23. I: The Kingpin of Crime Part II

Volume I: The Kingpin of Crime Part II

Note: This will be the twenty-third chapter of Volume I and Part II of the two part story. Spider-Man survived the assassination attempt made against him by the Kingpin and had to reveal the truth about himself to his Aunt as she's still process all of it. Wilson Fisk has been exposed to the public as the Kingpin of Crime but he's still free and in control of the city. Spider-Man will continue the fight against Fisk as the end of the Kingpin is near, but he will face harsh challenges against him and those he loves as the final battle against Kingpin is near, he'll need the help of someone close to him in order to save the ones he loves.

In the city at the 13th precinct, George Stacy is watching a footage of Peter and the rest of the school speaking out against Wilson Fisk. The door knocked as someone is outside his office door.

"Come in!" George Stacy invited someone to his office.

Gwen opened and came inside. "Hey dad, sorry to come at a busy time."

"Not to worry Gwennie, I was just watching the news footage of you with Peter at the school." George Stacy says to his daughter.

"Looks like our message worked, people are already starting to turn against Fisk. How long is he still going to be free until he's arrested?" Gwen is curious about the situation.

"Hopefully not too long, but telling everyone the truth is a big step in bringing him down, having everyone looking at him more closely. But knowing Fisk, he'll fight to the end to protect himself, but he's only delaying the inevitable. Soon or later, he'll face justice for all the harm he had done to this city." George Stacy assured his daughter.

"So how was I on TV? Speaking out bravely against Fisk?" Gwen is curious about her father's opinion.

"Honestly Gwennie, I'm proud of you. You certainly come a long way." George Stacy is proud of Gwen.

Yuri came into the office. "Captain Stacy, there been an emergency."

"What happened?" George Stacy is curious about the situation.

"A group of men attacked the Parker Residence with automatic weapons, they shot up the place." Yuri informs George and Gwen.

Gwen and George are shocked to find out that Peter and May were attacked in their own home by men with guns.

"What happened to Peter and May Parker?" George wants to know about the Parkers.

"They're alive and unharmed, looks like Spider-Man was able to save them in time. He already took down the men responsible for the attack, they're being arrested as we speak." Yuri gave the details of the event.

"Dad!" Gwen is concerned for Peter and his aunt.

"I know, let's go!" George got up and left with his daughter.

George and Gwen left together as they're more worried for the Parkers after hearing the news of the attack at their house.

Sometime later in Forest Hills, George and Gwen both arrived at the Parker Residence to see squad cars and fire trucks outside with the emergency lights on. They got out of the car and see the place is riddled with bullet holes and broken glass.

"My god." George is shocked at the sight of the place.

The officers are escorting the perpetrators responsible for this incident and being loaded into the van.

Gwen and George went inside to find Peter and May both alive and unharmed, their neighbors Anna and Mary Jane are keeping them company after the attack. Gwen sees Peter is fine as she runs to him.

"Peter!" Gwen runs to him and hugs him tight.

"Gwen!" Peter hugged Gwen back.

"Thank god that you're alright!" Gwen is so worried for Peter.

"I'm okay, Gwen." Peter felt better with Gwen in his arms.

"I'm glad that you're both safe. Anyone want to run me down by what just happened?" George wants the details of the incident.

"Five men with automatic weapons came on motorcycles, no warning, they just started firing on us." Peter explained what happened.

"How are you two still alive?" George is wondering what happened next.

"We ducked down in time as the bullets were raining down. Spider-Man was able to get here in time to save our lives and take down the men responsible for this mess. This wasn't a random attack, this was a hit. It had to be Fisk." Peter knows that Fisk is behind the attack.

"Don't need to convince me, I figured that Fisk had a hand in this. Right now we need to prove that Fisk ordered the attack. One of the guys arrested should give him up." George Stacy suggested.

"It's unlikely, they're more scared of Fisk than they are of the cops. I'd doubt they'll rat him out." Peter says to George Stacy.

"Right, but listen, this place isn't safe, you need to relocate to a secure location with protection, most likely Fisk will send more hit men to finish the job. Until he's in custody, no one is safe." George Stacy wants to protect him.

"I understand, thank you George." May says while still in shock.

Peter could tell that May still has a lot of questions concerning him as the masked hero Spider-Man since he revealed his double life to her. He can't imagine how she's processing all this, learning her nephew is a superhero.

At the Daily Bugle, Jameson is working late due to all the drama concerning Wilson Fisk being the Kingpin. The public has turned on Fisk after learning the truth but Jameson still isn't convinced since this source of information Peter told came from Spider-Man who Jameson doesn't trust.

Robbie Robertson came into the office to see Jameson still being quiet.

"Something just happened to Parker." Robbie is concerned.

"What is it? Did Fisk throw a lawsuit against him?" Jameson still looking away from Robbie.

"Someone tried to kill him and his aunt at their home hours ago, shot at his house." Robbie told the news.

Jameson is shocked to learn that someone tried to kill Peter Parker, a teenage kid from Queens with guns, he turned to look at Robbie.

"Christ! Is he alright?" Jameson is concerned about Peter.

"He survived, his aunt too, they're both okay. Looks like he stirred up the hornets nest on Fisk and Fisk tried to kill him." Robbie says to Jameson.

Jameson didn't like that someone tried to kill an employee of his, even if he was just recently fired by him, especially if he's a teenager.

"Robbie, tell our employees that we need to work overtime!" Jameson is standing up.

"What are you doing?" Robbie is wondering what Jameson has planned.

"Our jobs as journalists, it's time the public learned what happened. Screw the lawsuit, no one tries to kill one of our own and gets away with it. Time to help Parker fight Fisk." Jameson is standing up to Fisk.

Robbie smiled as he like this side of Jameson, everyone agreed to stay behind to help fight Fisk.

At Fisk Tower, Wilson Fisk is awaiting the news from his hit squad but so far no news. Wesley is on the phone with one of his contacts.

"Wesley, anything from our guys?" Fisk wants results.

"The men we sent to kill Parker has failed, Spider-Man showed up and stopped the assassination. He's still alive and our men have been arrested." Wesley informs Fisk.

"Damn it! Spider-Man!" Fisk slammed his fist on the desk.

"That's not the worst of it, the media has caught wind of this incident and are about to show it on the news. Our plan has backfired on us." Wesley explained the situation.

"That Spider-Man and that punk Parker are responsible for the mess we are in. Anything on Owlsley?" Wilson Fisk is curious about his old associate.

"Our people have decrypted the blocked number and are tracking it as we speak." Wesley explained to Fisk.

"They better, Owlsley is the only one who can prove all my crimes to the police and the feds. As soon as they found him, have our people go to him and tell them that I send my regards before they kill him." Wilson Fisk gave the order.

"Yes sir." Wesley comply with the order.

Wesley is working with his contacts to locate Owlsley to be silenced as soon as possible. Fisk has been getting sloppy in his actions since his secret got exposed and he's now feeling cornered and more dangerous than ever.

At the Stacy Residence which is surrounded by officers outside the premises. Peter and May both settled in after they relocated here.

"I hope the guest room is comfortable, and don't worry, this house has 24 hour police protection. No one is stupid enough to attack a house full of cops." George Stacy says to them.

"It's fine, thank you." May gave her gratitude to George.

"Thank you for you hospitality and giving us a place to stay." Peter thanked George too.

"Of course, excuse me." George closed the door.

Peter and May are both alone in the room as neither of them has talked much since he revealed his identity as Spider-Man to her, he could tell that she's angry with him for lying for so long.

"I guess that you must have a lot of questions?" Peter says to a quiet May.

"Just one. Were you ever going to tell me?" May says to Peter.

"No, I wanted to tell you Aunt May, but I couldn't." Peter says to May.

"Who else knows?" May is curious.

"MJ, she found about my powers by accident and I had to confide in her so she's can keep my secret." Peter says to May.

"And Ben?" May is wondering.

"No, I couldn't tell him or you. What was I supposed to say? I got bitten by a spider that somehow gave me powers?" Peter says to May.

"Why Peter? Why be a hero? Did you ever think about me and how I must be feeling whether you're be hurt or worse, dead?" May says to Peter.

"Of course I think about you, but I also think about everyone else I care about and loved. Gwen was in danger last year and I had to act to save her." Peter says to May.

"Peter, I already buried your parents, my husband. You're all I have to live for, I can't lose you like I've lost Ben. Criminals like Fisk are the reason that good people died, they're the reason Ben is dead." May is still hurt by the lost.

"No, the man who murdered him wasn't responsible for his death... I was." Peter had to confess the truth.

"What are you talking about? Why do you say that you're responsible for his death? You didn't kill him." May is confused.

"On the same day before he was murdered, me and Ben talked about using my gift to make money, but he told me that I have a responsibility to use it for the greater good, that was the last time I saw him alive. I left to go fight in a wrestling match for money and I won, I got my money but I got caught up in the fame and forgot Ben's lesson. In the arena after the match, a man robbed the place and he was running down the hallway and I could've stopped him but I didn't, I let him go. He was the same man who broke into your house and shot Uncle Ben, the one I could've stopped earlier." Peter told the whole truth.

"Peter... why didn't you tell me about this earlier? Why carry this burden?" May says to Peter.

"Because I was ashamed and because I felt guilty for doing nothing to prevent a tragedy. If I had acted and listened to his lessons, I could've stopped that man and Ben would still be alive right now, he'd be with us." Peter shed a tear.

"Peter... I had no idea that you carried that burden alone for the past year." May could see Peter in tears.

"I wanted to give up everything related to my powers and go back to having a normal life, but a woman came into my life and told me that I have a greater destiny." Peter continues the story.

"A woman knows you have powers?" May is surprised someone else knows.

"Her name is Julia Carpenter, she's got powers like me and she's blind but she can see into the future. She told me about my destiny to become a great hero. She trained me to master my powers and she even trained me in martial arts to fight the foes who are just as powerful as me." Peter talks about Julia Carpenter.

"A blind woman taught you the ancient ways of martial arts?" May is more surprised.

"I know, it's sounds crazy." Peter says to May.

"More like it's insane. You let someone tell you that you're destined to be a hero and you go around facing danger wherever you, knowing that you could die." May says to Peter.

"My uncle taught me a valuable lesson that kept me going, he said that with great power comes great responsibility. He was right, I didn't realize what he meant, not until it was too late. I was given a great power and I have a responsibility to use them for the greater good. My uncle died because I ignored my responsibilities. Do you really think that I could go on living my life knowing that I did nothing and let bad things happen because of it? Gwen was in danger and I chose to act, I chose to become Spider-Man to save her, to save everyone." Peter explained his reasons of being Spider-Man.

"You certainly have changed a lot since your birthday last year. I always thought that you were destined for great things in life but I never imagine anything like this. I never wanted this life for you." May is impressed by his heroism.

"Neither did I, but I never regret being Spider-Man. I was able to save Gwen from certain death and she's alive right now because I chose to be hero." Peter smiled as he's proud to be Spider-Man.

"You really love Gwen so much that you risked your life to save hers, don't you?" May smiled back at Peter.

"I do love her, when she was dying before my eyes, I never hesitate to jump in and save her life. When she wasn't breathing, I had to breathe life back into her and..." Peter stopped at that sentence.

"... And?" May is curious about his sentence.

"It was the first time I've had my lips on a girl. When she came back to life, I was filled with joy that she gets to live again. Since then, I began having feelings for her that started from an attraction that turned into love. In the end, I realize that she is the one, my true love." Peter smiled with love for Gwen.

"I'm so happy for you Peter." May smiled with comfort.

"You are? You're not angry anymore after I've told you everything?" Peter is surprised by her change of behavior.

"I admit I was hurt that you've kept this secret away from me for so long, but I realize now that you've become a greater man than I ever hope you could be. You've made a big difference in everyone's lives and continue doing so over and over to the people you've saved. For the first time in my life Peter, I've never been so proud of you than I am now." May smiled at Peter.

Peter smiled in tears as May is proud of him for all his heroism as Spider-Man. She and Peter hugged each other I happiness.

"If Ben we're here, he be proud of you too." May smiled at Peter.

"I'm sorry that I've never told you the truth about how Ben died. Can you forgive me?" Peter asking for forgiveness.

"Peter... I forgive you. Now, it's time for you to forgive yourself." May forgave Peter.

Peter has taken the first step of cleansing the guilt he's been carrying in his heart for the past year. Peter still has a long way to go to finally forgive himself for his mistakes.

Morning came in Forest Hills at the Stacy Residence, George and Gwen are making breakfast, cooking egg in a basket that George love making for Gwen.

"Do you think they'll like this breakfast?" Gwen is wondering about Peter and May.

"You certainly do, ever since you were a little girl." George smiled at his daughter.

George and Gwen see Peter and May awake as they walk in the kitchen.

"Good morning you two, hope you're hungry?" George greeted his guests.

"I am, though I was hoping to cook and make wheatcakes for everyone." May says to George.

"Nonsense, you're our guests." George says to them.

"Smells good, what is that?" Peter is curious what they're making.

"Egg in the basket, it's very delicious. Please have a seat." Gwen says to them.

Peter and May sit in their seat as George and Gwen gave them plates with egg in the basket, they've never actually seen or tasted it before. Peter and May both took a taste and they're amazed by how good they are.

"Hmm! It's good, it's no wheatcakes but still great though." Peter likes the breakfast.

"Agreed." May likes it too.

"My mom used to make them for me as a kid, every morning I'd wake up with a smile on my face and she be there cooking breakfast." Gwen smiled as she remembers her mother.

"You must really miss her?" May says to Gwen.

"Everyday, I wish that she were alive right now and she see me happy with the boy I love." Gwen looking at Peter.

"In a way, she is. But on a serious note, I think it's best that you skip school Parker, you too Gwen." George says to Gwen and Peter.

"After I helped Peter speak out against Fisk, I'm a target too. Go figure." Gwen figured out.

"Exactly, if Fisk is behind what happened yesterday, he's clearly not playing around." George Stacy says to them.

The front door is knocking outside as George is wondering who's outside, he picked up his service gun and walked to the door. He opens to see Jameson at the door.

"J Jonah Jameson? What are you doing here?" George is surprised by his appearance.

"I'm sorry Captain Stacy, but I'm here to see Parker." Jameson says to George Stacy.

Peter walked to the door and is surprised to see Jameson again.

"Jameson?" Peter is surprised by his appearance.

"Hey Parker, glad that you're okay. Could we talk?" Jameson says to Peter.

"Yeah." Peter says to Jameson.

Jameson enters the Stacy Residence with a newspaper in his hand.

"I'll give you both some privacy, excuse me." George walked to the kitchen.

"Didn't think that I see you again, given the last time." Peter says to Jameson.

"I may have gone a bit too far in firing you, though technically I can't fire you since you're still freelance." Jameson says to Peter.

"What are you trying to say?" Peter is curious.

"That the Bugle will still need a photographer of your particular talent, you're welcome back to the Bugle if you got any photos to sell." Jameson says to Peter.

"Thank you." Peter says to Jameson.

"By the way, I got something for you." Jameson hands him a newspaper.

Peter holds its and sees the title 'The Kingpin of Crime responsible for the attack on Peter Parker.'

"Whoa!" Peter is shocked.

"This was only the first copy fresh off the presses, the rest are being distributed throughout the city." Jameson explained to Peter.

"Are you sure that's what you want to do? Aren't you worried about facing a lawsuit?" Peter says to Jameson.

"I have to admit, I thought it was stupid what you did, but you proven to be gusty, so I figured that I should be just as gusty too." Jameson smiled at Peter.

Peter is happy that Jameson is helping out, even though the man has a vendetta against Spider-Man, he still fights for what's right.

---

At Fisk Tower, Wilson Fisk got a copy of the Bugle's paper saying that he's responsible for the assassination attempt made against Peter Parker and that more copies are being distributed throughout the city. Fisk is angry as he rips the paper to pieces.

"How dare Jameson writes slander against me?" Fisk isn't too happy.

"I don't care if he's busy! Get out of my way!" Mariah making a noise outside the office.

Mariah burst in uninvited to Fisk's office and not looking too happy, she's walking to Fisk with her men.

"What the hell are you doing?!" Mariah asking Fisk.

"What the hell are you doing here, Mariah?!" Fisk replied back to Mariah.

"I've seen today's papers, it was bad enough that someone exposed you to the whole city, but now you had to create a huge mess in Queens. What the hell are you thinking of ordering an attack on the kid with all eyes on us?" Mariah isn't too happy.

"That kid dared to call me a coward and he turned the whole city against me. I wasn't going to sit with my arms crossed, I had to make him pay!" Fisk didn't regret his actions.

"You're out of control Fisk! You're like a wounded animal! You're a..." Mariah got cut off as Fisk got his grip on her neck.

Fisk is choking her with his grip, her men tried to help her but Fisk's bodyguards draw their weapons first and had Mariah's men surrounded.

"I'm sorry, I didn't catch that sentence. I think there's something wrong with your throat." Fisk is still choking Mariah.

Fisk then broke her neck with his grip and dropped her dead to the ground as everyone is shocked to find out that Fisk just killed Mariah without any mercy. Fisk turn his attention to Mariah's thugs.

"You all work for me now. If any of you cross me, then you'll join your boss in dead... understood?" Fisk is putting fear into them.

Mariah's men agreed and nodded their heads as neither of them want to get on the Kingpin's bad side.

"Good. Clean up this mess." Kingpin referring to Mariah's corpse.

The thugs comply and started to pick up the body to be disposed of, Wesley is concerned that his boss just murdered one of his new partners in anger without regret.

Sometime later in the city, at the 13th precinct, George Stacy is at work doing an investigation on Wilson Fisk. George hears a tap at his window, he got up and opens to see Spider-Man hanging outside.

"Spider-Man, figured you would show up. Come in." George Stacy invited Spider-Man inside the office.

Spider-Man climbs into the office to talk with George Stacy about recent events.

"Did the guys who attacked the house say anything?" Spider-Man wants an update of the investigation.

"No, theses guys aren't talking. They rather go to jail and do the time than talk." George Stacy informs Spider-Man.

"I know that Kingpin is willing to so far to get what he wants, but attacking a house to kill a teenager and his aunt seems like overkill." Spider-Man says to George Stacy.

"That's what worries me. Fisk is feeling cornered, he'll be less careful and more dangerous than ever. He's capable of killing anyone at this point to protect himself." George Stacy says to Spider-Man.

The office door knocked as someone is outside.

"Who is it?" George is calling out.

"It's me." Yuri says outside the door.

"Come in." George invites Yuri.

Yuri enters the office to find George with Spider-Man in the room.

"Didn't know that Spider-Man was here?" Yuri says to George Stacy.

"Anything from interrogation?" George Stacy wants an update.

"No, they're still not talking. But that's not why I'm here, remember that officer you asked me to look into?" Yuri is holding the tablet.

"Yeah, and?" George Stacy is waiting for an answer.

"Looks like you were right, check it out." Yuri hands the tablet to George.

George looked at the tablet and see the results about the officer.

"I knew it! Bring him into my office right now." George gave an order.

"Yes Captain Stacy." Yuri is leaving the office.

"What's wrong?" Spider-Man is curious.

"Fisk bought one of my officers, Lieutenant Watanabe just confirmed it." George Stacy explained to Spider-Man.

The door opens as the officer came into George's office and is surprised to see the Captain with Spider-Man, Yuri escorted the officer inside and closed the door.

"Captain, you wanted to see me."

"That's right. How long have you been working for the Kingpin?" George Stacy is interrogating the dirty cop.

"Excuse me?"

"We have evidence of unusual wired transfers into your accounts, 10 grand a month is too much to make on an officer's salary. Care to explain where all that money came from?" George Stacy interrogates the cop.

"I don't know, someone must've put that into my account to make me look dirty."

"Last Halloween, you were in the interrogation room with Lonnie Lincoln before we had the chance to get a confession out of him." Yuri says to the officer.

"That's right, I was keeping an eye on as you ordered."

"During that same time, a call was made to your phone from a blocked number. Care to explain that?" Yuri has more proof of his shadiness.

"I can explain."

"You better explain what you know about the Kingpin, because he made an attack in Queens to a house where a kid and his aunt nearly got shot at." Spider-Man isn't too happy.

"Listen, I had nothing to do with some kid and an old lady getting popped. So I can't help you."

Spider-Man got mad as he grabbed the officer's left arm and pinned him against the wall, still gripping the officer's wrist. Everyone in the precinct heard the noise coming from the Captain's office.

"Lieutenant, watch the door." George told Yuri.

Yuri stood at the door keeping everyone from intervening.

"This is excessive force you're doing to an officer!"

"You're not fit be called a police officer when you sold yourself out to a criminal!" George refused to help the officer being pinned by Spider-Man.

"What do you know about the Kingpin?" Spider-Man still pins him against the wall.

"I don't know anything!"

Spider-Man twist the arm a bit making the dirty cop hurt some more.

"I swear! I've never met the Kingpin! He calls me and puts money into my account, that's all... But I do know something of interest that the Kingpin is desperate to hide!"

"We're listening?" George Stacy wants to know.

"Kingpin is trying to find Leland Owlsley!"

Spider-Man and George looked at each other as they heard that name.

"How can he be looking for Owlsley? He's dead?" Spider-Man is confused.

"He's not dead! Owlsley is alive, he survived and he's in hiding!"

"Where?" Spider-Man questions the dirty cop.

"I don't know, but Kingpin wants him found badly! The only clue I got is a phone number he called from yesterday! That's all I know, I swear!"

George gave the officer a pad and a pen.

"Write it down, hope you're a righty." Spider-Man still holds the dirty officer's left arm.

The dirty officer writes down the phone number used to call the Kingpin.

"There, that's the number."

"Let him go." George Stacy says to Spider-Man.

Spider-Man let's go of the dirty cop's arm as the guy can still feel the pain.

"Lieutenant, take this man's shield and book him for taking bribes." George orders Yuri.

Yuri took the officer's gun and his badge, she arrests him for being an informant for the Kingpin. Everyone at the precinct watched as Yuri is taking a dirty cop into custody.

"If Owlsley is still alive, then we need to find him fast." George Stacy says to Spider-Man.

"I'm on it." Spider-Man left out of the window.

Spider-Man and George Stacy both do their jobs to find Owlsley before the Kingpin does.

Later after Spider-Man left the precinct, he's back at his Spider-Cave using his supercomputer to track the number used to call Fisk.

"Hey Tiger." Mary Jane came into the lair.

"Hey MJ." Peter turns to see both Mary Jane and May. "Aunt May?"

"Wow, this place is amazing." May is looking around.

"It is, what are you doing here?" Peter says to May.

"Mary Jane told me that she was going to meet up with you and I went with her to here. How'd did you get all this stuff?" May is curious about the equipment.

"It used to belong a criminal called the Tinkerer, but since he got arrested and is in prison, I turned this place into my new headquarters." Peter explained to May.

"Nice. What are you doing on the big computer?" May is wondering.

"Tinkerer once used it to track my activities, so now I'm using it to locate Leland Owlsley." Peter uses the supercomputer.

"The Wall Street guy? Isn't he dead?" Mary Jane is confused.

"That's what I thought too, but somehow he survived and Fisk is looking for him as we speak." Peter says to Mary Jane.

"So what's your plan?" May is curious.

"First, I gotta find Owlsley before Fisk does, cause he's going to blow his head off." Peter says to them.

"Sure he does, this guy moved a lot of money for Fisk, so he has everything to take Fisk down." Mary Jane says to them.

"Do you really think he'll turn on Fisk even if you do find him?" May asking Peter and Mary Jane.

"I don't see why not, Fisk killed his family and had them burned, not to mention that he betrayed his other two partners, one got blown up, and another is incarcerated." Mary Jane says to May.

"You don't get to be the man on top without making enemies looking to tear you down." Peter said a quote.

May and Mary Jane looked at Peter as he said those words.

"George Stacy told me those words." Peter says to them.

"He's right, you don't." May agreed with the words of wisdom.

Peter is still working until he got something on the supercomputer.

"I got something." Peter has some news.

"What is it, Tiger?" Mary Jane is curious.

"Looks like the call was made from a burner, but it's not a regular call." Peter described the call.

"What does that mean?" May is confused.

"It looks like it was a WiFi call." Peter says to them.

"So?" Mary Jane says to Peter.

"So that means that it would have an IP address and we can track which WiFi network was used to make that call." Peter explained to Mary Jane.

"I'm not good at computers but it's not bad work, Tiger." Mary Jane is impressed in his computer skills.

Peter uses the supercomputer to identify where the IP address is located and hopes that it'll point to Owlsley's whereabouts. He found out where the IP address is located.

"Got it, it's a yacht club in Rockaway. If I go now, I might make it in time before Fisk gets there." Peter got up and walked to his backpack.

"Couldn't you call George and tell him that you got a location?" Mary Jane says to Peter who is changing.

"Fisk might still have people in the 13th, it's too risky." Peter dressed up in his Spider-Man suit.

"So you're going out there alone without backup?" May is worried.

"I trust George, but he's only one man, he can't do this alone." Peter says to May.

"But you can?" May is still worried.

"I know the risks I'm taking May, but this could be our only chance of taking down Fisk the right way, either I save him and save so many lives, or I wait and Fisk kills him. I have to do this for everyone's sakes." Peter puts on his mask.

May watched as Peter leaves the lair.

"Does he always do this? Rushing into danger?" May is wondering.

"Pretty much, but you get used to it." Mary Jane says to May.

Mary Jane walked back to the supercomputer as May pulled out her wallet and see a picture of little Peter with his parents.

"Richard, Mary, I had hoped that Peter would take a different path in life, but he has too much of you both in him, I only hope that it's the right path." May says looking at the picture.

In Rockaway at the docks where the yacht club is located, there are a number of yachts parked but only one is at night with the lights on.

Inside the yacht is a group of hired men with guns acting as security while Owlsley is watching the news about recent events happening concerning the Kingpin.

"Last night, a residence in Forest Hills got attacked by men armed with automatic weapons with the intention of killing Peter Parker, a fifteen year old teenager and student at Midtown High who spoken out against Wilson Fisk who was suspected of being the Kingpin of Crime."

"I see that Fisk hasn't changed a bit, still has no problem in threatening and killing teenagers, just like he did to my daughter. Meanwhile the whole city turned against him and hoping that he'll be in jail. The end is near for Wilson Fisk." Wesley says to his men.

They hear a body drop on the floor and another dropped into the water but there are no gun sounds. One of the guards starred shooting his gun but he got killed by guns with silencers. Owlsley quickly got up and ran to his master bedroom. All the guard on the boat started firing their guns but the men that came killing are professionals.

Owlsley made it to his bedroom and got to the safe, he typed in the combination and opens the safe. He pulled out documents and a ledger detailing all his illegal businesses with Wilson Fisk. He packed it up and tries to leave the boat but stopped as one his bodyguards fell on the ground.

A group of armed men are standing in the way of Owlsley trying to make his escape.

"Hello Owlsley, Fisk sends his regards."

All the men aimed their guns at Owlsley as he closes his eyes about to die. The gun popped off a shot but didn't kill Owlsley who still has his eyes shut, he listens to more shooting and punching as something is happening right now in this room. The fight continues until it stopped and Owlsley opens his eyes to find the hit men Fisk sent after him are down and webbed up. He sees Spider-Man here in the flesh who just saved his life.

"Hello Owlsley, we meet again." Spider-Man says to Owlsley.

"You?" Owlsley is surprised that Spider-Man saved him.

"You have a chance to do the right thing, by turning evidence against Wilson Fisk." Spider-Man explained his reasons for saving his life.

"You're asking me to help you take down Wilson Fisk? You're the reason that Fisk came after my family and had them killed! He figured out that I talked to you and he made an example by killing my family!" Owlsley is still mad at Spider-Man.

"So that's it, you're going to stay quiet and not testify against the man who took everything from you just because you don't want to help me?" Spider-Man says to Owlsley.

"They still be alive if you've never came after me and had me rat out Fisk!" Owlsley is angry at Spider-Man.

"And what about everyone else's families? Gwen Stacy, Liz Allan, Betty Brant, Glory Grant, each of them is somebody's daughter, just like yours! He didn't care who he hurts as long as he gets what he wants!" Spider-Man says to Owlsley.

"What do you want from me?" Owlsley asking Spider-Man the question.

"You know everything about Wilson Fisk, you were his partner for years and you do business together, you move his money, so you have everything needed to take him down. You want to honor your family? Then do the right thing for once in your life and help me take him down so that he never does this to anyone else's family ever again! If you stay quiet and do nothing, then you dishonor them and justice will never be served! You decide!" Spider-Man tries to persuade Owlsley.

Spider-Man then leaves Owlsley behind to think about his next move. Owlsley sits on the bed as he picked up a photo of himself with his wife and daughter. He remembers being happy with his family and he loved them very much. He wanted to give his family a better life but in the end, he lost everything because of his association with Wilson Fisk. He was loyal to Fisk for years until he betrayed him and his partners, Fisk got back at Owlsley by taking away the one precious thing his life, his family. He starts to shed a tear for his family.

"Okay Spider-Man! I'll do it!" Owlsley made his decision.

"Do what?" Spider-Man is awaiting an answer.

"I'll help you take down the Kingpin, I won't let my family's death be in vain. Now everyone will know who Wilson Fisk truly is. I'll give you and the police everything needed to take down Wilson Fisk once and for all." Owlsley is willing to cooperate.

It's midnight in the city, at the 13th precinct, every cop including George and Yuri are surprised to see Leland Owlsley alive and here.

"Captain Stacy, I need to make a statement." Owlsley says to George Stacy.

(Hours Later)

George Stacy and Yuri Watanabe are with district attorney Bill Hollister and the FBI taking the testimony of Leland Owlsley who's turning states evidence against Wilson Fisk.

"How long have you worked with Wilson Fisk?" Bill Hollister is interrogating Owlsley.

"For about 30 years, I've moved money around for him and taken a cut for my services." Owlsley gave the details.

"How'd did Wilson Fisk become the Kingpin of Crime?" Bill Hollister continues interrogating.

"Back then he used to be the right hand man of Don Rigoletto who used to control New York back in the old days. He learned everything about the crime business and was ambitious as well as treacherous. One day, he decided to kill Don Rigoletto and his entire family, in one stroke, he single handily took control of the underworld and used the crime money to start his own company." Owlsley tells the story.

"What did he do to Rigoletto's body?" Bill Hollister wants the details of Don Rigoletto.

"Back then, Fisk had the body buried in concrete at a construction site that he bought off the city, the building eventually became Fisk Tower. Rigoletto's body is still buried there, I know exactly where. But killing Rigoletto isn't enough, anyone who opposed him ended up dead, he's behind a number of deaths that has been committed in New York for the last 30 years." Owlsley told the D.A.

"What about the school attack? Who was behind it?" George Stacy asking the question.

"It was Wilson Fisk who order the attack, he wanted to make an example by taking your daughter hostage, he wanted to kill her to get back you, Captain. He was still going to kill her either way." Owlsely revealed the truth.

"How sinister." George Stacy is mad at Fisk.

"Fisk is, he's cruel to both his enemies and his allies alike. When Spider-Man became a problem for us, Fisk started losing control of his businesses, costing him a lot of money. He turned on us all when we became of no use to him. Fisk has no loyalty to anyone but himself." Owlsley says to them.

"You handle the money for Fisk, so you know who's on his payroll and who he does business with." Bill Hollister asking more questions.

"I do, I have a ledger and documents of every business dealings and those who taken bribes, everything you need is in there." Owlsely gave them proof.

Bill Hollister and the FBI looked through the ledger and documents of anyone involved in Fisk's illegal business.

In the morning a huge number of criminals on Fisk's payroll are getting arrested all around New York City and parts beyond.

A number of judges and courthouse officials are being escorted out of the courthouse by federal agents.

(13th precinct)

Yuri is watching some cops that have been taking bribes from Fisk arrested in handcuffs and their badges confiscated. Yuri smiled as she happy that dirty cops are being dragged out of this precinct and all the others across New York.

(City Hall)

Corrupt D.A.s and city officials have been arrested for their role in helping Fisk bend some laws.

(Fisk Tower)

Certain members of Fisk's company are aware of their boss's illegal activities using this company as a front. Honest members of the NYPD and the FBI are arresting those involved.

A forensic team started studying the building schematics looking for the location of where Rigoletto's body is buried according to Owlsley. They used the equipment to scan the concrete for anything unusual, their machine has picked up something, George and a Yuri are personally overseeing the operation.

"Drill it!" George Stacy orders the forensic team.

They drill the concrete in the basement breaking it piece by piece. After they're done, they removed the tiny concrete fragments as one of the forensic experts found something inside. They found a bone like from a hand.

"I'll be damned." George is shocked to find a skeleton buried.

"Captain Stacy, you better come to the garbage area right away!"

"Let's go." George Stacy says to Yuri.

Later George and Yuri are at the garbage area as officers are dragging something out wrapped in plastic. They put it on the ground and found a body inside, George and Yuri are shocked to find out who it is.

"Oh my god, that's Mariah Dillard." Yuri is shocked to see Mariah's corpse.

"Looks like Fisk has done it again. Time to call this in. Lieutenant, take a squad of your finest officers along with SWAT to Fisk Manor, time to arrest Wilson Fisk for murder." George Stacy tells Yuri.

"Got it Captain." Yuri is leaving the building.

"This is the end of the line for you, Fisk." George says to himself.

At the Stacy Residence, school had already ended and some of Peter's classmates wanted to check up on them to see how they are holding up of missing school since being targeted by a mobster.

"Thanks for making the time to see me, I appreciate it." Peter says to his fellow classmates.

"Of course, we look after our own." Flash says to Peter.

Peter see Liz walking to him.

"Liz?" Peter says to Liz.

"I'm glad that you're okay, you and your aunt." Liz says to Peter.

"Thanks, means a lot Liz." Peter thanked Liz.

"Can we talk?" Liz wants to talk with Peter.

Peter looked at his girlfriend Gwen who nodded with her approval.

"Sure, let's talk outside." Peter walking out with Liz.

Peter and Liz are in the backyard needed to talk alone.

"Okay, what did you want to talk about?" Peter says to Liz.

"I want to apologize for how I acted around you, I was hurt that we broke up and I might've made things awkward between us." Liz says to Peter.

"Don't need to apologize Liz, I never wanted to hurt you or your feelings." Peter says to Liz.

"I know, you've always been so nice to me. Guess that what I liked about you. But in the end, I came to accept that you and Gwen belonged together. I hope that you and I can still be friends, if you want." Liz wants Peter's friendship.

"I'd like that. What we shared in the months we were together were great too." Peter smiled at Liz.

"They were, weren't they?" Liz smiled back.

"For what it's worth Liz, thank you for showing me what it means to be in a relationship, I'll always be grateful to you for that. I hope that one day, you'll find someone who loves you for who you are, you deserve that." Peter wishes that for Liz.

"Thank you Peter, for everything." Liz being friendly with Peter.

Peter and Liz resolved their differences and moved on as friends. They see Gwen who came to the backyard.

"Do me a favor, don't ever let this hot nerd go, or some other girl will take him from you." Liz smiled at Gwen.

"I'll keep that in mind." Gwen smiled back.

Liz walks away give Peter and Gwen sometime alone to themselves.

"Sorry, didn't mean to interrupt your conversation." Gwen says to Peter.

"Don't worry, you didn't. Liz and I have already resolved our issues, we realize that we should stay friends." Peter explained to Gwen.

"Must be awkward of me coming here seeing you with Liz. Guess I was worried that there was still something between you and Liz, that you still have feelings for her." Gwen felt embarrassed.

"I do... as her friend. What me and Liz had is in the past. But you Gwen, you're my future." Peter smiled at Gwen.

Gwen smiled back as she and Peter got closer and kiss each other. They kept on kissing until Gwen's phone rang and they broke it off, she answered it.

"Hey dad, I'm still at home with some friends." Gwen is listening to her dad.

Peter waited until Gwen finished her conversation but he's got a feeling what it could be about.

"Really? That's great new, I'll tell everyone." Gwen hangs up the phone.

"What's the great news?" Peter is wondering.

"Come on." Gwen is walking back to her house.

Peter and Gwen got back inside the house to see their friends all together in the same room.

"Can I get everyone's attention?!" Gwen is calling out to everyone.

Everyone stopped chatting and paid attention to Gwen with Peter.

"Great news, my dad says that they finally have the evidence needed to put Wilson Fisk away for life, police are on their way to arrest him as we speak!" Gwen smiled telling the good news.

Everyone is excited that Wilson Fisk is finally going down and the cops are about to arrest him. Peter is happy too that justice will soon prevail and Fisk will pay for all the lives he's ruined.

At Fisk Manor, Wesley and Fisk watched the news about certain people getting for their conspiracy in aiding Wilson Fisk in his crimes.

"The time of justice has finally come as certain officials are being arrested by the NYPD and the FBI for their role in accepting bribes and aiding in criminal activities, all of which has been masterminded by Wilson Fisk who was exposed to the public as the Kingpin of Crime two days ago. Meanwhile an arrest warrant has been issued for Wilson Fisk as police are planning to bring him to justice."

"We need to get out here right now. The police are on their way." Wesley suggested to his boss.

"Agreed, let's go!" Fisk is planning to escape.

Fisk and Wesley took as much cash and jewels from the safe and puts them into the duffel bags. Wilson Fisk and Wesley are about to exit his office room until Vanessa stood in their way holding a gun to them.

"You're not leaving Wilson!" Vanessa pointed a gun at them.

Fisk's bodyguards drew out their guns as Fisk doesn't want his wife getting hurt.

"Don't shoot my wife! Stand down!" Fisk orders his men.

Fisk's bodyguards had orders to stand down but they still have their guns ready in case. Vanessa is walking around with a gun pointed at them.

"Vanessa, put the gun down." Fisk tries to persuade his wife.

"It's all true, isn't it?! That boy was telling the truth, you've hurt all those people! What kind of monster are you?!" Vanessa felt betrayed by her husband.

"Vanessa, you don't understand all the reasons for what I've done. Please put the gun down." Fisk continues persuading.

"Why?! So you can run away and ruin more lives?! I won't let that happen! I'll stop you before you hurt anyone else!" Vanessa has the gun cocked and ready to shoot.

"Vanessa, no!!!" Fisk yelled out.

One of the bodyguards reacted and aimed his gun and shot Vanessa in the arm.

"No!!!" Fisk yelled out in fear.

Vanessa is injured as she's stepping back and tipped over the balcony, Fisk runs to her only to find her holding to the ledge with one arm.

"Vanessa, take my hand!" Fisk is reaching to Vanessa, trying to save her.

Vanessa looked back at Wilson with tears. "I've loved you Wilson... you were everything to me."

"Vanessa... don't talk like that... please... give me your hand." Fisk still reaching with his hand.

"Goodbye Wilson." Vanessa says her final words before she lets go.

"Noooo!!!!" Fisk screamed for his wife.

Vanessa looked at her husband as she's falling down and she crash down hard onto the limo, she died from the impact. Fisk is shocked and traumatized as his wife just died before his eyes, he shed tears for her.

The sound of police siren are getting closer as Wesley is walking to his boss.

"Sir, we need to go now! There's a chopper on the helipad waiting for us! Sir!" Wesley urged Fisk to leave as soon as possible.

Fisk didn't want to leave his wife behind but he sees the NYPD coming closer to the Manor. He decided to live to fight another day, he leaves with Wesley and his bodyguards.

Yuri and the NYPD arrived at the Manor as they found a body on top of the limo, it's a woman's. Yuri got out and took a closer look, she recognized the woman.

"My god, that's Vanessa Fisk, his wife." Yuri is shocked to find Vanessa dead.

Yuri and the police hear noises coming from the other side of the manor.

"That sounds like a helicopter, everyone to the helipad!" Yuri orders the officers.

Yuri and the police rush to the helipad on the other side of the manor, he see Wilson Fisk with his assistant about to board the chopper.

"Stop them! Don't let him get away!" Yuri orders the officers.

Fisk and Wesley see the cops getting closer as they're about to board.

"Stall them as much as you can!" Fisk orders his men.

The bodyguards stayed behind as they pulled out their guns and started shooting at the cops. The police are forced to take cover as SWAT are dealing with the bodyguards.

Fisk and Wesley are inside the chopper as the pilot is taking off. SWAT managed to shoot off the bodyguards who stayed behind and neutralize them. Yuri and the other officers sees the helicopter lifting off the helipad.

Yuri started shooting her gun at the chopper as did the other officers but it got higher and flies away from the manor as they are too late to stop his escape.

"Damn it!" Yuri pulled out her radios. "All units be advised, suspect is leaving in a helicopter, I need air units patrolling the skies for that chopper!"

"Copy that, air units are in route."

Yuri is disappointed that she couldn't stop Wilson Fisk from escaping, she lost her chance to arrest him.

At the Stacy Residence, George Stacy returned from a long day of arresting people connected to Fisk.

"Long day?" Peter says to George Stacy.

"Very busy one." George Stacy says to Peter.

George's phone rang as he pulls it out, it's Yuri calling.

"Lieutenant Watanabe, what's the status of Wilson Fisk?" George wants an update.

Everyone in the room is watching George awaiting the news of Wilson Fisk, but his expression isn't a happy one.

"I see... thank you for notifying me." George Stacy hangs up the phone.

"What happened dad?" Gwen is curious.

"Fisk has escaped from his home in a helicopter, he's still at large." George told the bad news.

"So he's still out there?" Peter says to George.

"Yeah." George isn't like this because of Fisk.

"Something else happened, what is it?" May could tell there's more to it than just Fisk.

"When Yuri arrived at the manor, they found Vanessa Fisk dead on top of a limousine, look like she was shot and then she fell off the balcony." George told them what had happened.

Everyone is shocked to find out that another innocent life was taken. Peter felt bad that she had died and that Wilson Fisk is now a fugitive of the law.

(Later)

Peter is in the bedroom he shared with his Aunt May since their stay. May came by to check on her nephew who looked so down on himself.

"Peter... are you alright?" May says to Peter.

"Did I do this to her?" Peter says to May.

"What?" May is confused.

"Vanessa, did I get her involved when I gave them evidence on Fisk? Did I put her in the crossfire?" Peter felt bad that an innocent life is dead.

"Peter... what happened to Vanessa wasn't your fault. You did the right thing in taking down Fisk. She was a good woman, but she had the worst luck of being caught in her husband's world. Sometimes in the pursuit of doing the right thing, good people like Vanessa tend to get hurt in the process. You can't blame yourself for her death, the only person responsible for Vanessa's death is Wilson Fisk. Keep that in mind." May gave words of wisdom.

Peter felt a bit better thanks to his Aunt's wisdom, in the past he always had to confide in Mary Jane when he was down emotionally and she help get himself back up on his two feet. But now that his aunt learned the truth of his double life, she stood by him giving him her support.

A week later on a Saturday, it's May 24th as Peter is at his home in Queens trying to fix up the place from all the bullet holes and broken glass that Fisk's men inflicted.

Peter, Gwen, and Mary Jane all cleaned up the shards of glass on the floor and putting everything back into place.

"Can't believe how much damage Fisk has done to the place?" Mary Jane looking around.

"Yeah, but it's still home. It just need to be fixed up and restore to the way it was." Peter says to Mary Jane.

"Lucky for you, you got great friends helping you out." Gwen is sweeping the floors.

The door knocked as they see Flash along with some of their classmates outside.

"Need some help?" Flash is the one who knocked.

"Flash, what are you guys doing here?" Peter is surprised to see his classmates.

"Heard that your house need some work done so some of us volunteer to help." Flash volunteers along with some classmates.

"What?" Peter smiled as he surprised.

"You stood up for all of us, and we take care of our own. So like it or not, we're helping." Flash says to Peter.

"Okay, then come on in and let's get this done." Peter invites everyone inside.

Flash and the classmates of Midtown got inside the Parker house as they all started to clean up the place.

The boys started picking up some damaged furniture to be moved outside while the girls are picking up some clothes and some personal valuables to be put into some boxes.

(Later)

Everyone is outside relaxing after a day of hard work and working up some sweats, Mary Jane came by with some cold sodas she brought over from her houses.

"Hope you're all thirsty after working on a warm day." Mary Jane brought sodas.

"Very, we're thirsty." Flash took one can.

"Ditto." Randy took one too.

"Doing all this work worked up an appetite. I was thinking of going into the city and getting some pizza, my treat." Peter offered to buy.

"Joe's?" Flash is wondering.

"Yep. I'll be back with food." Peter is leaving alone.

Peter is walking out of his home alone, unknown to him, his place is being watched but the guy still stayed behind not following Peter.

At an abandoned industrial plant in New York, Fisk has been keeping a low profile ever since he had to escape from the authorities.

He and Wesley used up the cash and jewels hiring mercenaries since most of his people are already in prison and his resources are now limited.

Fisk is looking at the photo of himself with his wife Vanessa and their son Richard, he had everything in life, a successful business, a kind wife who gave him a son, now he lost everything since his secret went out to the public and the authorities have the evidence needed to arrest him. He grieved for the loss of his wife while listening to the TV.

"It's been a week since Wilson Fisk, the criminal known as the Kingpin has escaped from the authorities and is believed to be in the company of his personal assistant James Wesley who is believed to be his right hand man in his criminal empire. Wilson Fisk is suspected to be responsible for the death of his wife Vanessa Fisk, who lost her life during the same time Fisk was making his escape. Wilson Fisk has been linked to the death of Don Rigoletto, a mobster who disappeared 30 years ago until his body was recently found buried in concrete at Fisk Tower. He is also responsible for the death of Mariah Dillard, a crime boss from Harlem who's body was found in the garbage dumpster from his building. Wilson Fisk is still a fugitive of the law and is still being hunted by state police and federal agencies."

Fisk and Wesley watched the news about how everyone is still looking for him.

"Fisk has been linked to the attack of Midtown Science High School that happened on September 7th of last year, a number of lives were held hostage by men acting on Fisk's orders. Fortunately no lives were lost that day thanks to Spider-Man. Peter Parker who organized a protest against Wilson Fisk, was able to convince the people of New York to see Fisk differently and was able to get everyone's attention, including the government and law enforcement."

The news switches to a old footage with Peter Parker.

"I'm glad that Wilson Fisk is finally exposed and everyone got to see the criminal he truly is. He maybe in hiding from everyone like the coward he's always been, but soon or later, he'll have to face justice for all the lives he's ruined. If everyone's actions has proven anything is that no one should live in fear from guys like Fisk. As for Fisk, he can't outrun the law forever, justice will come for him." Peter says on the news

Fisk watched the TV and got angry at the sight of Peter Parker. He's so full of hate for Peter for setting off this chain of events and turning his world upside down.

"Sir, we really need to get out of the country. The longer we stay here, the more likely we'll get caught by the authorities." Wesley advised Fisk.

"I'm not going anywhere, not without getting even with that kid." Fisk is mad about Peter.

Fisk pick up his cane and fired off a laser blast at the TV, instantly destroying it.

"That punk Parker is the reason my life has taken a turn for the worst! He dared to reveal my secret, he turned all of New York against me, he cost me the campaign, and his friend Spider-Man gave them the evidence needed to destroy me! Because of those two, my wife is dead! I'm not leaving until I get back at him for all misery he caused me! I swear it on behalf of Vanessa! I'm going to hit him where it hurts and he'll finally understand how I feel by taking away what he loves the most!" Fisk talks with so much hate in him.

Fisk plans to get revenge on the one who dared reveal his secret and turned everyone against him. He wants revenge against Peter Parker.

At the 13th precinct, George Stacy is working with state and federal official to locate Wilson Fisk who disappeared last week and is a fugitive. Spider-Man came by in the city to pick up pizza but he wants to know anything on Wilson Fisk.

"Anything on Fisk?" Spider-Man is curious.

"Nothing, like the last time I've told you. Fisk is nowhere to be found. It's very likely that he's long gone and is very far away in a country with no extradition." George Stacy suspected that theory.

"I wouldn't be so sure. If Fisk wanted to run away from everything, he would've done it the moment his secret was revealed." Spider-Man has a theory of his own.

"Yeah, but he doesn't have much power now, all his associates are locked up, we frozen his assets, plus he knows that all of law enforcement is searching for him. I doubt that he's stupid enough to stick around." George Stacy sticks to his theory.

"No, I think that he wants us to think that he's far gone. I think that he's still around and waiting." Spider-Man suspects Fisk is still here.

"Waiting for what?" George Stacy is worried.

"For everyone to let their guard down and attack us at our most vulnerable. I have a feeling that none of this is over." Spider-Man still on alert.

Back in Forest Hills at the Parker Residence, everyone is still waiting for Peter to return with pizzas as they drink cold soda.

"We're all out of sodas." Mary Jane says to everyone.

"Don't worry Mary Jane, I've got some at my house. I'll go get some." Gwen is leaving the yard.

"I'll go with you." Mary Jane walks with Gwen.

Gwen and Mary Jane are walking through the driveway as they see a squad car with two police officers watching the place.

"You girls leaving already?"

"We're just going to my house, we be back!" Gwen says to the cops.

Gwen and Mary Jane walks the sidewalk as a white van is driving by and the cops got suspicious of it. They draw out their guns but the guys inside the van have automatic weapons, they started shooting and killing the cops. Mary Jane and Gwen turned around as they heard the gunshots. They watched as the two cops got killed and the van is driving up to them. Men came out of the van and grabbed both Gwen and Mary Jane.

"Let go of us!" Gwen is struggling.

"Help!" Mary Jane calls out to someone.

Flash heard the gun shots and hears Mary Jane yelling, he runs out and tries to catch up, he see Gwen and Mary Jane getting kidnapped by men and tossed inside the van.

"Hey!" Flash yelled out.

The white van speeds off and drives away with Gwen and Mary Jane as their hostages. Flash tries to run after them but the van drove too fast.

"Gwen! Mary Jane!" Flash yelled out.

The van is far away and gone as Flash couldn't do anything to stop it. He quickly pulled out his phone and called Peter.

(Manhattan)

Spider-Man is swinging with pizza boxes contained by webbing as he's getting a call from his phone. He stopped on top of a rooftop and pulled out his phone, it's Flash calling.

"Flash must really want pizza so badly." Spider-Man answered the call. "Flash, I'm already on my way back with the pizza, so be..."

"Parker! They took them!" Flash sound hysterical.

"They took who?" Spider-Man is worried.

"Gwen and Mary Jane! They've been kidnapped!" Flash told him what happened.

Spider-Man is shocked to find out that Gwen and Mary Jane have been kidnapped, he wasn't there to protect them.

"No... Gwen, Mary Jane." Spider-Man says in his thoughts.

Spider-Man had a feeling something wasn't right, and he was wasn't wrong, this kidnapping has to do something with Fisk.

In the abandoned industrial plant, the van stopped as Gwen and Mary Jane are both hooded up and taken inside by mercs.

The men sit them down on chairs and pulls of the hoods. They see Wilson Fisk with Wesley still here in New York.

"Ms. Stacy, Ms. Watson. Welcome, I've been waiting for you both." Wilson Fisk smiled sinisterly.

Mary Jane and Gwen are both at the mercy of the Kingpin.

Peter managed to get back to the Stacy Residence as soon as he heard the news about Gwen and Mary Jane. He found his aunt with Anna Watson who is worried for her niece. George and Yuri are here as well along with some cops.

"Peter, they took them!" May is all worried.

"I know, I came as soon as I heard." Peter hugged May.

"We're working on searching for the van but nothing on the traffic cams. These guys are pros." Yuri says to George.

"It's Fisk, it has be him." Peter suspects Fisk.

"Why do you say that? He's on the run from the authorities, he must know that killing cops will draw too much attention to him." Yuri says to Peter.

"He knows, he just doesn't care. His whole life has been destroyed because of me and Spider-Man, his wife just died, Fisk is out of control, he has nothing to lose now." Peter says to them.

Peter's phone rang as he picked up and sees that it's a blocked number.

"Hello?" Peter is wondering who it is.

"This is Peter Parker I'm talking to, isn't it?" Fisk revealed his voice.

"Fisk?" Peter is shocked to hear that voice.

George and Yuri heard the name as they start a trace on the call.

"What's the matter, cat got your tongue? Not so talkative like you were on live TV, remember?" Fisk is taunting him.

"Listen to me..." Peter got cut off.

"NO!!! YOU LISTEN TO ME!!! If you thought that you can play with fire and not get burned, you're gravely mistaken! This is all your doing!" Fisk says to Peter.

"My doing?!" Peter is yelling in a rage.

"You should never stick your nose where it doesn't belong and now you'll pay for it." Fisk did this for revenge.

"Where's Gwen and MJ? If you hurt them..." Peter is frustrated.

"Don't worry Parker, they haven't been hurt... not yet. I lost someone I love and now you'll know how I feel." Fisk says to Peter.

"Those girls are innocent! I was the one who outed you! So punish me, blame me! This is between you and me!" Peter tries to reason with Fisk.

"You're absolutely right about that, this is between you and me. I promise to keep these girls alive as long as you do as I say. I'll call you back soon with a location of where you'll go. One more thing, I want you to come alone, if I see Spider-Man or any cops at this place, I swear that I'll gut your two pretty girlfriends like a couple of trouts and I'll send what's left of them to you. Do we have an understanding?" Fisk threatening Gwen and Mary Jane.

"Yes... I'll comply." Peter agrees to the terms.

"Good boy, I'll call you soon with a location." Fisk hangs up.

"Damn it! We lost the connection!" Yuri is disappointed.

"He wants me to come to him alone." Peter says to everyone.

"Peter, you can't! It's too dangerous!" May objects to this plan.

"If I don't go, they both die!" Peter isn't backing down.

"And if you do go, all three of you will die." May is worried for Peter.

"I can't stand by and do nothing! That monster has Gwen and MJ in his hands! I'm going and that's final!" Peter stated to everyone.

"Peter... we won't be able to follow you or back you if this goes south. You could die too." George explained the risks.

"I know... but it's a chance I'll have to take." Peter is still going through it.

May isn't happy about this whole thing as she walks to the guest room.

"I'll go talk with her." Peter walks away to follow May.

George is more worried for his daughter since the last time Fisk made a move against him, he attacked a school to get to Gwen and almost killed her. But now she and Mary Jane's lives are hanging in the balance. All he can do is pray that Peter will find a solution to this problem.

May is inside the guest room as Peter came inside to see her sitting on the bed.

"May... I know that you don't want me to go, but I have to... I need to save Gwen and MJ by any means necessary." Peter tries to make her understand.

"I get that, but right now you're at a bigger disadvantage. Do you honestly believe that Wilson Fisk will keep his end of the bargain? What happens when you show up and there's no Spider-Man? Fisk is too smart, not stupid." May is concerned for Peter.

"I know... but I can't lose them like I've lost Uncle Ben, that's just not who I am. Mary Jane is my best friend and Gwen is the woman I love, I can't let this go, I won't." Peter won't give up on Gwen and Mary Jane.

"When did you grow up?" May is surprised at his maturity.

"Honestly, I don't know. Guess I'm still figuring things out." Peter smiled at May.

"Okay... go. Bring Gwen and MJ home... take down that son of a bitch." May gave her approval.

"I will." Peter smiled as May said those words.

"So how do you plan to save them? Clearly you can't do this alone." May is wondering about his plan.

"I won't have to, I have an idea." Peter has a plan.

"What are going to be doing?" May is curious about his plan.

"Whatever it takes to save them." Peter stated to May.

As the sunsets at the abandoned industrial plant, Mary Jane and Gwen are still tied up to the chairs as Wesley came by with water bottles for them.

"Go ahead, I still need you both in good health until Parker is here." Fisk tells them both.

Gwen and Mary Jane both took a drink from the water bottles as to not be dehydrated. Mary Jane looked at Fisk with the look on her face.

"Something on your mind? Go ahead and ask?" Fisk is curious about her thoughts.

"Just one... how do you sleep at night with all the terrible things you've done, evil things?" Mary Jane asked a question.

"Well, since we got time to kill, allow me to tell you both my story. I grew up in Hell's Kitchen, I was always the outcast in my neighborhood and often bullied because of my weight, sometimes I get caught in fights and lost, every time. My father would often see the bruises those other kids inflicted upon me. He would say to me 'Willie, if you don't man up now and fight back, then everyone will step over you.' I must've not took those lessons too well since he had to beat them into me, repeatedly." Fisk tells his story.

"No offense, but sounds like you father was a dick." Mary Jane says to Fisk.

"Guessing you would know, wouldn't you Ms. Watson?" Fisk tells Mary Jane.

Mary Jane looked back at Fisk as he said those words.

"What? You think that I haven't done my homework on those closest to Parker. Your father was once young and a college professor, he wanted to get into writing novels. But he was never good at it and he was married to your mother who had you at a young age. All that frustration took a toll on him and he started drinking more often. That's when the abuse started, he would often take his anger out on you and your mother. At first it was verbally, but one day he took it too far and struck your mother. After that, he left you both alone. Does all that sound familiar?" Fisk is well aware of Mary Jane's past.

Mary Jane still remembers that time her father once struck her mother in a drunken rage and he left them all alone, never to be seen again. That pain still there in her heart and it would often keep her from pursuing a serious relationship with anyone. She never wanted to experience that kind of relationship like her parents did.

"I had a difficult life, so did everyone else. But it didn't turn me into a criminal. All those people you've hurt or killed, none of them are responsible for your troubled past." Mary Jane stated to Fisk.

"You're right about that, but since I was kid at the time, I had to learn to step on everyone whether they're innocent or not. In time, I joined a crime family that was controlled by Don Rigoletto. I learned everything about the crime business and I rose up in the ranks. One day, Rigoletto made me part of his inner circle and took me under his wing. I attend college at that same period and I excelled in business and political science. After much time and patience, I decided to remove Rigoletto from the equation permanently, and I even killed off his relatives to prevent any future obstacles. In that one single stroke, I took control of New York's underworld and found my own company using the crime money I've collected. That's how I became who I am now, the Kingpin of Crime." Fisk finished his story.

"Is all that supposed to impress us?" Gwen says to Fisk.

"No... at this point, I don't really care to impress anyone. Thanks to your boyfriend, everyone knows about me. But I intend to enjoy every moment of making him suffer, the same way I've suffered." Fisk walks away from the girls.

Gwen and Mary Jane are worried for Peter as they're only bait to draw him in. Mary Jane already knows Peter is Spider-Man, she hopes that he'll find a solution to save them from this mess.

The sun has gone down as George Stacy is at the 13th precinct working in his office without breaks hoping to find his daughter before it's too late. He continues working until he sees a photo of his daughter Gwen.

"Where are you Gwennie?" George is very worried and desperate.

His phone got a text from an unknown number, it says 'It's Spider-Man, I'll be waiting here at the rooftop.'

Later George is at the rooftop where Spider-Man is all alone and waiting, Spidey has a backpack next to him.

"I'm here." George Stacy says to Spider-Man.

"You told me months ago that trust works both ways." Spider-Man has his hand on his mask.

He took it off and showed his face to George for the first time, it's Peter Parker.

"I trust you with my secret... it's me, it's always have been me... I'm Spider-Man." Peter told the truth to George Stacy.

George Stacy smiled. "I know."

Peter could see that George isn't too surprised by the revelation of his secret.

"You know?... How?" Peter is curious.

"I've known since last year... when Gwen told me that she saw your face after you saved her from drowning... your sudden disappearances and Spider-Man shows up at the scene where you conveniently take photos. I've put the pieces together and everything started to become more clearer." George told Peter how much he knew about him.

"You've known all this time? Why keep my secret?" Peter is curious why George kept his secret.

"Because you've saved my daughter's life and I'm forever in your debt. You gave Gwen a second chance at life, thank you for saving Gwen." George Stacy is very grateful to Peter.

"I didn't hesitate when Gwen and everyone else was in danger that day, it was my responsibility. I chose to act and I've saved everyone, especially Gwen." Peter says to George Stacy.

"I admire that Peter, but I could tell that what you did that day wasn't just for responsibility... you did it out of love for Gwen." George Stacy smiled at Peter.

"I didn't think that I feel this way for Gwen in the past, but yes... I do love your daughter, she's the one for me, she's the love of my life." Peter admits his love for Gwen.

George is happy that Peter and Gwen are in love. Peter and George got interrupted as Peter's phone rang, he checked it and it's an unknown number.

"It's gotta be Fisk." Peter answered the call. "Hello?"

"Peter Parker, you're going to go to Central Park where my people will pick you up and bring you to me. I'll send you the location of where to wait." Fisk is giving instructions.

Peter check the phone and got a text, it's a map showing the location of where to wait.

"Got it, I'm on my way now." Peter says to Fisk.

"Remember, no cops and no Spider-Man, I have eyes everywhere. If my people spot anyone following you, then Gwen and Mary Jane will die." Fisk warns Peter.

"I understand, I'll go alone." Peter comply with the demands.

"Better hurry up for their sakes." Fisk hangs up.

"Was that Fisk?" George Stacy says to Peter.

"Yeah. He wants me to come alone, they'll take me to where Gwen and Mary Jane are kept." Peter explained to George Stacy.

"It's a dangerous risk you're taking, there's no guarantees that all three of you making it out alive." George Stacy says to Peter.

"That's why I'm here, asking for your help. If this works, then everyone will be saved. I know it's a long shot, but we have to try." Peter has a plan.

"Okay... what do need from me?" George Stacy wants to know the plan.

"Listen carefully." Peter is about to tell George his plan.

Peter starts giving the details of his plan in hopes that it will succeed to save both Gwen and Mary Jane.

Later at night in Central Park, Peter Parker is all alone without any webshooters or his suit as he can't risk Fisk's men finding out he's Spider-Man or they'll be spooked and Gwen and MJ are both dead.

He sees an black SUV coming to him, the vehicle stops as men came out with guns.

"Arms up kid."

Peter raised his arms up as Fisk's men are being thorough and searching for a tracker. They found a phone in his pocket and tossed it aside. They brought a bug sweeper as they scan his body for any frequencies. They continue to scan him until they picked up nothing out of the ordinary.

"He's clean."

"Okay kid, put this on your head."

Peter took a hood from the guy's hand and puts it over his head, blinding him from seeing anything.

"Let's go."

They put Peter inside the back of the SUV and drove away. They left the park and drives through the city. Peter can't see anything due to being temporarily blind by the hood.

An hour later, George is at the 13th precinct has he has a device in his hand that Peter gave him, he waited until the hour has passed to turn it on.

(Outside Manhattan)

The SUV has left the island and is driving far away from the city. Unknown to anyone but Peter himself, he felt something turned on inside his leg.

(Flashback)

Before heading to the 13th precinct, at the Spider-Cave in Roosevelt Island, Peter is about to inject an implant into his leg in hopes that no one finds it. He injected it inside and it hurts, making Peter flinch in pain.

(13th Precinct)

George hold a tracking device to find the tracer that Peter has inside him.

"Peter Parker, you are a genius." George Stacy is amazed by Peter's strategy.

(Flashback)

Couple hours earlier

Peter gave George a device in hopes that he'll find them in time.

"What's this?" George is wondering.

"That device is programmed to find a tracking implant I've recently put inside my leg." Peter explained to George.

"You have an implant in your leg?" George is surprised.

"Yeah, it's wasn't pretty but necessary. Knowing how paranoid Fisk is, he'll likely scan me to make sure that I'm not carrying a bug. I'm to be at the park in an hour, wait another hour after I've gone to turn it on to find me. I'll allow myself to be taken so that Fisk can bring me to him, then you'll know where I am." Peter explained to George Stacy.

(Present)

George got a location on the implant inside Peter, it's outside the city and moving. He looked at the backpack that Peter gave him.

(Flashback)

Peter had changed into his regular clothes and stashed his suit along with his webshooters inside the backpack.

"Here... take care it." Peter gave George the backpack.

"I will." George took the backpack.

Peter is about to leave the precinct as George hold onto the backpack.

(Present)

George Stacy looked at the tracking device and sees that the Peter signal has stopped somewhere outside the city, it's gotta be the location of Fisk's hideout.

George uses the computer to show a map of New York and uses the device's coordinates to find the location of where they are now. He zoomed in and found an abandoned industrial plant outside the city.

"Lieutenant!" George Stacy calls to Yuri.

"Yes Captain Stacy." Yuri came to George.

"Assemble the SWAT units and tells them that we got a location on the Kingpin!" George orders Yuri.

"How?" Yuri is curious.

"I just do, that's all that matters. Let's get going, hope that we're not too late." George is ready to leave.

"Yes Captain Stacy." Yuri comply with the order.

George took his gun and picked up the backpack as he leaves his office to rescue Peter, Gwen, and Mary Jane in time.

Same time at the abandoned industrial plant, the men took Peter out of the SUV and escorted him inside.

Peter looks around to see the place is full of men with guns, they took him inside as he see Gwen and Mary Jane both tied up to chairs.

"Gwen! MJ!" Peter says to the girls.

"Peter!" Gwen still tied up.

"Tiger, what are you doing here?" Mary Jane is tied up too.

"I had to come for you both." Peter says to the girls.

Peter sees Wilson Fisk coming out of the shadows along with Wesley. Peter is finally face to face with the man who kidnapped Gwen and Mary Jane.

"Peter Benjamin Parker, it's about time we finally meet." Wilson Fisk isn't happy.

Fisk throws the first punch at Peter's face, the girls flinched as they see Peter punched. Peter felt the pain from the fist but he still remained standing and strong. Fisk then punched Peter in the gut hard, making him hurt a lot.

"Stop it!" Gwen yelled out.

Peter is still on the ground in pain as Fisk is standing.

"You brought me here! Let them go!" Peter demanded out loud.

Fisk kicked Peter in the gut hard making him hurt some more, the girls are bothered seeing Peter suffer.

"You don't tell me what to do, punk!" Fisk yelled out in anger.

(Outside)

Far from the industrial plant, George and Yuri are with SWAT teams gearing up for an assault. One of the officers is looking through the binocular with thermal vision.

"What do we got?" Yuri is still gearing up.

"Multiple heat signatures all over the place, and a concentrated group inside all together, one of them is of huge stature."

"That's him, that's Fisk." George is gearing up.

"There's lookouts on the top floors, the minute they spot us, they might start shooting and the hostages will be killed." Yuri explained the worst case scenario.

"Then let's do this quietly, we take out the lookouts, then we go inside and surprise them, the only thing that matters is that the hostages are safe and out of harms way. Got it?" George explained to the officers.

"Yes Captain."

"Let's get this done and bring those kids home." George says to everyone.

Everyone is prepped and ready to go, George took the backpack that Peter gave him in case things goes as planned.

(Inside)

Peter looked beaten up by Fisk who has been beating him with his fists.

"Is that all you got?" Peter remained strong.

Peter is getting back up until Fisk punched him again in the face, the girls could see that Peter is getting beat up.

"You should've stayed out of my business! I won't have come for you and your girlfriends if you never opened you mouth." Fisk says to Peter.

"What was supposed to do? Just let you continue hurting innocent people! You nearly killed the girl I love, I wasn't going to stay silent!" Peter talked back at Fisk.

Peter is getting back up and still staying strong despite the injuries Fisk inflicted on him, he's stalling him only to buy time.

(Outside)

The lookouts are keeping their eyes open until one of them got shot but there were no loud gunshots. Another one got killed off, and the ones on the ground all got shot too by SWAT armed with guns with silencers.

Captain Stacy and Lieutenant Watanabe are leading them inside the plant under the radar, hoping no one finds out that they're here.

(Inside)

George and Yuri lead the team inside undetected as they spotted Wilson Fisk with Peter who looked like he got beaten recently, but he spotted Gwen and Mary Jane tied to chairs. The team got into hiding and waiting for the right opportunity to strike.

"I had everything in life, I had absolute power as both Wilson Fisk and as the Kingpin of Crime. But you had to open you mouth and tear my life apart." Fisk says to Peter.

"Some power you have, you let your goons do all the dirty work while you hide in the shadows." Peter is taunting Fisk.

"You be surprised how much control I had..." Fisk says to Peter.

"Oh! Stop it!" Peter taunts Fisk.

"Don't tell me to stop!!!" Fisk shout out loud.

"If don't tell you when to stop, then how will you know when to shut up?!" Peter taunts him some more.

Fisk got mad and punched Peter in the face hard, but Peter still remained standing.

"Come on! Think I can't take a punch?!" Peter chuckled and smiled.

Fisk is getting more mad as he punch Peter again in the face.

"Damn! You're weak!" Peter smiled as he taunts him.

"Weak?" Fisk felt offended.

"I bet it's easier it be tough in front of defenseless kids, huh?!" Peter insults Fisk some more.

Fisk is more angry that Peter continues insulting him and punch him again hard. Peter is on the floor as he spotted George Stacy here in hiding.

George hold a flash bang in his hand as he lets Peter know what about to happen. Fisk picked Peter up and grabbed his throat, trying to choke the life out of him.

"If you're going to kill me. Do me a favor, just stop wasting my time and get it over with." Peter dared Fisk.

"You're pretty brave... for a teenager. I'm not going to kill you. But I might kill one of these two girls here." Fisk points Peter at the girls.

Wesley has his gun pulled out and ready to aim at either Gwen or Mary Jane.

"One of them is going to die. Any last words?" Fisk asking Peter.

"Yeah... now!" Peter covers his ears and closes his eyes.

Several flash bangs has been tossed as Fisk and Wesley realize that they're not alone, the flash bags went off and blinded and deafened everyone in close range. SWAT started shooting and taking out the mercs, Peter used this opportunity to run towards Gwen and Mary Jane, he made it and started to untie them both from the chairs.

Fisk is managing to get his bearing as he's making a retreat from the fight. Peter escorted Gwen and Mary Jane to George and Yuri. More mercs came in and started shooting back at SWAT.

Peter managed to get Gwen and Mary Jane to safety in time and they're with George and Yuri.

"Dad!" Gwen is relieved to see her father.

"Thank god Gwennie, though I never see you again!" George is relieved that his daughter is safe.

"There's still more mercs coming in!" Yuri kept shooting back.

"Lieutenant, get these two out of here!" George Stacy gave Yuri an order.

"Yes Captain! Okay girls, time to go!" Yuri took Gwen and Mary Jane out of the fight.

Peter watched as the girls are leaving the scene, he's relieved that he got to them in time. He stayed behind with George Stacy who is taking cover and firing back.

"I'm glad that you made it just in time!" Peter is taking cover.

"Your plan worked! By the way, I got you a change of clothes!" George gave Peter the backpack.

Peter took the backpack and opened to find his suit still inside just as he left it. Peter runs out and finds somewhere to change.

Wesley is still caught in the crossfire between the mercs and the NYPD, he still laying down on the ground hoping not to get shot.

George and the NYPD are getting the job done in holding the line, but one of the officers got shot hard by a sniper, this sniper took another down. George looked up to see the sniper has a lock on him. The sniper is about pull the trigger until his rifle got webbed and yanked off, Spider-Man came to the scene and punched the sniper out cold.

"Hope I wasn't late, Captain!" Spider-Man says to George Stacy.

George is happy that Peter got to change into Spider-Man to save his life.

Spider-Man sees Wilson Fisk making a run to the rooftop, he follows after him to make sure that he doesn't escape.

Wesley noticed all the guns stopped shooting but he see George along with SWAT, they have him surrounded as he raised his hands and surrendered.

At the rooftop on the catwalk, Fisk is on a walkie radioing someone.

"I need a chopper right now!" Fisk is trying to get away.

"On our way, be there in five minutes."

"I don't have five minutes!" Fisk can't wait too long.

The walkie got webbed off his hands as he turns around to see Spider-Man here on the catwalk.

"I agree!" Spider-Man yelled out.

They're standing on top as the skies are dark and it's starting to rain down, the thunderclouds let out a loud sound.

"It's over Fisk, you're not running away again!" Spider-Man isn't too happy.

"I'm not running! I've waited for this moment for a long, long time!" Fisk still grips his cane.

"Remember my promise to you, I told you that I was coming for you and I was going to bring you to justice! And I promise you, I'm going to do it!" Spider-Man still keeping his promise.

"Don't make promises you can't keep." Fisk isn't backing down.

Spider-Man and Kingpin are about to face off in a battle that will determine if justice will be served. They've waited for one another to make a move. The thundercloud made a crackle sound as a big bolt of lightning shined in the sky. Fisk made his move by firing a beam of laser from his cane and Spider-Man jumped to dodge the beam.

Spider-Man strikes back by shooting a web line at Fisk but he blocked it with his arm and pulled the line along with Spider-Man who is coming in for a drop kick to Fisk's face. Fisk got staggered as Spider-Man lands in a three point stance, Fisk swings his cane as Spidey flips back avoiding the swing.

"Never cease to amaze me in what you do!" Fisk says to Spider-Man.

"Funny, I could say the same about you!" Spider-Man says back to Fisk.

Fisk aims and fired a laser but Spidey jump up but Fisk was quick and managed to grab Spider-Man by the throat and trapping him.

"Not so jumpy, are you?" Fisk still grips Spider-Man.

Fisk punched hard at Spider-Man in the head, then he strikes at the gut hard, Spider-Man is having a hard time keeping his head straight from all the pain. Fisk then picks him up above his head and tossed him so hard at some pipes, Spider-Man felt the impact.

Fisk picked up his cane and aims above some pipe, he blasted them and caused it to tumbled down on top of Spider-Man who got caught in the debris. Spider-Man fell down to the ground, trapped under the heavy rumble.

Fisk is still waiting for his chopper to come to pick him up but he sees the girls he kidnapped with Yuri by some squad cars. He aimed the cane at one of the cruiser and blasted it with his cane.

Yuri and the girls sees that they're under attack as they try to run and get cover, but Fisk kept firing hoping to hit them from a distance. The girls can't escape as more cars are being blasted and Fisk has them trapped.

Spider-Man is regaining consciousness as he's still trapped under the rumble, he tries to move it but it's too heavy even for him. But he sees Gwen and Mary Jane from a distance, they're in danger.

"No... Gwen... MJ... come on!" Spider-Man tries to move but couldn't.

Spider-Man can't get out of the rumble, he felt powerless and unable to do anything as he watched Gwen and Mary Jane under attack by Fisk.

"Ben... I'm sorry... I've failed you." Spider-Man says to himself.

"Peter..." Ben's voice.

"Uncle Ben?" Spider-Man could hears Ben's voice.

"With Great Power comes Great Responsibility... remember that Pete... remember that..." Ben's voice.

"I do." Spider-Man remembers the lesson.

"I still believe in you... don't give up... get up and fight back..." Ben's voice stopped.

Spider-Man found the strength to keep on fighting as he's starting to use all his strength to start lifting the rumble off.

"Come on Spider-Man! Come on!" Spider-Man is lifting the rumble.

Spider-Man still struggling to lift it but he never gives up as muscle are expanding around his arms and legs, tearing parts of his suit, he yelled out and took the rumble off of him, he got freed.

Fisk continues to attack the police as George Stacy sees Yuri and the girls are under attack. George joined up with Yuri and the girls.

Fisk smiled as most of his enemies are all together in one place. He got a perfect aim as the laser is charging. George stood in front of Gwen protecting her, Yuri did the same with Mary Jane.

Fisk is about to kill them all until a webline shot at the cane and got pulled hard off his hand. Spider-Man grabbed the cane as he use his knee to break the cane in half, destroying it.

"Spider-Man? Impossible?!" Fisk is surprised that Spider-Man survived.

"We're not done yet!" Spider-Man isn't giving up.

Spider-Man fired off a couple of web lines passed Fisk, Spider-Man came in swing fast for a slingshot kick to Fisk's gut, the giant mobster fell back hard. Fisk is turning around and getting back up to see Spider-Man.

"My turn!" Spider-Man has his fist clinched.

Spider-Man punched Fisk in the face, then strikes again with a left hook, he strikes again with an uppercut, making Fisk fall again.

"This can't be happening!" Fisk is getting bested.

"Sure it can." Spider-Man still remains strong.

Fisk is getting back up on his feet and strike back with a quick punch but Spider-Man move slightly and strikes with an uppercut, Fisk felt the pain. Spider-Man strikes on the right knee with a side kick, it dislocated the knee and made Fisk scream out in pain.

"AHHH!!!!" Fisk yelled out in pain.

Spider-Man does the downward elbow and shattered Fisk's left collarbone, making him scream in more pain. Fisk is having trouble moving his left arm. Spider-Man came in close as Fisk uses his right hand to grab his throat, Spidey grabbed the wrist and twisted his hand, Fisk screamed more pain.

Fisk is powerless now as most of his limbs are immobilized and he is now at Spider-Man's mercy. George Stacy looked up to see Spider-Man besting the Kingpin as he and the other officers are moving to their location.

Spider-Man looked down at a defeated Wilson Fisk.

"So... you finally did it... you've beaten me" Wilson Fisk chuckled while defeated. "What are you waiting for? Finish it! I know that's what you want! So go ahead! Finish me off! Kill me!"

George came in time to see Spider-Man standing before a defeated Kingpin.

"No... you're not taking the easy way out, Fisk.. you're going to live and face justice for all the terrible things you've done... you're going to spend the rest of your days in a cage. Captain Stacy, would you like to do the honors?" Spider-Man being victorious.

"With pleasure... men, take him." George Stacy orders the officers.

The officers when to help Fisk on his feet only to be arrested, George Stacy stands before the man responsible for coming after his daughter twice.

"It's over... Wilson Fisk, you're under arrest for kidnapping, conspiracy, fraud, and attempted murder." George Stacy read the first part of the Miranda rights.

The officers escorted Fisk away as Yuri is continuing to read the Miranda rights. George looked at Spider-Man and smiled as they finally did it, Spider-Man nodded.

Gwen and Mary Jane are waiting until they see the cops escorting Wilson Fisk to the transport, they finally got him.

They then see Spider-Man with George Stacy walking towards them.

"Spider-Man... you finally did it." Gwen smiled at Spider-Man.

"No... we did it, all of us." Spider-Man couldn't done it without help.

Gwen looked around only to find that they forgot someone.

"Where's Peter?" Gwen is worried about her boyfriend.

"Oh! Ah?! I..." Spider-Man is clueless as to what to say.

"He's probably in hiding, wondering if the coast is clear. Right, Spider-Man?" George covers for him.

"Yeah... I should go look for him." Spider-Man runs back to the plant.

"I'll go!" Gwen wants to come along.

"Don't Gwennie!" George stopped Gwen from going.

"But dad..." Gwen is worried for Peter.

George smiled at his daughter. "Trust me, I'm pretty sure that Peter is fine."

Gwen and Mary Jane waited as Spider-Man went back inside to find Peter Parker. George already knows that Peter is okay since he's Spider-Man.

Minutes later as Gwen is getting worried that something might've happened to Peter, but her worries got relieved as she sees Peter coming out of the plant.

"Gwen! MJ!" Peter smiled and waved.

Gwen teared up as she see Peter running towards her in a rainy night, she ran up to him smiling. She and Peter reached each other and hugged as they're together again.

"I thought I never see you again!" Gwen is happy to be with Peter.

"That makes two of us!" Peter is happy too being with Gwen.

Gwen looked at Peter's face and see a black eye and a bruise on his cheek.

"I know... I look terrible." Peter smiled at Gwen.

Gwen placed her hand on his face and smiled. "Not to my eyes."

Peter and Gwen leaned in and kiss each other under the rain, Peter is happy that Gwen and Mary Jane are safe and sound. Peter and Gwen stopped kissing as Mary Jane came.

"I always say that you two make a great couple." Mary Jane smiled for Peter and Gwen.

Mary Jane joined in on the hug as all three of them are hugging together in happiness, Mary Jane is happy that Peter came to their rescue in time.

"Hey kids! Aren't you coming?" George is waiting by the car.

"Let's go home." Peter says to Gwen and Mary Jane.

Peter, Gwen, and Mary Jane all walked together to the car as they're about to go back to their homes.

One month later, it's June 24th at the courthouse in New York City as the trail against Wilson Fisk has been happening for sometime and now the trail is almost at an end.

Peter, Gwen, and Mary Jane are waiting while the there's a recess as the jurors are making a decision to decide the fate of Wilson Fisk.

"Can't believe that we had to see that monster again?" Mary Jane said with discomfort.

"I know, but it's almost over. There's plenty of charges against him, I doubt anyone will allow him to roam free after all the harm he's done." Peter says to Mary Jane.

"Let's hope this is the last time we see that guy." Gwen says to Peter and Mary Jane.

"Amen." Mary Jane agrees with Gwen.

George Stacy came to them. "Recess is over, court while reconvene. Let's get this over with."

George, Peter, Gwen, and Mary Jane return to the courtroom as they see Wilson Fisk restrained in shackles to prevent his escape. Everyone took their seats as the judge and jurors are coming.

"Have you reached a verdict?"

"Yes your honor. On the count of the murder of Don Rigoletto, we find the defendant guilty. On the count of bribery of police and city officials, we find the defendant guilty. On the count of conspiracy with disturbing drugs, smuggling, and money laundering, we find the defendant guilty. On the count of masterminding the attack on Midtown Science High School with the purpose of extortion and the attempted murder of Gwendolyne Stacy, we find the defendant guilty. On the count of murdering the family of Leland Owlsley, we find the defendant guilty. On the count of murdering Silvio Manfredi and his associates, we find the defendant guilty. On the count of intimidation and witness tampering of Lonnie Lincoln who under the threat of threatening his daughter Janice Lincoln, we find the defendant guilty. On the count of conspiracy to distribution of high tech weaponry with Phineas Mason, we find the defendant guilty. On the count of the attempted murder of Peter Parker and May Reilly, we find the defendant guilty. On the count of the murder of Mariah Dillard, we find the defendant guilty. And lastly, on the count of kidnapping, attempted murder, and the physical and psychological abuse on Peter Parker, Gwendolyne Stacy, and Mary Jane Watson, we find the defendant... guilty."

Peter, Gwen, and Mary Jane are relieved to hear that he's been found guilty for all the crimes Fisk has committed.

"Ladies and Gentlemen of the jury, you're now excused."

The jurors are leaving the courtroom as everyone awaits the judge's ruling.

"Please stand."

Wilson Fisk stands up on his feet as the judge is making his ruling, everyone stands up too as they await the news.

"Wilson Fisk, you have been found guilty of all charges. You're to be sentenced to 125 years in Rikers prison without the possibility of parole, court is adjourned!"

Everyone is very happy that Fisk is found guilty and is to be sentenced for life in prison.

(Outside)

Wilson Fisk is being escorted outside the courthouse as the press couldn't miss this trial of the century. Peter, Gwen, and Mary Jane walked out as they witness Wilson Fisk heading for the prison transport. Fisk took one last look at Peter with Gwen and Mary Jane, he then got into the prison transport.

They watched as squad cars are escorting the transport away from the courthouse, Fisk is on his way to prison to serve his sentence.

"It's finally over." Peter says to Gwen and Mary Jane.

"Let's hope so, Tiger." Mary Jane says to Peter.

"Justice has been served, thanks to my dad and Spider-Man." Gwen says to them.

"Looks like life in New York is about to get more normal." Peter has his hopes for the city.

Peter, Gwen, and Mary Jane are happy as they think things are about to improve around the city. But their celebration got cut short as a fire truck is driving with sirens on. They see smoke coming from another part of town, there's a fire nearby. They looked at Peter who is known to rush into dangerous places.

"I..." Peter is clueless as to say something.

"Go... you got work to do, photos and stuff. I'll wait for you." Gwen smiled as she gave her approval to Peter.

"You heard her, go get them Tiger." Mary Jane smiled too.

Peter smiled as he rushes away from the girls but not before giving Gwen a quick kiss. They watched as Peter is running away.

Peter made it to an alley as he starts stripping off his clothes and unveiled his suit underneath.

Spider-Man came swing out of the alley as he swings by the courthouse as the girls see him. They watched him swing to the burning building.

"Spider-Man is amazing, I wish I could be just like him." Gwen is amazed by Spider-Man's action.

"Okay dream girl. Let's go to the Coffee Bean and get a drink." Mary Jane says to Gwen.

The girls walked away from the courthouse, they're walking to the Coffee Bean as they passed by a red haired woman in a coat. She watched as Gwen and Mary Jane continues to walk but she more focused on Gwen Stacy.

"Gwendolyne Stacy... your true destiny will soon begin." Julia Carpenter is watching Gwen.

Julia uses her powers to see a glimpse of Gwen's future.

(Future)

Gwen will be bitten by a spider like Peter was and gained the same powers as he does. She will don a white and black costume and team up with Spider-Man, she will become Ghost-Spider.
