Total Drama Chaotic Camp

Episode 8- Deep Troubles.

Chris: Last time in Total Drama Chaotic Camp.

The Campers are shown walking around and looking for the boxes in the different areas of the forest. Then we show them escaping from their respective guardians.

Chris: Our teams had to go on a little hunt in the different sectors of the huge camp, where they faced a large pack of our old threats from the past seasons, including the mutant shark Fang, the Diver 4.0 bear, and the renewed drama machine.

The teams are then shown dividing up their jobs in the kitchens and checking their utensils and ingredients. To then show Bryan talking to Valerie at the lake, Helen and Corey's accidental kiss, the food war, the pelicolor musicians getting kicked out, and Bryan and Valerie shaking hands at the mansion.

Chris: Their rewards? A food challenge with all they got, Bryan "accidentally" dropped the bombshell that Corey and Laney might be getting chummy with Valerie, and this resulted in a lot of food being wasted, neither team winning and both musicians getting kicked out together. And to make things better, Bryan and Valerie are now allied.

The camera shows Chris in the production trailer.

Chris: oh, this is going to get good. Who will be the next victim of the evil duo? Will the Elks be able to break their sad losing streak? And how would Helen and Nikki deal with the loss of their musical friends? We'll see some of that, and more, in Drama. Total. Camp Chaos

-INTRO-

We see a camera coming out of the middle of a tree, a set of lights coming out of a garbage can, a second camera coming out of a burrow pulling out a Mole, a last camera came out of the water in front of a beaver, who showed his middle finger out to the camera.

Dear Mom and Dad I'm doing fine,

You guys are on my mind.

The camera passes across the road, along an old bus, and through the forest to the camp, where Chris was with his cellphone and a coffee, while Chef was chasing a raccoon that was taking an apple.

You asked me what I wanted to be

and now I think the answer is plain to see,

The camera enters another section of the forest where Rose is seen feeding a squirrel, when the branch they are on breaks and falls to the ground, next to Melody who was sitting on a nearby log petting a rattlesnake, which was wagging its tail like a dog. The camera panned a bit showing Sarah doing her tricks on her skateboard, until she hits a jump that sends her flying, fortunately, Lacey caught her, the skateboarder hugged her while the biker rolled her eyes.

I wanna be famous…

I wanna live close to the sun,

The camera pans to a section of the river where Corey and Laney were arguing in a canoe, which fell over the waterfall.

Go pack your bags, 'cause I've already won,

The two passed behind a log where Lucas and Damian were having a fight, until the log broke causing them both to fall. The camera moves to the confessional where Shane was trying to open the door, until Lara, dressed as Raven from the "Teen Titans" scares him, making him go through the door.

Everything to prove, nothing in my way

I'll get there one day.

Cause, I wanna be famous!...

The camera moves to the base of the mountain, where Nikki was writing something in her notebook, while watching Helen playing a song on her guitar. Then the camera moved to the side showing Bryan smiling awkwardly for a selfie with Alan, when out of nowhere, Elias scares the influencer, causing the photo to go wrong.

na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na...

The camera pans over the lake, where Anthony was observing his surroundings with a spotting scope, while Keith and Jane were trying to knock each other off platforms with sticks.

I wanna be,

I wanna be,

I wanna be famous,

The camera moves to the dock where Ethan was sharpening his sword, being watched by Valerie, until a bucket of water falls on her, showing that Paul had thrown it. Valerie jumped on him and they began to fight.

I wanna be,

I wanna be,

I wanna be famous...

The camera goes up to focus on the sun, and it changes to the moon, then down to the bonfire, where Carly was looking at Deán blushing, he notices and approaches her, but Olivia comes out in the middle of them both and raises a sign with a heart and the letters CD, making them both blush even more.

-Whistling in tune-

The camera zooms out showing the 24 Campers around the campfire, and the season sign is shown.

-end of the intro-

The camera focuses on the spa hotel during the night, where Chris was enjoying a bubble bath and a facial treatment at the same time.

Chris: Ahhh, I think I should do this tie-in thing more often, this is life.

Chef: don't you have to direct the episode?

Chris: not yet, and shouldn't you be cooking something?

Chef: I already did, but I want to take the losers by surprise.

Meanwhile, The two teams awkwardly shared the losers' cabin.

Dean: I definitely didn't miss this bed.

Lucas: I think my back is already taking its shape.

Keith: with a 4 game losing streak I'm not surprised.

Alan: Oh shut your mouth.

Keith: Make me.

Lucas: What if I made you?

Keith: You want to fight Santo?

Lucas: Entrale, te voy a dar un bife tamaño familiar.

Ethan got in the middle of the two guys.

Ethan: partners Please, we won't gain anything by arguing, we just have to endure tonight and then we'll go back to sleeping apart.

Bryan: Ethan is right, we must rest.

-confessional-

Paul: Ethan has courage, those two have fuses the size of a nut and would probably end up getting smashed to pieces. -sighs while blushing- what a man.

Bryan: Ugh, even if it's for one night, putting up with the kindly gentleman, the grumpy mechanic, the bitter worker and Mr. Testosterone added to my already infuriating companions is a test of patience. But, I can't get carried away with such pettiness, I must find a way to keep Alan and Lucas under my thumb, at least until the merger, then I will determine if they are still useful.

-end of confessional-.

On the girls' side things seemed to be more relaxed.

Rose: So... how's that for talking to animals?

Melody: It's something I learned as a child, animals have thoughts just like us, you just have to understand them.

Jane: my grandmother taught us how to train eagles, in fact there is one that always comes to see us at home.

Jane pulled up a picture of her with Sky, next to an eagle perched on Sky's arm, which had a leather glove to protect it from the bird's talons.

Carly: That sounds so cool, I have a stray dog, he was abandoned outside the mansion and I took him in when everyone else hadn't seen him.

Carly showed a picture of when she was younger with a black fur puppy, wrapped in a rag.

Sarah: awww, how cute.

Valerie, Lacey, Helen and Nikki were the only ones not part of the conversation, the dressmaker was concentrating on her clothes, the Biker rolled her eyes in irritation and the guitarist was sleeping while the rapper gave her a dirty look.

-confessional-

Nikki: I still can't believe they voted for Laney last night, I know she lost her composure, but I don't blame her, she held back for so long and when she finally got the courage to make a big move, someone comes and snatches everything right in front of your face. Save my words. Helen. Gonna. Fall.

-end of confessional-

Once the sun came out, most of them decided to take advantage of the time in their own way, Lucas took Alan and Bryan and took them to one of the forest areas.

Lucas: Very well, we are already far away and I think the 3 of us know very well that we are not in the best situation in the team. So. I suggest we form an alliance to keep our asses away from the bus.

Bryan: Do you think that's a necessary thing to do? I mean, other than Lacey, the girls seem friendly.

Lucas: yeah, but we're 3-5, and we lost Corey who was close to Helen, we have to protect ourselves somehow, at least until the merge.

Alan and Bryan exchanged glances.

Alan: All right, count me in.

Bryan: I guess it's okay. I mean, I haven't done much for the team either and I could be considered a liability.

-confessional-

Bryan: Thanks Lucas for saving me the trouble. Now, which fool should I... or rather, should we eliminate?

-end of confessional-

Chris: Good morning Campers, did you enjoy your evening together?

Keith: Cut the crap and get to the point so we can win and take the hotel again.

Lucas: not if we take it first.

Keith: You? Please, you're team victory 2.0.

Lucas: And you're a most pathetic vertion of Lightning.

Jane couldn't help but laugh at that.

Jane: Oh, that was a good one.

Keith: Whose side are you on?

Lucas: definitely not yours.

Chris: Hey, save that for the challenges. And speaking of which. Today you will have a little activity that I like to call, "the lost treasure hunt."

Dean: Oh how creative.

Chris: Ignoring that. Meet me at the dock in half an hour with your swimsuits.

The two teams met at the dock with their same swimsuits from the third challenge.

Chris: Your challenge today starts with a little story, many, many years ago, long before this place was a vacation resort, and long before it became this dump, This was a camping spot for bandit groups of pirates.

Rose: Pirates? But we're about a day's drive from the nearest coast and that's not even counting the northern climate.

Chris: yeah, it turns out the pirates had allies on land, and those allies were holed up here. In some abandoned mines that are currently underneath the lake. Your challenge today will be to find some pirate statuettes in those tunnels.

Jane: Are you kidding? I dove into the lake yesterday and you can't see the bottom.

Chris: I know, that's why you'll have access to scuba gear and oxygen tanks. Of course, if you can get to it, your equipment will be in some rafts in the middle of the lake, once you get them you will have to swim to the entrance of the mine, once on submerged land, you will find the necessary equipment, flashlights, rope, a map, you know, the typical stuff.

Keith: And what happens once we get the silly statuette.

Chris: Once you get it, you'll have to get out of the other side of the mines, which is on Mount McLean. The first team to find the exit and have all its members and the statuette behind the goal wins the challenge.

Valerie: So I wore my bikini just to get it dirty in a disgusting mine? No, forget it, I won't do it.

Chris: Well, the bus is that way.

Valerie: On second thought, I can always clean it.

Chris: Great, now to get to the platform you'll have to use these totally safe canoes. Choose a dance partner, Owls, since you are odd numbered, one of your canoes will have 3 people in it.

Carly: Rose...

Rose: don't even say it, we're partners.

Bryan: I think I'll go with Alan this time.

Lucas: So... which one of you wants to be my partner.

Helen: I will.

Lacey: Okay, then me and Sarah will take the last one.

Shane: I'll go with Jane, we understand each other perfectly.

Keith: get a room.

Shane: I-it's not what you think.

Paul: Dude, he's trying to annoy you, whatever, I'll go with Ethan.

Melody: and I'll go with Valerie.

Valerie: excuse me?

-confessional-

Valerie: Why does the weirdo want to go with me? And why did the mechanic insist on going with Ethan? I don't like something, fortunately I have outside help, so I can get rid of some of them.

-end of confessional-

Dean: I guess Keith, Nikki and I are the raft of 3.

The teams began to gear up and board their boats, a few minutes later all 8 canoes were on the lake, with the Campers paddling.

Lucas: Un galpón de luz es el templo de Momo. Pura flor chillona y pura embriaguez.

Helen: What are you singing?

Lucas: You never listened to Los Redondos?

Helen: no, my Spanish is not very good, so I never took the time to listen to rock in Spanish.

Lucas: When this challenge is over, I'll give you a Spanish lesson so you can listen to the art that is Argentine rock.

Helen: Ok... And what other bands do you like?

Lucas: Do you want the list in alphabetical or chronological order?

-confessional-

Lucas: Helen is cool, and definitely needs some support after they voted for Corey. Look, I want to win this, but I don't plan to be a backstabbing rat, I'll vote for who I think deserves it.

-end of confessional-.

Rose and Carly were sharing a quiet conversation in another canoe, until Lacey interrupted them.

Lacey: Faster ladies, we're being left behind.

The scout and the millionaire nodded and began paddling faster. While Sarah looked at Lacey reprovingly.

Sarah: Don't you think you should be a little nicer?

Lacey: I am nice, but right now we're in the middle of a challenge, the other team has one more member, and I'm not about to let it go up to 2.

Sarah: I understand that, but you should be more delicate, Carly is just trying to do her best, and I think it's obvious that this is her first time interacting with such... "different" people.

Lacey: coming from her palace of luxury I'm not surprised.

Sarah: just... give her a chance if, I think at this point she's proven she's not a selfish rich girl.

Lacey: no promises.

Sarah sighed, at least it was something.

Meanwhile Ethan and Paul were also rowing, they were only outnumbered by the 3 raft and Jane and Shane.

Ethan: good to see the team working so well, even Keith and Jane were able to work together on the mountain challenge.

Paul: yes, still we shouldn't get complacent, and I don't trust Keith and Jane to stay calm for long. You know what they say about bad weeds. They never die.

Ethan: yeah, but we don't have such bad weed in the

-confessional-

Paul: Ugh, I want to warn Ethan about Valerie, but like I don't have proof? It's my word against his, and obviously a gentleman will believe the lady more.

-end of confessional-

The owls were the first to arrive at their platform, where there were 9 dive teams.

Shane: All right, adjust your tanks well and check your gauges every so often.

Ethan was having trouble fitting his tank.

Ethan: I'm going to have to take off my chestplate for this.

The knight removed his breastplate revealing slightly formed abs, Jane and Valerie blushed, and a "Splash" caught everyone's attention.

Shane: Paul?

Paul: Sorry, I just wanted to start swimming before the other team arrives.

-confessional-

Melody: He actually just slipped because he was admiring Ethan.

Paul (from outside): Hey, that's supposed to be private.

Melody laughed

-end of confessional-

The moose began to put on their gear as the owls began to dive into the depths.

Lacey: quick, we have to get there before they get too much of a head start.

The owls made it all the way to the entrance of the underwater cave until they reached an area free of water.

Jane: There's the equipment.

Valerie: These maps are mazes, we need to split up to cover more ground. I propose in pairs…

Jane: Shane and Melody.

Paul: Ethan.

Nikki: Dean.

The aforementioned split up leaving Keith and Valerie alone, making the dressmaker grunt.

Keith: I guess it's you and me.

Valerie: Well, at least you'll put those muscles to good use.

-confessional-

Valerie: Well, since I can't keep roping the prince in, maybe he can tie up the strongest link, Bryan will sure be happy to know we have the muscleman eating out of my hand.

Keith: Miss fashion sense flirting with me? She probably wants an alliance, I'll play a little, maybe it'll come in handy.

-End of confessional-

Shortly after they parted ways, the Elks also entered the cave.

Bryan: Okay, take your canoe partner and pick a path.

Lucas: See you on the other side.

The camera switches to the production truck where Chris could see everything.

Chris: All right everyone is in, it's time to release the surprises.

Chris pushed a button and there was the sound of some bars opening.

Chris: Who will find the statues and who will get lost in the shadows? Find out, after the pause.

-commercial break-

Deán and Nikki walked through the caves, trying to find any clues that would lead them to the statue.

Deán: this is literally a labyrinth... I'm sure we've already passed that rock.

Nikki: Calm down, we're in a cave, it's normal for the rocks to look alike.

At that a sound calls the attention of the two of them and they both point their flashlights to the ceiling and see how a part of it was breaking, until it collapsed dropping two girls.

Carly: Ouch.

Rose: Something tells me these caves haven't been unexplored for that long.

She shows the chef and some interns with tools like drills smiling.

Nikki: Are they okay?

Carly: no, I think I scraped my ankle.

Dean: shine the light, I got it.

The worker bent down and pulled a cloth out of his pocket to wrap the wound.

Dean: ready, that one should keep it from getting dirty and infected, still, you should go to the infirmary later.

Dean helped her to her feet.

Rose: I guess... we'll go this way.

Dean: well... we could work together, but once we find the statuette, each team will be on their own.

The 4 of them started walking, Carly kept behind and saw Dean with a blush on her cheeks.

-confessional-

Carly: So...I might like Dean a little bit...ok maybe more than a little bit. It's just, he seems like the typical bad boy in all the novels I like, but he has a good heart, and he's thoughtful, I mean, he could have just left me there or dropped me in the dumpster, but he didn't. That's something isn't it? I'm not very knowledgeable on how to deal with guys, all the ones I know are... how to say it without sounding bad... boring.

Dean: I don't have much interest in Miss Morningstar, I only helped her out of courtesy. She didn't have anything else, not even those sparkling eyes... em. Forget that last one.

-end of confessional-

Helen and Lucas were still in another part of the caves.

Lucas: And this place was supposed to have had pirates? I was expecting skulls and skeleton bomb traps like in Uncharted 4.

The two hear the sound of a fuse catching fire and when they look up they see a pair of skeletons with dynamite on their torsos.

Lucas: I didn't mean it literally.

The two began to run as the explosives detonated, bringing down sections of the roof. The two looked ahead and saw that there were some mine carts.

Helen: I'll take the front one.

The rocker jumped up and removed the brake, while the fighter clung to the back of the wagon and it began to move from the shock.

Lucas: Eso estuvo cerca, casi me quemo el…

Helen: hold on.

The trolley started zig zagging past, then flew off through a section that had no rails before falling off the other side.

Lucas: How big is this caveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee?

Elsewhere Ethan and Paul were walking together, the gentleman was in front with the map, while the mechanic was holding the flashlight.

Paul: I don't like it at all.

Ethan: What is the cause of your uneasiness?

Paul: We are in a giant abandoned mine that could be full of traps. That seems to me to be reason enough to be uneasy.

Ethan: Don't worry, I will protect you.

Paul blushed at the comment and tried to position the flashlight so that his face would be obscured, just in case his companion turned around. At that a sound caught both of their attention, and out of nowhere, a lion-robot appeared in front of them.

Paul: What the fuck?

Ethan: Looks like Mr. McLean left his metal pets hanging around.

The lion leapt to attack, but in one swift move, Ethan pushed Paul out of the way and drew his sword and slashed at the lion, ripping off its jaw. And then he plunged the sword into its head, shutting it down completely. Paul saw him in surprise, as the lantern had fallen to the floor so that the knight looked imposing, holding the handle of his sword that pierced the robot's skull.

Ethan: Are you all right?

Paul: Y-Yes.

Ethan: Good, let's go before more of these things come.

Ethan put his sword away and helped the mechanic to his feet. Before they both started walking again.

In another of the tunnels, Valerie and Keith were moving through stalagmites and stalactites.

Valerie: Ugh, this sucks, I should be with that hottie Ethan.

Keith: Will you stop talking about the knight for at least 5 minutes? I'm sure he'll be fine.

Valerie: I know that, what worries me is that Miss darkness and the cheap mechanic are definitely trying to separate him from me. Maybe Melody has an interest in him.

Keith: You'll worry about that later, for now focus on finding that statuette, and maybe my next vote will reflect any name but yours.

Valerie: Huy, someone's in trouble, how about we make a deal?

Keith: It depends on what offer.

Valerie: I'll help you to weaken Jane, in exchange for you helping me remove the two hindrances.

Keith: mmm, sounds good, but to make it as fair as possible, I want us to do a test.

Valerie: What do you suggest?

Keith: exploit the honor code of a certain idiot in a mask.

-confessional -

Keith: In a fight, you have to concentrate on weakening your enemy, and what better way to do that than by removing his allies.

-end of confessional-

Valerie: ok, but once we remove that stink, we remove my problems, then we will close the matter by removing Jane.

Keith: All right, dressmaker, you have a deal.

The two shook hands.

-confessional-

Valerie: Perfect, I've got him eating out of my hand, Bryan will take care of removing his team's troubles, and I'll take care of mine, we get to the final 3 and remove Mr. testosterone, it's a foolproof plan.

-end of confessional-.

In another tunnel Sarah and Lacey were advancing over puddles of water; you can see that this area, at some point, was a subway water table.

Sarah: This was not what I expected on a pirate site.

Lacey: this was probably the place where they got water, then over time it made its way to the lake and dried up.

Sarah: If it wasn't for how dark the place was, it would be great for doing some tricks.

Lacey pointed her flashlight up ahead and noticed a rope ladder.

Lacey: looks like it's our turn to climb our way out of here.

Sarah: Watch out.

The Skater pulled her by the vest to dodge a Robot Wolf.

Lacey: Okay, hold this.

Sarah: What? What are you going to do?

Lacey took off her vest and cracked her knuckles.

Lacey: I'm going to unload some hate.

The Biker started fighting with the robot, which was constantly trying to bite her, but the blonde just played with it.

Lacey: Come on. There are stray dogs that gave me more trouble to get them out of the club.

The wolf lunged once more and the Biker grabbed it by the jaws before snapping it in half.

Sarah: Wow.

Lacey: I can see how Shawn tore up so many of these in Pahkitew.

Sarah: That was awesome.

Lacey: it was nothing, you should have seen the time a rabid pit bull got into the club. I had to go to the hospital and spent 1 hour trying to restrain him. But he became the faithful mascot of the place.

-confessional-

Sarah: wow... just... wow.

-end of confessional-

Jane, Shane and Melody were walking through another tunnel, which had a couple of old lamps which for some reason were still working perfectly.

Shane: Yep, this isn't creepy at all.

Melody: so many souls wasted in a senseless fight for greed. Tragic.

Jane: Greed... that's it. Chris always puts the objects to be found in a relevant spot, if this was a pirate commune... there should be a booty room.

Shane: where's was all the gold and jewels? Good thinking Jane.

Melody: stop... I sense two troubled souls... over there.

The three of them ran down a corridor until they reached an area with the remains of wagon rails, which were destroyed and there was only a huge chasm, probably due to the passage of time and the water that had eroded a subway channel and generated a landslide.

Jane: There is nobody here.

Melody: 3... 2... 1.

Helen/Lucas: Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

The guitarist went flying until she landed on top of Shane, while Lucas ended up holding on to a board that was buried in the wall.

Lucas: Qué carajo?. Eso fue una locura. Casi morimos

The board starts to break.

Lucas: There 's mom.

Helen: Lucas.

Shane: We have to do something.

Jane took the rope and tied it to her ankle.

Jane: Hold this, I'll get it.

The board finally gave way.

Lucas: Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

Out of nowhere the wrestler stopped falling, as the wood thudded thunderously on the bottom and broke into pieces. Lucas looked up to see Jane, holding his arm.

Jane: Are you all right?

The fighter couldn't answer, from his vantage point, he could only focus on the face of the girl who had saved his life.

Lucas: ummm, yeah, I think so.

-confessional-

Lucas: Jane just saved my life, even though we were from different teams, even though she could have very well left me there. She jumped in to save me... emmm ¿Hace calor aquí o es la máscara?

-end of confessional-

Once they recovered from the scare, the 5 of them went back to the normal way.

Lucas: All right, we need to find those statues and get out of here before we find another hole.

Shane: The map indicates that we should be close, we just have to... slip through that hole.

Lucas sighs.

Lucas: I hate irony.

The 5 of them slid down the hole until they reached the lower level, where there were remains of broken swords and traps and... skeletons with clothes suspiciously similar to those of the inmates.

Helen: Tell me they are fakes.

Melody: You don't want to know.

The other 4 exchanged glances and decided to settle the matter there.

Shane: ok... according to the map, the statuettes should be near here, just find the treasure room and look in the most conspicuous place.

The 5 looked around, then looked up to see a sign with Chris's face winking.

Melody: something tells me it's this way.

The 5 entered that hallway and at the end found a huge area, full of empty treasure chests, some fallen wooden structures and what looked like the remains of an altar in the center.

Jane: the commune.

Lucas looked around and saw two statuettes in the shape of a certain presenter.

Lucas: argg, I see them comrades. Let's get closer, but be prepared for anything.

Helen, Jane and Shane laughed at his poor pirate accent, the Superhero and the wrestler started to climb the tower, Melody squinted and saw that something was wrong.

Melody: BEWARE.

Something came out of the pile of old chests surrounding the foot and jumped out to attack both masked men.

Lucas/Shane: FANG.

The mutant shark grinned.

Jane: yep, we should have known taking the statue wasn't going to be an easy task.

At that, the others began to arrive from other corridors.

Keith: Are we late for the party?

Dean: Do you think there are any gold coins left around here?

Fang growled and snapped his fingers, and in a few seconds, several robot animals came out of the caves.

Ethan: Back mechanical beasts.

Lacey: I'll hold them off, go get the statue.

Valerie: don't let them take it first.

Lucas, Sarah, Alan, Shane, Jane and Dean went towards the pile. While the others tried to keep the robots at bay using their skills, the broken swords on the ground... or getting lucky.

Bryan: Alan, duck.

The influencer ducked to avoid a raccoon, which he grabbed by the tail and smashed it against a rock.

Alan: I should have brought my waterproof camera to record this.

Jane stepped on a rock that wasn't fixed to the wall and started to wobble.

Jane: Woah.

But a hand wrapped around her waist keeping her from falling.

Lucas: We're even.

Jane: Thanks, but I'm still going to beat you.

Lucas: ha, it won't be today.

Shane saw the scene a little surprised, but decided to ignore it and climbed back up.

Sarah: I got it.

Lacey hit a robo-squirrel.

Lacey: Mooses let's go.

Rose helped Carly to her feet and Bryan knocked a robo-mole off Alan's butt before they started running down the tunnel that had an "Exit" sign on it.

Lucas: let 's go.

The wrestler jumped, but as soon as his feet hit the ground, the Scuba bear rammed him and left him against a rock.

Lucas: Don't fuck with me. Anda a romperle las pelotas a otro.

The bear lunged to attack him, the masked man grabbed a piece of wood that was on the ground and used it to block the bite, but now he was in a constant struggle with the mechanical animal.

Shane: I've got ours...

Lucas: ahhhhhh.

Jane: Lucas.

Valerie: I guess there won't be a ceremony today.

Keith: Well, that bear doesn't need dinner, does he?

Jane glared at them as they walked out of the tunnel, followed by all but 2 of the others.

Lucas: Lavate los dientes. Apesta a gasolina barata.

The bear continued to struggle until a thump was heard and he fell sideways. Revealing Shane with the, now broken, golden Chris statuette in his hand.

Shane: rule number 2 of being a hero, never leave a civilian in danger.

Lucas: Why did you save me? you just cost your team victory.

Shane: A hero never leaves a civilian in danger alone.

Shane helped Lucas to his feet and the three of them watched as the bear was getting to his feet.

Jane: Let's go before he recovers completely.

The two boys nodded and ran off.

Outside on the mountain, Chris was shivering under an umbrella drinking a martini out of a coconut, while the chef played solitaire.

Chris: You know, hiding that clause to use the robot animals was the best idea I had along with bringing in Jane and Keith.

Chef: Why don't the producers read these things?

Chris: I don't know, and I don't care, as long as I can exploit it.

A few seconds later, all but one of the moose came out of the cave.

Chris: Screaming mooses, congratulations on being the first to escape, but I think you missed someone.

Carly: What?

Rose: Where is Lucas?

The owls came out of the cave, with Keith being the last.

Keith: Your friend had an encounter with the Diver bear.

Bryan: What?

Chris (whispering): It's a good thing I updated my contract after what happened to Da...

At that moment the last 3 come out of the cave, Jane and Shane first and Lucas behind.

Lucas: Hey, that was a close one.

Chris: Congratulations Lucas, with you behind the finish line, the Screaming Elks finally win a challenge.

The moose celebrated while the owls were confused.

Valerie: What? But, Shane and Jane got there before him and Shane had the statue.

The superhero swallowed and lifted what was left of the statuette.

Shane: I couldn't let the bear rip him to shreds.

Valerie got a nervous twitch and walked away, while the rest of the team stared at Shane.

Later, the two teams were in the ceremony area, for the first time in a while, The mooses sat in the peanut gallery.

Chris: Welcome to the bonfire ceremony. We have 9 players today, but only 8 marshmallows, so, one of you will be going home.

-confessional-

Keith: Thanks for making my job easier.

Jane: You deserve this and more you jerk.

Melody: goodbye and bon voyage.

-end of confessional-

Chris: We have the votes, those who live to compete another day are Paul, Ethan, Melody, Nikki, Dean and Jane.

The captain caught her marshmallow and looked nervously at the superhero, not realizing that a certain masked man had made a gesture with his fist in celebration when he received his candy.

Chris: That leaves only 3 of us. Keith, you're here because honestly, your team can barely tolerate you.

Keith: Wow, that's weird.

Chris: Valerie, you're here because some people distrust you.

Valerie: Envy is powerful.

Paul and Melody gave her an angry look.

Chris: And Shane, you are here because you sacrificed your team's victory to save Lucas from scuba bear.

Shane: Did you intend for me to let a civilian take serious damage or worse?

Chris: Something like that. Shane: But that doesn't matter, Valerie, you're safe too.

The dressmaker caught her marshmallow.

Chris: and the last marshmallow of the night goes to...

Chris: Keith.

The athlete caught his marshmallow as the hero sighed.

Shane: yep, I think I earned it.

Chris: Sorry buddy, but honor and kindness don't always get you far, ask Brick or Ella.

Bryan: Well, technically Ella got disqualified, it wasn't for her kindness.

Chris: Technicalities aside, Shane, grab your stuff because you're going to have to take a trip...to the other cabin.

All: What?

Chris: yep, officially Shane becomes part of the Screaming Mooses.

Valerie: That's not fair.

Chris: I know, and that's why I'll take it upon myself to randomly choose a member of the Mooses to move to the Owls, using this adhesive dart gun.

The projectile hit Carly in the forehead.

Chris: Miss Mornigstar, you are officially transferred to the confused owls.

Alan: Couldn't you have announced it without making us come all this way?

Chris: I like the suspense.

The camera switches to Carly grabbing her things and leaving the cabin.

Carly: Well, this is goodbye.

Rose: Hey relax, just because we're on different teams doesn't mean we can't be friends.

Carly smiled and said goodbye to the rest of the team. Then she started walking towards the cabin-mansion, where she ran into Shane.

Carly: Good luck.

Shane: Same to you, miss.

Both campers were greeted by their new teams, Carly and Dean blushed slightly and Valerie gave him a threatening look, while on the Mooses's side, Shane was greeted warmly by the whole team, although Lacey stayed on the sidelines. Chris was enjoying it all from his screens.

Chris: We started with 17, still 17 to go. But who will be the next to go to make it 16? How will Carly and Shane fit into their new teams? Find out that and more in the next episode of Drama. Total. Chaotic Camp.

So... there's change.

Honestly the reason I made the change here was because I didn't have a good excuse to eliminate someone here.

I used Shame as the bait because, as Chris said, usually the higher moral ones don't make it this far, so it was the perfect hook.

The superhero and the kind-hearted millionaire switch teams, to balance the genders a bit on the Moose side, while Carly will now have to handle the investigation into the sabotage of Elijah from afar. At the same time she deals with her feelings for Dean.

In this episode I also worked to plant some plot points for the following plots, so stay tuned.

In the next episode, our teams will turn into wild animals when they have to avoid being lulled to sleep for a whole day in the wilds of the camp's woods.

The next chapter will probably be out in February due to the fact that I'll have to work all month, so I won't have as much time to write.
