It has been a month of total bliss to nearly everyone in the school. The Marauders have spent the day after learning about Animagus in silence. Dite knew that they where trying to become animagus to help Remus, since she knew that they had seceded in their 5th year from the stories the two had told her and her friends. It was comical the first day when McGonagall had asked James a question and Remus answered. Everyone thinking that they where playing some sort of prank the poor Professor asked for Remus to answer. Getting the same person answering the questing caused her to ask why they are not speaking. Remus simple explained that they are protesting the treatment of magical creature. Dite couldn't help but snicker at the comment. It was such a Remus answer and gaining glairs from the other three. Dite knew that the werewolf was not in agreement of this plan of theirs, but since they where his best friends he went along with it. But the out come of the actions was just as humorous. Dumbledore had asked them to demonstrate a protest for the students of Hogwarts. The simultaneous looks of horror shown on all their faces, all except Remus, who looked like a cat who got the creamery.

So for the past two Saturdays the boys where found in the courtyard with signs that said;

Fly Free Hippogriffs!

Equality to Centaurs!

Dite watched from a bench as the boys tried to get other students to join. She only wondered what their excuse will be when they are able to speak again. She could see the revenge for Remus they might be planning in their eyes. She just hoped that it wouldn't be too bad for him. Lily even revelled in the silent James Potter and not hearing him ask her on a date, calling her Lily-flower or his Lily. She even believed that the Slytherins were somewhat happy that the boys where kept busy on Saturdays so they wouldn't be pranked in some awful way. Like just after Halloween, the Slytherins never left their common room due to the Marauders placing a potion in the bathrooms of the Slytherin dorms that caused everyone's hair to change, or fallout, or something just as humiliating to those people who are prideful and needed to keep their self preservation in tacked.

"Afternoon Dite." A voice interrupted her reading, looking up and shading the sun out of her eyes with her hand she saw Remus standing above her.

"Hello Remus, how are you?" She asked giving him a smile.

"Oh I'm fantastic, I haven't had to hear Sirius dramatically complain for nearly a month. It's heavenly." He joked looking from their spot under the tree to the boy in question.

"I'm sure it is." She giggled at him as she saw Sirius glare at the pair, causing them to laugh harder.

"What are you reading today?" Remus asked sitting next to her under the tree.

"Something that caught my eye in the library. It's about possible ways to live longer then anyone else in the world." She explained.

In all honesty, Dite has been trying to figure out how Voldimort could have survived a killing curse that redounded off a protection shield. So far she couldn't find a bloody thing about it. But she knew she needed to figure out how he is still alive to come back. Reincarnation was out of the question, because from what Harry described to her after the end of the tournament might have been a Gollum or the equivalent. But then how was his soul still alive? That was the complicated question she still had no clue except from Harry and that stupid diary that Malfoy gave Ginny her first year. Sure Voldimort came back then but as a teenager, which was completely different from how he looked before she was thrown back.

"Must be fascinating." Remus brought her back.

"I'm sorry, I was in thought." She said sheepishly.

"I see loosing your self to your own mind. I've been now to do that every so often." He nodded understandingly.

Before she could speak more, Sirius came stomping over like some Minatare with how his nostrils where flared and glared at Remus. She tilted her head to the left in confusion as the two had a quiet conversation with their eyes. She knew that before she came back that boys where weird and would overact to many things that where confusing. Like Ron overacting to her going to the Yule Ball with Victor Krum in 4th year, or how he became over come with jealousy when Harry's name came up from the goblet. A young Sirius reminded her of Ron when he was like this. She stood up and dusted off her skirt and looked at the two of them.

"Well I'll leave you to continue this silent conversation and either go to the Library or find Lily and Alice." She shook her head when the two grunted at her.

Dite remembered that the two had done that more then once over the summer she spent with them at head quarters. It was strange but Harry and Ron had done it on more then one occasion as well. Must be a boy thing, she thought shrugging. As she pasted the 3rd floor girl's bathroom, something struck her, THE CHAMBER OF SECRETS! She sprinted down the hall and into the bathroom.

"WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN HERE!" The disembodied voice Dite knew as Myrtle demanded to know as if shrilled through the bathroom.

"Hello Myrtle." She spoke looking around the bathroom to see where the girl ghost was.

"WELL LEAVE!"

"I will when I check something." Dite said walking to the sinks.

She was able to turn them all on except one; she looked closer and found an engraving of a snake. It had been like Harry told her before; the entrance of the Chamber of Secrets is in the girl's bathroom. Dite couldn't believe that in all the times the school was searched that this was never found. Maybe just maybe she could send an anonymous letter about the Chamber to Dumbledore. It was still strange that with how long the Headmaster had been at this school he never found it. First as a student, then a Professor, and now the Headmaster. But Voldimort found it with out help, Ginny found it with the help of the diary and Harry with the help of Myrtle telling him how she died.

Maybe this was the first thing she could change about the future, or to see if it was possible to change the future for her. Yes, she was a bit of a skeptic, but Sophia has reassured her that it was possible.

She decided to leave and as she walked she thought about it, sure small things like getting ride of the basilisk in the chamber would keep from the students in her time from being petrified, but that wouldn't stop Malfoy from giving Ginny the diary. Which that diary still stumped her, how can a diary talk back, much less pull someone in to the blasted diary? Maybe it was a very complex enchantment, but how could someone come back to life through a diary. Those where some of the questions she had pertaining to Voldimort.

"There you are Dite!" Lily's voice pulled her out of her thoughts as she passed through the portrait hole into the tower common room.

"Yes, here I am. Did I go somewhere?" She asked with her head tilted to the right.

"No Remus here said you where going to look for me or go to the library. You must have gone to the library." Lily laughed.

"Yeah I did, it was closer and I thought you might be there." She said sitting next to Lily on the loveseat infront of the fireplace.

"Well I am found in there quit as often as you are." She agreed with a smile.

"It's almost the Holidays." Alice said taking the conversation away from books, the library or studying for exams that will be in two weeks. All the Professors explained that they would be light exams for the 5th years as they are studying and revising for OWLS in most of their classes and free time.

"Yeah it is." Lily agreed.

"What is everyone doing?" Alice asked knowing that the boys couldn't answer as they where already turning red trying not to talk.

"Going home and more then likely fighting with my sister." Lily smiled but it didn't reach her eyes.

"James will head home, Sirius will probably join after Christmas and Boxing Day. Peter will visit with his mom and help in their shop, I for one am going to enjoy my reprieve from these three till New Years this year when I go to James's for the rest of break." He grinned at the other boys.

"I'll be spending my first Christmas with my parents this year. So I'm excited about that. Last year wasn't so nice since I was told to stay at school by my grandparents head elf as they were ill." She gave a small sigh.

"Really?" Lily asked confused.

"Um, I guess I never explained huh." She chuckled.

"Not specifically." Alice and Lily agreed.

Sure Dite gave them a little bit of information on her transfer but not all the information really.

"Um you all know I was born out of wedlock right?" She asked the group quietly, with them all nodding.

"Well my grandmana wasn't to happy with that and Wed Locked cursed my Mana. So until my grandmana's death mana couldn't tell a soul I existed. So once she and my grandbaba had passed mana could bring me home." Dite said looking at the fire.

"That's horrible!" Lily gasped looking at her.

"It was a shock learning that my parents where alive, I was told that they passed." Dite sighed.

"Must have been a shock to you." Alice said thoughtfully.

"It was a shock to me and my baba's. Think of it, one day they where just a small family then Bam! The have a 15 year old daughter they have no idea who she was." Dite explained from the story that she knew forwards and backwards.

"Wow." Remus cold only say one word, Dite had brought the ever-worldly Remus Lupin to one word at that moment. Sure wizarding families knew of the curse that was placed on her mother, but none really used it, just moved up the wedding if it had happen.

"I also get to celebrate my birthday with them too this year." Dite smiled.

"Whens you birthday Dite!" Lily asked changing the topic to a brighter one.

"December 26th." She said sheeply

"We should have a sleep over!" Alice said as the boy's eyes grew wide. Dite had a feeling that the boys only had one idea of a girls slumber, and that is girls dancing around in their under wear. As if knowing what the quiet boys wanted to ask, Remus looked at the girls.

"Don't you already have slumber parties in the dorm?" He asked.

The girls busted up laughing at all the confused looks, as they tried to get a hold of themselves with a look at the boys, the girls where laughing uncontrollably once again. It was a good 5 minutes before they grained their selves.

"No Remus, that's totally different." Alice said still giggling.

"It's true they are totally different, here we have no access to movies to watch, and movies on the tele are a must for slumber parties." Lily laughed.

"Lets plan something in the dorms so that the boys don't turn purple from the lack of talking to us." Dite smirked; knowing that they wanted to so badly ask what a tele is and what else the girls might plan.

The girls left the common room and retired to their room to plan the rest of a slumber party, leaving everything else to the imagination of the boys.
