harry, Draco, miles, Theo and another man enter the next day to find most of the wounded sent off the days before were back and the people already there had a questioning look

"Who's this"

Harry also had a look

"how is he here isn't he a Muggle"

miles Draco and the other man shared a laugh

"we made you think that Leonardo was a Muggle Harry as we all needed the practice of being around Muggles so while we knew he was a wizard we didn't tell you" Draco said

"fuck for a leader I don't know much about my men anyway the memory about to be shown is from here when we first entered still with the crash injurys..." Harry said as the magical cinema screen played

the feast was in full force the first years had been sorted 3 missing and dumbledore was thinking of sending someone to collect Harry when the door to the hall burst open and Harry came in with a crutch and a brace for his still broken leg miles with an eyepatch for his eye he lost in the crash (was replaced with a more normal looking 'mad eye' eye later) and Draco with his right arm and left leg in casts and being pushed in a wheelchair by miles

"you must be the missing first years welcome to Hogwarts we will bring the sorting hat back fir your sorting" dumbledore said

"which ever one of you is potter what ever house your in loses 12 points for you faking injury"

"I think it's professor snape these are not fake do you watch or read Muggle news? well me miles and Draco here got into a plane crash near LV and I broke a leg draco a leg an and arm miles lost an eye" Harry called out "oh and Fezziwig from Torsk has asked for when he would be getting his 17 gallions."

"So you 3 are the ones he said had promise coming to me I will see you in class Tomorrow to see if he right before I send the 17 gallions or he will" Snape replayed

by this point everyone's favourite head of Griffendor had re-entered with the sorting hat and by this point most students had stopped eating (but one we all know and hate Ron Weasley) and are focused on who is being sorted where

Draco went first and unlike in cannon he hat takes about 8 seconds instead of 0.8 seconds and says

"Ravenclaw" and the hat internally to Draco said "due to your 'slave contact' that is hardly followed but the law says you have to go to the house of the contract master"

"can someone please push me to the table" Draco asked

as Harry pushed Draco miles next went to Ravenclaw as well for the aforementioned reason along with a "oh and tell Draco before the end for this year" (readers may know what he talking about *cough Draco and miles being together cough*)

then Harry when the hat was put on him it said "ah the boy I saw good things about in the memories of the other 2 let's see yes I would think Slytherin would be great but knowing your going to make it look you on the headmaster's side I'm sorry but you going though 7 years of hell" the hat said before shouting"Griffindor"

this is what the group had planned for but it would not effect their friendship as Harry moves to his table he sits next to some very great 3rd year called Fred and George and by the end.of dinner made his first 2 Hogwarts friends.

back in the future

"yes everyone I wasn't even ment to be a lion so that covers the start of Hogwarts other then an outburst at Ron for saying we were friends when I never meet him" Harry said

"what did you mean by Miles lost an eye he has both of them?" Kingsley (who is also tied up) asked

"well you know 'mad eye', rest in peace, he asked the guy who made his eye to make a version for me and as mine is not a prototype it looks almost normal but that is not until 2nd year before then it was eye patch first then a glass eye"

"oh miles we might want to go to that meeting we had in the common room that day"

"oh yes Draco a story on why on one ravenclaw was ever tied up and that one being our spy..."

"ok first years how to enter the common room is by pass a riddle let's see what it is this time" ravenclaw prefect Alex knight said

the portrait asks "what instills fear in it pray and fears not for itself"

miles being a bit of a warship geek said "Dreadnought battleships?"

"wow a raven who actually researchers about Muggle warfare that is one answer I would let you pass for"

"thank you there..?' the prefect starts

"Prower miles prower-black"

"well please stay back after the others have sent off"

after explaining how the dorms are set up (2 people of same gender per room) miles, Draco bunking together everyone else went to the dorm but miles Draco (as he needed someone to push him) and the students above 3rd year

"what did you pull there kid" the prefect from earlier said "you have made prefect like me look stupid and I'm putting you in your place I challenge you to a dual right now"

"on behalf of the noble and ancient house of black and the noble house of prower accept your dual but only with fists as it is always the the person challenged who chooses the method so mote be it"

And after a flash of magic a one sided fist fight happend one sided as while in the magical town of Torsk California miles had learned hand to hand combat and was stronger then he looked where as the prefect was like the average American and overweight along with never learning hand to hand.

"I win which thinking about it I never said out loud what I get if I win so I get to choose now and I think there is a new slave contact with your name on it" miles said "also I'm using this time to claim the head of the royalty in this house if the now previous king or queen has a problem please let it be known and then you will join him on the floor"

back in 1999

"wait that's how you ruled the claws damn you really did go overkill on the training" Harry said

"yeah it was also a damn shame alex died in the same attack that Voldemort thought he killed me in

"I would have done as well if not for that stupid whatever got in the way of the curse"

"Mr prower was that necessary back then" dumbledore asked calmly

"yes or lose both eyes or something like that"

"anyway on to the troll incident

helloween 1991 Hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry, charms classroom.

Harry miles and Draco (in this world Griffendor and ravenclaw are in same classes most of the time) who had to hold back their true skills in the class when the levitation spell was being done as it is not Snape's class so they don't have to show their skills are leaving the whole Hermione and Ron thing happens miles being the only one not just out of a cast for broken bones and the only one who can fight grabbed Ron and punched him hard in the one place a man would never want to get hit In while Draco tries to help Hermione bit instead get told "I don't need help from a aristocratic pureblood like you malfoy" (going off what she was told not the truth) and left.

this also set Draco off who ran to the boys bathroom on the 3rd floor miles then stops injuring Ron wipes his mind and runs after Draco thankful for no believable witnesses for once being glad for pureblood laws.

a few hours later

Harry was worried Draco and miles had been gone for some time Hermione to but he was only worried about the boys when quirral entered shouting"TROLL TROLL IN THE DUNGEONS JUST SO YOU KNOW" and falling face first in a faint.

"all students go to the common rooms" dumbledore said on purposely forgetting Slytherin and the author personal house (Hufflepuff) were in the place where the troll was.

Harry being Harry goes to find miles and Draco who enter from the courtyard hand in hand then sees the students and Harry and Draco asked "what happened?"

"troll we got to worn Hermione"

"let's do so" miles answered for Draco and him

and so they went and the whole scene happens just with more competent wizards who knock the troll out and leaves before the professors arrive.

in an unused classroom miles was shown a few days before with the group

"so I have been lied to about you being a blood purest instead you parents are and your under a contract with miles here?" Hermione asked draco

"yeah although it would be null and void at some point as" Draco says holding miles hand "miles has revealed that he has some feelings for me.im a romantic way and were just oy going to more then likely hold hands until 3rd year but we are together I that way now oh we got to go"

"so that how Hermione became an unknowing allie to us and also how me and Draco got together and also later that day Leonardo sent his first report on how getting alliances in Canada is going"

"been though a lot today need sleep no first sex then sleep, before you give me that look we are using protection miles so you won't become an uncle yet" Harry said

"good oh and by the way I staying here tonight to talk with some people who we need memories from good night Harry"miles said

and with that Harry left.

that is the longest chapter I ever wrote and that covers all but the quidditch part of the start of first year (the quidditch part didn't happen as Draco is not like the Draco in cannon for the most part)
