Dear Diary, 2/9/06
Well I just arrived at East High School and I'm a bit nervous because I don't know anybody. Well I guess Troy Bolton has been nice to me, showing me around. There's this one girl, Sharpay Evans, who is kind of mean, just because I was talking to Troy. The new school musical is coming. Who knows? I might audition for it! Well so far, I'm doing pretty good in my classes. My dad is unpacking the stuff. My mom died a few years ago. She had cancer. I have one little brother, but he's annoying. I think I have a pretty good voice. Well I have to start helping my dad!

I kind of have a crush on Troy. He probobaly has a girlfriend though. He's the star of the basketball team. His girlfriend is a cheerleader, I bet. I met this girl named Kelsi. We're sort of friends. She say's she can play the piano really good. So I signed up for the musical! I probably won't get even sing a line. I'm really bummed about how much homework I have. My brother keeps on sneeking into my room when I'm not home! I think I should get a lock! Well, I'll keep updating soon!
