Mercury Rising
Just to be clear

I don't own FMA. If I did, I would have made it nothing different.
Chapter Two
"Sick again," one of the few friends Ambrose had, short blueish hair, kinda short, goes by the name Auron.
Ambrose hung out with the gothic click, aka, the misfits. Not just because they were the only ones who believed him when he told the truth, but he was an outcast like them, "If you listen to my father's explaination of it."
Payne, a brunette who wore black pants with a greyish silver shirt, "He is going to regret the way he treats you, one of these days."
They were sitting around the breakfast table at the High School.
"What slop are they trying to pass off as breakfast today?" Ambrose asks before going into the breakfast line.
Tj, another friend to Ambrose pokes his breakfast, "The same roadkill as ever."
"Works," Ambrose says, making his way to get some breakfast. It looks like buisquits and gravy, but he wasn't sure, so he grabbed the cereal option.
The gothic group came together earlier that year. Ambrose looked around and seen people who have been like him, isolated and picked on for one reason or another. Instead of getting picked on alone, they could have friends to back them up and to back others up. He doesn't burden them with his problems if he doesn't have to. If there were a leader, he would probably be it. This is simply because he has the pull because of his parents have on the state to get people to leave them alone.
"So," Ambrose says as he sits down, "What have I missed this week?"
"Sometimes I swear you and your father sit down and plan when your 'sick'. You missed a boring video that took two days to watch." Aron comments.
Payne tells Ambrose, "There is a pep rally today. Seems like they are going to set up Alchemy Competitions across the schools."
"Really?" Ambrose asks,"Good thing I don't do any Alchemy."
Ambrose looks away with sadness in his eyes, "My father is always too busy to teach me."
"Why don't you tell them how you feel," Auron suggests, "Even though they treat you like shit, you still love them as parents."
"You see that kid playing with his father. The six year old getting a cheerful goodbye from his father," Ambrose replies almost in tears seeing what kind of relationship he would love to have as well, "Me having a jackass for a father means that kid can enjoy a nice healty relationship. The world works with the principals of equivalency."
"Bullshit!" Payne replies, "Those laws are pointless. There is no need for you to suffer."
Ambrose looks to her, "Okay, it is pointless to wish for a father that cared for me."
