Disclaimer: I don't own Danny Phantom or Scooby-Doo and the Ghoul School. I do not own the original story this is based on.

After a long day yesterday, Danny and Phantasma leaned back in the Specter Speeder. The ghost boy was exceptionally exhausted, on an emotional level, after meeting Kaite again. Cute while wearing a bikini or not, the girl left some wounds. While they were;t scars, the boy was definitely not ready to confront her again.

Phantasma, sensing Danny's stress, wrapped her arms around her boyfriend in an attempt to calm him down. The shivering didn't stop, but it was worth a try. Her warm hug against cold walls was the only comfort that reached Danny's mind, worrying the others.

"Is Danny gonna be ok?" Dani asked, glancing behind from the second seat of the cockpit. Jazz gave a glance through a mirror, noting her brother's frightened demeanor.

"I don't," she whispered. "I've rarely seen him like this. And usually it doesn't involve ghosts."

"It doesn't?"

"Well, there was that one time we thought he was going crazy, but that was Youngblood just messing with him constantly."

Dani blinked as she continued to stare. She once heard of a ghost called Youngblood but didn't think someone like him could make her cousin jump out of his skin.

The last leg was silent as the group arrived at their final destination, a monster resort. Phantasma had chosen this location, not by random, but because she and Dani had a surprise there for the group. They had been planning it for months.

It took all of the two ghost girls' willpower not to let their big smiles give away the secret surprise waiting for them at the Monster Resort. Jazz noticed but decided to stay quiet and leave her brother in the dark for now.

However, once their destination comes into view. The actual reason for this sudden change in direction was becoming apparent. Jazz and Danny gasped in awe as they saw the place.

It was a monster resort hidden in a desolated area where the sun could shine.

Landing, the ghostly girls flew off as they spotted their classmates and friends.

Danny smiled when he saw the other monster ghouls joining together for a group hug.

"Hello there, ghoul friends!" Phantasma cackled. She flew over in a heartbeat as she, Dani, and the ghouls greeted each other with a big hug.

Danny and Jazz smiled. This was a big surprise, meeting the cast from the ghoul school. When the students realized their families had booked reservations this week, it only took seconds to have everything organized.

"Dawww...it's so ghoul having everyone together!" Elsa exclaimed. The Frankenstein girl didn't let go of anyone out of joy. While a human would've been crushed, the other ghouls just squealed in delight. Even Dani showed happiness.

"It's so good to see you guys," Dani said, squeezing tighter.

Once the Monster group hug settled down, all the ghouls started to converse with one another. Danielle got to brag to Tanis, Elsa, and Winnie about all the human food she got to eat at the resort. Which slightly grossed out the ghouls but still maintained an interest in what she experienced. Especially when she mentions meeting Shaggy Rogers and Scooby-Doo.

"Awww! You got to see Scooby-Doo!" Tanis pouted.

"Awooo! Next time you see them, tell em to come visit!" Winnie howled.

Elsa nodded. The ghouls missed their old teachers, though they could've sworn there had been three. It didn't seem necessary, so everyone dropped it. Dani giggled, now really happy to have met the two. The younger halfa was going to question Shaggy and Scooby next time she saw them,

Meanwhile, Sibella pulled Phanty away for a more private conversation between themselves.

"So, hows your vacation?" Sibella asked.

"A total scream!" Phanty replied before looking over at Danny with sultry eyes. "And speaking of screams..."

"Oh, my!" Sibella exclaimed as she practically flew over to Danny. It was the first time seeing the ghostly hero in person, and the vampire was beaming fang to fang. The posters did nothing for the ghost boy's appearance. The vampire girl glowed with a blush as she barely contained herself. It was like meeting your hero and crush at the same time.

"H-h-hello..." Sibella said in a nervous voice. She extended her hand to wave but couldn't contain her excitement and hugged the ghost boy. Phanty and Dani giggled as Danny held an embarrassed blush.

The ghost boy contemplated how he would have reacted if he had met her before Phantasma.

"Daw...ok, that's enough of that," Elsa said, prying Sibella off the ghost boy. "Let's not gawk at Phanty's boyfriend anymore. We all haven't said our hellos yet."

"Oh...right...sorry," Sibella replied with a blush. She backed away as the rest of the ghouls came over to say hi to Phanty's boyfriend and Dani's family.

"Daw...anyway. Hi, I'm Else Frankenstein, nice to meet you," Elsa said, holding out her hand to greet the ghost boy properly.

Danny shook it, surprised at the strength behind her grip. If this was a cartoon, he'd probably have his hand crushed comically. Before the ghost boy could quip about her supernatural body strength, he could feel something or someone crawling up his back. It was Winnie, and she seemed to be checking out his body, poking with a clawed finger.

"Let me guess, you're Winnie," Danny chuckled as the little werewolf jumped off.

"Awooo! Nice to meet you! Dani talks a lot about you," Winnie greeted. Jazz walked up with a smile.

"She talks about you as well," the elder sister said. Bending down, she shook hands as Tanis came over.

"Phanty talks about Danny too. But who are you?" Tanis asked. She nipped at her thumb, studying Jazz.

"This is Jazz, Danny's sister," Dani floated over, introducing the girl. "I have met had a chance to meet her till like earlier."

The older sister waved hello as she greeted each of the ghouls.

"What brought you ghouls here?" Danny asked.

"Our daddy's wanted us to have a good time. And when they heard about this place, they all got tickets," Tanis explained.

"It was sheer coincidence that they all had the same days," Sibella added. She then gasped. "Oh! You haven't met them yet!"

"Uh...I don't think that's a—"

"Dada! Over here!" Elsa yelled, waving her arm.

Danny frowned when he saw the group of monsters coming his way. He saw an adult werewolf, a Frankenstein-like monster, a big mummy, and a purple male vampire.

Unless he was gravely mistaken, they are the parents of the ghouls. A chill ran circles up and down Danny's spine as he revealed The Phantom. Chances are, these fathers might just react as well.

But an arm from Phanty and Sibella pulled him towards the crowd. Her pause through, but the men had seen him already. So, Danny prepared for the worst and hoped he'd love to see the end of puberty.

"Daddy! You must meet this boy! He's an absolute scream!" Sibella yelled.

That gave the wrong impression that Phantasma was draping herself around the boy as Sibella did. Elsa and Dani slapped their faces. The ghost boy looked to be landing the two girls at once. And that got the fathers' suspicion.

"Hmmm...so you're the famous Danny, Phantasma has been talking about. I'm Sibella's father, Bela Dracula," the vampire greeted him. He gave a dramatic wave of his cape and bowed.

"Well, he at least has plenty of meat on his bones." The Wolfman said, looking a bit hungry as he bared his fangs at the young halfa.

Danny tried his best to stand brave in front of the monster men but found that difficult. Since the next monster dad to greet him was a very Frankenstein-like monster. Who grabbed the ghost by his head and lifted him up to stare at him face to face.

"Daw...I thought that he would be tall than this." Elsa's father said as he still held the ghost boy up to his eye level. Until someone lowered his arm down with some wrapping cloth as a lasso and grabbed Danny with said cloth.

"Easy there Franklin, don't forget this kid's also half human and we all know how fragile human can be." The Mummy man said, gazing at the ghost boy with his blackened empty eyes. Soon, the monster dads surrounded the half-ghost boy, who didn't want to fight any of them in front of their respective daughters and his family.

"Uhhh...not to sound weird, but none of you are going to kill me?" Danny asked, trying to sound typical, in a sense. He eyed the fathers and expected at least one of them to chop or bite his head off.

"Well...we were going to wait a bit but..."

"Daddy! Knock it off!" Sibella yelled, getting her fathers attention, especially since she flew between him and Danny

The other ghouls Did the same as they shielded Danny from the fatherly wave of wrath. They gave stern eyes as they halted their fathers into submission, calming them effectively.

The monster parents looked a little sheepish as they turned to Danny.

"Uhhh...sorry," Dracula said apologetically.

"Yeah, sorry. We may have gotten a little overboard," Papa Werewolf said.

"I guess we got wrapped up in our emotions," Tanis' father said.

"Duh...At least no one got hurt badly," Frakenteen SR said.

"After what The Phatnom said about you, we had to be sure nothing would happen to our girls," the mummy added.

Danny sent them an annoyed look before sighing in some relief. They weren't like The Phantom, which meant he could probably get some sleep without the looming fear of a father figure hovering over him waiting to strike.

"Well, at least I don't have to worry about being torn limb from limb," Danny muttered.

"Bat's the spirit!" Sibella quipped. The other ghouls giggled as the ghost boy rolled his eyes.

He was probably not to understand ghouls this trip.

"Why don't we all take a picture to commemorate, please?" Phanty suggested with big eyes.

Danny wasn't so sure but was willing to give a shadow of a doubt. After all, everything was cleared up, and no harm was done. What's the worst that can happen?

The monsters and ghouls scorched together as they posed for the picture. Till they remembered nobody was holding a camera. Embarrassed, the fathers decided to have the kids together. They watched as Danny Phantom and Phantasma took the center as Sibella cuddled against the ghost boy's open side. Elsa got in the back with Jazz as Dani went to the front with Winnie and Tanis, all striking funny poses.

"Scream!" The mummy said, aiming.

The ghouls screamed as loud as possible, surprising Danny and Jazz, who winced at the high-pitched squeals. Thye looked ridiculous in the photo, as the fathers saw, it was decided there would be a second photo. But without the screaming.

"Say monster mash!" the werewolf howled.

"Monster mash!"

With a click and a flash, the picture was snapped. And at just the right moment. Phanty decided to have a little fun and give Danny a kiss on the cheek. The ghost boy blushed as Sibella gave a playful rib jab.

The ghost boy gave his girlfriend a playful smile, intending to pay her back. But the banshee flew away, just to tease him more.

The monsters and ghouls laughed as Danny wanted to give chase, but a stern reminder from Jazz told them otherwise.

"Danny! We still have to check in and unpack," Jazz said. "You can always get back at Phantasma later. We need to unpack."

Dani giggled as she watched her cousin fly back mopingly as everyone went back to grab their things from the Spector Speeder.

After dealing with the small details, Danny had finished unpacking and went to check on his girlfriend. Along the way, he noticed similarities between the monster and the human spa that had been at. Both had a routine with workers in clean uniforms (clean being debatable to some monsters) that walked around tending to the building. There were massages and buffets. But the tables were on the floors and walls with some in the air. The pool had something with tentacles living in it, and it seemed some rooms were never cleaned.

Phasing into Phanty's room, the ghost boy crept over invisibly before reappearing with his hands over the banshee's eyes.

"Guess boo?" Danny said, unsure if the pun worked.

"That's not how you say it, but it's a start," Phantasma cackled lightly. The banshee took the boy's hands and spun around. "You having fun, Danny?" Her cackle grew. "It's a real scream here!"

"It's taking some time to get used to, but I have a question. You didn't mind when Sibella hugged me," Danny gave Phantasma a curious and playful eye. "What's up with that?"

Phantasma blinked as she put on a sly smile. "Sibella and I have been bestfiends since forever. If there's anyone I'll allow to touch my boyfriend, she's one of them. The other being Elsa."

It was Danny's turn to blink as he stared at the banshee. Of all the times she had shown jealousy, it was surprising to hear how comfortable she was when her friends were concerned. But it just goes to show how close the girls were.

"Besides." Phantasma poked the ghost boy's nose. "We all know in the end, I'm the only ghoul in your heart."

Danny blushed. He sighed and left, but not before giving his girlfriend a peck on the lips. Phanty swooned, trying to get the ghost boy to stay and help her unpack some lipstick. All she got was her ghostly boyfriend shaking head as he phased through the door.

She pouted but shrugged. They still had tomorrow to enjoy the place. It was the last day of spring break, so it was best to make the most of it.

Danny and company were having fun on their last day of vacation. The ghost boy was looking around, taking in the sights. And while the food was sometimes questionable to him, he was enjoying himself. Despite being half-ghost, Danny lived his life as a human, not much of being a halfa.

It was a feeling that needed some time to get used to, but it wasn't bad or weird. It had a glimpse of naturalness to it.

"Ya know, a ghoul could get used to this kind of afterlife style," Phanty said to herself, purely enjoying the moment.

"And I bet you'd like me in it more," Danny added with a chuckle.

Phanty nodded as she grabbed his arm.

"So, what do you wanna do for our last day?.."Danny asked his ghostly girlfriend.

Phanty cackled. The banshee was having the time of her afterlife. The only time she floated still was during a meal or sleeping.

"Well now, my haunting hunk." Phantasma walked two fingers around the boy's shoulders. "I have this most phantastic plan for today. From the tsunami pool to the all-you-can-feast buffet to reading by the beach, with only the wails of the waves keeping us company. How does that sound?"

"Sounds like a wail of a time," Danny chuckled.

Phantasma cackled loudly, happy her boyfriend was so supportive of her world. She gave him bedroom eyes as she gave a peck on the lips. Today had gone wonderful, and that's the way she wanted it.

Just her and Danny.

But the two were never alone. From afar, a ghost watched from a safe distance. His hands squeezed in anger as he attempted to crush his drink, slurping loudly as it emptied.

"So, that's how it's gonna be, huh?" the figure said in silent rage. "Well then, prepare for an encounter like never before."

It took too long (and that's an understatement), but I am done with spring break! Now we can focus on the plot, like who was the ghost spying on our spirited couple. Tune in as we also get to see some spooky setups and get something out of the way that's been needed to be done. Have a good day and stay healthy!

Reviews:

61494: Alright, Maui. I'll ask if I need any more help.

RonaldM40196867: No. Phantasma has a different set of powers, which will be shown in the next arc.

Jebest4781: Those will be taken care of later. The chest of the thirteen ghosts is still under watch.

LockAndKey988: She'll find someone. Though not as soon as you'd think.

Luiz4200: Actually, the masseuse's gimmick wasn't ruined. He just said that because he thought Tucker and Velma might ruin things. They didn't. Everyone had a chance to talk things out.

Dreams Come True 996: No worries. I've been INCREDIBLY late with finishing this arc. Anyway, things should be picking up now.

Fantom(Guest): No problem.

William Escobar 608: 1) Danny no lo es. 2) Quizás. 3)?4) Cono?

Jay The Average Fanboy: Thank you for the five consecutive reviews. All your questions in order: Yes, I have one indie game to be referenced later( the question is will you recognize it), most likely, yes, yes, yes( her mother gave it to her), yes, those three appeared at the very end of Scooby-Doo and the Ghoul School, a ghost can chant certain spells but are highly susceptible to magic, no clue at the moment.

Khy Dragon(Guest): Thanks!
