What Now? Chapter 52

On September 1st, Stacy worked from 8am to 4pm. She then worked a 7am to 3pm on Tuesday. The gang went out to help kids on Friday. Stacy got her hair done on Saturday as she always does on the first Saturday of the month. There were no plans for Sunday besides Pizza Steve and Stacy's karate class that evening. Stacy went out with her mom for the day on Monday. They went to the mall, out to lunch, then to the park to enjoy the nice day. On Tuesday, Stacy worked from 12am to 7am.

Stacy started her therapist internship on Wednesday. She was there for an hour, and was going to be doing it every Wednesday and Friday from 12pm-1pm. On Thursday, Stacy and Mr. Gus went thrift store shopping. On Friday Stacy didn't have any plans besides her 12pm-1pm internship. The gang took Stacy to a convention on Saturday. This is the first one the whole gang attended together. Pizza Steve and Stacy had their karate class on Sunday evening.

Stacy had been worried about her monthly for a few days. She was late and was fearing something was wrong, or maybe she could be pregnant. She wanted to have a baby so badly but at the same time she didn't know rather or not now was the time for it. She snuck out to get a pregnancy test, she didn't want anyone asking where she was going. She could easily lie about it, but lying never really works out for her. She made it to the store, and snuck her way back into the RV. She went to the bathroom in her room and took the test. It took a few minutes but it read back…

Pregnant.

Stacy was shocked, excited, and nervous. She had picked up more than one test, and used about 4 more. They all read back pregnant.

It was true, Stacy was pregnant. She had no idea how long for, and had no idea how she was going to tell anyone. Especially Pizza Steve. She made a doctor's appointment for the next day.

Stacy went to the doctor on Tuesday, super early in the morning right when they opened so she wouldn't have to tell anyone where she was going. The doctor told her what she already knew; she was pregnant. She had been for 1 week that Tuesday. On her way home, Stacy's mind raced. She quickly went from being nervous to excited with tears. Pizza Steve was still asleep in Stacy's bed when she got back so she snuggled in and went back to sleep.

Stacy did her 12pm-1pm internship on Wednesday and could not stop thinking about her pregnancy. She told a few people that she worked close with at the office.

On Thursday, Stacy decided it was time to tell Pizza Steve that they were going to be having a baby. She held out the positive pregnancy test and told him the good news. Pizza Steve was silent for a few seconds before he removed his shades to reveal he was bawling. He was so overjoyed. Pizza Steve and Stacy shared a moment of happiness and discussed how their future with the baby was going to go. Stacy explained to Pizza Steve that she was not ready to tell the gang about her pregnancy until she knew the perfect way how. On Friday, Stacy did her 12pm-1pm internship, then went out with the gang to help kids. On Saturday, Stacy video chatted with Monique to tell her that she was pregnant. Monique was so thrilled. Stacy told her she had not told her parents yet. Stacy and Pizza Steve had their karate class Sunday evening, but Stacy insisted she did not want to go. She started to feel ill that night. Stacy had asked to have a family dinner at her parents on Monday so she could tell them she was pregnant. After they ate, she announced it, and they were beyond ecstatic. Stacy worked from 7am to 5pm on Tuesday. After she told her boss she was pregnant, her boss decided that for the next 9 months; Stacy would work at the bar table. Only serving drinks, and wiping down the table. She refused to allow her to do much no matter how much Stacy insisted it was fine. But she appreciated what her boss was doing and knew it was for the best. Her boss was always so caring and understanding when it came to Stacy.

Stacy did her 12pm-1pm internship on Wednesday then went to a pumpkin patch with the gang. Stacy decided it was time to tell the gang on Thursday. She was going to use the most simple and cutest idea. She placed a bun in the oven for the gang to find, after suggesting the gang bake a cake together that day. Mr. Gus ended up finding the bun. After questioning aloud, he paused. Mr. Gus slowly walked over to the table where everyone was at.

"Pizza Steve, Stacy. Do you have something to tell all of us?" Mr. Gus asked.

Uncle Grandpa, Belly Bag, and Tiger were very confused. Stacy smiled.

"The oven isn't the only one with a bun in it." She said as she put her hands on her belly. "ROAR!?" Tiger said, asking if she was implying, she was pregnant. Stacy confirmed and told them she was pregnant. Everyone was so excited. They spent the whole day going on about it. Stacy had a busy Friday. She had her internship from 12pm-1pm then worked 2pm to 5pm. She was so tired when she got home. On Saturday, Pizza Steve and Stacy had a date night. They kept it simple, and just had take out for dinner in Stacy's room while having a long and personal conversation about the future. On Sunday, Pizza Steve and Stacy had a karate class in the evening. Stacy was feeling up to it, so she went. But the week before, Pizza Steve had told everyone the news at karate. So, instead of class, they surprised Stacy with a little party as a congrats. Stacy was so touched and surprised. Stacy worked on Monday from 12am-7am She then worked again on Tuesday from 1pm-9pm. On Wednesday, Stacy did her 12pm-1pm internship. Later that afternoon, the gang invited Stacy to play football in the front yard. But Stacy, being nervous and cautious, just watched. Stacy visited her friend Molly on Thursday and told her she was pregnant. They spent all their time together talking about motherhood, since Molly was a mom, she knew lots that Stacy didn't yet.
