After the whole incident with the stray devil had been dealt with and they were going anywhere no time soon. They left what was left of them behind to be dealt with by someone else later. Ranko and the others returned to the largest area in the place where she had been informing both Asia and Raynare of something. Lying there before they were two piles that she had gone about making and once she was done with this process she then went about telling them what she had to say.
"Take whatever you want from this pile" she informed them both
"Ummm...why did you split our stuff into two piles," Asia asked her curiously having only watched as she did it the entire time.
This was something that Issei was also wondering about as well have come back from what he was doing in the middle of Ranko gathering and split all their things into two piles himself
"It just this is the stuff that does not give off bad vibes as there is something I do not like about that stuff in the other one does not give off" Ranko informed them
"Is not this all the stuff I was given or had handed over to me by them and their forces before and after I got here?" Raynare said noticing the things in the second pile
'These must be things that we should not take with us for some reason she then thought to herself.
Reasoning that there might be something connected to them that could possibly cause problems later on if they were taken with them. As for why only things belonging to Raynare and Asia were here. That is because after her change of heart and falling for Issei for real. Raynare only got rid of everyone else but did the same for their things as well. Leaving only hers and Asia behind while coming with a story to example to Asia why it was just her here now.
"Maybe but something about the things in that pile I do not like so just takes from the one I told you," the red hair girl said again.
"Sure but then where are we going after that" Asia asked.
"Where you are going to be living from now on as I can not have my friend living in a place like this. So I take to where I am keeping the stuff that can not fit into my room" Ranko informed her.
"I do not think they can stay at my place though as there would not be enough room for all of us to live there you know," Issei told her
"Of course, they can not which is why we are not going there after all" Ranko informed them
The place that Ranko lead to happened to just be a small mansion that was located right outside of town. That had a rather spacious front and backyard area. One that that huge just about twice the size of a normal traditional front and backyard area. It was built years ago but never used for some reason or another thus was just collecting dust. Though the grass for the yards was cut on a normal basis to prevent the grass from growing too long and too tall, however.
"Wait this place is yours but how," Issei said shocked that it belongs to Ranko.
"Yeah, some people ran into me after I got back to Japan. Claimed that I was needed for something important or another. How they knew me and even why was strange though I handle the job quickly thus this was my reward" she told him.
"What do you think I swam here or something after getting to China. Who would swim from China from Japan not once but twice? That just sounds like something a crazy or cheap person would attempt doing Ranko said laughing.
"You were walking through Asia when met through," Asia said cocking her head to the side.
"Yeah I was but I did not swim from Japan nor did I swim to Africa either. Also, I was kind of scared back then so tried not to travel in a manner where I get away if I needed to" Ranko told them
'She was heading for Africa but why would she go there of all places and for what' Issei thought to him
Having learned where Ranko was heading after she had left him all those years ago. She might have kept in touch for a while but never really informed him of where she was going or even where she was currently. Things were also being addressed to him directly but never having where she was when she sent them through.
"I also stopped by to see Irina while in Europe both going and coming back. That's how I managed to get this sword" Ranko told them
Referring to the sword Mimic she kept around her wrist in the form of a wristband when she was not using it at the moment
"Amazing weapon really, but anyway I did this job for some people that claim the normal person to handle this kind of thing was busy. They knew my master and proved it so I figure they were on the up and up" she said shrugging her shoulders.
"This place is amazing as the three of us are going to stay here then," Raynare asked as she was marveling at the place she was told would now be her home.
"Huh...my room is in Issei's house. Why would I be staying here as this is just where my stuff that can not fit in my room is being kept" she told them
"You have kept my room the way it was right. Sure you could have used to keep some stuff in there while I was gone but it's still my room, correct" Ranko asked him.
"Pretty much as we did not disturb that much over the years," he told her
"Great! then after getting Asia and Raynare settled in as I want to check on my stuff too," she said.
"Wait you are still doing that hobby of yours after all this time," Asia asked
"Of course, why would not I? I only stopped for a few years because of how long it took to find and do my training with master" Ranko told her
"Then let me join in I want to be a part of this" Raynare said all of sudden
As she stopped being amazed by the small mansion and join the conversation that Asia and Ranko were having.
