(Chapter 1)

"He has his father's eyes"
A weak gasp comes from the newly single mother, Sally Jackson, as she's looking into her newborn son's sea green eyes in her arms, which were looking back at her, making the mother smile as much as she could, still being quite weak from the agonising pain of giving birth.
"He's going to grow into a very handsome man in the future" A voice speaks up from Sally's side, belonging to the nurse who had stayed with the single mother all night, as she underwent the gruelling labour.
The nurse's words elicited a soft chuckle from the bedridden mother, as she cradled the small baby on her soft arms.
"He will," Sally smiles.
"What are you going to name him?"
The question obviously took the mother off guard, as she stopped staring into her son's eyes for the first time, since she got a hold of him, dwelling on the thought for a while.
After a minute of silence, Sally looked back down, into her son's captivating eyes, as she smiled.
"Perseus…"
"His name is Perseus Jackson" Sally coos.

(4 Years Later…)
We picked up four years later, now inside a very welcoming home.
The interior looked simple, yet very calm and peaceful, with a quite cozy living room and a clean looking kitchen.
And, as we continue to look around, you could already notice the abundance of framed pictures, all quite different from each other, but had two similarities. Each picture had Sally Jackson alongside a small green eyed boy with jet black hair.
As we got further into the home, each photo showed the growth of the young boy, getting taller with each photo, and as we reach more of the recent photos, it is shown that there were new additions, particularly two small boys who looked to be the same age as the green eyed boy.
The first boy seemed to be the shortest among the three, having a round face, fluffy dark-green hair with big eyes, the same colour as his hair.
The second boy surpassed the first in height by a slight margin, having short, spiky and sandy blonde hair with choppy bangs that hang over his eyebrows. The boy's eyes are sharp and bright red in color.
The three boys looked very happy, smiling widely in the latest picture we see, as a sudden sound of the doorbell ringing, echoing throughout the once peaceful home, results in the sound of someone running quickly down the stairs, disturbing the quiet environment.
"Percy! Slow down! You might trip!" A very worried Sally Jackson shouts out to the young boy, smiling excitedly, we now see at the foot of the stairs, having reached it quickly.
The boy had sea green eyes with disheveled jet black hair, similar to the one in the pictures, as this was, quite evidently, the same boy four years ago.
Right behind the young boy, now stood Sally, looking to be less cheerful and happy than last time, now seeming sleep deprived, with the eye bags underneath her eyes, which was unfortunately the result of being a mother, a single mother no less, having to raise her son all alone.
Sally sighed, as she reached her very energetic son, seeing that he was safe, before pinching her forehead in stress.
'This boy's going to kill me'
Percy scratched the back of his head sheepishly, chuckling mischievously, seeing his mother worried for his safety.
The doorbell rang once again, reminding Sally of the guests at the front of her door at this very moment, as she rushed to the door, with Percy following right behind her.
Sally opened the door to be greeted by two women, looking quite similar to the boys we saw with Percy earlier in the pictures, and if you haven't figured it out yet, the mothers of the boys, who almost instantly uplift her mood, as she smiles welcomingly.
As for Percy, he was greeted seeing the two boys from the pictures, with their mothers by their side, resting a hand on their shoulder.
"PERCY!" The two boys in front of Percy shout in glee.
"BAKUGO!
IZUKU!
Welcome!" Percy smiles, as the two boys go through the front door, entering the green eyed boy's home.
Meanwhile, the three mothers smiled seeing their children bonding, as Sally called for their attention.
"Boys"
The boys turn their heads to Percy's mother, as she points at the dining table.
"I forgot to mention I baked a batch of blue cookies for all of you to enjoy—"
Sally couldn't finish her sentence, as almost instantly, the three boys ignored her, running to the table, scrambling to get Sally's famous blue cookies on the table.
It was now time for Sally to greet her friends, as she goes to hug each of them,
"Welcome Inko! Great to see you!" Sally says, hugging the green haired woman to her right, who was also Izuku's mother, having identical hair colours.
"It's great to see you too Sally!" Inko hugs back tightly, with equal vigour.
"Mitsuki! It's so good to see you as well!" Sally goes to hug the spiky ash blonde haired woman on her left, who was Bakugo's mother, looking quite identical to her son.
"Hehe! Nice to see ya Sal! Come over here!" Mitsuki pulls Sally into a tight embrace, patting her friend on the back.
"I think the kids are about to finish their cookies, let's get inside" Once pulling away, Sally catches a glimpse of the boys devouring her cookies, as she lets her friends in, closing the front door behind them.
"Uwah! Your mom makes the best cookies!" Bakugo burps, slouching down on his seat, now full after eating more than a dozen of Sally's heavenly cookies.
"Mmmm! Mmph!" Izuku nods, not being able to utter any words, having stuffed his mouth with cookies, making Percy and Bakugo laugh at the green haired boy, falling off their seats and rolling on the floor dying of laughter, as Izuku blushes in embarrassment.
It took a while for the two boys to stop laughing, and by the time they did, Izuku had already finished gulping down his mouthful of cookies, burping loudly.
"You must be so lucky Percy!" Percy looks at Bakugo with a raised brow, as he burps as well, being full like his friends.
"What do you mean?"
"You get to eat these cookies everyday!"
"Well not really. Mom says I can't eat it everyday" Percy admits, as Izuku finishes chugging a glass of milk.
"Hey Percy!" Izuku gets Percy's attention, as the green haired boy had an idea, of sorts.
"Yeah?"
"Do you have a computer?" Izuku asks shyly, as Percy nods in affirmation.
"Yep"
"Mind if I use it?"
"Sure! But I think I gotta ask my mom first" Percy says, turning his head over to see his mother having fun, talking with her friends.
"Hey mom!" Percy calls out, getting the three women's attention, as Sally walks over to her son.
"Yes? What is it Percy? Do you need anything?"
"It's fine if we use the computer right?" Percy asks.
"Of course" Sally smiles, as Percy hugs her.
"Thanks mom! You're the best!" Sally pats her son on the head, hugging him back.
"Anytime my dear. Now go and have fun!" Sally pulls away from the hug, and as the three boys are about to go, she calls their attention.
"Call me boys if you need anything! Okay?"
"Okay mom!" Percy waves, as he and his friends go to the study, where the computer was placed.
It was at this very moment did the three boys just realise…
They didn't know how to use the computer, much less turn it on, so Percy went to get his mother for technical help.
"Hey mom" Percy calls out, getting Sally's attention once more, who goes over to him immediately, ready to help her son in any way he needs.
"Yes sweetie?"
"I forgot…we don't know how to use the computer" Percy chuckles nervously, scratching the back of his head sheepishly.
"Can you help us?"
"Of course"
Percy runs back to the study, this time with help, as Sally was right behind him.
Sally turns the computer on, before turning to her son "What else do you need help with?"
This time it was Izuku who replied "Can you go to All Might's debut video?"
Hearing this, Bakugo perks up, hearing the name of his idol, as Sally goes to YoTube and searches up "All Might debut", before clicking on it, beginning the video.
"If you boys need anything else, I'm just around the corner okay?" Sally says, about to leave, only getting a response from Percy, as the two All Might fanboys were too engrossed in watching the video.
"Okay mom!" Sally waves one last time, before getting out of sight, as Percy turns back his attention to the screen, watching the video with his friends.
The video started with the sight of the aftermath of a big disaster. There were huge pieces of buildings that were brought down, along with many vehicles that were flipped over, some were on fire as well, and you couldn't miss the crowds of people all in one place, many were injured, while some seemed to be lucky, having no wounds whatsoever, there were also children there, but luckily were fine, having their parents comforting them.
The camera then closes in on this particular person who had a look of disbelief on his face.
"Did you see?" The man looks into the camera, letting us see the evident shock on his face.
"He's already saved 100 people
It hasn't even been 10 minutes!
This is crazy!" The man says in disbelief, as his attention is pulled away from the camera by the sound of loud footsteps behind the rubble and a crashed bus.
Panning away from the man, the camera focuses in on where everyone's attention was, the source of the footsteps, as a huge muscular man, looking like a more humane hulk in real life, with bright blue eyes and short blonde hair swept backwards with two tufts, wearing a skin tight blue bodysuit with red and white stripes, appeared from the rubble, carrying three people in his arms and seven on his back, all while smiling widely and even laughing!?
"Look, he's laughing!" The man from earlier shouts, pointing at the giant of a man.
"It's okay now
Why, you say?" The large muscular man known as All Might says on his debut, as he smiles even wider.
"Because I am here!"
"He's so cool!" Percy stops watching the video to look at his two friends, who were busy fawning over the No.1 Hero and The Symbol of Peace, All Might.
"He's so awesome!" Izuku punched the air, as he smiled widely, trying to imitate the hero.
"I wanna be like him when I get my quirk!" Izuku shouts, very excited to find out what his quirk is.
"Me too!" Bakugo interjects.
"I'm going to be the next number 1 hero!" Bakugo says confidently, puffing out his chest, having his hands on his hips, as the two All Might fanboys continue to dream about their future, making the green eyed boy chuckle, whom the two boys forgot was there, being in their own little world.
Izuku and Bakugo then whip their heads towards Percy, turning their attention to him, after hearing their friend chuckle.
"What about you Percy?" Izuku asks.
"Yeah! You want to be a hero too, right! But not better than me of course" Bakugo smirks, as Percy thought about it for a second. The boy never really thought about being a hero, if he was being honest, but he really liked helping people, so why not?
Percy shrugged, as he spoke "Sure! I love seeing people happy and helping them would do just that, plus—"
Percy grins mischievously, as he approaches his two friends, resting a hand on each of their heads, before messing their hair up playfully "—I gotta look after you troublemakers and make sure you two stay out of trouble" Percy smiles.
Izuku and Bakugo react quite differently, but both had one thing in common, they were both blushing, as Bakugo reacted aggressively, while Izuku reacted shyly.
"Anyway, who wants to play hide and seek?" Percy suggests, eliciting an immediate reaction from the two once flustered boys, now jumping up and down energetically, while shouting 'Me! Me! Me! Me! Me!' over and over again, until Percy stopped them.
"Okay okay…"
"Izuku's the seeker!" Percy says out of the blue, pointing at the green haired boy, before running off, with Bakugo on his tail, as they try to find a hiding place.
Percy sees the blonde haired boy running up the stairs and decides to follow him, but goes to inform his mother first while at the foot of the stairs. He looks over to his mom talking with Inko and Mistuki, before calling her attention.
"Mom!" Which gets the brown haired woman's attention immediately, as she looks to her son's direction.
"Yes?"
"We're going to play hide and seek!" Percy shouts out, as Sally smiles warmly.
"Okay!" Having his mom's permission, Percy runs up the stairs, following Bakugo, to find a suitable hiding spot.
"Stay safe!" Sally shouts, reminding the boys, as Percy shouts from the second floor in response. "Okay!"
The three women sitting together chuckle, as they watch their boys play, before resuming their previous conversation.
"So how's being a single mother?" Mitsuki asks, as Sally slumps down onto the couch, sinking into the fabric.
"It's tiring…I don't remember the last time I was able to sleep soundly" Sally yawns, as Inko chuckles knowingly.
"You'll get used to it" Inko says, yawning as well, being able to relate to her brown haired friend, as she was also a single mother.
"Oh that reminds me of two men who I'm going to murder if I ever see their disgusting faces again!" Mitsuki shouts out aggressively, baring her teeth, as she takes her two friends into her arms.
"Mitsuki, you don't need to do that," Inko and Sally say in unison, waving their arms around, as they try to calm the angry blonde down.
"Hell yeah I do!" Mitsuki shouts out, angrily, still embracing the two women in her arms.
"That Hisashi has got some audacity on leaving one of the most beautiful and amazing in the world! Fucking ass wipe!" Mitsuki says, insulting Inko's husband, who had left the green haired mother all alone, after Izuku was born.
"And let's not forget about that Poseidon! That fucking seaweed brain! Disappearing out of the blue like that! He's named after a god, but he definitely doesn't have the balls of one! Fucking pussy!"
"Ooooh finally got that out of my chest!" Mitsuki moans, stretching her arms, before looking at the shocked faces of her friends, which she bursts into laughter at, as the other two mothers join in, laughing as well. The three women then continued to talk and catch up with each other, while their children played all kinds of games, all six of them having a lot of fun throughout the afternoon, until it was early evening, as it was time to bid their farewells.
"It's so sad to see you two go. I'll miss you two!" Sally hugs her two friends, as they were all at the front door once again, this time to see each other go.
"We'll miss you too Sally!" Inko and Mitsuki say in unison, as the three mothers get into a group hug, embracing each other tightly, before pulling away.
"If you need any help, call us okay! I know how hard it can be as a single mother" Inko reminds her friend, whom she knew would try to do everything on her own, to not make herself a bother to others.
"I will! Bye!" Sally smiles, before turning to Mitsuki "Say hi to Masaru for me"
"Of course. Sayonara!" Mitsuki says, being the one to leave first, as she walks off, with her son, Bakugo holding her hand, waving goodbye to them one last time.
"Oh! It's almost Izuku's bedtime, we have to go now
Bye Sally!" Inko says, leaving as well, Izuku walking alongside her, holding her hand, as the two walk away as well.
"Bye Izuku!
Bye Bakugo!" Percy waves his hands at his two friends who smile in response, as the three friends had a lot of fun.
"Bye Percy!" The two boys say in unison as well, waving back at Percy. Bakugo's voice sounded a bit softer, as the boy had left first, being farther away, while Izuku's voice was louder, still only a matter of meters away from the front door.
After bidding their farewells, the mother and son go back into their home, both smiling to each other, as they had a lot of fun.

(A few months later…)
Percy was smiling, seated right beside the window of the car, which Sally was driving, as the green eyed boy stared into the blue sky, while in deep thought.
The mother and son were currently on their way back home, having just left the hospital, as Percy learned what his quirk was.
It was "Water Manipulation"
Percy, of course, was ecstatic, as he had gotten a strong quirk, but he also had a part of him that expected the results, because of his, you could call it a fascination, but there was something about water that seemed to attract the boy to it.
Ever since he could remember, Percy always felt a connection with water, especially the sea, it felt like home, if that made sense, whenever he was around the sea, it felt like home to him, even more than his actual one.
Percy began recounting his past experiences when he went to the beach, there were times the young boy would ignore everything else and just stare at the sea, feeling like he could look at it all day and never get tired of it. He chuckled, as he remembered a certain experience he had which if you could describe it in one word, weird.
We now see a younger looking Percy on the sandy beaches of Tagoba with his mother nowhere in sight, as the young child had wandered off, being dragged by the feeling of attraction to the sea which he was now staring at, gradually getting closer without knowing it, but stopped.
The young boy noticed something at the corner of his eye, looking to the side, seeing a crab writhing in discomfort, as Percy saw what the problem was. One of the crab's legs had gotten stuck under a small rock and was now having trouble freeing itself.
Feeling like he had to help the small crustacean, Percy crouches down and helps the crab by lifting the rock up, before throwing it to the side, as the crab was now free. Percy watched, as the crab stayed still, looking up, into the green eyed boy's eyes.
"Thank you milord!"
"Ah!" Percy gets shocked, taking a few steps back, before accidentally tripping on something, as the green eyed boy fell to the ground, but didn't mind it, keeping his eyes on the source of the voice. He watched as the crab crawled off, into the sea, and out of sight, as Percy was still shocked by the recent events. Before being able to even register what had just happened, Percy was taken by surprise once again, being lifted off the ground by someone.
"Percy! Are you okay?" Percy hears the very worried voice of his mother, as he turns his head to look at the concerned face of his mom, who was looking at the bruise on his knee, which he had gotten when he tripped, but didn't notice due to the shock from recent events.
"Yes mom"
"Okay good. Don't wander off like that again, okay?" Sally says, looking into her son's sea green eyes.
"Okay" Sally smiles, as Percy smiles back, the mother and son having a moment, before Sally turns away from the sea, walking to the opposite direction with her son in her arms.
While in her arms, Percy looks over Sally's shoulder and back at the place where he had heard the talk crab.
"Mom. I heard a crab talk!" Percy says, as his mother stops walking for a split second, the green eyed boy looks at his mom's face to see an expression on her face which he had never seen, but only for a second, as Sally snaps out of her daze, before continuing her trek back to the car, while looking down at her son.
"Oh really? What did the crab say?" Sally smiles.
"Yeah! The crab said 'Thank you milord'" Percy says, trying to imitate the crab's voice, which sounded quite deep, emphasis on 'tried', as Sally bursts into laughter, making the young boy join in.
Sally then looks back up, away from her son to look for their car. She spots it quickly and heads over to it, as she looks back at the small boy in her arms, whose stomach had just randomly grumbled.
"Want me to make you some blue pancakes when we get home?"
"Yes please!" Percy answers immediately, smiling widely, as his mother smiles back at him again.
"I love you mom"
"I love you too sweetie"
Percy smiles, reminiscing about the happy moments he had that day with his mother, while also thinking about that crab, but shakes his thoughts away, instead now thinking about something on the topic of quirks.
'I wonder what Izuku and Bakugo's quirks are'

AN 2 : So I think some, if not most of you, will think with these first few arcs and chapters that this is just MHA all over again, just with Percy and no major changes, but rest assured that there will be major changes to the plot and I have many future ideas I'll playing around with. Also in terms of action, there won't be much of that in these earlier arcs, so I apologise for that, but there will be many things to look forward to later on and many questions which will be answered in due time. (I might need to rewrite these earlier chapters later on, because I'm not a professional nor an exceptional writer, I just write for fun and want to get better as I grow, so I hope you enjoyed this first chapter and look forward to reading more!)
That's all for now! Please follow and favourite the story if you enjoyed it and once again, as an author who just got into writing this year and wants to get better, constructive criticism is very welcome, so I hope you all point out my mistakes and don't hold back with it, because I hope to listen to your advice, should you have any and use it to become a better writer.
Thank you for reading!
