Ozzie met Selena outside in his usual garb. "Just so you know I'll kick your ass. Ready when you are."

"We wait 'til the news gets here. I'll kick yours before you can blink, Ozzie. Sorry it came to this." She would get rid of any stupid philosophies she had if it would Charlie. She knew her best bet would be to use her kitsune power. And her raw unbridled strength. A leaf flew in the breeze; she caught it before it passed her.

After fifteen or so more minutes, the channel 666 news van came speeding to a halt. Soon a cameraman and a low ranked reporter came hustling out. Selena waited as the reporter asked Ozzie what the story was.

"I've been challenged to a duel." He stated simply, looking at his friend.

"Well, I'm going to need that to be stated. Preferably on camera."

"Camera's ready to roll!" said the short black and white demon behind it. He motioned a countdown with his fingers.

The reporter smiled and looked at the camera. "We have news from the King of Lust! Please Lord Asmodeus tell us what's happening today!" She moved the mic towards the tall demon.

Selena moved in front. "I, Selena, a fox demon, challenge the King of Lust. If he loses, he will have to fulfill a favor." She stated simply.

"Oooo! How stupid you are! What makes you want to do that?" The reporter focused a small amount of attention on her.

"None of your business. Though I did ask for you to be here; to film this fight as proof of beating Asmodeus, King of Lust." Selena remained calm and for once her entire presence was neutral. There was no anger, calm, or happiness worn on her face.

"Sure thing, sweetie! Go on ahead! We'll watch you get beat!" Soon the reporter moved out of the camera's way.

"Old school, Ozzie. Away from each other. I'll put up a damage barrier before we start." They both moved away from the cameraman and reporter and towards the courtyard.

"How old fashioned! And unusually polite! It's a shame to see a girl with such manners get slaughtered!" The reporter was really starting to piss her off.

Selena mumbled a few words and with a flick of a wrist a cube-shaped barrier formed around them. "This barrier is only capable of disappearing at my command or defeat. It's impenetrable, old friend." He nodded that he understood her. "Now, reporter, countdown from five. On one, Ozzie, we start!"

The reporter began her countdown. Selena stood calmly, clearing her mind. "Four!" She had a plan in mind. She braced her body in an offensive position. Like a swordswoman, she had her shoulder facing Ozzie. Making herself as small as possible. "Three!" She raised her arm in front of her face, leaf in hand. "Two!" She looked at Ozzie. She tried to read for any weakness in his form or faces. She saw none. Today, he was truly battling her.

"One!"

As soon as Ozzie tried to move, Selena had thrown the leaf and used her wind magic to enhance its speed. Once it touched the large, blue demon, he turned into a fish. She knew he would be able to remove the transformation quickly so she teleported behind him. With a quick punch, fox fire erupted from her hand and lit the fish on fire. A scream came from the poor thing.

With her other fist coming down, a monolith of ice erupted from the ground and into the sky. It broke when it hit the top of the cube.

With Asmodeus frozen in fox ice, Selena took the time to prepare her last spell. She summoned five elemental circles above Asmodeus's frozen form. Within half a second, a light came piercing down and destroyed the ice and the fish within it. She intentionally left a piece of the fish behind. Something for Asmodeus to grow back from.

She waited the allotted time a challenge required before naming the champion to take down the barrier. By then, only half of Asmodeus's body had healed. The reporter, cameraman, and the spectators within the manor all stared in awe at her. "Will you keep your side of the deal now?"

A weak 'yes' left Ozzie's recovering body.

"Thanks, friend! Next time I see you; we'll still be good, right?" She turned and gave him a smile.

Asmodeus had returned to his full body. "Damn! You were holding that much strength?! How are you not tired?" He gave her a thumbs up as he spoke to answer her question.

"Oh? That? That was a warm up. I barely broke a sweat." She giggled a bit at his gaping face.

"Warm up?! You were going easy on me?! Man, that ain't fair!" He smacked her on her back and knocked her over.

The reporter quickly flocked to her, "My goodness! You beat the King of Lust! Are you intending on claiming the Ring's Throne?" Selena just walked away much to the reporter's annoyance.

"See ya, Ozzie!" She disappeared.
