Crazy trouble with love part 9

Ash x Caitlin

Series: Pokemon

-Unova, Victory Road, Pokemon League-

It was a calm quiet day at the Pokemon League, no trainers and very few people to bug the Elite Four or the champion. Making it one of those slow and stale days.

But as we get closer, we see the Elite Four doing their thing, reading books, playing cards that kinda stuff.

However, one of them looked mad.

"Mmmmmmmmm." huffed a short pale skinned girl with blue eyes, long wavy blondish brown hair that went to her thighs, a B cup chest and small ass, wearing a long sleeved white blouse tied with a white bow below the chest, a pink dress with a knee length skirt that sported dew drop shaped ends, white bows on her pink shoes, and white butterfly shaped bows on the sides of her hair, as she was trying to solve a crossword problem. "Darn it, what is it?"

As she looked at the words, her mind started to get even more frustrated.

"Come on, three letter word for love. Mmmmmmm!" she tapped her pencil against the floor in annoyance. "What is it?"

"Need help?" asked Shauntal, the master of ghosts.

"No!" she snapped, making Shauntal reel back.

"I-I was just asking."

"I can do it myself!" she growled while Grimsley and Marshal looked over.

"Hey, what's going on?"

She glared at them while looking ready to explode. "Stop distracting me!"

"Caitlin, you must watch your temper." spoke Marshal. "Take deep breaths."

Caitlin twitched while her eyes started to glow blue in color. "Stop telling me something I already know!"

The others went quiet while Caitlin huffed.

"Why do they have to make crossovers so hard? It's like you can barely figure out anything!"

"Because they are supposed to test your brain." Grimsley pointed out.

"Quiet!"

"Just saying. What is the word anyway?"

"A three letter word for love."

"Oh...oh...OH." he spoke up in realization with Shauntal blushing. "That's an easy one, sex."

"..." Caitlin stared at him before her eyes glowed again and she started floating off the ground. "W-WHAT?!"

'Oh no.'

"It was something so simple!?" She snapped while the blue energy around her started to affect the nearby pillars and crushed them into dust. "You gotta be KIDDING ME!"

BOOOOM!

The others jumped as the room shook.

"THAT IS SO STUPID!"

BOOOM!

"Caitlin calm down!"

Caitlin took a deep breath. "So stupid."

Grimsley sighed. "Since you are more relaxed now, shall we have a little battle?"

"Yes, that might help." She said calmly.

"Just don't cry when I win, again."

"I will make you eat those words."

Both of them moved to the battling arena while the other two went ahead to the referee post.

Caitlin pulled out a pokeball and threw it. "Go Sigilyph."

Grimsley smirked and threw his pokeball. "Come out Bisharp."

Said pokemon came out, battle ready with Grimsley smirking.

"Bisharp, Night Slash."

The pokemon's left arm turned black as night as it ran towards the pokemon.

"Sigilyph, use Ice Beam."

"Sig!" it cried out before firing a beam of coldness.

The Bisharp dodged before slashing the bird pokemon, sending it flying into the air.

"Bisharp, use X-Scissor."

"Bish!" it spoke before its arms glowed and it crossed its arms, sending a large X out.

"Sig!" it cried out before falling to the ground, and fainted.

"And Grimsley wins."

He smiled at this while the young girl looked mad. "Good match, but you have a long way to go to beat me."

Caitlin gripped her hands and tried to breathe in and out slowly.

"But maybe another battle might help your losing streak. You have been in a slump for a few weeks."

"I have NOT been in a losing streak." She yelled.

"Relax-"

"I'm telling you, I NEVER have a losing streak, EVER." She spoke, narrowing her eyes. "And if you keep talking about it, I will...I will blow up this entire place!"

That got him sweating as she COULD do that, but for some odd reason, he wanted to see what happened if he tried to calm her down, in his own way.

"Well, ok. But if you need a break, I can always talk over your schedule." He smirked. "Maybe even give you some tips."

"Tips...TIPS!?" She snapped in a fury as her eyes glowed a bright blue color. "YOU DARE TO GIVE ME TIPS!"

'Oh crap.' He thought before the pillars started to break from their foundations and began to float.

"I WILL SHOW YOU!"

"Caitlin, wait! He didn't mean it like that!" yelled Shauntal, only to get picked up by the blue aura and spun around like a rag doll. "Ahhhh!

"FEEL MY RIGHTEOUS RAGE!" she roared before tossing the ghost type user through the air.

"AHHHHHH!"

"Scatter!"

And cue the remaining Elite Four running for the hills as the psychic master began to destroy everything in sight.

"GAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!" She roared while the energy started to cause a massive maelstrom of psychic energy.

So much so it was making a tornado.

"AAAAAAAAAHHHH!"

"YOU SHALL ALL PERISH!" she roared, not realizing the tornado was glowing and twitching.

KABOOM!

Until it suddenly exploded as it caused a massive tear in space and time.

Something that made Caitlin halt her tantrum and turn to it in surprise.

SPLAT!

Only for something to be spat out of the tear, sending it flying at her as it suddenly closed itself shut.

"AHHHHHH!"

"What-OOOF!"

Both groaned while they crashed into the now ten foot crater.

Caitlin with her eyes looking like swirls while the thing sat on her.

"Ugh…" groaned the thing while it's eyes were also swirling. "What...happened?"

"My brain…" she winced, calmed down and felt a headache coming on.

As this occurred, both felt their heads spinning like crazy before fainting from the impact.

(Later)

"Oooh..." Groaned the Elite Four member while slowly waking up, and noticed she was in her bedroom. "What...?"

As she turned, she also noticed a large lump under the covers on her right side.

"Huh? What's this?" she muttered while poking the lump, causing it to move. 'Wait...maybe it's a Yamask? Or maybe a Gangar?'

"Ugh..." It groaned while the girl panicked.

'What if this is a Mightyena?' she reached over and gave it a small poke.

"Ugh…"

'Doesn't sound like one.' She thought. 'Maybe a Wobbuffet?'

"Ow...my aching head." It groaned while moving a little.

'Wait...oh my! A talking pokemon!' she sat up and pulled the sheet, only to go wide eyed. "Wait, you're no pokemon."

The figure groaned while revealing a boy with blue eyes, two small whisker-like marks on his face, spiky black hair, wearing a red hat with a green pokeball on it, and currently in his boxers. "Who are you?"

"I'm the one who should say that." the girl deadpanned. "Just why are you in my bed?"

"Eh? But this is my bed...wait? Oh no! I'm late for my first pokemon-"

"Don't change the subject, just tell me."

"But I need to go to Professor Oak's-"

"You're in Unova! He doesn't live here!" she snapped, making his eyes widen.

"What?"

"You're in Unova, more precisely the pokemon league."

"The pokemon league?!"

"Yes." she deadpanned. "Just WHO are you?

"Ash Ketchum."

"..."

"Wait, why am I in my boxers?!" he cried out, jumping backwards and fell off the bed. "OW!"

"From what I can tell, you were asleep when you came here." she remarked bluntly in a cool tone. "But why are you so interested in a pokemon professor?"

"Today is my first day as a pokemon trainer!" he said, looking around while covering his boxers. "Just what IS Unova? I've never heard of that place!"

"...you're joking right?"

"No."

"Hasn't ANYONE taught you geography in school!?" she snapped in disbelief.

"I was homeschooled." he remarked bluntly with Caitlin feeling annoyed.

'Who does something like that? We have schools for that.' she thought in frustration. 'And WHY would his own parents NOT give him a PROPER education!? This is a kindergartener's level of information, he should KNOW THIS!'

Ash looked around and cleared his throat. "Uh, is this your room?"

"Yes." She said while looking ready to explode. "Yes it is."

"Then how did I get here?"

"..." her eyes twitched while not hearing the question at all, her mind still fixated on how stupid the boy was in front of her.

"Hello?"

"What?" she asked with a low growl, making Ash gulp.

"Um...I just wanted to ask how I got here."

"Simple, you got sucked into a psychic tear."

"...psychic eh?"

'If he says anything stupid I'm going-'

"What's a psychic?" he asked with confusion, not seeing the girl's eyes glowing blue or that she just lost her temper.

"Oh that. Is. IT." She roared before raising her arms up and caused Ash to float in the air, along with several chairs and the bed itself. "I! WILL! NOT! BE! MOCKED! BY! A! IDIOT!"

"Woah! W-What's going on?!" Ash cried out before getting himself thrown into the walls. "OW!"

"IDIOT! MORON! STUPID!" she yelled while throwing the chairs at Ash a few times, mostly to vent some frustration.

He yelped and scrambled to avoid them all.

BAM!

Only to get hit due to still being stuck in midair, as he went flying all around the girl.

As he tried to cry out in shock, his brain got a stupid idea and-

Grope~

He hugged her tightly, making her flustered and a little confused why this boy was hugging her like this.

"Hey! Get off!" She yelled with a blush.

"No!"

"Why not!?"

"Because if I keep doing this maybe you'll calm down!"

"..." she blinked while her mind calmed down, the chairs floating down along with the bed, as her face became pink with embarrassment. 'Damn my temper!'

'Please work please work please work!' He thought while the girl returned the hug, feeling a little mellow right now. 'Wait...it worked!?'

'Warm.' she thought with a smile. 'Very warm...wait. I sense something inside his soul...psychic powers? No, it's something different.'

"Feeling better?"

"...yes." She sighed. "I am, my apologies for before, but...you really are stupid."

"What do you mean stupid?"

"Simple, if you don't know about the other regions, then how are you supposed to be a trainer? It's the most important aspect of a trainer to know this stuff! It's literally number one in the rule book!" She frowned. "If you're going on your first journey, then I pity you for one day getting lost and mugged!"

"Hey! You're looking down at me!" he frowned. "I haven't even gotten my first pokemon yet, so who are you to act better than me?"

She deadpanned. "Stupid and ignorance. Ugh. The name is Cathlin, the third member of Unova's Elite Four and master of the Psychic types."

"Ha! I might not have heard of Unova, but I have heard about the elite four, which means if you were a member, from a different region or not, how come I've never heard of you before then?"

"Simple. You lack the attention span." She smirked.

"Hey!"

"Or perhaps your parents didn't want you to be a trainer and tried to sabotage your efforts by making you ignorant. I have heard of such things happening and maybe you're one of the select few?" She said with an interested look on her face.

"Hey you take that back! My mom's fine with my dream and-MOM! Oh no! She's probably freaking out right now! I gotta get back home now!"

"Right now? But it's currently nine at night." She said pointing to her Lunastone shaped clock. "All the services here at the Pokemon League are closed."

"Can't you just send me back the same way you brought me?"

"No. I might be a master of psychic Pokemon but I'm still learning how to control my own powers. Besides that was a one time thing made by my temper, doing it the same way again is nothing worthy of a miracle." She sighed. "Besides, I want to speak to your mother about something."

"What?"

"I want you to train under me for the next few years. You lack the training necessary to become a true Pokemon trainer and as the one responsible for your current predicament I will be the one to train you." She smiled harty. "Especially when I used to be a Battle Brain of Sinnoh's Battle Frontier."

"Battle Frontier? Is that like a gym?"

She facepalmed and looked ready to blow up again. "Ash, this is why I'm going to teach you all I know. So you don't look like a complete loon!" 'Who ever taught him was an idiot!'

"Oh yeah? Well….uh….at least my hair isn't really long!"

"Was that an insult? Because that was stupid." She deadpanned. "Nice one Pikachu clone."

"Hey! These are natural birthmarks!"

"Yeah and the sky is red." She said sarcastically. "But my offer still stands. You train under me and perhaps I can let Adler personally gift you with your first pokemon, one from Unova."

"Adler?"

"My boss, the champion." She frowned. "And if you are going to train, stop being an idiot. It makes my blood boil."

"Hey! Quit acting all high and mighty! You're sounding just like Gary." he grumbled in annoyance.

"I'm not high or mighty, I'm just stating the facts." She frowned before sighing. "Look, let's just calm down and talk like mature adults. Ok?"

'You started it.' He thought before seeing her deadpan at him. 'Wait, did she read my mind?'

She nodded with a smirk. "Psychic trainer remember? I'm THAT good."

'Crap!' he thought before gulping and nodded quickly. "S-Sure, no problem."

"Yawn." Caitlin yawned. "Well, better get you to bed. Unfortunately we don't have guest rooms here so you have to bunk with me, on the floor."

"Aw!"

"Don't worry, the floor has a comfy Meowth fur rug. It's very soft."

"...ok fine." He grumbled as the girl walked into a closet.

"No peeking." She said with a hearty chuckle.

"I wouldn't!"

"Mmmmm, maybe, maybe not. Who's to say for a preteen boy like you?"

"I-I wouldn't!" He blushed while the girl closed the closet.

'He's fun to tease.'

(Later)

"ASH!" Delia yelled while currently on the phone with Ash, Caitlin right next to the boy while Professor Oak looked from behind the mother. "What happened to you?! Are you ok?! Are you feeling unwell? Are you injured? Where are you?!"

"I'm ok. And well-"

"He's in Unova, the Pokemon League to be exact." Caitlin interrupted. "I am Caitlin, the third member of the Elite Four of Unova and you must be the boy's mother?"

"Unova?!" Oak interjected with wide eyes. "That's an incredibly far away distance! How in the world did that happen?"

"My powers." She sighed. "Are tied to my emotions, yesterday I created a psychic tear in time and space, one time mind you, and he just landed on me like a skinny Snorlax. On my head."

"Wait….you teleported my baby boy in his boxers?!"

"Mom!" groaned Ash turning red from embarrassment.

"Unfortunately." Caitlin sighed. "But as compensation for that little mishap. I am going to train your son to become a real Pokémon trainer, meaning no home schooling from you."

"What?! Why?!"

"Because he has no idea about other regions or Battle Frontiers. He has no basic knowledge of other cultures or their pokemon, if he went as he is now he would be completely lost by the next day and maybe get some locals angry. Would you really want that?" She asked with a deadpan look on her face.

"Of course not!"

"Then it's important he gets first hand experience with someone who can teach him all this."

"Well….that's true." Oak said. "While Kanto is a large place, it really doesn't have access points for the other regions. Especially Unova, the most frequent region besides Sinnoh and Galar."

"Also." Caitlin said calmly. "I also want to bring out something in the boy. I think he might be either a psychic or an aura user."

"Eh?!"

"I don't know the details, but I'm willing to let Shauntal research the information and find others in the other regions with better training than myself for this endeavor. I want him to be a Pokémon trainer that won't make me embarrassed." She sighed heavily. "So with your permission I shall make Ash a five star trainer."

"What's aura?" asked Ash.

"Aura is the body's version of psychic power." Oak said. "To use aura is to manipulate your own energy in interesting ways. Some Pokémon and humans have this ability but it takes time to train and even more stress on the body if used incorrectly or too much."

"Does that mean I'll be able to read minds like Caitlin?"

"No." Oak said as Ash groaned. "Aura isn't the same as psychics. They are polar opposites, one uses the power of the mind and the other the lifeblood of living things. If you try to use both at the same time, it cancels each other out."

"Aw man."

Delia sighed. "Ash, I know you will be away from home but please listen to what Caitlin says. Please?"

"I'll try, but she can be kinda….Gary-ish."

And cue Caitlin glaring at him, her eyes glowing blue.

"What was that?" She growled while her hair floated up like tentacles.

He shivered and gulped. "N-Nothing."

She smiled, patted his head before putting him into a choke hold. "Don't worry, I'll take good care of the boy, as long as he tries not to annoy me with comments like that. Right Ash?!"

"Gah!"

"Just make sure Ash wears clean underwear."

"Mom!" groaned Ash in embarrassment.

"And try to send me some Pokémon from Unova." Oak said before blinking. "Wait, I can't be your regional professor, that would be Professor Juniper's occupation. Oh well."

"Don't worry Professor Oak, I'll keep you up to date." Ash let out as Caitlin let go.

"I will update you both every two weeks, bye." She said while hanging up the call. "And Ash, if you call me Gary-ish in front of other people, I will lose my temper. Do you really want that?"

"Well...you are a litt-" he tried to say before seeing her glaring eyes. "Nice! I meant to say nice."

Caitlin smiled. "Good boy. And today's lesson will be the history of Unova, then the other regions. All trainers need a history education."

"Ugh!"

"Then it will be stocks and bonds. Trainer money spending, economics, move teaching and training, Pokemon care, the history of Pokemon and..." she said while listing off every topic under the sun.

"Can't we just get to pokemon battling?"

"No. You need to learn all about the world or you will be confused about the littlest things. Besides, battling will only get you so far before you get a job and well….you might be homeless if you don't learn this stuff."

"But-"

"No time for questions, we will start the lesson in my room. Chop chop." She said while clapping her hands. "And call me teacher when we are learning."

"Oh fine." He grumbled while following Caitlin.

"And you won't regret this one bit."

'I already do.' He thought before seeing the girl deadpan at him. 'Crap I forgot!'

(A few years later)

-Pokemon League Training Hall-

"Come on Ash, try and hold it."

"I'm trying." said Ash, who was wearing some black pants, a white dress shirt, black shoes and had his signature hat on top of his now long shoulder length hair, as he had a ball of blue aura in his now bandaged arms.

Right next to him was a short pale skinned girl with blue eyes, long wavy blonde hair that went towards her feet with two smaller bangs hanging down to her waist, a C cup chest and wide ass, a large round fluffy pale pink hat, a white long sleeved low collared dress that trailed downwards to her hips, a transparent pink cape hanging from her shoulders and down to her hips. a large white ribbon tied around her waist, a long pink flower petal styled skirt that is cut in the middle, a long dark pink skirt, dark pink wedge heels with brown soles, and two pale pink butterfly shaped bows attached to the ends of her hair, who seemed a little more mature yet sleepy at the same time.

This is Caitlin and right now, she was trying to teach her student how to weaponize his aura….with mixed results.

"Just visualize something. Like a bat or maybe a bone? Anything...yawn." she yawned while stretching a little bit. 'By Arceus, I really need to get more sleep at night. But grading my pupil's tests are also important too...yawn.'

Ash groaned while the ball of aura started to take shape...only to turn into a pokeball.

"Not a pokeball! Something more threatening!"

"It's the first thing that stuck in my head!"

"Try again!"

He grumbled before focusing on the ball again, the aura slowly shifting into a bra.

"..."

"..."

"Really." she sighed while looking more embarrassed than anything. "A bra? MY bra? This is a lesson in battle not….puberty's rampage."

Ash blushed. "I-It was a mistake!"

"Yeah. A mistake." she yawned while knowing that he's just learning the 'wonders' of women's undergarments, much to her embarrassment when she had to teach him about it a few months ago. 'How he did not learn about sexural differences is beyond me, but at least he's not trying to be perverted….like a certain Kanto rock type gym leader.'

(Elsewhere)

-Pewter City Gym-

"ACHOO!" Brock sneezed while brushing his Onyx's rocky skin with a fine brush.

"Ooooooonyx?"

"I must be getting a spring cold, nothing too big." he sniffled while feeling like it could be a girl talking about him, either a Nurse Joy or that new Battle Frontier girl Lucy, who he met a while back at the supermarket and exchanged numbers. "Although I hope it was Lucy~"

His pokemon gave a roll of its eyes while letting his trainer clean his skin.

(Back in Unova)

Ash sighed while exhausting his own aura pool, his body tired and his mind a little hazy from the constant visualizing of 'weapons'.

Caitlin clapped her hands. "That's enough for today. You earned the rest."

"Ah...ah….ah…" he panted while seeing his 'teacher' moving closer to him.

"Shall I carry you with my power?" she asked with a harty smirk, making Ash a little annoyed.

"I can get there on my own….no problem." he said while slowly getting up, which made Caitlin a little annoyed.

"Oh don't be so stubborn, let me use my powers to carry you." she huffed. "You deserve a little pampering now and again."

"I'm good...I don't need help." he smirked. "Besides, I had enough floating for one lifetime."

"Hey! It was one time, and we first met!"

"Still...not tempted on floating around like a balloon."

She pouted while her eyes glowed blue. She raised her hand, Ash finding himself rising up. "This is non-negotiable."

"Hey!" he yelled while trying to move as Caitlin carefully moved him closer to her right arm and patted his head.

"Now, just rest and I shall let you float around." she smirked. "If you need anything, just think about it and I'll get it for you with my powers."

He grumbled and crossed his arms. 'I'm not a baby.'

"Right now you look the part." she teased while walking away.

'Why me!?'

"Because you are tired and I like to spoil my friends on occasion, which is you at the moment." she smirked while Ash rolled his eyes.

'Yeah, and I look like a living doll with hair extensions...oh wait.' he thought with a smirk, making the girl blush pink in embersament.

"I like long hair, thank you very much! It's fashionable nowadays."

"And gets in the way all the time, like that time you kept tripping over and over and over and-"

"It was one time!" she snapped while looking very annoyed. "I was still half asleep and didn't know my hair was on the rug!"

"And what about the time you got hair in your pasta?"

"Again, ONE. TIME!"

"It actually happened three times in three months." he teased.

"I will make you try and lift a boulder with your aura without rest for a whole day if you keep talking."

He gulped.

"Good boy." she smirked while chuckling to herself, as this was a normal occurrence these days. "Oh and one more thing, next week is the day you graduate from my teachings and become a trainer."

"Wait really?"

"Yep, but you will be a Unova trainer, not Kanto. So you will have to take the gym challenge here, but thankfully I will be accompanying you on this journey. To make sure you don't get lost or annoy the other gym leaders." 'Like Roxie or Arceus forbid….Iris.'

"But what if some trainer comes by to take on the league?"

"Most trainers don't show up." she shrugged. "They struggle on the eight gym so much it takes months to even appear, and Victory Road is even more dangerous due to the pokemon, so it's usually slow and boring."

"So this means...I can finally get my first pokemon! Yes!"

"Yep, but only the Champion can give you your first pokemon at this point."

"Wait, why?"

"Because right now, you're a little too strong. A bit above the normal first timers, so Adler has to give you a special pokemon to commemorate your training with me, a very rare and hard to train pokemon of his choice."

"Huh….so no starters?"

"Maybe, it depends on Juniper's mood. She might give you one as a gift or just not give you one. It depends." she shrugged. "Just remember, don't use your aura in public. If you do then who knows how many pokemon criminal organizations will try and recruit you for your powers."

"Like Team Rocket?"

"Or Teams Magma and Aqua, there are a lot of criminal organizations so be on guard." Caitlin warned before smiling. "But enough of this heavy stuff, let's watch a movie, your pick."

"...ok, but no complaining. You always do when I pick the movie."

"Ha! Not today, it's your movie night tonight."

"I see...I choose Mystery Doors of the Magical Land."

"No! I will not allow that! I know you have a crush on Magic Queen Bellelba, aka Sabrina, my fellow psychic user! I will not allow you to oggle her!" she yelled while a little bit envious about his crush on the antagonist of the series.

"I-I wasn't gonna oggle her!" he blushed. "I've just been wanting to watch it ever since I saw the trailer!"

"Still!" she huffed. "No crushing on her when you HAVE me, your teacher, right near you!"

Ash grumbled. "Still want to see the film." 'I knew this would happen.'

Caitlin huffed while a little envious at the moment, only for her to sigh. "Fine, we can watch it, but no ogling the queen."

"I won't!"

She stared at him with an unsure look.

"I mean it!"

"You better, I'll know if you're thinking about it."

Ash nodded with a sigh.

(Later)

Ash blinked as he looked at the Ultra Ball on the ground with a single red bow on it, which was on his rug bed, as Caitlin cocked her head to the side.

"Looks like Alder decided to give you your pokemon early."

"That's awesome!"

"You should open it and see what pokemon is in it."

Ash nodded before grabbing the pokeball and threw it.

WOOSH!

Which revealed a Deino, who seemed tired as it looked around with curiosity.

"Wow! It's….uh…."

"That is Deino, the Irate Pokemon." Caitlin said. "It's a dark and dragon pokemon that, once trained, will become one of the most powerful and dangerous pokemon in Unova. But right now, it's...a little dangerous and very hungry pokemon."

"Deino?" it looked around before yawning a little.

"Also it can't see so try not to startle it Ash." she said while Ash nodded and moved closer to the pokemon.

It sniffed the air before biting Ash's hand.

"AH! Why!?"

"It bites and tackles its surroundings to learn about the world. It's like you are touching something while closing your eyes."

"Ow! Let go!" he cried as he tried to push the pokemon off, only for it to bite his other hand. "OW!"

"Dei. No!" it muffly cried out while taking another bite of Ash's hand.

"AH!"

'Well, this is kinda funny.' Caitlin thought. "Just be careful, they aren't picky eaters so it might eat you."

"What-OW! Quit it!" he yelled while standing up as the dragon type held onto his hand. "Get him off!"

"Try expelling your aura, like a jolt of electricity. You can do that!"

Ash nodded before his aura flared up and caused a ring of energy to shoot out of his body, making the pokemon latch off the hand and twitching from the electrical properties. "Woah, it actually worked."

"Deino…"

Ash looked at the Pokemon before carefully petting its head. "...wow. It's so soft."

"Really?"

"Yeah, come feel the hair."

"Deino." It said while relaxing a little bit.

She came over and carefully rubbed it's head. "You're right, I've never really noticed."

"Yeah." He smiled while the Pokemon nibbled at his arm.

"Dei...no." It said while licking his arm a little, as if to apologize for bitting him too much.

"Aw. It likes you." Caitlin smiled.

"Deino."

Ash sighed. "Well, this was one way to be introduced to my starter."

"Look at it this way, not many trainers would get a dragon for a starter."

"Really?"

"Nope. So you're above the normal, but this is a dark and dragon type, both very hard types to train. So be extra careful." Caitlin Warner as the Pokémon sniffed her hair and-

CHOMP!

Bit her hair, hard.

"YEOW!"

Ash winced as she tried to pry the pokemon off.

"Get it off get it off get it off!" She yelled as her powers went into overdrive, the furniture flying around and hitting anything in sight. "Get it off!"

"Caitlin, your powers!"

"Deino!"

And just like that, the start of a beautiful friendship….one that might kill Ash one day but hey, he's dating an Elite Four member, comes with the territory.

(Several months later)

-Somewhere in Unova-

"I can't believe you somehow got us lost." Caitlin grumbled while holding Deino in her arms. "After all the geography lessons to boot!"

"You were distracting me and made me lose the map!"

"I didn't distract you!"

Deino cocked its head while munching on the map in question. "Dei….no."

"Now WHAT are we going to do!?" She grumbled.

"Can't you just teleport us somewhere?"

"I never learned how to do that!" She deadpanned before seeing a strange violet hairy bush right next to her. "Hold on, I see something."

'Cute dragon!' The 'bush' thought as Caitlin frowned.

'I know that line of thinking anywhere. Iris, why aren't you back at Opelucid City?!' She thought before getting an idea. "Hey Ash, I think that's a Zweilous, Deino's secondary evolved form. You should catch it."

"Really?! Ok! Let's catch it, Deino!" he grinned as the dragon type got into position. "Use Bite!"

The Pokémon rushed towards the bush before-

CHOMP!

Biting the 'bush's' head.

"YEOW!" cried out the dragon type gym leader as she ran around in pain. "Get it off me!"

"Hi Iris." Caitlin snickered. "How's being the butt of Deino's Bite attack?"

"Get it off!"

"Who?"

"Sure Iris, budding gym leader of Opelucid City." Caitlin explained. "But apparently she left the gym for some reason. Hey Deino, get off her."

The pokemon latched off of Iris' head and cocked it's head. "Deino?"

"Ow….what the heck?!" She snapped at Ash. "I wasn't a Pokémon so why did I get attacked!"

"Hey don't look at me, she said you were a pokemon." he pointed to Caitlin.

"True." She smirked. "Call it a joke."

Iris glared at her. "Why you little! That was rude!"

"So was hiding in the bushes, but why are you here?"

"I was hunting for new dragon types." She huffed. "Until your bratty friend used a Deino on me!"

"He's not a brat." Caitlin deadpanned. "He's my student so if you keep on calling him that I'll send you flying to the moon."

"Ha! You don't scare me, and I will get mad at the brat! He should know better!"

"Who are you calling a brat?! I'm a genuine trainer." he threw back.

"No, you're a kid." she frowned. "One that shouldn't even have a dragon type!"

"Says who?"

"Say's the number one dragon type user in the world."

"That's Clair's job." Caitlin deadpanned. "She's Johto's number one dragon type user for a reason."

"But I thought that was Lance." spoke Ash, confused.

"He only uses a mix of dragon types, Clair uses pure dragon types." She clarified to her student. "Although Cynthia is known to use a certain ground and dragon type in battle."

"Is she part of an elite four?"

"No, she's Sinnoh's champion."

"Ah."

"Stop ignoring me!" Iris yelled in pure kiddish anger.

"Oh." Caitlin said with a chuckle. "Forgot you were here. So want to just leave and go home or have a lesson with my pupil?"

"If you mean beat him in a battle, then it only makes sense to show him what a real dragon trainer is like."

"You want a battle? You're on!" declared Ash with a smirk.

Caitlin sighed. "I was referring to a history lesson on the Village of the Dragons, where Iris lived."

Both groaned.

"But a battle also works. But only one pokemon, no substitutions."

"One is all I need." smirked Iris smugly.

"Deino." the pokemon said while walking towards Ash.

"Let's go Deino!"

"Come on out Axew!"

WOOSH!

And cue the Pokémon appearing.

"Ax...ew?" It said while confused seeing Deino nearby.

Deino sniffed the air while salivating a little.

"Deino, use Bite!"

The pokemon ran towards Axew before biting on the pokemon's head, drooling a little in the process. "Dei...no!"

"AXEW!" cried out Iris as her pokemon ran around. "Use Scratch!"

The pokemon's claws glowed before trying to hit the dark type, only for it to be ineffective as it bit harder on the dragon types' scales, breaking it a little from the bite force. "AXEW!"

"De….ino~" he growled while looking extremely hungry right now.

"Wait what's Deino doing?" Ash asked Caitlin.

"Well, given that its species aren't picky eaters….possibly trying to eat Axew." she said with a sweatdrop. "I suggest we stop before this becomes a bloodbath."

"Deino let go!"

The pokemon doesn't listen as it bit harder on Axew's head, Iris panicking in the process.

"A-Axew! Use Draco Meteor!" 'I don't care if he can't use it right, he needs to get out of there now!'

"Axew Axew!" he cried out, running at a tree and trying to knock Deino off his head.

Deino bit down harder before moving off and yawned. "Deino."

"Axew…" he groaned while his scales flaked off from the puncture wounds on the sides of his head and horns.

"AXEW!" Iris screamed while running towards her pokemon and held him in her arms.

"Deino." Caitlin frowned while walking towards the pokemon. "That wasn't smart of you. You know better than eating a pokemon in battle. Do it outside of battle."

It yawned and fell asleep as it licked its lips for some of the blood it managed to acquire from the attack. "Zzzz."

Ash sighed. "Looks like I have to train him a little bit more."

"YOU THINK YOU BRAT!" Iris snapped in anger.

"Hey! You were the one who wanted to battle!"

"Yes, a battle, not a near death experience for my Axew!" she growled. "This is why you need to quit as a trainer! You let your pokemon EAT other pokemon!"

"Ahem." Caitlin coughed, getting the girl's attention. "Deino is a predatory pokemon that is hard to train. Most pokemon trainers have a hard time, but Ash knows this and will learn from it. You have no right to say that he has to quit, especially when you SHOULD know this yourself, Miss Dragon Type Master!"

"Yeah!" Ash tossed in.

Iris frowned. "I might be a dragon type user, but I never let my cute dragons turn into carnivores!"

"They are carnivores." she deadpanned. "And they need special attention to reign in their instincts, especially when they come from the Deino line."

"Still! The brat is no pokemon trainer, he's a sham!"

"No." Caitlin frowned while holding Ash's left arm. "He's a fine trainer that needs the help of HIS girlfriend to keep Deino in line. And I will not tolerate a gym leader trying to use her authority to make Ash quit before he even starts his journey. If you don't leave now, I'll report this to Alder."

Iris paled but stood her ground in 'righteous fury'. "I'd like to see you try! You're just a psychic user, a weak class! You couldn't hurt me even if you could!"

"Oh no." Ash said while backing away from a now enraged Caitlin, her eyes glowing blue with psychic energy. "Now you did it."

"Did what? Tell it like it is?"

"Nope." Ash said as Caitlin raised her arms up and caused several trees to get ripped from the ground. "You just angered the most temperamental psychic user in Unova. And she wants….blood."

"WEAK?! IS THIS WEAK TO YOU?!" She roared while throwing the trees at Iris.

"AHHHH!" she screamed before running away.

"AND DON'T COME BACK!" She roared while using her powers to pick her up and fling her across the horizon.

Twinkle~

She breathed in and out several times before looking at Ash. "Well, she's gone."

He sighed before realizing something. "Boyfriend?"

"Yep. I might be older than you but that doesn't mean I can't date you." She smirked.

"...say what?!" He yelled in shock while Caitlin patted his head.

"Well you are a Pokémon trainer with a girlfriend. Feeling proud?" She asked with a yawn. "Arceus….so….tired….need….nap…"

"W-W-W-W-When….how….you…."

"A while. About three months into our lesions. And I like you since you're the only one to calm me down during my tempers." she listed off before yawning. "Still...need a nap...night night…"

Crash!

And cue the girl landing on Ash's chest, a tired smile plastered onto her face as she hugged him like a stuffed Banette.

"Zzzzz."

"C-Caitlin." he blushed while nearly falling over from the weight.

"Zzzzz." she snored while Deino walked over, curled on his legs and fell asleep as well.

'Well….this is a thing….wait. Does this mean I beat Gary at something?'

-Kanto-

"Damn it!" Gary yelled in anger as his car broke down, due to a Pikachu zapping it, as his cheerleaders started to wonder why they should even be around this 'loser'. "I just rented that!"

"What do we do now Gary?"

"Ugh! Let me think!"

The girls grumbled before noticing a Gyarados looking at them from a river and started to growl at them.

"Grrr." It growled while charging up a Hyper Beam.

"Gary look!"

"What…." he turned and paled in horror. "Oh shit!"

"ROAR!"

BOOOM!

And cue the car exploding, sending the girls and Gary flying into the horizon.

"This sucks!" he cried out.

"I want to go home!" the girls cried out.

Twinkle~

And like that, they disappeared into the horizon as the water flying type pokemon slunk back into the river, waiting for another trainer to fuck with, as it's goal in life was to piss off anyone it hated….which was everyone.
