As the students at Hogwarts got into the rhythm of classes, homework, studying and social lives that they had to place on hold over the summer to spend time with their families. It seemed as though Dite had always been at the school. Even the gossip that the Goddess of Gryffindor had many of the guys wrapped around her fingers, which caused Dite to roll her eyes at. Sure the potion she had taken when she arrived in this time changed how she looked. Her caramel colored wild curls had become dark chocolate tamed waves down her back from her Mana and she gained the freckles and bright blue eyes from her Baba's. But the girl was still the swatty-know-it-all book warm she has always been. Dite couldn't figure out how her looks could cause such gossip from the female population. Most of the female population reminded her of Lavender who had always loved to spread rumors about her. It hadn't helped when Regulus would somehow end up walking with her to the library, the great hall or another spot in the castle. She couldn't figure out what his motives where, at first she thought that he was just trying to get under Sirius's skin, but now she didn't think that.

As she walked thinking about the boy in question, as she headed to the Room of Requirement she didn't realize that said boy had seen her and fallowed her. She passed in front of the deserted wall on the 7th floor three times before a door had opened. And before Regulus could catch up to her, the doors had vanished. Dite still clueless to her follower. In side the room she held the journals that kept all her memories in them. She wanted a place where no one would stumble upon them. The room seemed to each time she placed a journal on the shelf the initials AP and a roman number would appear at the bottom of the spine of the book. This room also presented a pensive for her, as she wanted to examine the dreams of the pool more closely. She had scoured the library about the fates. She couldn't find anything except the small amount about the fates. Not much was known about them, or it was never written about. She had looked for more on Horcrux's to see if she could see what they might be up against. But that subject seemed to be absent from the rows and rows of books. Dite was beginning to think that someone hadn't wanted anyone to find out about either. If that was so, then who? The Dark Lord? The Ministry? Dumbledore? It hadn't made sense to her.

Ever since she found herself here, she was noticing things that she couldn't in her past time or her other life. Like how Dumbledore had nearly all the teachers segregating the Slytherins, how the headmaster had hardly done anything about the Marauders and their pranks against the house. It was like the elder man wanted everyone to believe that every Slytherin was evil. She went out of her way to help any student in any house, since she noted this act.

"Alone Prewett." A voice sneered at her, startling her from her thoughts as she walked to the tower.

"Malfoy, what do I owe the pleasure." She tried from rolling her eyes. Malfoy was exactly like his son, though after she decked Draco the public sneering, taunting, etc. had come to an end, he probably didn't want another broken nose from a muggle born.

"I don't see your Black knight, or those misfits of your tower around." He looked around before he turned his eyes back to her.

"Yes they all had things to do, why are you so caught up on the fact I'm alone?" She asked watching him.

"Well, one I wanted to see what the hype was about the golden goddess that many where talking about." He reached out and let her hair flow through his fingers.

"I'm not a goddess, and I thought one of your noble house wouldn't give into gossip passed around by nosey birds." She waved his hand away from her.

"I tend to keep track of the pointless gossiping nosey birds." He smiled at her, causing her to step back.

"I really should be going Malfoy." She spoke ready to get away from him. As an adult he was a coward and only fallowed those that helped keep him in power, until he ended up in Azkaban.

"Scurrying away like a mouse I see." He laughed which caused her to wonder if there where others around her.

"No, I'm late for a study session with my friends." She took a step back.

Dite watched as he walked away and around the corner. When he was gone, she ran all the way back to the tower. She didn't respond to those who said to slow down. All she thought about was the man that gave an eleven year old a Horcrux and set a beast on the muggle borns of the school. She didn't even notice that Remus was getting ready to walk through the Portrait opening when she crashed into him. Dite didn't respond to Remus asking if she was alright as she watched the Portrait close, making sure that no one who wasn't a Gryffindor unable to enter the tower. She stood from the ground and sighed a sigh of relief.

"Are you alright Dite?" Remus asked again for the forth time.

"Yes, yes." She said trying to convince Remus and herself that she was fine.

"Are you sure?" He asked putting his hands on her shoulders.

"Yes I'm fine." She nodded her head.

"Then why the tears." She felt a gentle finger wipe a tear away from her cheek.

That's all it took for Dite to break, the tears openly fell as she threw her arms around her friend and cried. It was true that she was stressed out from everything. The dream, trying to figure out the riddle of the prophecy, wondering why there was no content on the Fates of ancient Greece here, or Horcrux's. Her head was hurting already and then having the run in with Malfoy threw her brain into over drive since the older boy never once approached her since she started school in this time.

Dite hadn't realized that the boy she was holding on to walked them back wards, and up the staircase to the boys dorm. Or that James, Peter, and Sirius where all in the dorm either; James tossing his snitch up and catching it, Sirius digging through his trunk for something and Peter with a half eaten Liquorish wand handing from his mouth as her worked on his charms homework. She only noticed when her eyes dried and all that was left as proof that she had cried was the tear stained cheeks and Remus's tear stained shirt.

"I'm very sorry Remus." She spoke softly pulling out her wand casting a cleaning charm.

"What was that about?" Sirius asked gently pulling her to one of the beds and making her sit down.

She began to explain the headaches, and that she wasn't getting enough sleep due to her strange dreams. That was easy to explain and wave off as lack of sleep. Then she told them that she had a run in with Malfoy who never approached her before today. That she was getting the feeling that she should run the moment he reached for her hair. This seemed to throw Sirius into a fit; he stood from where he knelt infront of her to passé the room. He spoke of how he coned his aunt and uncle to allow one of his cousins to marry him after they finished school, now he is making others uncomfortable, and strutting around like the peacock he thought he was. James asked if she ever prompted the boy to approach her, she said never. Peter asked if it could be related to her walks with Regulus. Sirius soon sent off a patrons off to somewhere. She was quietly talking to Remus about how she wasn't sure why he would approach her; she was just a know-it-all Greek girl that others are gossiping about. She didn't notice that Sirius had left the room while she was talking, with James and Peter chasing behind him.

"They wont let anything happen." Remus said as they stood and headed down stairs.

The next morning as she passed through the portal she came to see Regulus standing there waiting. He walked her to the great hall, but before they parted he turned to look at her.

"He wont approach you again." He spoke seriously looking her in the eye.

"What do you mean?" She asked him.

"Because of this." She didn't have time to react as Regulus placed his lips against hers.

After she got over the slight shock her eyes closed, behind her lids, she could see speckles of gold and silver dot across the black ness. It was their magic that she was seeing, she only heard of this magic reaction from Fleur. That it meant that their magic excepted the other, and that their cores where compatible. Which was a rarer thing then most thought. Fleur explained that this only happen for those souls that where pure. When the kiss ended, she plinked at the smirking Regulus. She stood there not thinking one moment until he gently pushed her towards her table. This action kick started her brain once again.

The rest of the day, she heard whispers of the kiss, Alice gushed about it while Dite blushed. Lily laughed and said it was a good thing for her, that Dite needed to slow down and relax. Both girls had heard about her break down after finding her asleep on the sofa, using Remus as a pillow. James said that the boy better send an owl to her fathers for permission or he would have words with the other Black. Sirius exclaimed dramatically about how he lost the beautiful Aphrodite to his brother but as she watched with a smile on her face she caught Remus's gently smile as he watched Sirius as well. Peter just asked if Regulus was now off limits for pranking. With the boys making light of the kiss, she laughed at their antics, knowing that Ron would had blown his lid in anger spotting off that she was 'fraternizing with the enemy', Harry would react a bit like James had as Harry was very much like her brother in the past. Soon the boys began talking about their annual Halloween prank, which the day was soon approaching. The year was turning out to be seemingly normal so far with a small bit of drama, all was alright with Dite. She wanted a normal year, even if Regulus had kissed her infront of the school that morning.
