Vegeta is no longer able to even become Super Saiyan.
"No usual transformation this time?" wonders Jiren.
"This form is enough for the likes of you." says Vegeta.
Vegeta takes on Jiren in his regular form, but is clearly outmatched.
"I see. Very well. Play time is over." says Jiren.
Jiren punches Vegeta, knocking him onto a piece of the stage.
"I won't end here." says Vegeta clinging for his life.
Vegeta remembers everything he told Cabba even when Cabba fused with Ash and moments with his family. Vegeta manages to pull himself back up onto the stage and return to the fight.
"I swear that universe 7 is going to win!" says Vegeta clenching his fist.

"H...he's holding out somehow." says Beerus impressed.
"V...Vegeta, you can do it." says Shin.

"It's not over yet. Don't underestimate a saiyan." says Vegeta.
"V...Vegeta! Vegeta!" says Goku picking his head up.

Vegeta tries to pull off one of Jiren's arms, with predictably unsuccessful results.
"Not yet...it can't end yet." says Vegeta huffing.
Jiren's attacks knock Vegeta out of the arena once again, but this time by sheer chance his boot catches on a floating piece of rubble.

"Unless my eyes deceive me grand priest, is Vegeta of universe 7 getting warped to the audience?" wonders Vermouth.

"He's still touching part of the stage, so its not a dropout." says grand priest.

Vegeta began hearing Bulma's voice even though he knew there'd be no way for Bulma to be around him.
'Vegeta, get yourself together!' says Bulma's voice.
Vegeta's face twitched before he imagined a worried Bulma looking down at him.

"Everyone! Good luck!" says Bulma happily waving goodbye.

'We're counting on you everyone.' says Bulma's voice.
Vegeta fires off a Final Flash, but it fails to harm Jiren.
"D...Dammit!" says Vegeta.
"I'll acknowledge your great pride atleast. It's over." says Jiren.
"I need to be the one to defeat you with Goku but as things are...that'll never happen." says Vegeta.
"Nice to know you've come to the same conclusion." says Jiren.
Jiren sends Vegeta flying out of the arena once more, with no way of having a segment of the stage stop him.
"I couldn't keep my promises. I'm such a damn fool. I'm sorry Bulma...Cabba...the vision I expected will never be known." thinks Vegeta.
"...I won't be able to shove this Justice League piece of shit off with you at my side. I leave it to you Kakarot." says Vegeta.
Shedding tears, Vegeta donates his remaining energy to Goku before falling out of bounds.

Despite taking Jiren on, Goku is quickly overwhelmed by Jiren. forcing him to revert back to base as quickly as he transformed.

Jiren continues to beat up on the helpless Goku.

Jiren closes in for the finishing blow with Goku is one punch away from defeat.

Goku reflects on how android 17, Vegeta, and the others have put their faith in him. Suddenly, Goku dodges Jiren's punch and has returned to the Ultra Instinct Sign form as when he fought Jiren and Kefla before. Not only does Goku effortlessly dodge Jiren's next few attacks, he even manages to land a heavy blow of his own.

"Goku's form...it's...!" says Krillin.
"Its the same as when he fought Jiren and Kefla!" says Gohan.
"It looks like there is another storm yet to come!" says Roshi.
"I never thought I'd see it again at the last moment like this." says Whis.
"It took long enough. Lets have a look at ultra instinct." says Beerus cracking his knuckles.
"That damned Son Goku! How many times is he going to supass his limits!?" wonders Vermouth furiously.
"Having it activate this close to the end is going to be problematic." says Khai pondering.

Goku adopts the same strategy as before and charges up a Imperfect Instinct Kamehameha as he draws closer to Jiren. Goku fires his blast at close range, but Jiren blocks it with a Power Impact, and counterattacks Goku.

Goku pauses to breathe deeply before taking Jiren on again, and while at first, it seems like he's corrected himself, he still fails to turn the tables.

"It looks like there's nothing to worry about." says Whis.

Jiren showers Goku with an incessant barrage of rapid-fire punches. Not only does Goku have his hands full blocking these countless blows, but the attacks are causing the ground beneath him to crumble away, meaning that he will drop out of bounds before too long.

"Jiren's attacks are becoming more rapid." says Shin.
"An attack that combines the shockwaves from the fists and super rapid fire punches and releases at such a scale." says elder kai.
"Not only that but look at where Son Goku is." says android 18.
"Below him is what puts him out of bounds . He is out of options. Even if he can block the attacks, how long will his footing last?" says Tien.
"The surrounding rocks are crumbling too. He needs to hurry or there'll be nowhere to run!" says Roshi.
"Goku! Get out and jump to another rock! Hurry!" says Krillin worried.
"He can't! He's to busy blocking Jiren's attacks. There's no chance to run or use instant transmission." says Piccolo.

Toppo notices sparks as Goku's fists begin to clash against Jiren's.
"Sparks?" wonders Toppo.
"Huh?" wonders Vermouth.
"That's the shock from the force of their fists hitting eachother. Son Goku, have your movements switched from defensive to offensive?!" thinks Toppo.

Goku lands a powerful blow to Jiren's chest, knocking him back. Goku's white-hot ki lights up the arena.

"Impossible!" says Vermouth in disbelief.
"It reached! Goku's attacked reached Jiren!" says Krillin.
Zenos...
"What? What is it?" wonders the Zenos.
"It went flash!" says Zeno.
"It went fwoosh!" says future Zeno.
"Is all of that Goku's energy?" wonders Zeno.
"It's so sparkly bright and hit!" says future Zeno.
"Something amazing is gonna happen!" say the Zenos.

Goku gathers the ki around him into his body.
"Son Goku. That definite strike and this heat you've built up...guess I should respond to it." says Jiren smiling.
Jiren powers up even further, giving off tremendous heat of his own. Jiren concentrates his ki into a single ball that he fires at Goku, but Goku appears behind him holding the ball in his hand. Crushing the ki ball, the now shining Goku moves towards Jiren, dodging his punch and landing a few attacks of his own.
Zenos...
"Goku became even more amazing!" says Zeno.
"He became, super , super, super amazing!" says future Zeno.
grand priest...
"Indeed. This is quite a super development." says grand priest nodding.
audience...
"Whis?" wonders Beerus.
"Yes?" wonders Whis.
"Goku's finally achieved it, hasn't he?" wonders Beerus.
"Yes." says Whis nodding.
"Honestly, what an unbelievable guy. That glow...that form..." says Beerus.
"There's no denying it now." says Whis.
"That indeed, is the complete ultra instinct!" says Beerus.

Goku goes on knocking Jiren around with ease. The glow surrounding his body clears to reveal he now sports radiant silver hair and silver eyes.
"The real fight starts now." says Goku.
Jiren is frustrated by the setback.

"Oh...that form..." says Anato.
"Yes." says Beerus.
"Son Goku has mastered ultra instinct. How will he fight against a full powered Jiren? What sort of conclusion will their fight have? How very interesting." says Anato.

Goku begins his counterattack against Jiren.

"Is that the speed of the complete ultra instinct?" wonders Piccolo.
"That godliness. It's magnificent! Goku can win with this!" says Shin.
"So what about ultra instinct!? Jiren won't lose! No matter what!" says Vermouth.

"Don't get cocky just because you powered up!" says Jiren.
Goku soon proves his decisively superior might, easily outclassing Jiren almost entirely.

"After all that struggling, he's overwhelming Jiren!" says Krillin happily.
"Good going dad!" says Gohan.
"Our universe 7's is assured now!" says Shin.
"I can't believe he'd be overpowered this much. Could his current power be far beyond Jiren's?!" wonders Khai.

"This can't be. I can't lose! Strength is absolute! Strength is justice! All is meaningless without victory. To be defeated is to lose everything. I won't go through that ever again! That's why...that's why...!" says Jiren furiously.
Jiren powers up with an explosive storm of fiery ki.

"What a tremendous storm of energy!" says Roshi shielding his eyes.
"Jiren's energy is increasing more and more." says Tien shielding his eyes.
"Just what is going on!?" wonders android 18.
"Jiren's energy has increased dramatically." says Piccolo.
"It looks like being cornered by Kakarot made him remember his past trauma." says Vegeta.
"That must have awakened Jiren's hidden power." says Gohan.
"This is not good!" says Beerus.

With his heightened ki, Jiren seems to gain the upper hand on Goku, knocking him around and finishing off with a big blast that leaves him flat on the ground.

"Yes! We won!" says Vermouth excitedly.
"It's not over, is it? No matter the peril, you've always sprung back! You will definitely defeat Jiren! We believe in you!" says Krillin.

Goku struggles back to his feet. Jiren is amazed that Goku still has any stamina left.
"Impossible! How are you gaining stamina despite my destructive blows!? You should be out of stamina!" says Jiren.
"It isn't over Jiren!" says Goku.
"How the fuck are you still standing after being beaten so many times Son Goku!?" wonders Jiren grimacing.
"!7, Vegeta...everyone else is entrusting me with this win. I swear on that faith I can never back down now!" says Goku.
"Silence! Such a thing is meaningless before my power!" says Jiren.
"I'll show you that I am not meaningless!" says Goku.

"Son Goku's speed has increased even more!" says Khai.
"Impossible! How can that be!?" wonders Vermouth standing up.
"You can't even figure that out!?" wonders Piccolo.
"Who else is there on the stage!? There's noone!" says Vermouth.
"Goku isn't fighting for himself. It's because he's bearing our hopes too." says Piccolo.
Toppo gasped looking their way.
"Piccolo's right. Goku has people who raise each other up. Not only do we all treasure each other greatly but our existence gives Goku strength. I'm sure he doesn't believe even for a second, that he came this far by himself." says Roshi.
"It's because of Goku that all of us are here now. When we first met, some of us fought or were enemies but here we all are trusting Goku." says Krillin.
"Even when fighting, he has a way of drawing in those around him. That's the sort of person Goku is." says Tien.
"Ash is the Goku of universe 6, what we said about Goku could also be said about Ash. Those two are too good for us. Only seeing positive to every scenario and are ready to destroy villainous acts without caring about how damaged they would be afterward or death in Goku's case. You can merge them both and wouldn't see a difference." says Krillin.
"You werent in the future to see the merged Ash and Goku." says Vegeta glaring at Krillin.
"I mean in a uhhhh...portraying Ash and Goku's beliefs as 1 entity thats been separated into 2 points of views for their respective earthly scenarios." says Krillin nervously laughing.
Beerus cleared his throat looking to see if anyone from universe 11 heard Vegeta and it looked like they were all deep in thought especially Toppo.
"Hmmmm..." says Toppo.

"I don't see myself as a hero of justice. But those who hurt my friends I won't forgive!" says Goku.
Goku attacks Jiren with a fist full of rage. Then both savagely exchange several blows and blasts, until Goku takes the upper hand and finishes off Jiren with a full power Kamehameha. Now Jiren is the one on the ground, apparently immobilized by Goku's blast.
"Well? Why won't you finish me? wonders Jiren.
"A guy like you probably already realizes what I'm talking about." says Goku looking down at Jiren.
"Is that all you have to say?" wonders Jiren.
audience...
"What are you doing Goku? Hurry up!" says Beerus.
stage...
As Goku prepares a final blast though, he suddenly collapses.
audience...
"Goku!" says Krillin.
"What happened?" wonders Beerus.
"The limit breaking power of the gods...I didn't think the toll would be that great." says Whis.
"Oh no." says Gohan.
"But Goku won! That much is undeniable!" says Beerus stunned.
"Jiren! Knock him off! Do you want to lose!? What are you doing!? You want the super dragon balls, right?" wonders Vermouth.

"Proud warrior Son Goku, it is not my wish that our showdown ends this way. But even though you will cease to be, you shall live on in my memories. Farewell." says Jiren.
Jiren sends Goku flying. Goku is suddenly attacked from behind. It turns out android 17 is still in the fight.

"17!" says Gohan happily.
"So that's where you ended up!" says Krillin happily.

"It was a gamble whether I'd survive or not. Looks like I lucked out." says android 17 holding his arm.

"Woo you." says Frieza unamused.
"You really are amazing!" says android 18 ignoring Frieza.
"Jiren, you'll runout of time at this rate! Hurry up and knock them off!" says Vermouth.

"With Son Goku out of commission, looks like it's just me!" says android 17 powering up.
Goku has reverted to his base form and landed on a floating piece of rubble.
"How futile. Is dragging one who can fight no longer back to the stage this 'trust' thing you keep ranting on about?" says Jiren bitterly.
Android 17 kept silent.
"Don't make me repeat myself." says Jiren.
"There's nothing more to spat on about. It's me verses you with minutes...no...maybe seconds...? Barely any time left to count and if Goku hasn't dropped out, theres our 2 apposed to your 1." says android 17.
This provokes the Pride Trooper to retaliate.
"Good grief. You are a tough one. This one is really gonna hurt." says android 17.
"That won't work again!" says Jiren angrily.
"Same here." says android 17.
Android 17 blasts Jiren, forcing him to his knees, looking up unmoving.

"J...Jiren is..." says Vermouth shaky eyed.
"What are you doing Jiren!? Since when do you kneel before the enemy!? Let alone your opponent for the survival of our universe!? Is this pathetic image how you end!?" wonders Toppo standing up annoyed.

"!7 is really amazing." says Goku chuckling.

"Get up Jiren!" says Toppo.

"Friendship in universe 11 is meaningless." says Jiren shadow eyed.
"Sounds like you have a good friend in Toppo. You can hear his words as he screams to you as if he were still by your side." says android 17 stopping infront of Jiren.

"What did you build up your strength with while trusting noone all this time for!?" wonders Toppo.

"If you wager my attack as you are now, it will end this just like that." says android 17 forming a ki blast.

"Fight for your pride until the end! You may not believe in your own strength but I do! Untill the end! Jiren! You are strong! You are stronger than anyone!" says Toppo.

"There's no need for chats now." says android 17.
"Silence!" says Jiren standing up regaining the red aura.
"Shit! I need to run!" says android 17 as the ki blast disappears.
Unleashing his power, Jiren counterattacks android 17.
"Impudent knat...BEGONE!" says Jiren.
Goku returns to his feet and comes to android 17's aid, to the android's shock.
"Goku...you can still move?!" wonders android 17.
"Look who's talking. If we combine our power, we might be able to hold out till the end." says Goku.
He then joins him in holding off Jiren to prevent Universe 7's loss.
"But you lost all your power-"
"We've all gone beyond our limits already. If we work together, universe 7 will be saved." says Goku.
Seeing Goku back to his feet, Jiren then pumps up more power as he pushes back.
"Son Goku. Again you choose to stand before me!" says Jiren.
"Jiren really is amazing...he got this strong all by himself. Even the both of us may not be able to defeat Jiren." says Goku.

"An amazing amount of energy is gathering in Jiren." says Gohan blocking his eyes.
"It looks like Jiren has gotten over his issues." says Vegeta.
"You haven't forgotten our promise to resurrect me, have you!?" wonders Frieza.

"Frieza?" wonders Goku looking at the audeince.

"I'M ASKING IF YOU STILL REMEMBER!?" wonders Frieza.

"I'm keeping it. Right now we have to focus on Jiren. You know that better than anyone don't you?" says Goku.

"Heh...that naïve side of you makes me wanna vomit." says Frieza smiling.

Goku and android 17's combined blast breaks through Jiren's wall of energy and Goku rushes forward to fight him. While Goku fights Jiren in hand-to-hand combat, android 17 supports him from behind with a volley of energy blasts. Jiren finally breaks through Goku's assault and goes after android 17. Goku pushes Jiren out of the ring flickering in and out of his ssj transformation.
"Finish it!" says android 17.

"Goku!" say Frieza and Beerus.
"Do it!" say the others.

The might of Goku at last succeeds in forcing Jiren out of bounds.
