The March Of The Exeggcutor Squad
It's hard work trying to become a Pokémon Master and our heroes haven't had much rest or relaxation. But now they're in luck. They've come to town on the same day the carnival has arrived.
It's a beautiful day in the town today. Many people have gathered to see the circus that arrived into town. Our heroes were standing in the front of the crowd. There were several Pokémon they noticed walking, followed by beautiful girls in their beautiful clothes. Brock blushes as he was looking at them.
"Look at all of those beautiful girls." Brock said.
"Not to mention all of the rides and the shows." Anna smiled.
"All right." Ash said. He looks over at Brock. "Let's show these people how to really party."
"Yeah." Brock agreed.
The two boys took their clothes off, reavling what they're wearing. Ash was wearing a orange jacket, pants, a white bonnet with a blue tie and a matching orange hat while Brock was wearing a white jacket that was exposing his chest and stomach, white pants with red maracas.
"Let's boogie!" Ash exclaims in excitement.
"Yahoo!" Brock cheered.
The two boys started dancing with the performers. Misty and Pikachu both sweatdrop as their two friends were dancing.
"What's wrong, Misty?" Ash calls to them. "Don't you want to party with us?"
"Uh, we'll just party over, okay?" Misty asked with a nervous smile.
"Pika pi!" Pikachu agreed.
"See you guys later." Misty said, walking away.
Misty and Pikachu walks away.
"Since Misty and Pikachu are going on some rides, I'm going to find Seth and Slade at the food stands." July said to Anna, Jovan and Dragonair.
"We'll see you later then." Jovan said.
"Oh and Dragonair, make sure that these two lovebirds have fun." July teases Jovan and Anna before she and Eevee ran away from them.
"Nair!" Dragonair called, waving her tail and nodded.
"We're not in love!" Jovan and Anna shouted at July together.
Anna was about to run at July, but she didn't notice a full bottle of water on the ground. Her foot steps on the water and falls backward into Jovan. He didn't have time to move as Anna crashes into him. Jovan's head hits the ground.
"Ow." Jovan moaned, rubbing his head.
"Huh?" Anna asked confused as she sat up. She looks over her shoulder and notice she was sitting on Jovan's lap while Jovan was sitting up. The two of them were really close.
"Hey guys, are you going to party-" Brock was asking as he walks up and stops in mid sentence he saw the two of them of the ground. "Never mind. I'll leave you two lovebirds alone so you can enjoy the carnival together." He turns around and walks away to rejoin Ash.
"It's not what it looks like!" Jovan and Anna called after Brock, their faces turning red.
July, Eevee, Seth and Slade went on a few rides. They went on a roller coaster and Seth and Slade did a shoot out at one of the games. July and Eevee went on the carnival wheel. They had a perfect view at the top, seeing everything.
"Eevee Vee." Eevee said, pointing her paw.
July and Eevee can see Jovan and Anna below. Jovan gives Anna a stuffed Vulpix doll after winning in a game of throwing the rings onto a bottle as Dragonair congratulates Jovan.
After riding the carnival wheel, July and Eevee met up with Seth and Slade.
"How was the ride?" Slade asks her.
"It was good." July answered.
"Eevee Ve." Eevee agreed.
July, Seth, Slade and Eevee were sitting at a bench having some sandwiches and juice.
"How about we a magic show?" July suggested.
"Sounds good." Seth answered.
July, Seth and Slade found a tent and went inside. There was a stage the end of the room and may rows of seats.
"Not a lot of people in here." Seth said, looking around the room. He was right. Not many people in the room. There was only six people in the room.
"Let's sit in the front." July said.
July, Eevee, Seth and Slade sits down in the front row and the show begins.
The spotlight shows two people on the stage and Pikachu wearing a cute outfit. The magician was wearing a long green tailed coat, a red vest with a yellow tie, gray pants and black shoes. His assistant was wearing a Goldeen outfit.
"Ladies and gentlemen, thank you for coming." the magician greeted them. "Allow me to introduce myself. I am Melvin the Magician Magnificent."
"At least the crowd's small, nobody will see me." Misty said.
"Misty?" Ash calls to her, recognizing Misty. He was standing in the aisle with Brock, who was eating some popcorn, Jovan, Anna and Dragonair walking up behind them with Anna's stuffed Vulpix in her arms.
"Are you part of the show now, Misty?" Jovan asks her.
"Pika Pi." Pikachu smiled.
"What are you all doing here?" Misty asks her friends, blushing. She was surprised that her friends were there.
"That's a real cute outfit, Misty." Ash said.
"Come on, hurry it up!" a teenager shouted.
"Start the show."
"Yes, yes, of course." Melvin said. "Thank you for your patience."
Ash and the others sit down next to July, Eevee, Seth and Slade.
"Please allow me to present my magical Pokémon, Exeggcute." Melvin said.
Six light pink eggs jumps onto the table. Each "head" has a slightly different facial expression, but each face has triangular eyes with tiny black pupils and a small mouth. Each shell has some cracks, and one member of the bundle usually has its yellow insides exposed.
"Exeggcute!" all the eggs greeted.
"Exeggcute!" Ash smiled, taking out his Poké Dex.
"Exeggcute, an Egg Pokémon. Although it resembles an egg, it is known to be more closely related to the seed of a plant."
"Now it's time for some Exeggcute juggling." Melvin said, juggling the eggs.
"Oh." Jovan said.
Seth gave out a cough.
"Do a trick, will you?!" another man shouted.
"Hold on, the best trick is going to come." Melvin said as he was nervous. "My Pokémon and I are going to some great magic tricks now, which will summaze and apprise you."
"Uh, don't you mean surprise and amaze?" Misty asks him.
"That's right." Melvin said, looking at her. "See, that's why we make such a great team."
"Not really." Misty muttered.
Pikachu was standing behind Melvin, shooting light electric for effects while standing on a box. Melvin was holding a blue scepter. Everyone in the crowd didn't say anything as they watched.
Melvin opens his eyes. "Raging fire." he said, sticking the staff out.
A short flame appeared and disappeared in a second.
Ash, Brock and a few other trainers fell on their seats. Jovan and Anna's jaw drop as July and Seth smiled nervously. Slade, Dragonair and Eevee tilt their heads in confusion.
"That was pathetic!"
"You're the worst!"
"Just one more try." Melvin said. He waves the scepter again and this time fire comes out completely.
Everyone was surprised. Melvin keeps shooting out fire towards the crowd. All of them duck down to avoid the fire.
"Hey!" Misty shouted at him. "Be careful, Melvin!"
"I can't believe it." Melvin smiled, ignoring Misty. "It never worked before."
But the fire came close to sprinklers, setting all them all off. Everyone was getting wet. The sprinkler stops and everyone was soaked. Ash and Brock stands up soaking wet.
"I want my money back!"
"You're the worst!"
Several angry customers started throwing garbage at Melvin for a few seconds.
"Ripoff."
"Wait, don't go!" Melvin pleaded. "The best part is about to start." He got hit in the face by a bottle and fell backwards onto the wet floor. "That hurts." he moaned.
His Pokemon hop over to him.
"Oh." Misty said.
"Pika." Pikachu agreed.
After the show, everyone was standing outside soaking wet. Melvin got fired by the carnival owner. He wanted to have another chance, but the owner refused. Jovan and July were leaning against the crate as Ash was looking at Melvin from behind the crate. Misty stands with him in her Goldeen Costume with a blue shirt to dry herself next to Anna.
Seth was leaning against the crate too, looking at Melvin. Brock stood behind Misty with Slade as Pikachu was standing on top of the crate next Ash. Eevee was sitting down in July's lap and Dragonair looks at them.
"I feel sorry for the guy." Ash said as he stares at Melvin.
"He just doesn't know what's doing." Misty said. "You can relate to that." She walks by Ash.
"What does that mean?" Ash asked confused.
Misty walks over to Melvin to cheer him up. "Don't worry, Melvin." Misty said, causing him to look at her. "Cheer up."
"Fired again." Melvin said sadly, looking back down at the ground. "I'll never make it to Las Vegas."
"Exeggcute..." Exeggute said worried.
Melvin picks up Exeggcute. "I guess we'll have to give up all our dreams." he said sadly.
"Give up?" Ash asks him as they walk up to them. "You're not going to give up on your dream that easy, are you?"
"But-"
"If you show's no good, then learn some new tricks and make it good." Ash interrupted him.
"Good idea." Seth said.
Misty stands up to look at Ash. "Ash does say something right once in a while." Misty smiled.
"Say what?" Ash asks them
"Exeggcute!" they all cheered.
"New tricks?" Melvin asks them.
"We're all going to help you out." Jovan smiled.
"Don't quit now, Melvin." Misty encourages him.
"Okay." Melvin said with a smile. "I'll give it a try."
High above the sky was Team Rocket and Team Neo in the Meowth air balloon. Jessie and James were sun bathing at the top while Meowth was looking through the binoculars as Justin did the same thing while Libby and Sam stood behind them.
"Looks like they're talking to that magician." Meowth said.
"Just wait till they see we have trick or two up our sleeve." Libby smiled evily.
Everyone sits down on the box and begin to watch Melvin.
"Okay, well, here I go." Melvin said. He begins to spin his scepter. "Abrakadabra." He points his scepter and a bunch of flowers pop at the end. "Ta-da."
They all began to clap for him.
"That was great." Misty said, giving him an applause.
"Um, thanks." Melvin said, rubbing the back of his head. But his flowers fell from the scepter to the ground.
"I think the flowers are dead." Seth said.
"And his act." Anna whispered o her friends.
Melvin kneels onto the ground. "All my life, I've dreamed of becoming a magician, entertaining people, seeing their faces light up." Melvin said. "But now the dream is all over."
"Exeggcute!" his Pokémon exclaims, trying to cheer him up.
"Hey." Ash smiled, standing up. "I'll show you how to put on a real magic show."
Everyone looks at Ash.
"What kind of show do you have in mind?" Anna asks Ash.
"I'll do a Pokémon magic show." Ash said with a smile.
A few minutes later, Ash was wearing a red vest that shows his chest and stomach, an arabinan hat and yellow pants.
"Welcome!" Ash smiled to them. "I am the swami, and I an make water, fire, anything appear out of this box. He places a green box with three holes in front of him.
"Yay." Melvin said, clapping.
"What would you like to see first?" Ash asks him.
"Uh, fire."
"Okay." Ash said. He twirls his flute. "Fire appear!"
A flame of fire shot from the hole at Melvin. Melvin was covered in soot and claps his hands.
"That was great." Melvin smiled.
"Now, water appear!"
A spiral of water shot towards the magician, getting him wet.
"How does he do it?" Misty wondered, trying not to get wet.
"Heh heh he." Ash chuckled with his arms crossed. "Water vanish!"
Inside the box was Bulbasaur, Charmander and Squirtle. Squirtle stop its attack.
"Squirtle!" Squirtle yelps, hitting the box after feeling the heat of Charmander's flame.
"Char." Charmander apologized.
"Squirtle Squirt." Squirtle said, telling Charmander to move his tail.
Charmander moves his tail to Bulbasaur and Bulbasaur was feeling the heat.
"Bulb!" Bulbasaur exclaims.
The three of them began to argue, shaking the box.
"Cut it out." Ash whispers to them, trying to hold the box.
"What's happening?" Anna asks Ash.
"Stop it." Ash told his three Pokémon. "Stop fighting!" He was thrown backwards as his three Pokémon were free from the box, causing Charmander to release a Flamethrower at all of them.
Everyone was covered in soot as Bulbasaur and Squirtle were laying in front of Ash.
"Ah..." Ash groans, sitting up. "Guess I needed a bigger box."
"Char." Charmander apologized.
After Ash was clean and back into his normal clothes, he looks at Exeggcute.
"Is Exeggcute the only Pokémon you have?" Jovan asks, walking up to them and standing in front the Pokémon.
"Yes." Melvin answered as everyone was finished getting cleaned.
"They don't do much." Ash said, looking at it. He notice that the Exeggcute was staring at them.
"Why are you looking at us?" Jovan asks Exeggcute, kneeling down.
The six eggs eyes glowed yellow. Ash and Jovan were in a trance.
"You know a staring contest isn't going to get you anywhere." Anna said.
"I like all of you to stop now." Melvin said to the three of them.
"Yes." Jovan said as the two boys stop looking the Pokémon.
"Hm?" Melvin wondered. He looks at Exeggcute and then looks at Ash and Jovan. "Turn around three times and act like a Bulbasaur." he commanded the two boys.
Ash and Jovan turns around three times saying "Bulbasaur, Bulbasaur."
"Nair." Dragonair said, wondering what's wrong.
"Why are they acting like a Bulbasaur?" Seth wondered.
"Aha." Melvin smiled.
"Keep going straight into the leaf forest." Melvin commanded Ash.
Ash, Jovan, Melvin and Exeggcute were walking into the forest after they left the carnival. As was pulling a wagon as Exeggcute and Melvin was sitting in the wagon and Jovan was pushing from behind.
"I hate to do this to you two, but I hate exercise." Melvin said.
Team Rocket and Team Neo was watching from their balloon, spying on them.
"Looks like those two brats are under the magician's spell." Libby said.
"Excellent." Sam smiled.
"What's the plan, Jessie?" Justin asks Jessie.
"We follow them and see what they're up to." Jessie answered. "Then we make our move."
"Are you sure it was them?" July asks Seth.
Everyone was following the trail in the forest.
"Yes." Seth said. "Someone saw them going to Leaf Forest."
Pikachu stops running and sniffs at the track. "Pika Pika Pika." Pikachu said, pointing.
"They've must have come through here." Anna said.
"But why did Jovan and Ash went with Melvin?" Seth wondered.
"I think I know why." Anna answered.
Everyone looks at her.
"I think Jovan and Ash have been put under hypnosis attack from Exeggcute." Anna said. "And now they're controlling him."
"Exeggcute belongs to Melvin so he can do Jovan and Ash do anything he wants." Slade said.
"Right." Anna nodded.
July looks at Dragonair, Eevee and Dragonair.
"Let's keep searching." July said to them.
Melvin smiled when he saw their destination.
"Stop." Melvin ordered.
Ash and Jovan stops the wagon.
"Come here, Jovan." Melvin commanded.
Jovan walks to Melvin and Ash.
"Now Ash, you say your dream is to become a Pokémon Master, right?" Melvin asks Ash.
"Yes." Ash answered.
"Then use your Poké Dex and tell me what those are." Melvin said, pointing at some palm trees.
But it is a tall, bipedal Pokémon that resembles a palm tree. Its body and legs are light brown with thin black rings and its legs are thick with two-toed feet. There light yellow paw pad on each foot's underside. It has thin, green leaves sprouting from the top of its body. It has three to six round, light yellow heads that resemble coconuts, each with differing facial expressions.
"Exeggutor, a Coconut Pokémon. Also known as "The Walking Tropical Rain Forest." Each coconut has a distinct face and its own character. Its special attack is Hypnosis."
"I like you two to battle these Exeggutor for me." Melvin said to the two boys.
"Yes master." Ash said, taking out three Poké Balls. "Bulbsaur, Charmander, Squirtle, attack." He throws all three of them and Charmander, Bulbasaur and Squirtle appeared.
"Go." Jovan said,, throwing three Poké Balls as well and Charmander, Bulb and Aqua appeared.
The six Pokémon began to attack all the Coconut Pokémon.
"Now I'll capture the ones you've weakened!" Melvin yells, throwing one Poké Ball at an Exeggutor.
Ash and Jovan said nothing as Melvin was capturing all the Exeggutor as Exeggcute was cheering. This went on for an hour. All six Pokémon was tired, panting as they try to catch their breath.
"Look at all the Exeggutor I caught." Melvin said as many Coconut Pokémon stands before them. He looks at Ash and Jovan. "That's all for now."
"Yes master." the two boys said. "Return, everyone."
The six Pokémon transform into red energy and went inside the Poké Balls.
"Now that I've captured these Exeggutor, I can put everyone at the carnival under hypnosis and command all of them to come to my magic show." Melvin said. "At last, I'm finally on my way to Las Vegas."
His Exeggcue was happy for him.
"In your dreams." a voice said.
"Who's there?" Melvin wondered as a thick fog appeared.
The fog disappeared as Jessie and James stood back to back. Jessie was wearing a red dress as James was wearing a blue tuxedo. Libby was wearing a black dress and Sam was wearing a white tuxedo.
"Prepare for trouble!"
"And make it double!"
"To protect the world from devastation!"
"To unite all peoples within our nation!"
"The look like magicians more than I am." Melvin said.
"To denounce the evils of truth and love!"
"To extend our reach to the stars above!"
Meowth was pushing a box and spins it around before Jessie, James, Libby and Sam steps inside and the box closed.
"Jessie!" Jessie exclaims, sticking her head out.
"James!" James did the same thing.
"Alakazam kalamazoo!" Meowth exclaims, throwing a white sheet over the box. He pulls the sheet and the box wasn't there as Justin appeared. "Presto!"
"That was great." Melvin smiled, clapping his hands. "You guys are wonderful!"
"It's not over yet." Jessie's voice said from above.
Melvin looks up and sees Team Rocket and Team Neo in their uniform on the air balloon.
"Team Rocket blasts off at the speed of light!"
"Surrender now, or prepare to fight!"
The four villains jumps off from the balloon and Justin jumps backward to avoid getting crushed.
"Meowth that's right." Meowth said.
Melvin was amazed by their tricks. Jessi and James walks up to him side by side.
"If you were a magician, you can do tricks like that." James said.
"That's right." Jessie added.
"They're right." Melvin muttered, looking down at the ground. "My magic stinks."
"You're obviously stink as a magician, but you're good at catching Exeggutor for us." Jessie said.
"Now we'll make them disappear." James smiled evilly.
Meowth lands on Melvin's head. "And we'll use their hypnotic power to capture all the Pokémon in the world."
"No, you can't!" Melvin pleaded.
Jessie and James takes out some rope.
"You don't have a choice." Libby smiled evily.
Jessie and James begins to the poor magician.
"Exeggcute!" Exeggcute shouted angrily, hopping down to the ground.
Team Rocket and Team Neo turns around.
"Be quiet or we'll scramble you." Sam threatens them.
The six eggs growled.
"That's better." Libby smiles evilly. "Now there's something we want you to do for us."
Then they notice that the six eggs were glowing.
"Why is glowing?" James wondered
Exeggcute was covered in a white light.
"Is id doing a magic trick?" Justin wondered.
"No, it's evolving!" Libby exclaims.
The light disappeared and Exeggutor appeared, looking at them angrily.
"It's an Exeggutor!" they all exlcaim.
Exeggcutor's eyes began to glow yellow, sending out a mysterious wave.
"Why am I feeling tired?" Libby wondered, feeling tired.
"Hypnosis waves are coming out from its eye." Meowth pointed out.
"Don't look at it." Libby said as they all turn their heads away and notice they were staring at all of the Exeggcutor.
"Too late..." James moans.
Melvin smiled and got up. "Good work, Exeggutor." he said. "Huh?" But he notice that all of the Exeggcutor is still using Hypnosis. "Exeggcutor, no more Hypnosis." Melvin ordered.
"Exeggcutor." it said as it stops it attack.
"What happened?" Melvin wondered. He notice his Exeggutor is walking away. "Where are all of you going?" The Coconut Pokémon tramples all over him in the dirt, breaking free from his ropes. "I don't I get the respect I deserve." Melvin said as he was knocked out.
As they were running, Misty notices a forest was moving towards them.
"The forest is moving!" Misty exclaims as everyone stops running.
"That's no a forest." Brock said. "It's a heard of Exeggutor!"
"AAHH!" they all yelled, getting out of their way.
"What's going on?!" Misty yelled.
As they were watching the heard running, Anna notices Team Rocket and Team Neo. "It's Team Rocket and Team Neo!" she exclaims.
After the heard passes them, everyone kept running and sees Ash, Melvin and Jovan lying in the dirt.
"Are you okay, Ash?" Misty asks him, kneeling next to Ash as she tries to wake him up.
"Jovan!" July cried, shaking her brother.
"Pikachu, you got to do something quick to help Ash!" Misty exclaims to the Mouse Pokémon.
"Pikachu!" Pikachu shouted, shocking Ash to wake up.
"AAHH!" Ash shouted as he was getting electrocuted and sits up. "What's going on?" He wondered. "I don't remember anything."
Jovan slowly opens his eyes. He gives out a small yawn and sits up straight. "Why are we here in the forest?" Jovan wondered, looking around the forest and looking at himself. "And why are there footprints here?"
"You two were under a deep hypnosis." Anna explains to Jovan.
"Now I remember." Jovan said, remembering what happened He stands up and turns around. "Where's Melvin?"
"Ash, Jovan." Melvin said as he was being helped by Brock.
"What did you do, Melvin?" Jovan asks him.
"The Exeggutor used Hypnosis on each other and they're all confused." Melvin answered sadly.
"The Exeggutor is heading into town right now, you two." Seth said.
"We need to stop them!" Jovan exclaims.
"Now they're beyond my control." Melvin muttered.
Jovan growls, hoping the people get out of the way.
Everyone was having a great time at the carnival. But the music stops and a siren went off.
"What's going on?" a guy wondered, seeing something in the distance.
"The forest is moving!"
"That's not a forest! It's a heard of Exeggutor!"
Everyone panicked as the Exeggutor entered the town.
After making it back into town, everyone was standing in the ruins of the carnival.
"This is bad." Jovan said, looking around the destruction.
"They stampede right through the carnival." Anna said.
"I hope nobody got hurt or..." July said, hugging her brother's arm.
"Hey you!" the carnival owner shouted, running towards them.
Melvin hides behind Brock.
"You kids better get out of here because those Exeggutor is coming back." the carnival owner tells them. "I've planted a time bomb in this clearing. It'll blow up just as they it to this field."
"That's terrible!" Anna exclaims. "All of those Exeggutor is under Hypnosis. "They don't even realize what they're doing. It's not their fault."
"Who cares!" he snapped. "We can't let them do anymore damage to the town. Now get out of here and fast." The owner runs away from them.
"Why do people have to be stubborn?" Misty groans.
"What are we supposed to do now?" Melvin asks Ash.
"Ash and I will stop them." Jovan said walking forward.
"You're coming with us, Melvin." Misty said, grabbing Melvin's hands and followed Ash and Jovan.
Everyone made it to the center of town as Exeggutor stampede back into town.
"Bulbsaur, Squirtle, Charmander, attack!" Ash shouted, throwing three Poké Balls. The spheres opened as Charmander, Squirtle and Bulbasaur appeared.
"Help us out!" Jovan shouted, throwing three Poké Balls as Charmander, Bulb and Aqua appeared.
"Sqruitle, Water Gun!" Ash ordered.
"Use Water Gun!" Jovan commanded.
Aqua and Squirtle open their mouths to release a spiral of water at the Exeggutor.
"That should wake them up." Ash smiled.
As the attacks stop, the Exeggutor kept going.
"They're liking the water, Jovan." Slade said to Jovan.
"Let's try Razor Leaf then!" Jovan ordered.
Razor sharp leaves flew towards the Coconut Pokémon. But the leaves cut the palms instead.
"When did you became a hair stylist?!" Anna groans.
"Squirtle, Bublbasaur, return!" Ash commanded. Squirtle and Bublbasaur transforms into red energy and went back inside the Poké Ball.
"Bulb, Aqua, come back!" Jovan ordered.
"Squirtle." Aqua said as the two Pokémon runs to Jovan's side.
"Charmander, use Flamethrower!" Jovan commanded.
Both Charmander open their mouths and fired their flames at the Exeggutor.
"Ex?!" it gasps in confusion.
"They're waking up!" Brock smiled.
"Stop, Exeggutor!" Ash commanded.
Exeggutor stops walking.
"Charmander, rapid Flamethrower, let's go!" Jovan ordered.
"Char!" Both Charmander shouted, releasing streams of fire at the squad.
Half of the squad has woken up after twenty minutes passed.
"That time bomb will go off any second, Jovan." Anna said to Jovan.
Jovan looks back at Charmander as both Charmander stops attacking and sits down, exhausted.
"Charmander!" Ash and Jovan shouted as they run over to them and kneel next to them.
"We have to stop the Exeggutor before time runs out." Anna said to Seth.
"Wait, I got it!" Misty exclaims, having an idea. She turns around to face Melvin. "Melvin you wake all the Exeggutor at the same with your fire magic trick."
"Huh?" Melvin asked confused. "But all I do is make a mess of things. I can't do it."
"But Melvin, you to do it." Misty encourages him. You said it was your dream to be a magician. You must wake them up for their sake and your sake."
Melvin looks up at the marching squad. "I know I can't do it." Melvin said, looking away from his Exeggutor.
"You can do it." Misty said.
"Look at my friend's Charmander." Anna said as the three of them looks at both exhausted Charmander. "If that little Pokémon worked so hard, then at least you should try."
Melvin nodded his head and walks by Misty and Anna. "I'll give it my best shot." Melvin said.
"Melvin." Misty smiled.
"Melvin, Charmander, it's up to you three." Jovan said to them.
Both Charmander and Melvin nodded their heads.
"Raging Fire!" Melvin shouted, releasing a stream of fire as both Charmander used Flamethrower.
Both fires hits all the Exeggcutor. All of them woke up, including Team Rocket and Team Neo.
"Who?" Jessie wondered.
But they were being pushed as the Exeggutor began to leave town. Melvin stood there amazed. "I... did it." Melvin muttered before he smiled. "I did it!" He turns to look at them. "I really did it!"
"Good job, Melvin!" Jovan smiled.
Melvin heard some footsteps and turns around to see his Exeggutor. "Exeggutor, your hypnosis spell is broken." Melvin said as he walks up to it and gives it a hug. "This is so wonderful."
Everyone heard a big explosion behind them, causing them to turn around.
"That was close." Misty said.
"You're right." Melvin said. "Thank goodness no one got hurt."
"Char." Ash's Charmander sighs in relief.
"Charmander!" Jovan's Charmander gasps, looking at her body.
Ash and Jovan turns around and notice the two Charmander glowing.
"What is it, Charmander?" Jovan asks her.
Brock, Misty, Anna, July, Seth, Slade, Dragonair, Eevee, Bulb, Aqua and Pikachu turns around.
"Nair?" Dragonair asked confused.
"Charmander looks funny." Anna said.
"They're both evolving." Brock said.
Charmander was cover in a white light and grew a little bit taller. The glow disappeared and a new Pokémon stands in front of everyone.
It was a bipedal, reptilian Pokémon. It has dark red scales and a cream underside from the chest down. It has blue eyes and a long snout with a slightly hooked tip. On the back of its head is a single horn-like protrusion. It has relatively long arms with three sharp claws. Its short legs have plantigrade feet with three claws and cream-colored soles. The tip of its long, powerful tail has a flame burning on it.
"Char!" Jovan's Charmeleon exlcaims.
Everyone takes out their Poké Dex.
"Charmeleon, the Flame Pokémon. It has razor-sharp claws and its tail is exceptionally strong."
"Cogradulations, Charmeleon." Jovan said to the two Flame Pokémon. He walks up to it and gives her a hug.
Charmeleon opens her mouth and release a Flamethrower, missing him.
"Watch it!" Jovan shouted, startled by the Flamethrower.
Everyone laughed.
It was the afternoon as everyone left town and was saying bye to Melvin and Exeggutor as the two of them see them off.
"Never forget your dream!" Misty called.
"Practice makes perfect!" Jovan added.
"We'll see you in Las Vegas!" Seth called.
"Thank you!" Melvin called to them. "All of you!"
"Goodbye!" everyone said before they started walking.
Seth notices the Vulpix doll in Anna's arms. "When did you get the Vulpix doll?" he asks her.
"Today at the carnival." Anna answers Seth.
"Did you win it?" Slade asked.
"I can answer that." July said with a sly smile. "Jovan won it for her in a game on their date."
"How did you know I won in a game?!" Jovan exclaims.
"Jovan and I are not dating!" Anna exclaims, her face blushing.
"Your face says otherwise." July said.
"Dragon Nair." Dragonair agreed
Everyone chuckled as Jovan's face turned red.
"Perhaps we should head back to the carnival." July suggested. "Do you think they'll have a tunnel of for a cute couple like you two?"
"July!" Jovan shouted as he begins to chase July while everyone was laughing.
A big day. Our heroes enjoyed a carnival. Helped Melvin the magician to stop the heard of a rampaging Exeggutor and Ash's Charmander and Jovan's Charmander both evolved into Charmeleon. And What about Team Rocket?
Back with the Exeggutor, Team Rocket and Team Neo was being shoved by the Exeggutor.
"Stop shoving!" Libby grunted.
"Looks like Team Rocket is marching off again!"
