Having killed the Cult of Thorn, who placed the Curse of Thorn on him, Michael Myers has gained control over the curse, but still suffers from urges to kill, despite his bloodline being practically destroyed, and witnessing the demise of his former psychiatrist: Dr Samuel Loomis, leaving him with no one left for him to kill, regarding his past… and disappears from Haddonfield for a while…
The following year, near to Halloween, a girl named Sil, was captured for several murders, and was placed in Smith's Grove, but Sil is no ordinary girl, she is actually a Human/Alien hybrid, that had a escaped the SETI facility, not that long ago….
While still in Smith's grove, Sil soon escapes her cell, killing several security guards in her wake, she soon starts looking through the files on patients at the sanitarium, looking for a suitable mate, until she comes across the files of the late Dr Loomis, regarding everything on his former patient: Michael Myers…
