Boku no Hero Academia: Izuku's Pet Noumu

Chapter 21: I-Island (Part 2)

After Wolfram had ordered his men to take Samuel away, Toshinori (a.k.a. All Might) was about to attempt breaking free from his restraints in spite of his time limit when he noticed Izuku flashing the flash light of his mobile phone at him. Immediately realising that the boy and his friends were somehow inside the main tower and yet were not restrained or held hostage, Toshinori remained still while Izuku whispered to Kyouka, "Can you do it, Jirou-san?"

Kyouka nodded at Izuku and replied, "Yeah." Izuku silently then gestured to Toshinori to speak.

Well aware that Kyouka and Himiko were most probably with Izuku, Toshinori softly explained the situation, "The villains have taken over the island. They have control over the security system and are holding everyone on the island hostage. All the heroes here have been taken as well. It's too dangerous. Get out of here as soon as possible."

Kyouka wore a horrified expression as she whispered to Izuku, "This is bad, real bad!"

--A short while later in the emergency stairs of the Central Tower…--

"Given the situation and All Might's message, we should follow his instructions to escape from this place," said Tenya who was currently speaking to the rest of the students from U.A. High School, Melissa and her three friends, Inko, Eri, Entoma, Yuri, Narberal and Tuareninya. Understandably, both Eri and Inko were terrified by what was happening at the moment.

Wankuro frowned and growled, "Why we run? We're heroes!"

Minoru clenched his fists and explained, "It's not that simple, Midori-chan. For one thing, only the maids have licenses to use their quirks against villains."

Yuri nodded and added, "Even if we give you permission to use your quirks to fight the villains, attacking them will inevitably put all the hostages at risk."

"What about warning the pro-heroes outside?" asked Denki who was hopeful that his idea would be helpful.

"I can send pieces of myself out of the tower!" said Setsuna.

Juuzou nodded and added, "I can make a hole for us to get out of here."

"I'm afraid that it's not that simple," said Melissa who then explained, "This tower alone has security on par with Tartarus Prison. Breaking out of here, especially by force or with the use of quirks, will inevitably get the villains' attention. Even if we do manage to get out of here to warn the pro-heroes outside, we will still have to deal with the security robots, which are currently holding the people outside hostage, never mind the hostage situation in the reception hall."

"Even so, we can't just stay here and wait for help. There's no telling if those villains will actually let everyone go after getting whatever they're here for," said Juurouta.

"Then we will save them. All of them," said Izuku.

Shocked by Izuku's declaration, Neito demanded, "What do you mean we save 'all of them'? Are you seriously suggesting we go out there and fight the villains? Even if we can beat them all, what's going to stop those villains from killing the hostages the moment we start doing anything against them?"

"We're not going to fight the villains, at least not intentionally," said Izuku. Surprised, the group silently listened to Izuku as he spoke to Melissa and her friends, "We can't escape this place due to the hijacked security system, which is also responsible for restraining all the pro-heroes and holding basically everyone on this island hostage, so is there any way we can do something about it?"

Realising what Izuku was planning, Melissa nodded and said, "The controls for the security system of this island is at the top of this tower."

"If the villains have indeed taken over the security system, then the authentication locks and passwords should have been disabled," said Houka who then added, "Which means that we can restart the system and make the villains lose control of it."

"And save everyone and get away at the same time!" said Eijirou and Tetsutetsu who were clearly glad to know that it was possible to stop the villains and save the day.

"That said, we need to be able to avoid detection while making our way to the top floor and, I'm sorry to say, doing so in such a big group will be impossible," said Leeron who the explained, "The fact that we've been able to avoid detection so far is already nothing short of sheer dumb luck and a clear indication that the villains are not used to working with the security system."

"Not to mention that there will definitely be villains at the top floor even if we can make it to the top undetected," said Momo who was understandably worried about the safety of her parents, Sebas and the captured members of the Pleiades Combat Maids.

"Even so, I don't think any of us actually want to sit around and do nothing if we can do something about it," said Shouto. Basically everyone from Classes 1A and 1B nodded in agreement with him.

"Then it's decided, we will split up into two teams," said Itsuka who then said, "The first team will remain here to protect the civilians, as well as assist the pro-heroes once they have been freed, while the second team will travel to the top of the tower to restart the security system."

"I am giving everyone full authorisation to use your quirks as deemed necessary to defend yourselves and get the security system restarted. Hopefully, that will be the only things that you children will need to do," said Yuri.

"If that's the case, then please let me join the second team," said Houka who then explained, "My quirk, [Hacker Set, will allow me to easily hack the security system and change its settings."

"I too wish to join the second team," said Leeron who then winked and said, "I may not be as good as hacking as Houka-kun but I can still hack faster than most thanks to my quirk, [Technology Analysis]."

Melissa looked down and said, "I'm sorry for not being able to offer anything to help everyone."

Noticing Melissa's sadness, Izuku scratched his cheek sheepishly and said, "Yeah, about that…" He then revealed the Full Gauntlet, which had been on his right wrist the whole time, and said, "I… kind of forgot to ask you how to take it off when I left your lab earlier." As for how he had kept Full Gauntlet hidden, it was hidden beneath the long sleeve of his shirt.

Everyone blinked while staring at Izuku before Melissa laughed at the silly yet heartening revelation. Her laugher was infectious as soon, even Eri giggled softly at Izuku's silliness. Heartened by the fact that Izuku was wearing the Full Gauntlet, Melissa said, "Then I hope that my support item will be able to help you save everyone, Dekiru."

Izuku smiled at Melissa and said, "I'm sure that it will, Melissa."

--Team Setup Start…--

The first team, codenamed Team Defence, would stay behind to protect Inko, Eri, Melissa, Constanze and Mei, as well as provide support to the pro-heroes after they had been freed. The team composition was as follows:

Pleiades Combat Maids: Entoma and Tuareninya

Noumu-girls: Nyujou and Ningyou

Class 1B: Kojirou, Kinoko, Kousei, Nirengeki, Ibara and Manga

Class 1A: Mezou, Yuuga, Kouji, Tsuyu, Rikidou and Hitoshi

As for the second team, codenamed Team Stealth, it would head to the top of the central tower to reset the security system. Depending on the situation, the team might need to split up to cope with both the villains and the hacked security measures. The team composition was as follows:

Pleiades Combat Maids: Yuri and Narberal

Noumu-girls: Wankuro and Himiko

Civilian Volunteers: Houka and Leeron

Class 1B: Yousetsu, Sen, Togaru, Tetsutetsu, Shihai, Itsuka, Yui, Juurouta, Pony, Setsuna, Juuzou, Reiko, Neito and Hiryuu

Class 1A: Mina, Tenya, Ochako, Mashirao, Denki, Eijirou, Kyouka, Hanta, Fumikage, Shouto, Tooru, Izuku, Minoru and Momo

--Team Setup Finished…--

With the teams set up, Team Stealth quickly made their way up to the top of the tower, which was at the 200thlevel, while Team Defence retreated to the ground level of the emergency stairs to reduce the likelihood of being accidentally discovered while setting up a defensive perimeter. Of course, Izuku made sure to let Toshinori know about the decision before making his way upwards with the rest of Team Stealth. Although the blond pro-hero did not want Izuku and his companions to do anything risky and/or dangerous, especially in a hostage situation, he knew that the boy and his friends were determined to somehow save everyone and thus decided to trust them. As such, Toshinori conserved his strength so that he would be able to use it once he was freed from his restraints.

Entoma, who was the unofficial leader of Team Defence with Tuareninya as her second in command, weaved near-invisible strings of silk which she could use to detect and trap any incoming threats while Mezou grew additional eyes and ears in case any of the villains somehow managed to bypass Entoma's strings of silk. Even if the villains managed to get past Entoma's silken traps, they would have to deal with Kinoko's mushrooms, Ibara's vines, Kojirou's glue, Kousei's air-barriers, Yuuga's laser beams, Tsuyu's long tongue and Ningyou's strings. Assuming that the villains could somehow break past the second layer of defence, they would have to deal with Nyujou and Rikidou. Both Mezou and Tsuyu were no slouches in close-quarters combat either and Tuareninya was armed with various weapons, including glocks with silencers, thanks to Momo's ability to create them. As for Hitoshi, he was the "insurance" against human villains as he could brainwash them to either stop them from attacking Team Defence or even prevent them from attacking any of the hostages.

Admittedly, Kouji and Nirengeki decided to stay put as they were not confident that they could do much to help Team Stealth which would have to somehow travel up 200 levels undetected. After all, I-Island had a very efficient pest control system, thereby making Kouji's quirk ineffective at best, and Nirengeki was not confident that he could climb up all the stairs without exhausting himself completely. As for Manga, he could use his quirk for a wide variety of effects but it was not exactly suited for stealth due to the need to make various types of onomatopoeia. Of course, Hitoshi's quirk was useless against security robots and shutters which Team Stealth was likely to encounter while travelling upwards to the top floor.

With the defences set up, Team Defence could only wait and hope that Team Stealth would be able to reset the security system.

--With Team Stealth…--

The team, including Minoru who was somehow able to keep up in spite of his short stature, was able to reach the 80thlevel undetected but the way up was blocked by a shutter. Leeron frowned as he spoke, "We can't afford to destroy the shutter nor can we force it open through hacking since the villains will detect us for sure."

Houka turned his attention towards a door and said, "Then we'll have to open the door into Level 80 and go through it to reach the other emergency stairway at the other end. I can hack it so that opening it won't immediately alert the villains but we can't avoid the security cameras inside the level indefinitely."

"That'll have to do," said Yuri while the rest of the team nodded in mutual agreement.

Cables emerged from Houka's left wrist while his left forearm glowed to show a keyboard display. The cables then inserted themselves into the circuitry of the door so that he could hack it. The fingers on his right hand moved at a blinding speed as he hacked the circuitry by tapping the display on his left forearm.

After a few minutes, Houka said, "All right, we can open the door without alerting the villains but we'll have to hurry."

"Then let's proceed with speed and caution!" said Tenya who then ran into the level together with the rest of Team Stealth.

--Five minutes later, inside the control room…--

One of Wolfram's men, a grey-haired man who wore a visor, did an impressive spit-take in spite of not drinking anything when he saw no fewer than twenty people running through the 80thlevel of the tower. Staring at the large group in utter bewilderment, he said, "How in the ever-loving fuck did we not notice them?!" Needless to say, he immediately informed Wolfram who then ordered two of his men to take the "insurance" to Level 135.

The two men, a middle-aged man with a round head seemingly fused to his thick neck, a hooked nose, seemingly closed black eyes with small eyebrows and short black hair named Daigo and a thin man with a goat-like face, small triangular ears, a flat nose, dark-green hair, a goatee, visibly sharp teeth and thin dark eyes named Nobu, wore nervous expressions as they were reluctant to bring the "insurance" with them to the designated level. However, they did not dare to oppose their leader and thus had no choice but to do as he had ordered.

While Daigo and Nobu did as they were told, Wolfram ordered the villain who was controlling the security system of the island to activate the shutters and have the security robots defend levels 100 to 130. The lead villain frowned in displeasure as he thought, "To think that I have to use them so soon." His frown deepened as he could see Juuzou literally moulding holes into the shutters. Growing impatient, Wolfram made call and said, "Swordkil, tell him to hurry up with the acquisition. Those brats from U.A. High School are trying to reset the security system and are already tearing their way through the island's defences, literally!"

--Back to Team Stealth…--

"So much for being stealthy!" yelled Tetsutetsu who was currently fighting off several security robots with his iron-hardened fists

Eijirou, who was guarding Tetsutetsu's back while in his Unbreakable Form, grinned and said, "Just be thankful that we have the rest of the team with us! Otherwise, we'd be overwhelmed for sure!"

Indeed, the team was actually doing rather well against the robots as Mina created a pool of acid strong enough to melt the wheels of the security robots, thereby making them unable to move properly, while Himiko, Wankuro and Togaru cut them down with their claws and blades. Shouto, Hanta and Minoru restrained the robots with the use of ice, tape and stick balls respectively while Izuku, Tenya, Mashirao, Fumikage, Itsuka, Yuri and Narberal fought off any robot that got too close. Thanks to the Full Gauntlet, Izuku was able to safely and consistently use 30% of One For All without hurting himself. Izuku had yet to us 100% of One For All with the Full Gauntlet on and he wanted to keep it that way for as long as possible.

Neito, who had copied Juuzou's quirk, was working together with him to soften the floor and make the robots sink into it while Yousetsu used his fusing quirk to fuse the robots onto the floor or even one another to immobilise them. Pony distracted the robots or knocked them down with her detached horns while Setsuna split herself into flying pieces and Hiryuu shot his scales to distract the robots further.

"I was worried that we'd be slowed to a crawl but it seems that we're still making good progress," said Houka.

Leeron frowned as he asked, "Even so, don't you think that the villains would have told us to stand down by now? They still have the hostages after all."

"Perhaps they have something that they are confident will stop us regardless of our efforts," said Momo who could not help but overhear Houka and Leeron's conversation. Unlike the others, she was holding back so that she could use her quirk feely when the situation required her ability to create objects.

"I certainly hope not," said Houka who had a sinking feeling that the villains indeed had something that could be used to stop the group.

--Some time later…--

After taking out the first few waves of robots, and breaking through various shutters, Team Stealth was able to travel to Level 135 mostly unopposed. However, the team's fears that the villains had prepared something for them was proven true as they met not only a another wave of robots but also two villains who obviously worked for Wolfram and, most worryingly, three young girls dressed in rags whom Wankuro and Himiko immediately recognised to be noumu-girls.

One of the young girls had pale chitinous skin, almond-shaped eyes which were completely black in colour with two smaller pairs of additional eyes on her forehead and pale-lilac hair. The other girl had red hair, blue eyes and furry pointed ears and tail not unlike that of a canine. The third girl had silver-blue hair, amber eyes with slit pupils, pointed ears and silver-blue scales on various parts of her pale-blue body.

Izuku was horrified as the young girls, who could not be older than Eri, were clearly terrified and did not want to fight but had been forced to become weapons by the League of Villains. Outraged, Izuku yelled at Nobu and Daigo, "You two are members of the League of Villains, aren't you?!"

Daigo glared at Izuku and said, "No, we are not. That said, our leader accepted their offer to help us ensure the success of our mission."

Nobu smirked at the group and said, "Unless you don't care about your own safety, I suggest that you all surrender before these freaks tear you all to pieces!"

A tense moment of silence passed before Izuku assumed a fighting stance and growled, "Bring it!" Soon, everyone else from Team Stealth did the same as they shared Izuku's opinion that the villains had to be stopped.

Both Nobu and Daigo glared at the opposing group in displeasure before Daigo pressed a button hidden beneath his pocket. The three girls clutched their heads in agony as they screamed while transforming into different kinds of monsters.

The girl with pale chitinous skin transformed into a monstrous creature with the upper body of a woman and the lower body of a spider. Her transformed state possessed black chitinous skin, white hair, red eyes and eight spider legs tipped with a pair of sharp claws each while her original legs transformed into the pedipalps of her spider-like lower body. As for the other two girls, the girl with red hair and blue eyes transformed into an imposing werewolf-like beast woman with red fur, a short canine snout and sharp claws while the girl with silver-blue hair and amber eyes with slit pupils transformed into a winged four-legged dragon with silver-blue scales, a serpentine neck, a long whip-like tail, sharp ivory teeth and black claws. After their transformations were complete, it was clear that the three transformed girls were filled with pain and rage as they roared at Izuku and his companions. It was at that moment that Izuku and his group decided to do what they could to somehow save the girls.

Nobu, who was clearly uncaring about the three girls' suffering, pointed at Izuku's group and ordered, "Arachne, Werewolf, Dragonborn, tear them apart!"

Roaring in rage and pain, the three transformed girls charged towards Izuku's group. Thanks to their increased training, Izuku and his schoolmates that made up Team Stealth knew what to do even without Yuri or Narberal instructing them.

Wankuro and Himiko, who were the most familiar with fighting against other noumus due to being tested against "old generation noumus" and even one another, immediately charged forward to take on the werewolf noumu and the dragon noumu respectively. Wankuro transformed into a massive wolf and tackled her opponent to knock her down while biting onto her right shoulder. The werewolf noumu, codenamed Werewolf, was somehow able to stand her ground before attempting to claw at Wankuro's back. Instead of letting go and retreating, Wankuro instead produced crimson flames on her back, thus burning Werewolf's clawed hands. However, Werewolf was not deterred as she immediately let out a howl which was powerful enough to be deemed as a sonic weapon. Although in pain form the attack that was making her ears bleed, Wankuro stubbornly held on.

While Werewolf was fighting against Wankuro, the dragon nomu, codenamed Dargonborn, was fighting against Himiko. Although larger and covered in tough scales, Dragonborn was unable to keep up with Himiko's speed. However, when Werewolf howled, Himiko cried out in pain due to her sensitive hearing and tried to cover her ears. Her lapse of concentration was enough for Dragonborn, who was less affected, to pin Himiko down with a clawed foreleg. Acting in desperation, Himiko tried to cut off the limb but the tough scales got in the way. Her life flashed before her eyes as Dragonborn prepared to bite her face off while green fumes emerged from her dragonic maw.

As for the third nomu, Arachne, she charged straight towards Izuku who did not hesitate to flick his finger at her with 60% of One For All. Although he was aware that his attack might only stun her, he also knew that she would be unable to use whatever possible spider-based abilities she might have as a result of the shock-wave. Both Daigo and Nobu did not expect the attack and were thus unprepared for Arachne to fly back and collide into them and the security robots as though they were bowling pins.

Back to Wankuro and Werewolf, Wankuro was unable to hold on and maintain her flames at the same time due to the deafening howl. As such, her flames abated which left her back vulnerable to Werewolf's claws. However, before Werewolf could dig her claws into Wankuro's back, Shihai suddenly appeared from Wankuro's shadow and punched Werewolf in her left eye. Although Shihai hardly did any damage, his punch distracted Werewolf long enough to allow Itsuka to grab both of her arms with enlarged hands. In spite of the distraction and the enhanced strength in Itsuka's enlarged hands, Werewolf was powerful enough to make the other girl struggle. Even so, Wankuro took her chance to transform back into her human form, which was naked since her dress had been torn and burnt away, and punched Werewolf with a flaming fist. Stunned by the punch, Werewolf was unable to do anything as both Wankuro and Itsuka retreated so that Shouto could immobilise her with his ice. Before Werewolf could use her howl again, Reiko used her telekinetic quirk to literally jam one of Minoru's balls into her mouth, thereby silencing her as a result.

While Shihai, Itsuka, Shouto and Reiko helped Wankuro defeat Werewolf, Dragonborn was about to tear Himiko's face off when Pony launched two horns that flew towards her head. Forced to respond to the incoming flying projectiles, Dragonborn bit onto one horn while dodging the other. Hanta then took his chance to wrap Dragonborn's head with his tape, thereby covering her eyes her and shutting her mouth closed. Panicking from her blinded state, Dragonborn stumbled back while trying to shake the tape off her head thus allowing Himiko to free herself and regroup with the others. It was at that moment that Juuzou made the floor beneath Dragonborn soft so that the dragon-like noumu would sink into the floor and be trapped as a result. Before Dragonbon could free herself, Tenya suddenly appeared overhead and yelled, "Recipro Burst!"

The resulting kick onto her upper back from Tenya forced Dragonborn to sink deeper into the softened floor before Juuzou made it hard again. Hanta then shot his tape at Dragonborn to further immobilise her, especially her wings. Little did the group realise that Dragonborn actually had the ability to breath out large volumes of green poisonous fumes but could not do so due to the good fortune of having her mouth taped shut. Of course, she could have breathed out the fumes earlier but neither Daigo nor Nobu wanted her to do so while they were in the same enclosed area as her.

Arachne, who was somehow able to stand up after getting hit by the powerful shock-wave created by Izuku, glared at the boy before spitting a corrosive venom-coated blob of silk at him. Immediately recognising the danger, Izuku flicked his finger again to knock back the incoming projectile. Thankfully, the projectile was knocked back and in fact nearly hit Daigo and Nobu. The two men panicked as they got away from the corrosive ball of poison-coated silk as it damaged the robots that got into contact with it. Unharmed by her own poison, Arachne charged towards Izuku again with the intention of gutting him alive. However, just as she was leaping towards Izuku, Fumikage stood before her and yelled, "Dark Shadow!"

"Roger!" yelled Dark Shadow who immediately punched Arachne in her humanoid stomach and sent her flying back onto the robots which were still knocked down. Minoru took the opportunity to throw his balls at Arachne with the help of Reiko's telekinesis, effectively making Arachne stick onto the robots which were clearly weighing her down. Due to being weighed down, Arachne was unable to move as quickly as before thereby allowing Eijirou and Tetsutetsu to pin her down with a corrosion-resistant net created by Momo. Both Eijirou and Tetsutetsu then used their hardened fists like hammers as they nailed down the net with corrosion-resistant spikes which were also made by Momo.

Daigo and Nobu stared at the group with shocked expressions on their faces as the latter swore, "Holy fuck, just what the hell have those kids been learning at that damned school?!"

Daigo gritted his teeth as he transformed into a purple-skinned gorilla-like beast and was about to attack the group when Yuri suddenly appeared before him with her head held in her left arm. Shocked, Daigo was unable to act as the maid punched him multiple times with her right fist that was covered in ethereal armour. Stunned by the blows, Daigo was unable to counter Yuri as she suddenly spun around and delivered a kick which sent him flying.

Nobu, who was already shaken by the defeat of the three nomus, was panicking as he transformed his hands which grew larger with webbing between the elongated digits. He was about to use his displacement ability on Yuri when Narberal appeared behind him and delivered a powerful chop to the back of his head, knocking him out as a result.

Both Yuri and Narberal were forced to retreat when the remaining security robots finally took action. With Nobu, Daigo and the three noumus taken out, the villain who was controlling the hacked security system no longer needed to hold the remaining robots back in fear of possibly getting in their way. He also made sure to report the situation to Wolfram who should be watching the scene anyway…

--At the reception hall…--

Wolfram gritted his teeth as he realised that the "insurance" was clearly not enough to stop the interlopers. Although the three noumus had held the group back, it would only be a matter of time before they reached the top. Not wanting to take any chances, Wolfram decided to head to the top floor to "persuade" Samuel to work faster in acquiring the objective.

As Wolfram made his way upwards, the guests in the reception hall saw what Izuku's group were doing and were honestly awed by their courage, capabilities and teamwork. Even Toshinori, in spite of his time limit and his growing concern for the children, could not help but smile as he thought, "Those kids… are really cool!"

--Back to Izuku's group…--

After defeating the robots, as well providing a Momo-created dress for Wankuro to wear, Izuku and his group were about to keep moving when they realised that the three noumu girls were still struggling against their restraints and were in fact injuring themselves from the exertion. Concerned for the girls' well-being, as they were clearly incapable of calming down on their own and could still be in pain, Izuku asked the other members of Team Stealth, "Did anyone notice those two villains using anything to make the girls attack us?"

Yuri nodded and said, "The villain whom I knocked out just now was using a device."

"Then let's get that device," said Izuku. As much as he wanted to stop the villains, he couldn't being himself to leave the three girls suffering even while in a berserk state.

Yuri nodded and quickly fetched the device. She then handed the device to Houka and Leeron and said, "Please examine the thing. We don't want to accidentally activate some kind of suicide switch."

Leeron nodded and used his quirk to analyse the device. His frown deepened as he spoke, "It's a good thing that we've decided to come with you to help. That switch is designed to make the girls go berserk until the registered user orders them to stop. Had any of you tried to deactivate the switch on your own, the three girls would have died due to the torture implants in their brains overloading to the point of exploding. There's even a command to forcibly activate the overload."

"Which means that we can't trust those foul villains to actually help us save those girls who are forced to rage against their will even if it means dying as a result," said Narberal who was clearly frowning in displeasure.

"Can you deactivate the implants then?" asked Yuri.

Leeron shook his head and said, "No, not without my tools." He then turned to Houka and asked, "What about you?"

"I can try," said Houka who then added, "However, I'm not sure if I can do it quickly enough to save them and then stop the villains in time"

"Then we will split up so that one group remains here to not only keep an eye on the villains and the girls but also protect Houka while he tries to hack the device to save the girls. The other group will continue with the original objective," said Momo.

Yuri and Narberal nodded at Momo before Yuri spoke to the rest of Team Stealth, "Narberal will remain here with Himiko, Shouto, Denki, Hanta, Mashirao, Pony, Yousetsu, Hiryuu and Tetsutetsu while the rest of us continue to reach the 200thlevel."

The remaining members of Team Stealth which would continue heading upwards towards the top level were as follows:

"Damn it, these robots just keep on coming!" yelled Eijirou while he fought off one of the security robots.

"I just hope that the others downstairs are not having the same problems with the robots as us," said Izuku after kicking off a security robot.

"If the were, we'd probably hear something about it by now," said Yuri who then added, "I doubt they'd risk letting us reach the top floor if they could hold them hostage."

"Speaking about hostages, why didn't they consider threatening them to stop us earlier?" wondered Sen.

"Probably because the security robots were hard-wired to avoid causing fatal injuries and the villains wish to avoid provoking All Might. Don't forget, he's probably capable of breaking free of his restrains but has been holding back to prevent any fatalities," answered Yuri.

"Considering how powerful he is, I don't blame them for wanting to avoid REALLY pissing him off," said Setsuna's floating mouth.

"There's also the fact that they have in fact tried to stop us but we've managed to overcome and even avoid their attempts so far," said Momo.

Indeed, Kyouka and Wankuro were able to help the group avoid some of the security robots by using their keen senses of hearing in spite of the injuries caused by Werewolf's howl. That said, there was not denying that the remaining members of Team Stealth still had to fight their way through unavoidable waves of robots and it was clear that their progress was getting slower due to the reduction in team size. The fact that they could not afford to go all out in the server room for fear of damaging the security system only made the situation more difficult for them.

Leeron had an idea and said, "I know another way to reach the top level. However, we'll need to turn back and find a way to get to the top without using the stairs or the elevators."

Yuri nodded at Leeron and then said, "Dekiru (a.k.a. Izuku), Wan-Chan (a.k.a. Wankuro), Uravity (a.k.a. Ochako), Tsukuyomi (a.k.a. Fumikage), Earphone Jack (a.k.a. Kyouka), Gevaudan (a.k.a. Juurouta), Lizardy (a.k.a. Setsuna) and Vantablack (a.k.a. Shihai), escort Littner-san and keep him safe so that he can reset the security system. The rest of us will hold those robots off."

"Understood!" said the students from U.A. High School who were entrusted to escort Leeron.

While the group left with Leeron, Momo asked Yuri, "We're probably going to get captured at this rate, aren't we?"

"Maybe, but we can still buy them time," said Yuri who then yelled, "Invisible Girl (a.k.a. Tooru), now!"

"Okay!" yelled Tooru who then channelled her ability to bend light to turn herself into a bright flash bomb. Due to the bright flash, the robots were unable to see for a moment which was long enough for Yuri to suddenly appear before them and destroy a few of them with her knife-hand strikes.

Yuri retreated before the robots would counter-attack and said, "Everyone, hold the line!"

"Plus Ultra!" yelled the group who were entrusted to hold the robots back as long as they could.

--With Izuku's group…--

After leaving the server room with Leeron, the escort group went to the wind power generation system which was located outdoors on one of the roofs of the central tower. Leeron lloked upwards and said, "If we can reach the emergency exit over there, we can enter the top floor right away."

Izuku nodded and said, "I can float myself to take you up there."

"I'm going with you. My pieces can fly and help to make sure you don't float away," said Setsuna.

"Me too!" said Wankuro.

Ochako nodded and said, "I can make Littner-san and Wan-chan weightless so that you can get up there faster."

Kyouka frowned and said, "You guys better hurry. I can hear those robots coming our way!"

"We'll hold them off while you four get to the top," said Juurouta.

Fumikage nodded and called forth Dark Shadow, which was significantly larger than usual due to being out in the darkness of the night, and said, "We'll catch up as soon as we can to end this hour of darkness!"

Shihai smirked as he fused with Dark Shadow and said, "You are not alone in this battle against the abyss of defeat!"

Izuku nodded and said, "Understood. Stay safe, everyone!"

Before long, Izuku floated to the top with Leeron in his arms and Wankuro holding onto him from behind. Thanks to his floating ability, Ochako's ability to make Leeron and Wankuro weightless, and Setsuna's flying pieces, he was able to safely reach the exit. As for the group that had stayed behind, they were currently engaged with the security robots.

Leeron was honestly tempted to tease Izuku about carrying him in his strong arms but he knew better than to fluster the boy while they were in the middle of an important mission to save everyone.

Izuku immediately broke the emergency exit door open and said, "Everyone, let's get going!"

While the group made their way to the security control room, Wakuro's ears twitched and warned, "Incoming!"

Aware of the possibility of villains present in the top floor, the group was prepared to encounter a middle-aged man with lightly-tanned skin, thin honey brown eyes, long face and has shoulder-length pink hair named Swordkil and two men who were armed with assault rifles. Although they were dangerous and armed, they stood little chance against Izuku who knocked them off balance which a flick of his finger at 60% of One For All and Wankuro immediately taking them down with her flaming punches and kicks. In fact, it was clear that that three noumus whom Izuku and his companions had fought earlier were much harder to defeat than the three men even with a reduced "party size".

After defeating the three men, Izuku, Wankuro, Setsuna and Leeron continued to make their way to the control room. Along the way, they noticed that the door into the storage room was opened and realised that Samuel was in the room with Wolfram.

Leeron frowned as he spoke, "So the villains were after something stored in here."

"Tokage-san, take Leeron to the control room.Wan-Chan and I will try to rescue the civilian," said Izuku. Both Setsuna and Leeron nodded at Izuku before they quickly set off to the control room.

In the storage room, Samuel was sweating nervously as he desperately tried to unlock the storage container which contained the Quirk Amplification Device. As David Shield's assistant, he was aware of the device and how it could potentially change the world. He could have received great fame and renown along with David had the research for the device not been frozen by the sponsors who feared the possible dangers of its misuse. However, when David not only allowed the research to be frozen but even decided to turn his attention towards what could be considered as a "downgraded version" of the original device, Samuel decided to take matters into his own hands. The fact that David, who had initially considered accepting Samuel's suggestion to steal the device, ultimately rejected the idea after watching the U.A. Sports Festival only made Samuel more desperate to steal the device and at least earn some money by selling it to the highest bidder along with Wolfram. However, things did not go as planned as not only was All Might present for the I-Expo but also the students of U.A. High School, including the noumu-girls, who had somehow managed to avoid detection and even defeat the hired villains. As it was, Samuel was genuinely fearing for his life as Wolfram's patience was clearly reaching its limit.

Wolfram, gritted his teeth as he growled, "How much longer do you need to get that thing unlocked? Those brats are clearly even more troublesome than we had expected and this whole plan of yours has been going straight to shit even with the 'insurance' I've gotten from that 'benefactor'!"

"Don't you think I know that?!" yelled Samuel who then added, "If anyone somehow figures out my role in all of this, my life will be completely ruined!"

Angered by Samuel's response, Wolfram yelled, "Then I suggest that you keep trying before the security system gets…!"

Suddenly, the security system of I-Island was resent thanks to Leeron's efforts.

--At the reception hall…--

With the security system reset, the robots that were attacking Izuku's companions stopped attacking them and, just as importantly, the pro-heroes were released from their restraints. The villains who were keeping the people in the hall hostage panicked due to the sudden release of the pro-heroes who did not hesitate to take them down. Momo's parents and servants, along with Toshinori, Shouta (a.k.a. Eraser Head), Higari (a.k.a. Power Loader) and Sekijirou (a.k.a. Vlad King) were especially determined to take down the villains quickly and help the students of U.A. High School.

Leeron's voice could be heard as he announced, "The villains are trying to steal something from the storage room at the 200thfloor. I've reactivated the elevators so please get up here as soon as you can!"

Toshinori nodded at his colleagues before he rushed out of the building to leap straight to the top level. Sebas turned his attention towards Satoru who nodded at him. Nodding in return, Sebas transformed into his winged form and followed Toshinori out of the building to fly straight to the top level.

--Back at the storage room at Level 200…--

Realising that the security system had been reset, Wolfram decided to take Samuel hostage so that he could make his escape. However, before he could do so, Wankuro and Izuku suddenly charged into the room to stop him. Aware that he could not escape without a hostage, Wolfram used his metal-controlling quirk to restrain the two hero-students. However, Wankuro easily cut the manipulated metal into pieces while Izuku dodged and flicked his finger with 30% of One For All to counter-attack while avoiding any possible collateral damage. Wolfram was barely able to protect himself from the incoming shock-wave when Wankuro suddenly appeared beside him and slammed her foot onto the floor while yelling, "Crimson Geyser!"

Wolfram yelled as he was suddenly engulfed in crimson flames produced from Wankuro's foot and was thrown high into the air. While Wolfram was in the air, Izuku leapt over him and executed a spinning punch with 60% of One For All which sent Wolfram back onto the floor. As injured as he was, Wolfram quickly lost consciousness.

Had Wolfram accepted at least one quirk from All For One instead of just the noumus, he might have been able to fight back or at least not lose so quickly.

It was at that moment when Toshinori and Sebas arrived at the storage room.

--Some time later…--

Wolfram and his men were swiftly captured along with Samuel who was unable to deny his part in the crime due to Wankuro overhearing what he had said to Wolfram. Understandably, the reception party was cancelled but Izuku and his companions were more concerned about the three nomus whom they had restrained.

Recognising the severity of the situation, Shouta immediately helped to save the three noumus by using his quirk on them to cancel their transformations after Houka had successfully deactivated the torture devices which were likely the triggers of the transformations. After the girls had calmed down and fallen unconscious, Leeron, Melissa, David and Constanze worked together to scan the girls for the torture device and any other possible implants such as the ones used to kill Himiko, Ningyou and Nyujou.

As it turned out, each girl had an implant in their foreheads which essentially electrocuted their brains to cause them pain and force them to transform against their will. The implants could also be made to overload, effectively frying the girls' brains as a result before exploding. In fact, the implants would have overloaded on their own if they were not deactivated after ten minutes, assuming that the girls do not die first due to the sheer stress of being in a constant state of forced transformation. Thankfully, Houka was able to deactivate the devices thanks to his skilled hacking abilities long before Shouta arrived to disable their transformations. The successful deactivation for the implants also spared the three girls the agony of constant pain, thus allowing them to calm down considerably before they changed back to their original forms.

After the girls were secured, the medical team available on I-Island acted quickly to help them on All Might and David Shield's personal requests. The team was able to safely remove the implants in the girls' forehead and no other implants were detected. Wanko then helped to heal the girls of their injuries, including the injuries caused by the surgery to remove the implants.

Although the three young girls were more or less physically fine, as fine as they could be given their circumstances as noumus who had their brains electrocuted as a form of torture and control, there was no telling about their mental states. As such, the three girls were kept in a secured room with security robots and pro-heroes present to ensure that they were not a threat. The girls' fates would depend on what they they were like after they woke up and if they were a potential safety hazard.

Understandably, Izuku and his companions rested for the rest of the night as they had already done a lot to not only save the people of I-Island and prevent the villains from getting away with the Quirk Amplifcation Device but also subdue the three girls so that they could be saved as well.

--The following morning…--

Izuku, who had decided to sleep in Ochako and Tsuyu's shared room with Wankuro while Eri and Inko slept in a separate family room, woke up groggily. Considering that he had slept past midnight like the others, it was no surprise that he was still feeling tired while waking up. In spite of his sleep-deprived state, he quickly became alert as he recalled his "dream" from the previous night.

--Start of flashback…--

Izuku, who fell asleep soon after his head rested on the pillows, was in his mind-scape. Already used to being in his mind-scape whenever he was asleep, unconscious or brain-washed, Izuku saw the previous holders of One For All and realised that the second and third holders finally had solid human forms.

One of the two revealed holders was a tall young man with a well-built body, tan skin, spiky blue hair and red eyes. The other holder was a slender girl with pale-blue hair, red eyes and pale skin. The young man wore a wide grin and said, "Yo, Midoriya! Good job in rescuing everyone just now!"

Izuku blushed from the boisterous praise and said, "I didn't do it by myself."

"That may be true but there's no denying that it was you who inspired everyone else to take action and save everyone," said the First Holder.

"At any rate, there are a few things that we need to tell you before your time with us is up," said Yuusuke.

Well aware of his limited time in his mind-scape, Izuku asked, "What must I know?"

The blue-haired young man stepped forward and said, "My name's Ayanami Kamina, the second holder of One For All." He then motioned to the blue-haired girl beside him and said, "And this is my younger sister, Ayanami Rei, who's the third holder."

"Originally, we wanted you to inherit Urameshi-san and Banjou-san's quirks first as they are more versatile in a fight than our own which, for some reason, must be inherited together," explain Rei who then added, "However, the situation has changed due to recent events."

Kamina pointed his thumb at himself and said, "My quirk, [Promare, allows me to produce a flame-like energy which I can use to transform and reinforce clothes, armour and weapons. The stronger my will and stamina, the more powerful it will be. However, overusing it will exhaust me physically and mentally."

Izuku's eyes widened as he realised the possibilities and said, "In other words, I can use your quirk to make the Full Gauntlet even stronger!"

"Exactly! If it works as intended, you can use my quirk together with the gauntlet to master One For All even more quickly than before!" said Kamina who then added, "Hell, you might even be able to make your own equipment since Promare's so much strongr now!"

"As for me, my quirk is [Spirit Link," said Rei who then explained, "It allows me to connect myself to another person's mind and heart, thereby allowing me to not only telepathically communicate with someone but also learn about the person's mentality, emotions and even memories. However, the link works both ways so the other person will be able learn about me as well."

"Which means that I can use it to help those girls who might be suffering from some kind of split personality disorder," said Izuku.

Rei nodded and said, "Precisely. However, please be warned that the girls learning about One For All is not the only danger from bonding with them. There is a chance that what happens to you through the link can physically harm you or worse."

Izuku nodded and said, "I'll be careful. Thank you."

The other eight holders of One For All smiled at Izuku in approval before the First Holder said, "By the way, there is one more person we'd like you to meet."

Surprised, Izuku blinked as the First Holder stepped aside to reveal a young man with a thin but well-built physique, sharp facial features and short black hair. He grinned at Izuku and said, "Yo, the name's Saitama. I'm the original holder of the power stockpiling quirk before it became a part of One For All."

Upon realising who the person was and his role in the creation of One For All, Izuku bowed to him respectfully and said, "It's an honour to meet you, Saitama-san." He then had to ask, "But why haven't I seen you before now?"

"If I have to guess, it's because he can't. Don't forget, the very core of One For All only started growing recently and neither Kamina nor Rei could appear before you fully until you were able to use 60% of your quirk with the help of the Full Gauntlet," said the First Holder.

Nana nodded and said, "Not even we were aware that he existed inside the quirk until now."

Saitama nodded and said, "You can say that I was basically asleep or in a coma until I woke up earlier today."

"Of course, this discovery raises one important question," said Daigorou who then added, "If Saitama can exist within One For All, what about the various quirks in the noumu-girls, and possibly even in All For One?"

Izuku frowned and said, "That's… a very concerning thought."

"Hence why we would like you to use my quirk to investigate the matter and confirm our suspicions about the noumu girls having multiple consciousness due to having multiple quirks," said Rei.

Izuku nodded and said, "I'll do it as soon as I can."

"Before you go, you'll need to make a convincing cover story for the two new quirks so that One For All will remain a secret," said Nana.

Izuku thought for a moment before he turned his attention to Tsunade and asked, "What if I say that the two quirks are extensions of your quirk, Senju-san?"

Tsunade rubbed her chin and said her thoughts aloud, "A healing quirk that has evolved to be able to repair damaged equipment and even heal mental scars." She then grinned and said, "That can work."

Just then, the previous holders of One For All and Saitama started to disintegrate, indicating the end of their meeting…

--End of flashback…--

Izuku got up in spite of his desire to continue sleeping in the arms of his "cuddle harem" and quickly freshened himself up. At the very least, he wanted to tell Toshinori about what he had learnt about Kamina, Rei and Saitama as well as the concerning possibility of quirk factors carrying the consciousness of the people who originally held them. He could only hope that his new quirks would allow him to save the three young girls who were clearly traumatised like Eri.

Little did he know that his "cuddle harem" were already aware that he was awake and up to something.

--Ashort while later, in Toshinori's private hotel room…--

After listening to Izuku's recount of his latest meeting with the previous holders, Toshinori, who was in his skeletal true form, said, "I can ask Dave to arrange a meeting with three girls for you today since your healing quirk has already been proven to help stabilise altered bodies. You can use that moment to help their bodies and minds heal."

Izuku nodded at Toshinori and said, "Thank you, All Might."

Toshinori laughed self-depreciatingly and said, "If anything, I should be thanking you, Midoriya-shounen. Had you not inspired everyone to act back at the central tower, those villains would have gotten their hands on the Quirk Amplification Device. If it had fallen into All For One's hands…" Both Izuku and Toshinori shuddered at the mere thought of the possibility. The blond pro-hero then sighed and said, "Although I'm glad that everything has worked out in the end, I'll admit that I was hoping that our visit to the I-Expo would be a peaceful one."

Izuku smiled bitterly and said, "You and me both."

"Well, we still have a few more days before we have to return back to Japan," said Toshinori who then added, "Hopefully, we can settle the important matters today so that we can still enjoy the last few days." He then took out his mobile phone to contact David.

--Later that day…--

Izuku, along with Eri, Mei, the students of Classes 1A and 1B who came for the pre-opening of the I-Expo with him, Shouta, Higari, Sekijirou, Melissa and her three friends and even Momo's parents and servants arrived at the I-Island Hospital where the three girls were contained. Although surprised that so many people came with him to support him, he was nevertheless glad as he knew that the three girl's very futures depended on his ability to somehow help them. He was especially grateful for the fact that they all followed him to not only give him support but also because they were genuinely concerned for the three girls.

After getting permission to see the three girls who were still unconscious, Izuku entered the secured room where they were contained. He took a deep breath to calm himself before he gently placed his hands onto the sides of Werewolf's head and started using not only Bio-Repair but also Spirit-Link at the same time…

--Meanwhile, in an "unknown location"…--

Werewolf, who had long forgotten her original name, was sobbing helplessly while trapped in her prison of a mind when she suddenly felt a presence. Not recognising the presence, especially not one so kind, Werewolf looked up and realised that one of the people whom she was supposed to kill earlier had somehow entered her mind. Fearful of what he could do to her in her own mind, Werewolf timidly retreated to get away from him. However, instead of attacking or even approaching her, the green-eyed boy simply sat down and smiled as he gently spoke to her, "Take your time. I'll wait for you."

Confused by the boy's seemingly genuine kindness, Werewolf stared at him for a what seemed to be hours before she gathered the courage to approach him timidly. As she approached him, she noticed that there were nine ethereal phantoms behind him. Little did she realise that the boy, Midoriya Izuku, could see a mutilated entity behind her which clearly represented not just the consciousness within the quirks which had been forcibly implanted into her but also her subconscious pain and rage. What was most disturbing however was that the mutilated entity was clearly based on Wankuro which indicated that the girl was likely given an imperfect copy of Wankuro's original quirk, [Indomitable Spirit]. The entity also had random patches of canine fur, an uneven mix of human and canine teeth and even clawed furry limbs in place of what should be normal human limbs, all of which seemed to be forcibly grafted onto her own body.

Although disturbed by the entity which seemed to be oozing agony and rage while shackled by what could only be described as pure malicious evil, Izuku refused to be afraid of it or ignore it. Instead, he accepted the entity as a part of Werewolf much like how the previous holders of One For All were currently a part of him. His quiet determination to somehow help both the girl and the entity behind her eventually paid off as the girl eventually got close enough to touch him without provoking the entity.

Smiling kindly at the girl, who seemed to be on the verge of making a great discovery, Izuku gently petted her head and said, "You don't have to be afraid anymore. I'm here."

Tears welled up in Werewolf's eyes as she finally allowed herself to cry in Izuku's arms. The entity which seemed ready to attack Izuku at a moment's notice also shed tears as she finally allowed herself to feel more than just pain and rage. Izuku smiled as the entity's mutilated form started to shift to become what could be described as an alternate form of Wankuro with the red hair and blue eyes of her host while the shackles of malicious evil seemed to disintegrate like ashes in the wind…

--Later that evening…--

By the time Izuku was done healing not only Werewolf but also Arachne and Dragonborn, the three girls were not only conscious but also very attached to him. Although the three girls were incapable of speech, Izuku was able to relay what they knew about the League of Villains to Shouta, Higari, Sekijirou and Toshinori, who was in his hero form. Needless to say, Izuku quickly offered to give the same mental treatment to Wankuro, Himiko, Nyujou, Ningyou and even Eri soon afterwards.

News of Izuku's latest achievement, together with his role in staging the rescue at the central tower, quickly spread throughout not only I-Island but also the rest of the world…

--Meanwhile, in a certain hideout…--

All For One would have frowned in displeasure if he still had his eyes and eyebrows. The three noumus, Werewolf, Arachne and Dragonborn, were supposed to act as potential sleeper agents in case the heroes were somehow able to save them in spite of the measures taken to prevent it from happening. However, Midoriya Izuku was able to not only heal their bodies but also their minds, thereby breaking his admittedly tenuous control over their tortured subconscious. This meant that the three girls were useless to the villain at best and a potential threat to his future plans at worst.

Just as galling was the fact that Samuel had refused to give anything other than the most basic information about the Quirk Amplification Device to Wolfram. The scientist clearly did not trust Wolfram enough to not give away such valuable information to the highest bidder after selling the device. As much as All For One loathed to admit it, it was an understandable level of distrust.

When All For One contacted Wolfram who had already been hired by Samuel, he offered three experimental noumus as "insurance" for the successful theft of the Quirk Amplification Device. In return, All For One wanted information about the item and, if the "insurance" was used during the "mission", be given special privileges as a buyer. The reason why he chose Werewolf, Arachne and Dragonborn in particular was because he had already considered the possibility of the three noumus losing to Izuku and his companions.

Much like Hellhound, Vampire, Minotaur and Puppet, the three younger noumus were unwilling servants to All For One's will. However, unlike their older counterparts, they had borderline split personalities which somehow made them easier to control in the sense that they could actually be directed towards a target to kill instead of attacking everyone and everything around them indiscriminately or doing everything they could to resist his commands. In addition, All For One could use one of the quirks that he had stolen to trigger a forced transformation even without the control devices implanted into their heads thereby making the three girls potential hazards regardless. However, as stated before, Izuku was somehow able to heal their minds which caused All For One to lose his control over them completely.

No matter how hard All For One tried to recall the memories of his past encounters with the previous holders of One For All, he simply could not remember encountering someone with the ability to heal a person's mind. The only person who could have possessed such an ability was the younger sister of the second holder who the passed it on to the fourth holder. Indeed, she had never used any quirks to actually defend herself now that he thought about it.

All For One's irritation and frustration caused the scars on his head to throb as he knew that the heroes were already becoming too powerful to be easily crushed. Luckily for him and the League of Villains, losing the three noumus that he had given to Wolfram and his men was a relatively minor loss. After all, they still had the "true living weapons" which would be ready soon. Not only that, Tomura had already gathered more members for the League of Villains. The villainous mastermind smirked evilly as he looked forward to crushing All Might and his successor once and for all.

Author's Notes:

I will post at least one more chapter to conclude the I-Island Arc before turning my attention to 'Izukus Harem Academia' and 'Izuku's Noumu Life'. For those who think that the conflict at the central tower ended in a rather anti-climatic way, please note that, unlike canon, Izuku's group was both larger and more competent thanks to regular training with the reformed noumu-girls. Also, David and Samuel needed to work together to unlock the container for the Quirk Amplification Device in the movie canon so it would not make sense for Samuel to be able to unlock the container on his own within an arguably shorter time frame. Also, Wolfram accepted noumus instead of quirks so Wolfram was already at a disadvantage after the three noumus were defeated.

Speaking of the noumus:

[Name Unknown] (Noumu Subject: Arachne): A young girl no older than Eri with pale chitinous skin, almond-shaped eyes which are completely black in colour with two smaller pairs of additional eyes on her forehead and pale-lilac hair. Her quirks allow her to transform into a monstrous creature with the upper body of a woman and the lower body of a spider. Her transformed state possessed black chitinous skin, white hair, red eyes and eight spider legs tipped with a pair of sharp claws each. While transformed, she possesses superhuman speed and strength, the ability to climb onto walls and ceilings, the ability to produce silk from the end of her spider abdomen and is covered in hardened chitinous skin. When transformed, her original legs transform into the pedipalps of her spider-like lower body. Both her normal and transformed states possess the ability to produce silk from her mouth, produce purple corrosive poison from her mouth and regenerate lost limbs. [Name Unknown] (Noumu Subject: Werewolf): A young girl no older than Eri with red hair, blue eyes and furry pointed ears and tail not unlike that of a canine. Her quirks allow her to transform into an imposing werewolf-like beast woman with red fur, a short canine snout and sharp claws. She has superhuman strength, speed and durability and the ability to produce deafening howls to stun her victims while transformed. Both her normal and transformed states possess enhanced senses of hearing and smell and enhanced regeneration. Although powerful in her transformed state, the transformation puts her in a constant state of stress which can be fatal if prolonged. (Partly inspired by Hong Niang / Lang Bao Bao from '3x3 Eyes')

[Name Unknown] (Noumu Subject: Dragonborn): A young girl no older than Eri with silver-blue hair, amber eyes with slit pupils, pointed ears and silver-blue scales on various parts of her pale-blue body. Her quirks allow her to transform into a winged four-legged dragon with silver-blue scales, a serpentine neck, a long whip-like tail, sharp ivory teeth and black claws. In her transformed state, she can fly and is completely covered in tough scales. Both her normal and transformed states posses the ability to breathe out green poisonous fumes, enhanced resistance to poisons and the ability to regrow lost limbs. Although more powerful in her transformed state, the transformation puts her in a constant state of stress which can be fatal if prolonged. (Partly inspired by Wiene from 'DanMachi')

Besides the three new noumu-girls, this chapter also introduces both the the second and third holders of One For All and the original holder of the power stockpiling quirk:

Ayanami Kamina: The second user, he was entrusted with One For All by the First User himself due to his boisterous idealism and determination. He has a tall, well-built body, tan skin, spiky blue hair and red eyes. His quirk, Promare, allows him to produce a flame-like energy which he can use to transform and reinforce clothes, armour and weapons. The stronger his will and stamina, the more powerful it can be. However, overusing it will exhaust him physically and mentally. Originally, the quirk can only do minor transformations and reinforcement but, with the empowerment from One For All, Izuku can use a much stronger variant of it and even create his own equipment from it. (He is of course based on Kamina from Tengan Toppa Gurren Lagann with a touch of Promare)

Ayanami Rei: The third user, she is Kamina's younger sister and chose to put her own life at risk to help her brother pass on One For All to another user. She is a slender girl with pale-blue hair, red eyes and pale skin. Unlike her boisterous brother, she is calm and stoic. Her quirk, Spirit Link, allows her to connect to another person's mind and heart thus allowing her to learn the person's mentality, emotions and even memories. However, the link works both ways so the other person will also learn about her. She can also use the link to telepathically communicate with the person. The function of the quirk remains the same but, with the empowerment from One For All, Izuku can use it to form bonds with multiple people even more effectively. (She is based on Ayanami Rei from Neon Genesis Evangelion)

Saitama: He is the original holder of the power stockpiling quirk before All For One stole it from him before killing him for defying his rule. He has a thin but well-built physique, sharp facial features and short black hair. In spite of having a rather laid-back and humble personality, he has a strong desire to be a hero to help end the chaos in society due to the genesis of quirks. The power stockpile can theoretically each to the point of being able to defeat even the likes of All For One with just one "Serious Punch" but it takes a long time, as in more than a single lifetime, and a lot of physical training to gain such a level of power. Mastering the power is another issue due to its constant growth. (He is based on Saitama, before he lost his hair, from One-Punch Man)

I would like repeat that the Saitama in this story is based on the one who has not lost his hair yet in the 'One Punch Man' canon. Therefore, please don't start accusing me of "nerfing" him.
