth, he smashes his fist on the table. BANG!
"38 bean buns!" he said with his mouth full. The Five and Jinjing cheered.
"Yes! New record! You monster!" Mantis said.
"Keep going! Hit 40!" Monkey said holding out the bowl of bean buns.
"He'll never hit 40!" Crane said.
"This is going to be fun," Jinjing said sarcastically.
"You got it, buddy! I'll put it up to 40!" Po said taking 2 bean buns from the bowl.
"Do it!" Tigress said.
"No problem!" Po said as he puts the 2 bean buns in his mouth and tries to close his mouth. Jinjing and the Five watched in silent awe.
"Yeah… Yeah! One moment…" Po said. He sticks his paws in the air and began cheering, while Jinjing and the Five cheer along with him.
"Well done, Po!" Crane said slapping the panda on the back in congratulations, causing Po to spit the bean buns back at the Five. Mantis and Monkey are hit, while Viper ducks and Tigress blocks two of the buns.
"Your training has paid off," Tigress said. Jinjing nodded her head in agreement.
"Oh! Master Shifu! Gotta go. See you later! You'll save those for me, right?" Po said as he rushes out of the training hall. Jinjing walks to the Adversary to do some training herself. As she was walking toward the punching dummy, a flash of Tai Lung came to her mind, then Jinjing stopped and walked out of the training hall. Tigress and the others looked at the young female red panda with concern.
"Is she okay?" Viper asked.
"I don't think she is. I'm really worried about her," Tigress said.
"Tigress, you're not the only one worrying about Jinjing. We all are too," Monkey said.
"Well, we can go to her and ask her what's wrong," Mantis said.
"She'll tell us when she's ready," Crane said.
*KFP*
Jinjing is sitting near the Tree of Heavenly Wisdom in thought. Ever since Po defeated Tai Lung, she's been having nightmares about Tai Lung. The thought of Tai Lung almost killing Shifu made her cry. I wish you were here, Oogway. Jinjing thought. Then, she heard footsteps coming her way. She looks up and sees Monkey walking towards her.
"Monkey, what are you doing here?" Jinjing asked.
"Sorry for bothering you, Jinjing," Monkey said.
"Oh, you didn't bother me at all. What are you doing here?"
"Bandits are approaching the Musician's Village," Monkey said. Jinjing got up and ran to help the villagers with Monkey following her.
In the Musician's Village, the wolves led by a one-eyed wolf zip-line down to the village
"Get all the metal you can find! Grab the metal!" the one-eyed wolf said as the wolves grabbed pots, pans, and musical instruments.
"Help, help, help, help, help!" the terrified pig said as the pig hides inside the bell to hide and is trapped inside as the bell tolled over towards the loot pile.
"That's everything! Let's get out of here!" the one-eyed wolf said as the wolves tied the metal up in a bundle.
"Oh, no!" the pig said.
Then, Po, Jinjing, and the Furious Five running along a cliffside to the village's aid and they landed. The villager's cheered. "Yay! The Dragon Warrior!"
"Huh? A panda? That's impossible," the one-eyed wolf said.
"My fist hungers for justice," Po said, and then his stomach grumbles. Jinjing and the Five stared at him. "That was my… fist,"
"Uh-huh, sure it was," Jinjing said not believing the panda.
"Get them!" the wolf ordered his army.
"C'mon!" Po said.
Then, the fight has just begun. Jinjing took on two wolves.
"You bad wolves have just earned a time out," Jinjing said before running to help Po.
"Po! Incoming" Mantis and Jinjing said as Mantis flings three disks to block the arrows.
"Thanks, guys," Po said as he duels with multiple wolves and defending the strumming bunny in the process. Jinjing notices the Boss Wolf howls and the metal loot is pulled up the opposite cliff. The trapped pig as he is being hauled upwards.
"Po!" Jinjing said. The panda looked at what Jinjing's looking at.
"Crane, go!" Po said.
"I'm on it!" Crane said as he flies up and slices the rope holding the trapped pig. The pig screams as the bundle tumbles towards the abyss next to the cliff.
"Guys, we got to get the get the metal," Jinjing said. Po charges towards off the cliff, following closely by Viper. He leaps off and grabs the pile of metal with the pig inside… Viper grabs his ankles… Jinjing leaps and grabs Viper's tail… Monkey grabbed Jinjing… Tigress grabs Monkey's tail and pulls Po, Viper, Jinjing, and Monkey back on land and Mantis stops the pile of metal with the pig inside. The crowd cheered.
"Is everyone okay?" Jinjing asked. Then, the Boss Wolf stands up and runs towards Po with a hammer.
"Don't worry, I got this!" Po said as he faced the wolf. The Boss Wolf raises his hammer… and Po sees the symbol on the wolf's shoulder. Jinjing and Tigress sees that something's wrong.
"Po!" Tigress said. She jumped towards Po, but it was too late as Boss Wolf hit Po across the face.
"Chew on that, tubby!" The Boss Wolf said. Jinjing ran towards the wolf and punches him across the face. The wolf let out a yelp and turned to the red panda. "I'll get you for this, Longwei's child!" he said as he ran towards the remaining pile of metal and drops two other metal piles off the cliff while being pulled up and disappearing into the clouds. Meanwhile, Viper approaches Po.
"Are you okay?" she asked the panda.
"What happened?" Tigress asked.
"I think I saw… I think… I gotta go," Po said as he runs off. Jinjing was standing there, thinking about what the wolf said. Who's Longwei? Maybe Uncle Shifu or Yue might know. She thought.
"Hey, guys, I'm going to see Yue. I'll see you later," Jinjing said.
"Alright, be careful, Jinjing," Crane said.
"I will," Jinjing said before running off to Yue's house.
Author's Note: Aw! I love this moment between Shifu and Jinjing! He's like a father figure to her It's so sweet!
