Ah, yes, the infinite nightmares that have been haunting my dreams nonetheless. I liked this poem when I read it over but it could use some work. I hope you find it interesting enough to read it through.
Nightmares

Someone, please, help me.
I can't escape the darkness.
I've been running for so long, but it's catching up to me.
Please, someone, find me.
I'm scared, and I can't take it anymore.
I need help; can you hear me?
Someone, anyone save me.
I feel so alone, but I guess no one ever cared anyway.
I'm always alone, so no one ever sees me.
That's why I need you. Help me; find me; save me.
Don't stop trying, do what you have to do.
Reach into my mind and help me realize purpose.
I have seen the end, and I'm going with it.
Power shall betray us all.
Make this nightmare stop so I can finally go to sleep,
and never wake up to see it end.
