Dear Diary,
This is the first time I have my very own diary. My mum bought me this
special book just for my birthday. I really love it. My cousin gave sling bag that cost about $14.
I'm 16 years old and I love watching movies with my friends and I like shopping at the Crystal mall during the weekend.
Holiday is over and tomorrow I'm going back to school. My school is Greenview High School and I have made a lot of friends there. My two best friends
who always help me when I'm in trouble are: Amy and Lisa. I can't wait to meet them tomorrow. I wonder if I can meet Darien in school. I really do miss him so much but
he doesn't know that I like him. I'm not sure if I have the courage to tell him but maybe I get an advice from my friends first..Sigh I am so tired. Alright then, I will stop here and write here all about my first day of school tomorrow... bye

Serena closed her diary and she kept it in her drawer so that no one knew her secret. She
stretched her arms and she looked at her clock that was place on her study table. It is 11
pm now. She decided to pack her school materials for tomorrow. " I am so sleepy" she yawned. After packing her stuff, she went to switch off the lights. Serena took her
favourite blanket and she went to sleep. The cold wind blew her curtains and there was a rustling sound outside the window. Serena hold her blanket firmly so that it would not be blown by the wind. Her mother, Hilda, opened Serena's bedroom door and she went in to close the window. She smiled at the way Serena sleep that looked calm and peaceful. She kissed Serena's forehead and she says" Goodnight dear."
She went out and closed her daughter's bedroom door. Meanwhile, Serena was having a nice dream.
