"You can take Star home soon I just want to keep her for another week," said Marion. "Alright," agreed Lisa. "I best be going now." "I'll walk you to your car," said Jack. "See you later," mumbles Marion. She still did not like Lisa much.
"Is there something your not telling me?" "What?" said Lisa looking up at Jack. "Why would you think that?" She asked. "You seem...Distracted." "It's just...Things at Farfield haven't been going well lately." "Why don't you come on a trail ride with me, to clear your head," suggested Jack. "You know I don't ride anymore," stated Lisa with an edge to her voice. "Maybe it's time you get back in the saddle. Why did you stop riding anyway?" "That's not important," said Lisa. Jack was about to say something else when Lisa's cell phone rang. "I have to take this," she said standing up. Lisa came back to the table a few minutes later, she looked upset. "What's wrong," said Jack immediately. "My friend June was injured I have to go to the hospital." Lisa picked up her jacket and purse. "I'll drive you," said Jack standing up.
Lisa sat in the passenger seat of Jack's truck, she was talking on the phone. Lisa informed him that her friend had gotten hurt well riding one of Farfields horses. Lisa was talking to Scott on the phone. "Alright thank you, bye," said Lisa. "Scott says he will go to Farfield and check on the horse."
