"So where are you currently staying then," Ranko asked then turning to Asia

Raynare then began sweating as they were still basically old abandoned Church. One that she took Asia to after well pretty much take out everyone from her group. That she had revealed was meant to kill those with those Sacred Gear users who may cause harm to them trying to avoid future threats. That was originally what the plan was for Issei though Asia was a different story in more ways than one. Ways she did not want to talk about.

"Are you really okay with Raynare originally going to attempt doing?" Issei asked Ranko

"She did not though as both you and Asia are still here. You alive and Asia no longer a part of whatever plan she was in" Ranko said though looking towards Raynare with a glare "Right"

"Of course as...as..." Raynare started to say before she zones out her thoughts kind of get distracted by the card she had been playing with this entire time.

"Seriously give me this" Asia said grabbing the card from her

Ranko and Issei noticed how rather than being the one in Raynare's care it seem like it was the other way around.

"What really happen to cause her to change as she had though," Ranko asked him

"Maybe later," Issei told his old childhood friend

They made it to where Asia and Raynare were staying at the moment exactly. More like where they just slept overnight then went to school during the day. It just basically just a room with two beds, somewhere to keep their clothes, a table to eat at, and a mini fridge that Raynare seem to power herself most likely somehow

"This was not my idea as I came here after leaving where I was ordered to stay but I eventually try to make it comfortable...right" Raynare said in a panic

"That is true that only after that one weekend with Issei though," Asia said

"I see" Ranko replied

Raynare was trying not to make excuses for her past but trying to defend her present. Having actually joined the Issei Fan Club even temporarily was something she did not want to lose now

"What did happen between Issei and Raynare to cause her to start acting like this" Ranko whispered to Asia this time

"Neither one of them will say but it must be something. She has been like this ever since that day though" came the reply

They both watched Raynare trying to clean up a little more before Ranko yanked the fallen angel away from the junk pile she trying to get rid of

Transforming her sword was currently still just wristband into a staff. She then jammed it into the ceiling cause it breaks as a stray devil fell onto the pile.

"What are you doing easy dropping on me and my friends" Ranko demanded

Raynare just fell back down after starting to mutter to herself about something

"She got off in her little world...again" Asia sighed

"It's interesting she managed to regain some of her old self somehow though. Seem that the part of her that just too broken managed shamble itself together again somehow" the stray devil laughed.

"Broke. Who broke it" Ranko asked suddenly

The stray devil did not realize that landmine they had just step on.

"Who broke it" Ranko repeated as her eyes began to flashing yellow

Then out of seemingly nowhere, Asia was getting contacted by a voice that speaks to her mentally

"Girl quickly repeat what I'm about to tell you to Ranko" Asia heard the voice say.

'Huh!?' Asia replied

'There is no time to explain' the voice said

Doing as they asked seeing as Ranko was asking weird to point was even Issei was starting to worry. What the voice told Asia to repeat did seemingly work as Ranko then blink before looking confused at the stray devil.

"What are..." Ranko then asked before Asia interrupted.

"Help me snap Raynare out of this," Asia asked.

Raynare was muttering to herself about something still.

The stray devil having realized that Ranko and Raynare were similar in apparently something happened in their past that was triggering effect for their present. Bolted out there the first chance they got as everyone else seemed distracted with Ranko at the moment. With Ranko seem to be no laughing matter compared to Raynare's though. If Aisa had done what she did then the stray devil did not want to think about what would have happened next.

As they ran through something came forced their head into the ground causing a small crater to form as a result of the impact.

"You came to the wrong neighborhood" the stray devil that tried to get away heard as pick its head up out of the crater. Standing there over top of them was pissed Issei was standing there cracking his knuckles before summoning his sacred gear.

"She really has not gotten over that trauma from before she meets Irina and me it seems," Issei said "Not sure how Asia knew how to snap her out it so easily though nor why her eyes glow yellow like that now"

The stray devil never got away nor did Issei ever learn why they were there
