The Dream
The day had started normal for Lance, a six-teen year old boy. He got up and out of bed doing and followed his normal routine, get up get dressed and lay back down, that is, and then finally set's off for another boring day at school. He was tired as usual, and as fate would have it they would be watching a movie in first period. Ya, watch a movie! He thought as he laid his head down to catch up on the sleep he missed the night before. I need to start going to bed earlier! He thought to himself once more to himself before covering his head with his arms and falling asleep.
Soon after falling to sleep he started to dream, witch was not very common for him at all. At first things were pretty normal, well as normal as they get for Lance. He was in the center of what seemed to be a festival. At first he was unsure of exactly what kind of festival it was, but he set out to find that answer. He had some how been randomly placed in some sort of Mystical Creature Festival, or at least one were there Stories were told at. After walking around for a bit, and occasionally looking in on a few show's being held he found one that seemed to stand out to him. It was titled "The Real Truth: Stories of the Wolf!" As he walked into the small building he saw an elderly woman, who you would have thought to be within her fifties or so, with long silver hair, and hardly any wrinkles on her face at all, you could hardly tell she was that old though. She wore a long red and black dress, and for a moment she seemed to have pitch black eyes. But they just seemed to be some sort of illusion, or so Lance thought. As he entered the room, there was a moment of complete darkness, followed by someone in a plastic wolf-man mask. Then as he passed the man in the mask he saw some sort of make shift stage, it was not poorly made though, it just seemed to be old. We he looked to see who else was there, he saw but only a few other people in the room other. As he waited for the show to start, he saw a girl around the same age as him who had caught his attention. He saw her smile at him, and then turn her head away to watch to show start.
Even though the show had started Lance did not pay much attention to it, he had the girl on his mind the entire time. He did watch the show every so often though, once he saw a man dressed in a red robe, who seemed to be the leader of the group of "Were-Wolfs" in the show, and maybe even the creator, and owner of it. But, Lance did not give it much thought, he just watched the show, and took the occasional look at the girl from before. Soon enough the show was over, and the girl from before was gone, mixed in with the crowd. In an attempt to meet her Lance started to look around, he looked all over, but found nothing. Well that is until he finally saw her, she was standing twenty feet in front of him, but as he walked over to meet her, he was once more back in the class room where he had fallen asleep. The bell had woken him up, and he had to go to his next class, where he could only day dream about the girl he had saw in his dreams. . .
