After being arrested for his rampage on Halloween in 1989, Michael Myers is held at the Haddonfield Police Station, where he is being watched by Sheriff Ben Meeker, and several other police officers, while another is taking Michael's Niece: Jamie Lloyd home… when they spot an unknown Ice cream truck, parked outside the station, where it shouldn't be…
Suddenly, the screams of the police are heard, along with the sounds of blades being swung, cutting through flesh and bone. The cop tending to Jamie, goes to investigate, thinking Michael has broken free and killed the police…
But once inside, the cop finds his fellow cops & Sheriff Meeker all dead… But Michael is still in his cell… until his attacked and killed, by a man with an evil clown mask strapped over his face, wearing white clown trousers with red spots, black gloves and boots, belts around his chest and abdomen, & a flaming and burning scalp, wielding a large, serrated Machete…
Jamie then appears, as the Clown notices her, while prepping his machete to kill her… But then, Michael breaks out of his cell, before setting his murderous instincts onto the clown, intent on killing him first…
