Dauntless Dimensions

Chapter 14

Founding Time

Harry Potter as the God of Heroes, Hiro Yevon was fully dressed as he and Valkyrie had a wonderful night together, and he was rather proud that she was rather sore as they did everything and anything in their excitement and lust for one another to consummate their vows.

However, when Hiro stepped from their room, he paused, as he looked to the sofa to see Eve sprawled with her wings opened wide, and her skirt around her waist, knickers around her ankles, and tee and bra above her tits, giving him a good view of her vagina with blonde pubes, and her firm round breasts with small pale pink nipples.

"Hiro?" Valkyrie asked as she slid out of the room beside him, and her cheeks darkened as she saw the angel passed out on their sofa.

"Her wife couldn't come," Pandora said as she exited the other room with Lilith behind her, "and we should have probably taken her to be with us; this is unbecoming of one of my angels… luckily Lucy isn't here to see this, or she would never hear the end of her teasing."

Lilith sighed and walked around her wife and to Eve. She reached out and grabbed the girl by a wing, hoisted her into the air, and Eve yelped as she was tossed passed Pandora as she stepped aside, and they heard a yelp as Eve hit the bed, and Hiro, Valkyrie, and Pandora turned to peer in at the angel as her wings flapped and she wiggled as she landed upside down, staring at them sheepishly with her legs in the air dangling over her head, and back against the headboard of the bed.

"Hey, good morning, everyone," Eve said as she stopped struggling to get up. "Lord Hiro, Lady Valkyrie, Lady Pandora. Please excuse me for my bits being on display," she said sheepishly. "I fell asleep while masturbating, and I'm guessing from my humiliating position that Lady Lilith threw me in here," she said as they could also see her tight pale bum and bum-hole now.

Lilith sighed in annoyance and took her wife's hand, "Pull your underwear up, Evie, and set your bra right. Val, and Hiro are about to have a visitor, and we set our rules that we limit human interaction to the absolute minimum, and that piece of crap Jehovah will bitch like no one's business, as they are the rules, we forced him to abide, and even Lucy agreed to them, so?" she said shrugging, and closing the door after them, and Hiro knew that if he opened that door, it would be empty as they were already gone.

"Want to skip out on this universe, once we're finished with the paradox?" Hiro suggested reasonable.

"You mean take a holiday?" Valkyrie asked hopefully.

"Yeah, like as a honeymoon sort of thing?" he agreed. "We'll just stay away from the headache inducing conflicts and weirdness of this reality, and make sure to stay away from yours too. We can deal with yours once we're in our sixties or something, deal?"

"Deal," she agreed, stealing a kiss when a soft tapping at the apartment door started them apart, and Valkyrie pulled the door open with a smile. "Good morning, Morgan."

"Good morning, Hiro, Valkyrie," she replied with a soft smile. "Are you ready, or should I wait for you?"

"We're good to go," Hiro said as he and Valkyrie were dressed in a much older style of robes than they had been to fit in much better. "Lead the way, Princess Morgana of the fairy folk, you cutie, you," he said with a grin and wink while her cheeks darkened, and Hiro slipped passed, and Valkyrie closed their door and took Morgan's hand, rolling her eyes in amusement. "First thing to learn, Morgan… sometimes taking what is meant to be an insult and making it your own, destroys all of their power over you, and they hate it more than anything," he said, holding the door leading down the stairs open for them to pass and lead the way.

"And who hates fairies, anyway?" Valkyrie asked as they exited into the common room where only a few students milled about, watching them leaving in fascination. "I've never seen a picture of a fairy that wasn't adorable-."

"But… they're weak," Morgan muttered sadly.

Hiro laughed. "Individually, sure, but together… not so much," he said thoughtfully. "All magical creatures, especially those who have complex societies are much more than humans ever give them credit… watch and listen, and learn how special they are. Heck, learn to speak their languages, and they would accept to allow you closer to their people, and you could learn quite a lot from them."

"I… I'll do that," Morgan said in thought and awe, as she walked with red cheeks, her fingers thread through Valkyrie's, and she had been looking forward to spending the day with her new friends, when they suddenly paused as a blonde girl with mocking blue eyes, and Gryffindor coat of arms, and several boys blocked their path.

"Well, if it isn't Morgana le Fay!" the girl said with a curl to her French accent.

"Who's the bitch?" Valkyrie asked, startling them. "Hey, has anyone lost a bitch, you should probably keep it on a lead if it keeps wandering off!"

"Who do you think you are, Irish scum!?" the French girl demanded, stepping forward, and drew her wand, while Valkyrie let Morgan's hand go and clicked the fingers of her right hand, and with that, a curl of fire sparked into her curled fingers.

"I'm the girl holding a fireball ready to throw it in your face, Frenchy!" Valkyrie said coldly.

"I'm not afraid of you!" she replied snootily. "I am Viviane Ninianne…"

"She's my half-sister," interrupted a cold voice, and they looked over to see the red-haired girl with Myrddin. She looked furious while Myrddin looked like he was having a great time, as he quickly moved to stand with Hiro.

"Best to let the ladies deal with their own problems," he said to Hiro, offering his hand. "Myrddin Emrys," he said taking Hiro's hand and shaking.

"Hiro Yevon, nice to meet you," Hiro greeted, feeling weird that he was actually shaking Merlin's hand.

"I told you to stop picking on, Morgan," Nimue said coldly glaring at her sister. "One day, you'll push her too far, and she'll draw her wand, and make your insides your outsides, and the truth is, nobody will care."

"You are pathetic, Sister," Viviane said coolly. "Sticking up for pathetic wastes of space all the time. King Uther's niece, and no one cares one bit about a weakling like her, except maybe the pathetic Irish girl, and a disgrace to the family like you!"

"Then why not challenge Morgan Pendragon to a duel of honour?" Godric Gryffindor interrupted coldly as he moved through the hall. "If her existence so offends you? Surely with your amazing power, Viviane; she wouldn't stand a chance, or perhaps, you don't believe you could best her?"

"I could best her in anything," Viviane hissed, but her words lacked their former force. "But I am taking pity on her."

"How about I challenge you, instead?" Hiro suggested while Myrddin groaned. "I'll take on you, and any member of your house that wants to defend your honour, at the same time. If I win, you become Morgan's handmaid. If you win," he said drawing what looked like a long dagger from his robe, and then with a swish it cleaved down into a sword carrying three gems that lit up with a spark of electricity.

"I'll give you this sword capable of fire, lightning, and wind magic," he said as he expertly switched the materia without no one noticing. Hiro swiped the sword and a small gust blew, and slashed down and fire heat at the air.

Viviane looked the sword over in desire, almost drooling in her greed. "But wait," Hiro said suddenly, "no, I couldn't do that, really, Myrddin said I should probably keep out of it, but, I suppose, I could keep that wager going, but… you fight Morgana le Fay, instead of me!"

The hall collectively took in a breath, and Viviane looked confused and concerned. Then Hiro walked out of the Entrance Hall and into the front courtyard where he buried the sword to the hilt in a large rock nearer to the lake as they all followed him out with more students, and other teachers, and the other three founders turning up.

"Come now Viviane!" Hiro said loud and proud. "I wager a magic sword with great power, and you can have all those Gryffindors who choose to fight with you like the cowards they must be?"

"Gryffindors are noble and brave!" she replied smugly. "I accept your challenge," she agreed as a ripple of white light lit her up.

"You know what you're doing, right?" Myrddin whispered as he snuck closer.

"Of course," he replied, winking while Valkyrie had brought Morgan over with Nimue, both looking anxious.

"I cannot fight the whole house," Morgan said in worry.

Hiro smiled as he reached up and stroked her cheek, and leaned down and kissed her forehead. "You'll only be fighting her," he whispered, "trust me," he said, and she nodded as she did, she turned to Viviane, and nodded.

"I accept the duel!" Morgan said, calmer than she felt.

"You don't think the Gryffindors will side with her," Myrddin said quietly. "Clever. They… all wizards and witches hold pride in their magic, and their principles. They would not want to dishonour Gryffindor and his house by playing unfairly in something so formal."

As Morgan lit up in white light, Viviane turned to the Gryffindors standing by their head of house while Godric looked unimpressed.

"My housemates!" Viviane called in delight. "Who amongst you shall fight by my side, to destroy this pathetic mud-blood, and secure me that magic sword?"

No one moved, and Viviane faltered her bravado. "Come now, my friends?"

"I choose those in my house for their bravery!" Godric said coldly. "I do not choose those who would gang up on a girl for a duel… unfortunately, sometimes we make mistakes, so accept that you made that mistake, forfeit, or fight alone, and with honour."

Viviane grit her teeth in anger and turned to Morgan. They both drew wands and the light splashed away. Then spells flew, and it was apparently rather one sided as Morgan looked kind of bored as she battered spells away and Viviane looked panicked, as Morgan gained in confidence and with a boom, Viviane was down, bound in cable, and the match was called.

"Viviane Ninianne, loses," Salazar said with a laugh. "The winner… Morgana le Fay!" he said viciously using what was meant as an insult, instead as a proud title.

"No!" Viviane cried out enraged as Morgan let her free of the bind and she stood with her wand pointed. "I can't lose! I don't want to be a pathetic handmaiden to a filthy mud-blood like this!"

"That's okay," Morgan said with a rather cute smile. "I free you of your obligation and debt to me, because I wouldn't want a pathetically weak girl like you who has no honour, humility, nor shame serving me."

Morgan turned her back, and Viviane screeched and then an emerald curse soared, and Myrddin, moved in with a sweep of his wand, the earth between the spell and Morgan tore up and took the spell. Godric Gryffindor grabbed Viviane in a bear hug from behind, pinning her arms while Helga Hufflepuff took the girls wand.

"You'll be serving the rest of the year," Helga said with a wicked smile. "As Miss. Pendragon's whipping girl. So, anything she may do that is… naughty, I'll personally lash you for. But don't worry, for that attempted murder, I plan to give you thirty lashes this evening. Don't worry, I'm sure the teachers in classes, Monday will understand if you can't quite sit," she said before turning a smile to Myrddin and Morgan. "Twenty points for Slytherin for that expert bit of elementary control, Mr. Emrys, and twenty for Ravenclaw for having the kindness to free someone from their foolhardy debt, Miss. Pendragon," she said before leading the girl away while tears leaked from her eyes.

"Myrddin, thanks for that," Nimue quickly said. "My dad's not exactly the greatest dad around, but it's her mum who made her into that," she said while the founders and teachers shooed the students on, back to breakfast.

"I thought you said not to get involved?" Hiro said turning to Myrddin.

He sighed and rolled his eyes. "Viviane is my girlfriends' sister, and I was just protecting her from you killing her, plus, Morgan doesn't deserve being murdered by a jealous little bitch like her."

Morgan felt uncomfortable, as she sat with Hiro and Valkyrie at the Slytherin table with Myrddin and Nimue for breakfast. Though, she was surprised that many Slytherins gave her a rather warm welcome, and congratulated her on putting Viviane in her place. For the first time in her life, Morgan felt some actual, real pride in herself.

The year progressed rather comfortably, and Morgan was so very happy to have Hiro and Valkyrie in her life; she loved them more than she knew she could love anyone. They helped greatly with her studies, and while not learning of enchantments for the ceiling, or enjoying classes, Hiro and Valkyrie taught apparation class for sixth years and over during the weekend, so that teachers and the founders could lean too, and that included warding too, so they could protect their homes.

Hiro had erected the anti-apparation wards around the school, but made a gap within the Great Hall during lessons. It had taken him, a month or so to write a small book explaining how and why, and all that about the ward for the school, and another on apparation, as the founders were all experts before the Winter Solstice Holiday, as students and teachers got in the mood, and would be having a marvellous feast.

Valkyrie and Hiro had gotten all they needed to re-erect the ceiling back in the future, but with all they were learning, and all they could learn, by the school years end, they chose to stay. They were offered so much opportunity, they would stay on as teaching assistants with Myrddin and Nimue, as they had asked to stay on for further study, as Myrddin had no family, and Nimue didn't want to be around hers.

The next term, Morgan was beaming with pride as she got a tight hug from Hiro and Valkyrie in turn, as she was Head Girl for her final year. During the previous year she had even become friends with Myrddin and Nimue, and though Nimue hugged her in congratulations, Myrddin looked uncomfortable and offered her a nod and congratulations.

It would be later that year that Valkyrie brought Morgan to their bed. They told her that they wouldn't be able to stay with her forever, but in the time, they were together they would love her. Morgan loved every moment she spent with her best friends, every kiss, every touch, every 'ride', and knew it would end, even if she wished it wouldn't.

Valkyrie, Hiro and Morgan spent eight long years together at Hogwarts as teaching assistants, two years longer than Nimue and Myrddin as they married with Hiro as Best Man and Morgan and Valkyrie as joint Maids of Honour, and left on a journey.

Then Morgan found the letter on the pillow of their bed. She had tears in her eyes as she read the letter, knowing that it must have been hard on them to leave, as they had to return to wherever it was, they went, and Morgan knew it was important.

She would forever love them, but she knew they could never belong to her alone, no matter how much she wished they would.

Meanwhile Hiro and Valkyrie felt back leaving their Morgan, but they had to eventually, and knew they couldn't pollute the timeline by staying with her no matter that they wanted to so bad. They loved her with all their heart, and hoped she understood that. It was important that Morgan lived her life, and hopefully found someone special to live and fight for, but they feared things wouldn't work out so simply, as they both knew of the legends from both their worlds, and Morgan's future apparently wasn't the brightest.

Hiro was twenty-five years old, and Valkyrie was twenty-two; they arrived in a grassy area, and Valkyrie was looking curiously ahead with an expression of wonder at the huge castle town by the lake in front of them. Valkyrie looked at Harry who was wearing black robes with a crest of the four founders, and copied as he removed it with a swipe of his wand.

"Where and when are we, and why are we here?" Valkyrie finally asked, neglecting to realise she should subconsciously know where and when they were.

Hiro looked at her with a cheeky half-grin. "I sensed our paradox wasn't quite over, so redirected us to finish it, plus with some more time we can put some more improvements into the ceiling."

"We're, twenty years into the future?" she asked nervously.

Hiro chuckled and pulled her into a kiss. "Let's go find Myrddin," was all he said.

Valkyrie went buggy-eyed. "That's Camelot?" she asked, pointing to the castle town. Though, she knew she needn't have asked.

Hiro grinned and nodded while taking her hand. "Come, love. It has got to be interesting." Valkyrie just nodded dumbly as they walked towards the famous castle, as they had thought about visiting before, but Uther wasn't very trusting of mage. They were getting more and more nervous as they approached, wondering whether Myrddin would be welcoming or not.

Finally, they got to the open gates where two armoured guards were standing either side with spears. When Valkyrie and Hiro got close, they crossed their spears to stop their entrance.

"What business do you have in Camelot?" one of the guards asked.

Hiro smiled. "We're here seeking Myrddin Emrys."

The guards looked confused. "Never heard of him."

"Merlin, the wizard?" Hiro tried and that registered.

The two guards laughed. "Merlin shall not want to see two mere peasants like you; he is a busy man."

Hiro sighed. "He's an old friend of ours," he said clicking his fingers and they jumped at the spark

The guard stopped laughing and shifted nervously. "Why do you come? Did the witch Morgana send you?" he asked in fear, and Hiro and Valkyrie shared concerned looks.

Hiro shook his head. "Morgan didn't send us. I told you we're old friends of Merlin-."

"Hiro! Valkyrie!" interrupted a brown-haired man with bright green eyes and a grin. He looked older than when they last saw him, but not by much, and he had a little roughage of a short trim beard, and wore some brown trousers and white tunic under his brown robe. "It's been a long time since I've seen you both. Come on, come on; you'll be my guests," he said and the guards reluctantly let them pass.

"How are things?" Hiro asked.

Myrddin chuckled. "Not the greatest with Morgan turning to the dark side, over what Uther did."

"Excuse me?" Hiro asked in surprise as he had read the footnotes of the history of the conflict, but didn't know about Uther starting things.

"Tried to kill her son, Mordred," Myrddin said with a tired sigh. "He wanted to marry her off to some forty-year-old king of France to grab enough power to take the whole of England for himself. It was kept hush-hush, as something happened and accidental magic or something, and the baby was spared, but Uther lost a loyal assassin, and there began his end, as Morgan found out he also had her father, his eldest brother, and his wife killed, for the throne, and when the full scale of Uther's crimes came to light, Arthur was old enough to take the throne, and demanded his father abdicate, and leave Camelot for exile, as even a king should not be above the law, or especially human decency."

"So, Mordred is the rightful heir?" Valkyrie asked in heartache for her beloved friend.

Myrddin shrugged. "She expected once that her son would take the throne, not Arthur, but being a bastard child; only if there were no other heir. Arthur offered Mordred a place as a Knight of Camelot, and to join him at the Round Table, in the hope that he could piece his family back together again, and bring Morgan back from the darkness. That was a few weeks ago, and Mordred has yet to reply."

"Did Mordred even get to go to Hogwarts?" Hiro asked hoping he got something of a normal childhood and education.

Myrddin nodded as he led them passed some more guards and into the castle. "Yes, and he was in Gryffindor. Apparently, Godric took a liking to the boy, as he was talented and powerful. The schools founding members all parted ways from the school a few years after Mordred graduated if you hadn't yet heard."

"We had," Hiro replied while his mind was whirling. "So, who is Mordred's father…?" he asked slowly before continuing. "How old is Mordred?"

"About nineteen, I think," Myrddin said and didn't notice the WTF looks Valkyrie and Hiro shot each other. "But nobody knows who Mordred's father is…" he trailed off as Harry and Valkyrie looked sick. "You were her best friends, and…" he sighed. "Well, that's one mystery solved. Mordred is a demigod, which is why he's so powerful."

"What?" they both asked in shock.

Myrddin chuckled. "It took me a long while to figure out what you were – who you were, as I found scripture, and fortunes, telling tale of the Gods of Heroes, and right now this is a temporal causality paradox. So, until you decide you're done, you can make yourselves useful to the kingdom, and please, deal with your son and Morgan."

Hiro was about to reply when they walked into a large chamber with mighty marble and gold round table with men sat around with swords on the table in front of them facing inwards.

"Merlin!" the man with the golden crown and black hair called out.

"Your Majesty!" Myrddin greeted with a bow of his head. "I have brought with me two dear friends from when I learnt magic, as they wish to bring peace and stability back to the land. Let me introduce, Hiro and Valkyrie Yevon."

Hiro bowed while Valkyrie curtsied. "It would be our honour to help quell your cousins rage… we were close friends of hers many years ago, and want to mend her heart."

Arthur stood with hope. "Thank you for coming-."

"I was thinking My Lord," Myrddin said with a smile. "That perhaps, Hiro and Valkyrie could train some with the knights, as I'm sure both sides would have something to learn."

"Yes, of course," Arthur readily agreed. "Merlin my friend, why don't you find them some quarters, and we shall deal with getting them some servants to assist them in mundane matters later? Once they are settled, we can make proper arrangements and make proper introductions."

"Of course, My Lord," Myrddin agreed as he gestured, and Hiro and Valkyrie followed him.

"So why Merlin?" Valkyrie asked.

He chuckled and shook his head. "Even in Wales people have a hard time with my name, especially with the spelling, and most people have issues with simple words as it is. But may I ask, what year are you both from?"

Hiro grinned. "I shan't tell you that, but I can say that in our era, the muggles have created things that would awe and frighten you. Things that are so magnificent, that you, Myrddin, you would call it magic even though it is not."

Myrddin gulped. "I-I am afraid that I could not imagine such… fancy. My dream for mage and muggles to live side by side in harmony fails, doesn't it?"

Hiro shrugged. "Eventually, witches and wizards will come together for only one goal...-"

"We erase ourselves from the mundane," Myrddin said with a sigh and nod. "Uncle Salazar and I have talked about it in length. He said that if my 'silly' little dream does not pan out; that to protect the magic in the world we'll have to live separate from our mortal brothers and sisters, hidden from the world… forgotten. He was working on a way to find muggle-born children, so that we can protect them, and teach them…"

"Yeah, well, never mind the future," Hiro said with a shrug. "Lets concentrate on the present, as the future is never set in stone, because with every possibility, a universe where it happened exists. Maybe you'll get your way and splinter off a new timeline just for us being here?"

Myrddin laughed. "Thank you my friend," he said in gratitude, as they finally reached what was to be, Hiro and Valkyrie's room. They were rather stunned with the elegance for a castle without magic in the medieval era, with a huge four-poster bed larger than the ones at Hogwarts with crimson drapes and hangings, along with cream and crimson sheets. The room had two writing desks, as well a small sitting area with a couple of bookshelves packed with books, and a large bathtub and washbasin to one-side.

"This room shall see to you comforts," Myrddin said smiling at their looks of wonder. "Not as luxurious on… certain things as Hogwarts, but the castle is rather comfortable. If you are in need of anything at any time, you are guests of myself and the king, so do not hesitate to ask the servants, and we shall arrange some for your personal use." Hiro and Valkyrie nodded dumbly.

"So, is Nimue around?" Valkyrie asked causing Myrddin to pause as he was about to leave.

"Oh, yes, we have a small cottage near the Lake of Avalon," he agreed with a smile. "We don't spend as much time there as we do at Camelot. Nimue built Arthur and Mordred magic swords. Caliburn and Clarent. She hoped that building two Kings Blades, one for each of them, we might get Mordred over to our side, and hope that his mother saw reason. The sword was delivered recently along with his invite to join the Knights at Arthurs right hand, opposite Lancelot. Nimue will be pleased to see you both again, but if you'll excuse me, I have a few errands to run," he said before finally slipping free of the room looking much more the young man they used to know.

Valkyrie smiled at Hiro. "Well love, do you want to go see the sights?"

Hiro grinned. "Sure, let us make hast." They both left the castle soon after they changed clothes. Hiro was wearing clothes he brought back from his home world, the same ones he broke into Azkaban wearing. Valkyrie was wearing girls blue combats and form fitting blue top, with small blue leather jacket, with dark blue boots, as Harry had said blue looked good on her, and with her new world, she could get any kind of armoured clothes, any time she wanted, as more people dealt in magical ware on this world.

They were enjoying their time together out and about in town, holding hands, and just doing the usual 'date' things together while exploring.

The two of them were getting odd looks, and they were not sure whether that was because they were new in town, or the weird clothes they were wearing. They were just turning a corner when they saw a ruckus outside the local pub, and against their better judgement went over to investigate.

They came to a crowd of cheering drunken people and pushed their way through, where they saw three men kicking a young boy of about eleven years old. He was on the floor in a foetal position screaming and crying, and begging.

"That will teach ya, ya little brat," one man shouted gleefully as he kicked the small lad.

Hiro sighed and stepped forward and grabbed the man by the hair and threw him effortlessly to the ground. The crowd stopped cheering and the other two men stopped kicking the boy, shocked anyone intervened.

"I suggest you leave him be, or you shall feel my blade taking your heads," Hiro growled angrily. "What has this boy done to deserve such cruelty?"

"This boy has stolen a bronze coin from my person," one man said heatedly.

Hiro's eyes glowed bright green with anger. "That is no reason for three grown men to attack a child," he replied as his fists slammed into the men's faces one after the other in quick succession, causing them to fall to the floor, blood soaking the ground from their broken noses. "Maybe I should choose to discover what it is like for the strong to torment, jeer, and laugh at the weak?!" he suggested and the crowd moved back in fear.

Hiro saw Valkyrie kick another man in the face as he withdrew a small knife. Hiro then crouched down to the boy, and picked him up, cradling him protectively in his arms. He looked angrily at the crowd for a second, before he walked back towards the castle. The crowd parted to let them through; Valkyrie was right beside him, looking worriedly at the young boy.

The boy was whimpering as Hiro held him, and entered the castle. They then proceeded to their quarters where Hiro promptly laid the kid on the bed. Hiro then used his 'Cura' materia, unaware that a beautiful blonde-haired woman was watching curiously with Merlin from their open door.

"Honourable," Merlin said as they finished and the boy was sleeping. Hiro and Valkyrie looked round to see the two watching them. "Good people like you two have been rather hard to find. They seem so stuck in the ways of things, thinking… lesser people so far beneath them. What is it you plan to do with the boy?"

Hiro shrugged. "I don't know what we can do?"

Merlin smirked. "Give him a job as your personal page or assistant. We shall get him a bed in the servants' quarters and he shall be well fed and looked after."

Hiro and Valkyrie nodded. It turned out the boy was stealing for himself and nine-year-old little sister who were both orphaned. So they invited her to work for Valkyrie, while the boy, Kaylen worked for Hiro. The girls name Eileen. Hiro and Valkyrie treated the two as family rather than employees, which did not mean they would let the kids be lazy and slack off their duties, as they taught the children skills they would need to be better, to survive, to fight.

Over the next five years, Hiro and Valkyrie lived happily in the castle and trained as Knights, though they were not knighted. They trained in magical theory, and learnt incredibly complex magic's they had never even heard of before from books that were likely lost along time ago from their point of view.

They even made staffs, using their wands as cores. Hiro had an Emerald focus on his and Valkyrie a yellow diamond. They were brilliantly crafted and contained the magic of each other and Merlin in each of their staffs, as the legend himself helped make them, and he chose to pretend he didn't notice the wands were made out of some kind of advanced materials that hadn't been invented yet. Their new focuses could change at will back into wand or staff, though when a staff they were a lot more powerful, though not as accurate when firing spells so they had to practice long and hard.

Merlin found amusement as they had them learn to ride horses while firing spells at targets, and the Knights had them ride horses while using bow and arrow or crossbow, firing at targets. The Knights were all very impressed at their determination and skill, and Hiro got on rather well with Lancelot, but was disappointed that Mordred never turned up to become a knight, as he wanted to meet his son, as he heard of great battles won in the name of his mother, and despite his misgivings, Harry was proud that his boy wasn't considered a monster, and that he was fair and just in his 'conquest'.

Hiro and Valkyrie got on well with Queen Guinevere and King Arthur, and often when they had spare time chatted with them and just hung out, both were more down to Earth than that boring ghost history teacher; Binns would lead a person to believe.

After five years, Hiro and Valkyrie were shocked that the King had ordered a conjugation of the town and Knights. He then Knighted them both using the famous sword Excalibur (Caliburn), for all the peace they had brought to the town and surrounding villages, because it seemed they were the only two in town willing to stop fights, and help out the younger thieves rather than hurt them, making them better lives under the House of Yevon.

Hiro and Valkyrie were from then on included in the Round Table meetings to their surprise, and even sent on a few missions throughout the land, but avoided Morgan and Mordred for the time being, but Merlin would not allow the King to send them too far or for too long as they were still thankfully in 'training'. They didn't want to mess with this world's history too much, if they could help it, and 'Merlin' understood that.

They continued normally other than that, learning Alchemy, Mathematics, Arthimancy, Rune magic's of which the likes they never thought possible. Tune magic's that they had never heard of before, but then thought Phoenixes obviously used it, so wondered why no one else did in their time. In addition, blood magic's, and in addition to that, dark magic's, as it was prudent to learn the casts of your enemy, so you could undo them if and when needed.

It was around then that Hiro disappeared leaving a note for his wife that he had to attend some 'other family matters'. Hiro arrived outside of an encampment of dark mage, goblins, trolls, and other creatures. Hiro was dressed in black leathers with long dark coat fluttering behind him.

Hiro watched as he approached and many mage panicked, screaming out as a tall man, maybe Hiro's height stepped out of a tent wearing black plate armour with shaggy black hair and glowing green eyes, drawing a golden sword.

Drawing his sword in return it swished out to full length, Hiro stood and waited. The other man finally came to a stop, staring coldly at Hiro while many other soldiers surrounded them.

"Hello, Father," the young man said.

"Mordred," Hiro said while gulping. "My son," he replied to Mordred's surprise.

"You accept my existence as your son?" he asked.

"I claim you as my boy," Hiro agreed to widening eyes. "I Hiro Yevon am the father of Mordred Yevon nee Pendragon! If Uther were still alive I would destroy him for daring harm my family."

"You lie!" he roared to cheers and charged, and within a moment, Mordred passed Hiro with a swipe of his sword. They stood at an angle from each other back-to-back before Mordred shuddered as his sword shattered in half with half dropping to the floor.

They turned to each other with Mordred looking horrified, but Hiro returned his sword to half its size and his sheaf before undoing the sheaf belt and holding it out.

"Her name is Equinox," Hiro said gently. "Your grandfather and aunt gave her to me many years ago… to me at least. Such a weapon should be handed down from father to son," he said and with that threw the sword, and Mordred startled as he caught it, dropping the shattered remains of the Clarent.

"But…?" Mordred couldn't say more as his father had flickered and then he was pulled into his arms, and held tightly.

"I'm sorry, Mordred," Hiro whispered into his son's ear. "I may never know you, but know within my blood, my magic, my very soul, I love you with everything I have, and I am so very proud of you," he said and a moment later Mordred returned the hug, and held on tightly.

"I hoped with every fibre we would cross paths again," interrupted a soft voice, and pulling from his son he turned to see a beautiful black haired woman.

"Morgan?" he asked timidly before she literally apparated into his arms and buried her face into his neck. Hiro held her tightly, and lovingly.

"Hiro, I'm so happy, and I know you cant stay, but please, just for a little while?" she asked hopefully, and Hiro nodded to her glee, and the next few years were rather weird, but also amazing, as the light and dark came to a mutual agreement.

Then with an amazing night between Valkyrie, Hiro, and Morgan, after a rather nice party where light and dark pushed aside their horrors, Valkyrie and Hiro returned to their world in the future. They had made sure their servants were well cared for, giving them nobility and respect and wealth, as their adoptive children, and taught them true nobility and humility, as they saw fit to see that children like them never had to go hungry, and had a place in the world to become more than they once were.

Harry and Stephanie were in their forties when they returned to the future day Hogwarts, only hours after they left wearing their original Ravenclaw and Slytherin robes. Their backpacks on their backs, full of the stuff they accumulated over their years of training.

Harry and Stephanie looked into the Great Hall to see new tables had been placed in it and it was clean and tidy. Though, the ceiling looked bleak still being normal, but Harry and Stephanie smirked. They just had to put their stuff back in their trunks and repair the damage plus interest.

As the couple headed towards their towers, they decreased their age back to eleven and twelve. They giggled slightly. It felt weird to be young again, wearing smaller clothes, as their uniforms shrunk to fit. It didn't take long to stash what they didn't need away before sneaking off once more.

Harry and Stephanie were happy they met no one on their way back towards the Great Hall, and then met outside of Stephanie's common room before they headed up to the Great Hall, where they would spend all night if they had to making it look better than anyone thought it ever would.
