Dauntless Dimensions

Chapter VIII

The Dauntless Holiday

Harry was pleased to be home at Defender Cottage after he, Sirius, and Tifa returned from Harrys other-world for 'Christmas' two, or one, or whatever they called it, it was a fun trip for all. Sirius got a big kick out of a world where magic wasn't a secret, though it was completely different and anyone with Materia could do it. Harry was tempted to leave Tifa there, but maybe another time, as Tifa was still rather attached to Harry, and he did have to slip home a few times during the school time to see her. Though, Harry knew that Yuna would have loved to keep her, as she loved having a little sister to dote on. In addition, Tifa couldn't go missing, as it would rouse a lot of suspicion and people looking at them closer than they did already.

They had spent over a month, but with the power of time, no time had passed, (time travel powers could do that), which was good when Tonks and her family were coming for Christmas now Sirius had brought them into the Black family where they belonged, or something, whatever.

They were just in time too, (ironically), as Harry was just relaxing on the couch with Tifa sitting next to him. She was drinking her medi-wizard modified-formula while snuggling to his side. They were both startled when the emerald flames lit up in the fire, and Dora tumbled out followed by a dark-haired woman and a light-haired man.

"Watcher, Harry," Nymphadora Tonks greeted with a smile as he extracted himself from his little sister/niece and stood allowing her to give him a quick hug. "This is great, getting to have Christmas with you… oh, this is my mum, Andromeda, and my dad, Ted," she said quickly as her mother gave her a cool Slytherin style look that surprisingly looked out of place on her kind face, but she likely had plenty of practice being a Black, and a Slytherin back at school.

"Hey," Harry greeted while brushing down his black tee. "I'm Harry Potter, and this is Tifa Black. I guess she's your niece, huh?"

"Poor little thing," Andromeda said with teary eyes as she went from cool-Slytherin-mode, to doting aunty as she spotted the small brunette, and captured the girl in a cuddle, confusing her but she enjoyed warm hugs so she didn't make a noise of complaint, but she did turn to Harry and with his smile she relaxed comfortably in her aunts' arms.

"Well, umm… Sirius isn't in right now," Harry said with a grin. "He's gone to meet up with an old friend of his to invite him to stay for Christmas too. So, it's just Tifa and me, but if you follow me, I'll lead you to your rooms," he said smiling as he led the way and they followed with Dora's mum bringing Tifa with her.

"Trust Sirius," Andromeda said rolling her eyes. "He always was a little irresponsible, and leaving you to look after little Tifa all by yourself too."

"Nah, I'm alright," Harry said, shrugging. "She's no trouble at all. I don't think Tifa knows how to be trouble, yet, but give her time. She'll just sit with me and cuddle all day if she could. I don't mind, and it had taken Sirius a long time to track his friend down, so he had to hurry before he moves on."

"Well, I guess it can't be helped," she replied smiling as Harry stopped at a door and opened it to a huge room with king sized bed and muggle conveniences.

"This is for you two, Mr. and Mrs. Tonks," Harry said smilingly. "If you'll follow me, Dora, I'll lead you to your room," he concluded.

"Lead the way," Tonks said as she waved to her parents and was led to the other side of the cottage leaving Tifa with her parents.

"My room is here," Harry said pointing to a door opposite the one he opened. "I don't much like being too near all those adult rooms, no space, and I figured you wouldn't either."

"Thanks," Tonks said smiling, as she looked around the large and spacious room with king sized bed before pulling her shrunken trunk from her pocket and re-growing it to full size by the foot of the bed. "This is a really nice room," she said looking around the airy white bedroom with huge flat-panel TV on the wall. "It even has muggle stuff, which is cool, and thinking about it, I shouldn't have doubted it."

Harry laughed while rolling his eyes. "Well, I'm not stupid, I know a good thing when I see it," he said proudly. "It's a shame the magical world doesn't, but, whatever. At least they have magic," he added, shrugging.

Tonks laughed as he grabbed her hand. "Come on, we can't stay here all day, I'm expecting Amelia Bones and her niece. I haven't the chance to really meet Susan yet because of all my plotting got in the way. I invited Daphne and her family too, but they had already arranged a vacation to visit family in Rome, so Mr. Greengrass asked to meet officially during the summer holiday, so I'm okay with that, and I even invited Tracey as I knew she wouldn't want to be left out, but they've arranged a Christmas vacation to visit some family in Florida, but summer is clear, I invited the whole family too, just to be nice. I even invited Hermione, but her parents are also taking her on holiday to Spain for Christmas. I had no idea so many people went away for Christmas break."

"Wow," Tonks said with a dreamy expression. "I would love to go Florida or Spain, but Rome… that's the sort of place that has some old magic, and some fun magical sites to see, so I would love to spend a few weeks there."

Harry chuckled. "Yeah, me too… if you want, sometime we can go on a short vacation. I don't mind. We can just spend a day or weekend looking at all the cool stuff, and we can invite our friends. It will be fun."

Tonks smiled and nodded as he let her hand go once, they were in the reception room with the fire.

"That will be fun," Tonks said. "I bet mum and dad would like to come along too. They've both been before, so they could show us around."

Harry shrugged as he jumped onto the squishy-couch with her landing right next to him. She was still wearing a robe, though this one looked thinner and hugged her body more. He was wearing some black combat trousers and a black tee shirt, bare foot, maybe he would have to take her shopping for some sexy muggle outfits to admire her better.

"Yeah, I suppose," he agreed as he suppressed his blushing cheeks. "But-…"

Harry couldn't continue as the fireplace blazed to life and a greying red-haired woman stepped out followed by a slender ginger haired girl with some baby-fat still in her cheeks and blue eyes wearing a pale blue robe and a light pink to her cute cheeks.

"Harry," Amelia greeted with a smile as she pushed her niece forward. "I'm sure you've seen Susan at school," she introduced. "It was nice of you to invite us to spend the holidays, are the Greengrass's coming?"

"Unfortunately, not," he said with a sigh. "They had already arranged to visit an Aunt who lives in Rome, so I didn't want to try ruining their plans more than I might have. Oh, by the way, this is Nymphadora Tonks, she's Sirius's cousin," he said as he stood up with her not to seem rude. "She'll be joining the Auror Course at the Academy in September, so she'll be your minion in a few years," he said with a grin while Tonks went bright red with embarrassment.

Amelia however, smiled and shook Tonks's hand. "Well, I'll look forward to that, you're the metamorphmagus I've heard about?"

"Y-yes ma'am," she quickly agreed. "But I'm not the that great at it. Its not like its common enough to have a teacher."

"Metamorphmagus?" Harry asked in surprise. "So… you're a shapeshifter, Nymphadora…?" Harry asked, emphasising the first part of her name while snickering and wiggling his eyebrows while she burnt red, and Amelia rolled her eyes, and Susan looked confused and guessed he was being a typical boy and being naughty.

"Well, anyway," Harry continued. "The Tonks's are staying with us too. If you tag along, I'll take you to your rooms."

Harry then led the way back through the cottage where they left Amelia at her room where they met Ted and Andromeda, and took Susan to her room next to Tonks's.

"Hey, there's no reason to be so shy, Susie," Harry said while she set up her shrunken trunk at the end of her bed.

"Sorry, Harry," she said looking at him with a light blush. "This whole marriage thing is all a little overwhelming. I don't mind. I mean, I'm happy to m-marry you but it's all happening so fast. I'm just thankful that even with the old religion that we can't get married until the youngest is at least fourteen, and that is only because the last time it was changed was two hundred years ago; and apparently the 'World Magic', or mysticism or whatever, changed it from thirteen, as it apparently changes with human culture or whatever, I don't really get it," she babbled while Harry shrugged with Tonks as neither did, they to be honest. "Aunt Amelia says that we probably won't get married until we're at least fifteen or sixteen or seventeen or something more normal though."

"I know," Harry said taking her hands and smiling. "It's all overwhelming to me too, and don't laugh Dora," he reprimanded as she was giggling. "It's not easy trying to figure out all of this tradition and old lore, old religion stuff."

"It is complicated," Susan agreed nodding with a light smile as he let her hands go. "It seems that once I've learnt one thing another just crops up straight after to ruin my happy, I know it all buzz."

"I hear that." Harry nodded his head. "It's a lot more complicated than you would think an ancient 'religion' would be. I wish I could just be nice and just let everyone off, but I cannot. It just wouldn't be viable for my family, yada yada, and stuff."

"It's okay, I understand," Susan said smiling at him. "I don't mind. I've watched you, and you're a good person, and strong. I watched you beat up those trolls. It was amazing."

"That was awesome," Tonks said smiling too. "He just walked over calmly and pounded them with a large silver platter. It was quite astounding that a first year beat up two huge trolls while everyone else was crying and running for their lives."

Harry couldn't help but blush as they both praised him. "Umm… now you're embarrassing me, girls," he said chuckling. "I'm just a normal guy who is smart enough to kick the crap out of some moronic trolls, no big," he said trying to down play it. "So, you girls want to go watch some TV or something. Sirius won't be home for a while. We just got a phone installed before… well we got one installed so we figured we would just get dinner delivered."

"Okay, cool Harry," Dora agreed as she led the way.

"What's a TV?" Susan asked as she walked with Harry. "Why would we watch one and what is a phone?"

Harry sighed sadly and pictured having to explain these things to Daphne, Tracey, and Astoria too. "Okay. A phone is a device for muggle communications. You can speak to anyone all over the world, instantly in real time."

"Wow," she said, surprised and thoughtful. "Why don't we have them, then? They sound like they would be useful."

"Yeah," Harry shrugged as he pushed Tonks through the door opposite reception as she was going the wrong way.

Tonks and Susan looked around the huge lounge in awe with large puffy couches and chairs and a few coffee tables and high vaulted ceiling with wooden beams, and LED lights built into the walls and beams. One wall was lined with low cut shelving with gaming systems and all over the lounge were speakers blended with the decor and speakers either side of a plain white wall.

Harry smirked as he picked up a controller and pressed the power button, and then in a few seconds a screen lit up from the silent 8K projector up against the back wall, blended into the ceiling as it was attached to a back beam. The beam of light was at a point where it wouldn't be blinding anyone, and projected to the back wall.

"This is kind of a TV!" Harry said proudly as he flipped through a streaming site from the app on the projector.

Susan's mouth hung open and her eyes widened as Harry chose a film, and she watched the spaceships fighting with energy weapons, and the sound engulfed the world around her. Then scenes changed to show real people commanding the ships as they blast around with muggle stuff.

"This is muggle entertainment," Harry said looking at her awed expression. "Well, muggle entertainment if your rich enough."

Susan was not so ignorant that she thought that people were really inside the window of light, but she was amazed and awed all the same. She realised she must be feeling how muggle-born's did when they first saw magic and joined the wizarding world.

Harry was amused as he changed the program to some old cartoon; Susan stood transfixed like a cat chasing the light from a laser-pen. Harry settled to leave the cat chasing mouse cartoon as he dropped the controller back onto the coffee table.

Harry laughed, as he had to guide Susan to sit on a squishy couch while Tonks was laughing and flopped down next to her.

"Wow…" Tonks said. "I must admit, none of our TV's are near this big," she said as she watched.

They were startled a few moments later, well Harry was. Susan was somehow finding the cat and mouse funny. They heard several beeps while a buzzing ran through Harry, and possibly Tonks because of blood connection to Sirius.

"I'll get that," Harry said smiling at Tonks as she stood, but then sat back down. "Go crazy, we have all the consoles. Show her a game if you want, but don't save over our saves, okay, or Sirius will go ape. Start your own accounts if you want, as long as Sirius's account if prime on that system you'll be able to play all his games without bothering his saves."

"Umm… sure," Tonks agreed, smiling as he got up and walked out. "Cool, they have that new one; maybe they have that cool Kart game," she said confusing Susan as Harry exited hearing range.

Harry smiled. It was nice to know some people born in the magical world were normal and knew muggle things like Tonks. It meant he wouldn't have to explain everything to any purebloods that came over by himself. Though, thinking, he still had Hermione to come over and help with things like that if he wanted as he was sure she would jump at the chance to stay over during the summer holidays, since she couldn't make Christmas.

Harry entered the reception lounge and saw the emerald flames not quite open around the fire with a crimson halo.

"Answer," Harry called as he stood before the fire and an unfamiliar face appeared in his fireplace. "Can I assist you with something, sir?" he asked while he had a bad feeling about this.

"Hello," the man replied, smiling. "You must be Harry?" he asked and Harry nodded. "That's great… umm… I was hoping to speak with you if I may?" he asked and Harry nodded for him to continue, as this was probably a money thing like the rest. "You see… umm… my name is Arthur Weasley, and I have a problem I would like that… umm… maybe you could help me with?"

Harry sighed while rubbing his eyes. "You owe me money and want to hand over your daughter?" he guessed, but he felt thankful the man looked like he didn't actually want to.

"W-well, umm… kind of, but," Arthur stumbled over his words. "I would rather not. I was talking to Dumbledore and he said that it's possibly the only way. My family isn't exactly… well we're very poor money wise. However, I had hoped that maybe… well, we could come to some other arrangement. I don't know what, but…? I've always prided myself on not accepting charity, but when Dumbledore…" he sighed. "We were left with nothing as our family was quite prominent in defying the Death Eaters, and Dumbledore offered us a way out. I knew that this would come back to bite us on the rear. But-but it was for my family. Death Eaters had destroyed our home. We didn't take much; the house isn't even done anything as good as it was. It was just enough to look after my family and give them their home back."

Harry sighed and shook his head. "I would love to help out," he replied, "but I can't just wash my hands of any debt because of many annoyingly complicated reasons that would make your head explode and wonder why the universe hates us. All I could really offer is a personal loan to pay me off, and renegotiate more lenient terms perhaps. But in the long run that would put you in a worse position… what do you and your wife do for a living, and perhaps I can possibly assist you in getting into a better position, to help out, as you seem like a nice guy, looking out for your daughter… I might be able to pull a few strings here and there as a… good will gesture? I like the twins, and I see a pretty neat future for them and I don't want to ruin that, or any of your kid's futures. You have seven, five still at school if I'm not mistaken, so…?"

Arthur nodded readily. "W-well my wife has never worked, and I head the Misuse of Muggle Artifacts Office for the Department of Law Enforcement. Well, I've been working there so long, since I left the Academy that; I really don't want to leave…-"

"That isn't anyway for a father to react," Harry interrupted rolling his eyes. "I'll tell you what. I'll talk to Amelia Bones for you, and get you out of that department and one with a higher wage bracket. However, that means that you'll take it, no-matter how you feel on the matter."

"E-even with that… it's not just the additional payments, but the…"

"The back payments and interest?" Harry asked while he nodded. "Do you know why Dumbledore would suggest giving me, your daughter to marry?" he asked with a tired sigh.

"W-well, not really," Arthur said looking near heartbroken. "My family hasn't gone in for that pureblood traditional 'World Magic' – lore stuff since my dad went against the grain, and my wife's family are more into this, but my wife was never in a position of heir as she had two brothers who died during the war, and that side of the family is now in a similar position to us, in that they don't have anyone who knows much about this stuff either. Unfortunately, my wife wasn't taught this stuff, and her aunt is likely the only one in our family taught any of this, and she's rather old and… recently she was said to be suffering some senility, and her granddaughter's family has taken her in, and that side married into a muggle-born family… so I'm afraid we're having to learn from books and what little family friends know."

Harry just nodded, annoyed that he knew more than this seemingly old family of purebloods, but that was a long-winded lesson in the Weasley family's direct bloodline, but that probably wasn't even the beginning as old families have bred a little too close to home in the past.

"Well," Harry began. "Just the contract with me and your daughter would begin the joining of our families in a way, which will allow me to nullify all of your back debt at least, to start anew, but Ginny will have to marry me by the time the World Magic finds suitable, which is between the age fourteen and twenty, but it tends to be fairly flexible. In effect, it will make Ginny better off than you could ever make her, she is welcome to do as she wants once she leaves Hogwarts. I want any wife of mine to live her life to the fullest and not just be something ridiculous like some pureblood families would want, like 'breeding stock'," he said rolling his eyes.

"O-of course," Arthur said while looking relieved as his cheeks stained a little pink as they paled at first. "If Albus spoke more straight forward, I would understand this better," he replied thoughtful.

Harry laughed while rolling his eyes. "Well, this is Dumbledore. If it makes you feel better you can leave the choice up to Ginny, maybe send her over to hang out for a couple days while she chooses – we'll have fun."

"Yes, yes, how would tomorrow be, until Monday?" Arthur asked hopefully. "That will give her four days to get to know whether that's what she wants."

Harry shrugged. "Okay, send her over about, say ten in the morning? I'll have a room ready for her to stay. Don't worry, I'm the perfect awesome, umm… gentleman… dam, really got to stop calling myself awesome no matter how true it is," he said with a cheeky grin and a wink.

Arthur chuckled a little looking further relieved and nodding. "Thank you so much Harry, I hope things work out well."

"Of course, they will," Harry replied as the man disappeared and the fire went out. "Everything will work out… I hope," he added once the man had gone and he worried about his other half when he found her and hoped she had a good sense of humour, or wanted to play with his wives too once they were older.

It was so tiring being an Ancient Family Head. Harry sighed as he left the room and back to find Tonks and Susan watching an older episode of a somewhat more mature cartoon where most people were coloured yellow for some reason. Susan was giggling fiercely while she pointed at the screen as something funny must have happened. Harry shrugged as he left them to it and found Amelia in her room unpacking a few things while he sent the Tonks's on to the sitting room with Tifa.

"Oh, Harry." The woman smiled. "This is such a wonderful and warm home you have, thank you for inviting us to stay."

"Sure, no problem, we're practically family," he said, trying to dismiss it politely while she smiled. "You're Arthur Weasley's boss, right?" he asked while he knew she was.

"Yes," Amelia said looking at him surprised. "His daughter…?" she asked him, raised eyebrow.

"Yea, he doesn't know much about this sort of thing, but I'll help as much as I can," Harry said with a shrug. "I said that… well because of their lack of understanding that she should have the ultimate say, and she'll be coming to stay until Monday, tomorrow morning so we can hang, get to know each other, stuff like that, but…"

"If he'll finally take the promotions, I'll be happy to dish them out," she said with a shrug. "I've offered him plenty of chances, but he always liked that muggle department with his odd fascination with stuff like… well this," she said pointing to the box thing on the wall. "I never understood why he didn't just take the advancements and buy muggle things for his house if he liked them that much."

"He probably doesn't understand how it really works," Harry replied shrugging. "He looks like the sort that dismisses everyday conveniences as fads or toys when technology is so much more. I would give it less than thirty, forty years until muggle technology advances enough to realize the world is larger than they see, and for them to start inventing new devices to find out why, and they will… they will find you eventually. The question isn't an 'if' they find you, it's a 'when' they find you, and unlike the past when mage used magic to erase most of their existence from the world; trying anything like that again will possible bide you a minute, if it's even possible."

Amelia nodded in agreement to his assessment, grimacing as some of her muggle-born staff had told her that a few times, but no one would ever believe them or her, as she did understand the muggles were doing magical things without magic. She wasn't stupid enough to believe that they could stay hidden forever. Well, she internally shrugged as she or whoever took her place would have to deal with the ramifications and future of the muggles detecting them, and having to make peace because she knew the magical's would never win a war with the muggles if it came to that – there were too many of them and they would adapt, make weapons they couldn't stop.

Amelia sighed quietly before thinking back to the issue at hand. "I actually need a new head for our Accidental Magic Reversal Department. Arthur might prefer that to most other departments as it deals with the muggle world a lot more. He might actually learn something, but I want him in charge, not that fool, Dumbledore!"

"Don't worry about that." Harry smiled. "Just make it clear that he's the boss. He seemed much more concerned with his family than Dumbledore. He didn't just accept Dumbledore's word. Anyway, as long as the guys happy and earning a good sum to support his family," he answered nodding his head in gratitude. "I think I might need to invest in a larger house though, or a bigger castle."

Amelia couldn't help but grin. "I'm sure… though, I almost forgot, but saying castle. You should look at the rules and regulations. You could possibly get your own apartment being the Lord Head of an Ancient Family, and heir of another. Then you and the girls will have more freedom, and probably rooms each and showers. You should take all you can out of the school, if for nothing more than vengeance on Dumbledore because it will royally annoy him to have rules, laws, and lore's used against him! He prefers to use them against everyone else to 'control' them and keep the status quo!"

Harry laughed as he led her from her room. "I already 'stole' Fawkes, and a few other things I can't tell a cop I now own, let alone that I may have acquired them illegally from Dumbledore's office."

"Well, no police report, no crime," Amelia said, smirking, "but where is Fawkes?" she asked, curious.

Harry shrugged thoughtfully. "If he's not on his perch in 'his' room in a section of the owlery or in the lounge then he's probably out hunting," he said as he led her into the sitting room. The Tonks's plus Susan were laughing at the TV and it was Amelia's turn to look awed as Harry led her to a seat and sat her.

Harry grinned as he flopped down between Tonks and Susan when he realised the 'yellow' cartoon was finishing, and Ted had stolen the controller off his daughter somehow, and changed to a normal channel to some creepy horror series he liked watching, after asking first. Harry really didn't have any programs he liked to watch seriously, so didn't care, even though Tonks wanted to play a Kart game as she found the tiny cartridge in its box in among the racks of game cases.

It didn't matter for Harry as Susan was quite cuddly as she was scared here and there and hugged onto him, jumping as the ghosts came. Harry found it quite funny but he didn't laugh at her as he relaxed, pleased that his family was growing, and it was strange as it had been everything he had dreamt of before meeting his new father and sister all those years ago. He tried not to laugh at Amelia as she looked like a child who just saw her first ever candy store, and she was likely going to be getting her own TV soon.

They watched the show until it was over where Tonks was quick to get up and 'yoink' the controller back from her father, and set up the Kart game on the correct console and grabbed some wireless controllers for herself and Susan to play.

Harry was helpful trying to teach Susan how to play the kart racing game, but he wasn't all that good himself, but by the fact everything was unlocked, it seemed Sirius had gotten good as they played on his profile so they had more courses to play. It wasn't like Sirius had anything better to do other than looking after Tifa, and she did have her nurse and teacher to look after her for a few hours each day until Tifa was old enough and cleared to be able to go to a proper school and make friends her own age. Tifa was cuddled up in her aunts' lap enjoying the attention. Playing the game was quite fun when it was interrupted as Sirius had arrived back home.

Sirius came in cheerfully greeting everybody followed by a man with greying brown hair. "Right, this is my old schoolmate, Remus Lupin. He'll be spending Christmas, and whether he complains or not he'll be staying longer. Harry really needs a smarter guy than me to help him learn all this pureblood crap!"

"Sirius…!" Andromeda reprimanded causing him to blush, as it had been a while since a member of family had told him off. "If I've told you once-…"

"Yeah, I get it," Sirius interrupted sheepishly. "Anyway, there's something I want to talk about later. You know… umm… pureblood stuff."

Andromeda sighed while Harry narrowed his eyes in suspicion, and hoped that Sirius didn't add to his worries. Harry internally shrugged as life was going well, he supposed.

Harry shook his head while everyone was choosing what they wanted from the take-out menu before ordering over the phone. Harry was feeling quite hungry, but pureblood crap would do that to a 'kid'.

Ginevra "Ginny" Weasley had a big problem. She hadn't been able to sleep very well that night, and she had been dressed and pacing in her room for a few hours already, waiting for the correct time. Ginny now had to make a fool of herself in front of the Boy-Who-Lived; her hero. Well hero to the Magical World at least. She would just have to remember that or make a complete fool of herself. This was her possible future husband after all, and she didn't want him to think she was a dopey idiot or something messed up like a giddy fangirl.

Her cheeks were already lit up bright red as she was standing in front of the fire in her house watching the flames bright emerald flames licking up at the roof of the fireplace inviting her to walk through to get to Harry's cottage. Ginny had already said the name of her destination, but taking some deep calming breaths did little to take care of her nerves.

Ginny's mother was still furious from when her father had come home and laid out Harry Potter's offer. It was fair as far as she could tell from all this silly magical lore stuff, and would leave her family debt free. And though Ginny didn't care about politics and everything it would leave her and by extension; her family very well connected, which would be amazing for her after school, and even her family would benefit with an improved status by just signing the marriage contract.

Her family had been foolish enough to take from Dumbledore something that never belonged to the old man, (even if they didn't know that at the time). And this was to get them out of the very confusing and messy situation. Ginny just hoped they learnt from their mistakes so nothing like it happened again because next time there might not be an acceptable out. Ginny always knew there was something odd about the weird old man, Albus Dumbledore, but she had never expected him to use someone else's money without permission. Maybe he had just become so desperate, so in need that he made a mistake, or maybe he takes on so much and didn't trust anyone else to help him that he saw no choice, or maybe he was just a complete pillock, probably the latter.

Ginny wouldn't allow any of those excuses to stand because it was still wrong. But she supposed without that money her family would have been in some serious trouble. Ginny would just have to hope that everything worked out well in the end, and that nothing else would go wrong because of his criminal activity. Dumbledore was lucky he wasn't going to jail for stealing. It was lucky he didn't just give the money away or he would have, and then law suits would be going to everyone who took the money and that would be worse for everyone.

Molly Weasley; her mother didn't like this idea of her being married to Harry so young, especially since he had other contracts, and likely more would arise. But Ginny would have to deal with that herself. She didn't really mind too much. Hopefully she would make some great friends out of the deal.

Ginny's mum gave in reluctantly after some talking where her dad, Arthur Weasley. Her dad had to assure her mum that Harry was a nice boy, so she let it drop, (for then at least). The twins also came to Harry's defence, though they didn't like the idea of contractual marriage any more than any of them they still liked Harry.

Apparently, Harry knew how to have a good time, and how to beat-up fully-grown mountain trolls with nothing but a metal plate. So, he was strong and would be able to look after her, and it was pretty amazing; he must have real-actual muscles or something.

Ginny had first been excited, though she hid that well, but finding out that her hero had already accepted other contracts made her feel unsure, (maybe a little scared they wouldn't like her as many of them would come from wealthier families). However, she was pleased that Harry was kind enough to leave the choice up to her. But she was already sure she was going to agree. Especially since Harry sounded like such a great guy.

She didn't want to think about what could happen if she refused. Her family would be worse off than they had ever been, even with the promotion her dad might be getting soon, which was nice of Harry to help him get. Her dad had been offered promotions before, but previously refused as he liked where he was, but now had no choice in the matter.

Ginny knew she couldn't let her family down. It might not be her responsibility, but she couldn't let them starve or go without if all it takes is living with Harry and being one of his wives. And she blushed as she thought about other stuff she would get to do-naughty stuff.

She just needed to think about that to blush as she read about stuff like that in the weird book, she found in her second eldest brothers' room when he moved out recently while she was sneaking through the stuff he left behind in boxes. She still couldn't quite believe boys and girls did those things when they were in love, but it made her feel strangely tingly thinking about doing that stuff with Harry, and she was a little scared that he would want to do that kind of thing straight-away. And the thought of being naked in front of him worried her. What if he didn't like her body, or expected her to have boobs? Because she didn't yet.

However, Ginny had to shake those thoughts off right then; she could worry about that latter, as she was probably just being silly as they weren't older like in the book, so she shook off those thoughts. She had already made sure to hide that book back in her brothers' old room while she was away as it would be super embarrassing if a snoop found it. She had been surprised that it looked brand new when she found it and didn't even think her brother bothered reading it. It just looked like a normal romance book until you read it and find out it was naughty, which might have been why it looked unread. It was probably a gift from one of her brothers' friends or something. The book even had a few naughty pictures in it off a woman, so no. Ginny would rather not think about what her mother would say or do or how embarrassing she would be, likely confronting her in front of everyone, and she knew she would dob-her brother in about leaving the book behind to get her mother to stop.

Shaking her head clear as her cheeks burnt away, Ginny looked to her mum. Her mother had been crying a lot with worry since they realised, they had been put in so much debt (to them at least) that they could just barely afford the essentials. If it wasn't for Hogwarts funding, she wouldn't be able to go. Ginny may not be very old yet; she did know enough about money and other things she probably shouldn't.

Ginny looked back to the emerald flames of the fire. They reminded her of Harry's eyes. She had seen Harry standing between the barriers to the train to Hogwarts before the start of term. He had the most amazing smile she had ever seen, cheeky and mischievous. He was certainly a fun person. And she could honestly say that Harry stood out a lot, dressed the way he was. And he had the most beautiful green eyes she had ever seen, peeking over his tinted glasses. He was dressed casually in muggle clothes and made them work for him.

Ginny brushed down her blue robe while taking a very deep breath. Her robe was a little old, but it was the nicest one she owned. She had some other clothes in her backpack, and she just hoped Harry didn't expect her to wear muggle clothes like he was. She didn't actually own many muggle clothes, and didn't know where she would have gotten some nice new ones, and even if she did, she wouldn't have been able to afford anything.

She couldn't help but threat and worry that Harry wouldn't like her as she thought back to the barrier to the Hogwarts Express. What if he didn't think she was pretty enough? But then he had smiled at her and winked, and she thought that was playful, wasn't it? But all she could do was make a fool of herself and blush so bright she was probably a beacon for miles around. Maybe she should have been looking into jobs as a lighthouse?

Ginny's dad had told her not to worry too much, and that Harry would look after her while she stayed at his house. Yes; he was right. She couldn't and wouldn't believe Harry would or could be mean to her, especially since the twins speak so highly of him. She knew those two troublemakers weren't that easily impressed, so she would take that as a good sign for things to come.

It was just a shame that her mother was so upset with the situation. It would have made her feel better with her mother's full support.

However, Ginny's idiot brother, Ronald had been quite the surprise. He hadn't given much of an opinion, (and she knew him as an over opinionated jerk), but did say that Harry wasn't bad, which was high praise coming from someone who didn't normally think before he spoke and then ended up insulting everyone in his jealousy; maybe he was growing up a little, or Harry scared him with the whole troll fighting thing; Ron was like that.

Ginny felt a cool shiver run down her spine as she watched the emerald flames flickering in the fireplace. They yet again reminded her of the green she saw in Harry's eyes. Yet she felt Harry's green was so much better, brighter, alive with a mischief and cunning that could cut through anything, magic included.

The young red head took a few more moments to steady her nerves and looked over to give her mother and father a reassuring smile and a wave bye, feeling too nervous to speak, fearing she would throw up.

Ginny turned back to the flames, and stepped into the emerald fire. She felt her knees trying not to give way as the flames exploded up and around her, quickly sucking her away into the void of brick tunnels. She had always wondered at that, but it was just the way it was. Though, the floo system was convenient, she still preferred portkey or side-along apparation.

It was as if Ginny was spinning uncontrolled to some new destiny; her new future with a husband and wives and love. She knew while thinking that, that everything would work out well, and she would be happy with her new family.

Ginny could see flashes of light from other fireplaces as she passed, but they were a blur of indistinct shapes. Like a ghost she whirled onward until the inevitable happened and she was spat out at the other end. The emerald flames shot her out where she nearly fell, but managed to stumble to keep herself on her feet, which only happened once in every five turns, so she was happy she managed to land it this time.

Looking around, Ginny brushed her robe down, pushing the soot off to the stone floor by the fireplace where it surprisingly disappeared before it hit the shiny stone. Ginny wondered why her family's fireplace didn't have magic like that, and wondered why she wasn't covered in soot like she would be exiting her home fire or any fire in Diagon Alley. She landed in a nice sized sitting room with a few squishy white sofas under the window and a cream carpet that she was glad she didn't knock any soot onto.

The room was larger than the lounge at the Burrow, and much nicer too; spotlessly clean with huge windows looking out onto some fields overlooking some high cliffs and out to sea, letting in a lot of light, brightening the place.

Ginny's cheeks had returned to normal during the queasy trip, but she soon felt her embarrassment return and light up her checks as she had never seen such a spotless and rich room before, and she could only guess how incredible every room in the house looked.

Ginny was startled a few moments after her arrival when she saw a girl with strawberry blonde hair, (she was about her age). She was standing opposite her wearing cream-coloured robes (which made Ginny feel a little better about wearing her robes but this girls' were much newer, which didn't help her self-esteem). However, the girl was standing next to an older pink haired young woman/girl (wearing some blue trousers and a white blouse with the top few buttons undone showing off some cleavage and causing Ginny to blush and feel pouty as she didn't have cleavage yet).

Both girls confused the new arrival (Ginny), as they were both staring with their mouths hanging open, which didn't seem right. She thought at first that they were staring at her, but looking herself over nothing seemed out-of-place, and looking back at the girls they seemed to be staring over her shoulders.

Ginny slowly turned to see what they were looking at. She was kind of worried that her mother had charged in after her. That would have been too embarrassing, but she could normally tell if someone was travelling with her. Her ears would pop; apparently from the extra pressure. Not that she really understood what that meant.

However, it wasn't her mother, or father, or even her brothers. It had nothing to do with her or her weird family. Her mouth dropped open just like the other girls, and her eyes widened in shock. Ginny's cheeks might as well have burst into flames, as she stared at him.

Harry was behind her wearing some black trousers, white trainers and a white shirt with only three middle buttons done up in the centre. Ginny had never seen anything like it, and that wasn't the outfit Harry was wearing, though she hadn't seen clothes like his before; it was what he was doing.

He was smiling as he was on top of the ledge above the fireplace, upside down, standing on just one finger on his right hand. He had a small locket around his neck that hung up, and a holster on his left arm with four dull coloured gems housed within, and a watch face around the wrist part, and a bracelet around his right wrist with three dull coloured gems housed within.

Harry's shirt had fallen up, or down; whichever way you would think of it, showing off his sculptured, strong and powerful chest and abs creating what she knew was called a six-pack, and it was no wonder Harry could beat up trolls.

Ginny had never really believed someone could have a body that looked like that, not in reality. However, she had seen some men here and there in household magazines she knew her mother read, and sometimes left lying around the house. They apparently used magic to look like that (temporarily for the photo-shoots), and it looked extremely fake and frankly ugly, not to mention the fake tans and teeth so bright they should have a warning, but witches seemed to be as bad with that sort of thing too.

Though, looking at Harry, his muscles were taught and flexed, holding himself up. Ginny had asked her mum about those models once (thankful they were somewhat clothed), and she had just said they're not any stronger than normal people. However, this was the first time Ginny ever realised that someone could have a strong looking body without using magic, without looking fake, and actually be strong.

Ginny shook her head clear, hoping to rid it of odd and confusing thoughts and hoped her heart stopped racing sometime soon as she felt tingly again. She hoped that weird feeling was normal and she could control in better in the future; she didn't quite know what to make of it.

Harry was smiling at Ginny; his green eyes were sparkling in the light, and she could see they were practically glowing with strength.

"Hey there Ginny," Harry greeted her; his smile widening in greeting. "Oh, this," he said gesturing to his position with his free hand, unconcerned. "We were talking while waiting for you… oh, Nymphadora Tonks," he said gesturing the oldest with his free hand, not even wobbling. "And Susan Bones," he added pointing to the strawberry blonde-haired girl who was their age. "They bet me that I couldn't do a two fingered hand stand on the mantelpiece, so I did it with one finger," he said looking smug.

"They didn't think it was possible for anyone," he said laughing and rolling his eyes. "They said that nobody could really be that strong, but me. I'm awesome, and know how to work out. I've seen those fake posers on the covers of some magical world magazines, but this is what a real; tone body should look like," he said gesturing his abs, rolling his eyes. "Not to mention those fake tans, but the women on the magazines are worse. There is nothing as bad as a fake tan, whether from the muggle or magical worlds; they're all really-really icky! Natural is the way to go. Much better on the eyes."

"Wow-that's just… wow," Tonks said while shaking her head clear while Ginny and Susan continued staring.

"Harry g-get down from there before you hurt yourself," Remus Lupin interrupted with his mouth dropping as he stopped as he was passing the lounge. "What is it with you and pulling off all of these weird things? You're making the magical people seem not very weird and they do try so very hard."

Harry laughed, managing to shrug while still upside down in nonchalance; his eyes rolling as he flicked himself up and near flew over Ginny's head to land lightly behind her on his feet as if he hadn't just completed an 'impossible' move.

"So, Ginny, follow me and I'll show you to your room. I'm glad you could come. It will be fun getting to know you too, come on," he said grabbing her hand and leading her passed Remus while her cheeks seemed to get brighter. He found that highly adorable.

Remus shook his head with a sigh as he left the room still looking for Sirius, and wondering how Harry did all of that odd stuff. If Sirius was to be believed, and he couldn't really dispute him; then there was going to be a lot of evil douche bags getting the ten barrels of shite smited out of them by a very powerful being.

Susan took a few moments to get over their shock. It was just. Wow. And Harry was going to marry her sometime in the near future. That was starting to concern her. Would she be good enough for him? But then she supposed that with the other girls together they shouldn't have to worry too much; hopefully.

"Holy… cow," Tonks suddenly said with effort not to cuss in front of the younger girl as her mum would have her head again. "I never knew boys or… anyone could really be that buff."

Susan could only nod her head in agreement for a moment. "Y-yeah - and I'm like oh my god. I can't believe it. My future husband really is strong; like super strong. I have to wonder what he's like with magic. I honestly haven't seen him do much outside of normal class things, and even then, he doesn't look like he cares to try too hard, and seems to get everything by the end of each class."

"W-well don't ask me," Tonks replied with a thoughtful shrug. "I had been too stupid to realise he really is that strong. And he caught me when I feel down a flight of stairs at school. And I mean he held me off the ground when I fell into his arms. It was so embarrassing being caught like that by a first-year boy; especially since that was far from the first time, I had tripped down some stairs at school."

"Yeah, well," Susan shrugged while giggling as she quickly charged off out of the room and down a hallway, shooting up the stairs.

Tonks was startled before laughing, amused as she gave chase, hoping she didn't fall down, or more embarrassing, up the stairs. It happened way too much for any girls liking.

However, when Tonks passed her parents room her mother popped her head out and called her to stop.

"Yeah mum?" Nymphadora asked as she came to a stop.

Nymphadora hoped she wasn't in trouble for running in the house again. She and Susan had been reprimanded by her mother for fifteen minutes about the dangers of running inside the day before. She was sure her mother was only like that because she knew all too-well how clumsy her daughter could be.

"I would like to have a word with you," Andromeda said coolly and too business like for her daughters liking.

Andromeda gestured for her daughter to enter the room with her. Nymphadora wondered whether she had done something wrong as she looked around expecting to see her father but he wasn't in the room. She knew her mother wouldn't take her into the privacy of the bedroom to reprimand her for running around the house. She would much rather do that where others could see.

"Oh, yes. Your fathers not here," Andromeda said as she noticed her daughter looking around before closing the door after her. "He thought it would be best to let me deal with this. You know how he feels about 'family' matters that deal with traditions and lore of the old ways! It's too much for him, and being a Muggle-born would rather things like that be abolished. Though, I tend to agree; until then we have to… go along with those things."

Nymphadora looked at her mother really confused. "O-kay," she replied, baffled while her mind ran around trying to work out what was going on. "What's wrong… I haven't screwed up some etiquette or something have I?" she asked while trying to think of something other than running in the halls she could have done. She always cleaned up after herself and Harry wanted them to treat the place like they would their home so that couldn't be it.

Her mother laughed softly as she shook her head before replying. "No, no. And you know neither Sirius nor Harry would care whether you did. It's just that Sirius spoke with me yesterday after dinner, and we discussed some family matters. Umm… because of his prolonged stay in Azkaban, and dementors he can't have children, and that includes using magic to produce an heir."

"B-but Harry's his heir now, right?" Nymphadora asked, confused. She was not quite sure where this was going. Either that or she was subconsciously holding back from hoping.

Andromeda sighed and rolled her eyes as her daughter had yet to catch on quite yet. "Yes, but he's not an heir by blood, which in the long run will end the Ancient House of Black, which is where you come in, because otherwise a loser like your aunt could get hold of the Black wealth and power. And we can't allow that."

"So, you want me to...?" Nymphadora asked slowly as her mind started catching up with where the conversation was going.

"Well, umm… more accurately put, you and Harry need to make an heir to keep the family," Andromeda agreed while trying to find the right words. "If you and Harry were to marry; the Ancient House of Black would stand side by side with the Ancient Houses of Potter and Pendragon. And any other house he marries into. Then your firstborn would become the heir to the Black house."

Nymphadora couldn't help but laugh slightly as she knew she had to try to pretend she thought the idea was silly. She couldn't let her mother think for a moment that she fantasised about Harry.

"You want me to marry an eleven-year-old boy?" she finally asked as she realised, she was taking too long.

Nymphadora's heart was leaping in her chest as she thought about Harry, and she held back from licking her dry lips or else her mother might realise she had already wanted to or been thinking about him like that.

Andromeda rolled her eyes and gave her daughter a look that shut her up as she wasn't stupid and knew how her daughter felt about Harry. But she knew to save her daughter the embarrassment that she had to carry on with the charade of convincing her 'naughty' daughter. She knew it would be double standards, but if their sexes were reversed, she wouldn't have even given it the time of day or night.

"He won't always be eleven, and if you hadn't noticed he is rather mature and smart for his age," Andromeda replied with a small smile. "If I didn't know better, I would say he was older than he looked. Your engagement could do a lot more than bringing us an heir for the Black family, of course. Merging both families with blood will not only open the doors just being apart of the Black line will now, but will blow them doors open, and then some walls too."

"So, you're not just trying to pull a prank on me, are you?" Nymphadora asked. But the serious expression on her mother's face was enough to see that it was all really happening. However, her mother shook her head anyway. "W-well, Harry is really cute," she admitted slowly while her cheeks darkened. "And he is really smart and funny... not to mention… umm…" she trailed off fake coughing as she blushed brighter than ever that her hair darkened too, remembering his body.

"He can only get better looking too," Nymphadora continued, but her mother didn't say anything about her lapse. She just continued smiling. "So, umm… is this like a 'you have to do it thing'?" she asked hoping that her mother said yes to give her deniability to wanting to be with a boy much younger than her.

Andromeda sighed as she pat her daughter's shoulder. "Although, honestly I don't really care for all of this old lore stuff much. And I believe they are very out of date. They're here, and I doubt they'll ever change much in the future, and it will be a long time before mage let these things go by the way side. However, the Black family fully uniting like this with the Potters can do a lot for everyone. You would have the power over anyone with Black blood whereas Sirius can't.

"If Sirius were married with the ability to have a blood heir he could, but he can't so he can't do anything," she said wondering whether that made sense but Nymphadora didn't say anything against it. "Anyway, I know you enjoy Harry's company, and though he is a little dark around the edges he is a very good person with a lot of love to give."

"Yeah," Nymphadora replied with a dream-like smile before straightening her face as her mother gave her an amused grin. "Harry seems like the sort of person that would," she quickly continued. "Well… you know… walk through the gates of hell and put the fear of god… no, put the fear of him into the daemons for people he cares about," she said thinking back to that weird joke of Harry's back at Hogwarts.

Andromeda couldn't keep away her smile as she pulled her daughter into a quick warm hug. "I knew you would understand and do this. I love you sweetie, and in the end all I want is for you to find happiness," she said wiping some loose tears from her eyes.

"Thanks mum," Nymphadora said with a smile of her own. "I guess Sirius is going to tell Harry, huh?"

"I hope so," Andromeda replied thoughtfully. "He said he would," she added, frowning in worry, and planning on smacking her cousin if he did the cowardly thing with an official letter.

Meanwhile, Harry was laughing as he showed Ginny how to work the TV in her room; the one next to his. She just stared at the moving pictures with her face nearly touching the screen, eyes wide and mouth even wider. It was cute, and he liked seeing her like that. It was nice to make girls happy, and he could see they would get along wonderfully.

"How do they get those little people in there?" the small red-haired girl asked, awe oozing from her voice as well as some pureblood stupidity.

Harry couldn't help but chuckle as he pulled her back from the screen. "You can't see it properly standing that close, Ginny," he said while she looked sheepish. "And those people aren't in there. It's not magic… it's like… umm… projecting memories-…"

"Oh," she said embarrassed. "My dad loves muggle things but he's… well, I think the term is-."

"Ignorant," Harry answered for her, startling her, she looked up at him with wide eyes. "That's why you're so… I suppose ignorant works there too, because he has never given any of these muggle things the time or day to realise that to us… umm… I mean muggles they are commonplace conveniences and entertainment. But don't worry, ignorance is only a lack of understanding; you'll learn. Having magical powers can make a people much too ignorant though. And dare I say too lazy to invent much when they don't need it, no matter how much better it could possibly make their lives. But hey, no problem, just ask and I'll try to explain what I can."

Ginny fiddled with her fingers as she nodded, smiling at him. "T-thank you Harry," she said while she held herself back from taking liberties and tackling him in a cuddle.

Harry chuckled as he took her hand and turned off the TV. "Well enough about that, Ginny, let me show you around. The place is quite a lot bigger than you might think for a cottage."

She smiled more as she held his hand and let him guide her out of her new room, which had surprised her as it was about ten times bigger than her room at home.

"Well, my room is here…" Harry began, but trailed to a stop and he let Ginny's hand go as he pulled an envelope from where someone had stuck it to his door with a piece of sticky tape.

Harry frowned as he opened the envelope and pulled out the parchment. He frowned as he let his eyes scan over the letter inside.

"Oh, Sirius, couldn't even ask me in person!" Harry muttered with a sigh and shake of his head.

"I-is everything okay, Harry?" Ginny asked worried for him, but he smiled and let her look over the letter. "He wants you to marry that older girl too?" she asked while blushing and wondering whether Harry would like her better as she had boobs already and she heard her brother talk sometimes and boys liked boobs.

"Yeah. It's all fine. Don't worry, sweetie," Harry said, which caused her to blush as he said the right thing to alleviate her fears even if he didn't realise.

Harry frowned in thought for a few moments as he looked at the letter again as he reclaimed it from Ginny before shrugging and putting the letter into his pocket.

"Hang on," he added poking his head into a door opposite. "Hey, Susie can you look after Ginny for me for a moment, I need to speak with Dora!" he said smiling at both red heads.

Susan came out with a crafty smile. "Sure. We'll have fun! Hey Ginny," she said taking her hand and dragging the confused girl into her room. "We might as well watch some TV or something, and Harry can give you the tour later," she said closing the door as she had a funny feeling, she knew what this was about as she had seen the official looking envelope stuck to Harry's door. She knew Tonks would be happy with the news.

Harry sighed as he looked in Tonks's room for her before he found her just leaving her parents room. She looked embarrassed as they stopped together, and he shook his head and passed her the letter to read. She should have expected that from Sirius; he didn't seem like the sort of person to know how to talk to someone about this sort of thing.

However, Tonks looked the letter over, reading before she frowned, slightly annoyed with her cousin's cowardice.

"Sirius told mum he was going to talk to you," Tonks said sheepishly. "But instead, he gives you an official looking letter and ran away. But I think mum knew he would do this. I just learnt about this myself, so please don't blame me, and you can still turn it down. I know I'm much older than you, and I won't be hurt or anything-," she said but Harry could see she would be hurt, and he didn't think he would have the ability to be stupid enough to turn her away like that.

"I'm not going to turn it down," Harry said quickly while shrugging as he led her away and saw how relieved she looked. "Actually, for Sirius it's quite a well thought out idea," he said causing her to laugh slightly.

The uncomfortable feeling might have lessened if Harry hadn't led her into his room where he closed, locked, and sealed the room while gesturing for her to take a seat on the bed. Tonks felt the butterflies dancing in her tummy and the electricity coursing between her legs. She felt so wrong feeling that way about a boy so much younger than her, but she couldn't help herself. Harry always seemed so much older and wiser than he looked, and he looked really good too.

Harry waited a moment as he placed the official letter on his dresser before he turned to face the blushing girl. She was feeling very uncomfortably hot, and more so when he walked right over into her personal space. He moved his face closer, smirking, and before she could say or do anything to stop him, he kissed her lips.

Tonks was so startled; her eyes widened as she moved her lips against his for a moment, her tongue touching his when she suddenly came to her senses and pushed him back, horrified and shocked while he just laughed at her.

"Oh no, Harry. I can't kiss you yet. You're still just a little kid," Tonks said in a rush, panicking. "M-maybe if you were fourteen or something it wouldn't be so bad and I would let you and it would be just as good-!" She stopped speaking as she realised what she said.

Harry only laughed more as he placed two fingers on her lips silencing her. "I told you Dora. I'm a god. Age will mean nothing to me, but if you must know. I'm already eighteen at the end of July! Still a bit younger than you though. You like younger guys or don't you mind?"

Tonks just shook her head glaring at him. "Don't be silly Harry… this kind of thing isn't a game. A-and what the hell are you doing?" she said and demanded as he had undone his shirt and thrown it to the floor. Tonks couldn't quite help but to check out his strong, muscular body, unable to look away as he removed his trainers, socks, and trousers, leaving only his black boxer shorts, but they were a tight elasticated fit so she was surprised by the large bulge.

It was impossible to believe that Harry at eleven would be this naughty and forward when he went and pulled a huge, and many times too big dressing robe from his closet and pulled it around himself before pulling off his boxers.

Then Harry walked closer again. Tonks was stuck as her heart pounded in her chest, frozen by her own nerves and hormones. Her own body was screaming at her not to care about his age compared to hers. She liked the visuals; there was no pretending she didn't to herself; she would know she was lying. However, she closed her eyes for just a second, ready to give in when a strong hand, too large to be Harry's stroked along her left cheek; her eyes flickered open in shock.

She was looking into Harry's stunning green eyes, but now he was older, and looked stronger than she could believe, and filled out the bathrobe perfectly. He had the appearance of a teenager you would do well to stay on the right side of. He was quite a bit taller than she was, and she knew, magic or not Harry was far beyond her in every way she could think of.

"Oh my-!"

Tonks would normally have said god, but she didn't want to fire that word out around him anymore. She wasn't sure how to react any more. She hadn't ever really believed in any gods-well not the modern-day gods, but now. There was something to say about seeing was believing.

"You're the Dragon Tamer," Tonks blurted out while Harry laughed.

"Hiro Yevon," he corrected with a mocking bow, at your behest."

Tonks gulped and licked her dry lips. "T-then – then kiss me, please, please, Hiro Yevon," she whimpered out while shivering.

Harry smirked as he leaned in closer, their lips not quite there. "It's probably better to make out like this anyway," Harry said smugly, his voice deeper and holding a strength his younger self always hid and disarmed with.

Though, Tonks had detected that strength every-so-often. She had just thought it was cute that he was trying to be so strong and grown up. However, if she saw Harry like this in passing without witnessing this herself, she would have never given it a thought that they were one, and the same, even though he had many the same features still, as he was still her cutie, Harry Potter. It was just now that she wouldn't feel that wrong making out with him.

"Though," Harry said thoughtfully, his lips brushing hers. "I'm not fussed either way… I think I can entrust you with my secret; you're pretty good at occlumency, but for your chosen career, I comment you. But right now, I'm just glad I have a beautiful fiancé who I can actually make out with among, other things. Sure, I guess the odd kiss on the cheek, and holding hands is fine but-. But then with the others we are to be married anyway… and now I'm confusing myself."

"W-what do you mean among other things...?" Tonks hook onto that phrase, hoping she didn't sound too hopeful as she felt like her body was on fire as she could look down, Harry's robe and see that powerful smooth chest, her words were tumbling out over themselves, as she knew what he meant so quickly continued. "W-what kind of girl do you take me for?" she asked, gulping the lump down her throat while Harry's lips brush hers some more, and she held in a groan, and then she sigh of relief as he was finally kissing her.

Tonks's lips moved perfectly with Harry's as he carefully pushed her to lay back on the bed with her legs over the edge. He softly lay on top of her soft and perfect body, his fingers stroking her soft cheeks, their eyes closing. She wound her arms up Harry's powerful shoulders, as the robe had loosened over his shoulders, her fingers winding up in his hair.

Harry deepened the kiss, his tongue sliding through Tonks's parting lips meeting hers. They moved more frantically, Harry's fingers moving up to her pink hair, running his fingers through it, pulling her more into him.

Tonks's fingers moved down from Harry's hair, down his neck and sliding his robe slightly down his shoulders, gently tugging at his robe; she lowered it further.

Harry pulled back from Tonks's lips, using his arms behind her head to keep his full weight from hurting her. She was gasping for breath too, her lips all puffy, her eyes flicking open, staring into his.

"You sure you want to do that?" Harry asked her between breaths as his heart was pounding away.

"Certainly," she replied as her lips hit his again and she tugged at his robe, pulling it further away.

It must have been several hours, but was more likely three at most when Harry and Tonks collapsed under the covers of Harry's bed covered in sweat with Tonks panting for breath and quivering within Harry's powerful arms. Harry didn't seem that lax for breath, and Tonks would be embarrassed to admit most of the sweat was hers.

"Harry…?" Tonks asked gently as she snuggled in his arms and powerful arms. "A-are you really a god?" she asked, as Harry clicked his fingers and the curtains closed automatically, bathing the room in complete darkness.

"The God of Heroes, apparently, and the whole multiverse and space time continuum is my domain, or something like that," Harry agreed, laughing. "I guess… I'll just have to take normality as an abnormality," he said laughingly. He wouldn't let anyone know about the other, his partner, his missing piece until she came into her powers, to protect her; just in case she was from the same reality as him, but he was near certain she wasn't or he was sure he would sense her, and she may have then come into her powers with him being close.

"Sounds like a pretty dodgy job," Tonks said when he kissed her lips. "Wait… I saw something..." she said as she pulled back, "just out of the corner of my eye, over there when we were…" she said quietly, pointing to the dark corner.

"Yeah?" Harry said sheepishly. "I'm-I'm sure it was nothing. Sometimes people see things when they're body is… having… fun," he said it out loud and felt stupid saying it, but he hid his relief as he had noticed 'it' too, and should be more careful with any lovers he has, and keep them from being that close to the brink.

"I-I guess," Tonks replied slowly unsure whether she believed him but his lips soon captured hers and she forgot what she was talking about, lost in his arms and lips before they were soon snuggled up together and fell asleep.

Meanwhile, in the lounge.

"What do you mean Nymphadora and Harry have been in his room since just after Ginny got here?" Andromeda asked, confused and hoping her daughter wasn't taking advantage of Harry because she knew how Nymphadora really felt about the boy; it was clear to see she was happy, excited even at getting to marry him.

"Umm… I don't know," Susan answered shrugging as she and Ginny sat together in the lounge with the rest of the household watching a cartoon, (well animé according to Harry), and cuddled up together already fast friends. "They just have… Harry has his own fireplace so they could have snuck out to talk or something or get something to eat."

"Susan's probably right," Sirius was quick to say silently promising to kick Harry's arse for putting him in this position, and forgetting his letter started it. "Harry has a huge independent streak."

"Well, they best get home before eight or I'll have your head!" Andromeda said sighing while Sirius quivered. "I'll have to have words with Harry about telling people before going out. It's not that safe for him with all those free Death Eaters!"

"Yeah, not safe for them!" Sirius muttered under his breath, as after having been to the world he grew up on, knew Harry wouldn't hesitate to kill people, as that world was quite a bit wilder, and in addition, Harry did carry a dragon on his arms.

"What was that Sirius!?" Andromeda demanded coldly.

Sirius grinned sheepishly as he didn't think she would hear anything. "Um… nothing. I'll be sure to speak to them about not wondering off, but they might just be watching a movie or playing a video game or something. Seriously, Harry has a lot of muggle stuff in his room to keep hordes of pretty girls entertained."

Andromeda sighed and rolled her eyes. "Well… I suppose. I'll give them a little while longer before going and checking on them," she said before turning to Amelia as she had laughed but stopped at the glare. "I didn't think of you as that childish."

"Sorry," she replied sheepishly, "but it's always amusing watching Sirius squirm like that!"

"Well, I suppose you are right!" she agreed turning back to the man while he looked to Remus for help.

However, Remus turned away and looked to the TV. "So…" Remus said slowly. "What are we watching?" he asked the children.

Ginny smiled over at him. "I don't know. But it's got these odd girls in it, and they have some kind of magical powers and they're really weird. I think I could beat them up, but these bad guys keep losing while trying some really weird stuff to take over their city because they're all incompetent! It's really fun though for some reason, I don't know why though."

"I have the boxset, so we can watch them all!" Susan said smugly. "Harry bought it for me when I saw a few clips on the computer yesterday. It looked funny. I have some more he thought I might like too! They came today from that Rain Forrest place on the computer, delivered by some guy in a muggle van."

"Very interesting," Remus humoured her while ignoring Sirius.

"You're an arse!" Sirius mumbled.

"Language!" both women reprimanded while Remus tried not to laugh and Ted Tonks pretended, he was reading the local muggle paper so he didn't get drawn into it either.
