Entry 17: Forgiveness
You are one of the most forgiving individuals that I know.
You are usually not one to hold a grudge,
And that teaches me to be more accepting of the people around me.
I am not as quick to judge,
Because you are not the type to judge either.
You teach me to be kind to others,
Even though that thought may seem hard at times.
Ever since I tried to mimic your forgiveness,
I've found that people at school like me better.
I always tell you how much I appreciate your forgiveness,
And I sometimes ask you where it came from.
Your answer is always the same,
"I learned it from God."
