Euphemia's Declaration

Lelouch was with CC in one of the buildings.

"You know me Lelouch," CC said, "when I hear pizza, I just have to get some and now I'm hearing about the largest pizza that's going to be made. I want in on it."

"CC, I'll bring you some," Lelouch said, "so head back to our place."

"You'll bring me huge slices of pizza?" CC replied, "I appreciate the thought but sorry Lelouch, I doubt even you would be able to do so. Look, I'll be careful. I'm aware that the military and the press are here. I'll be sure to be out of sight."

Lelouch just looked at CC and sighed.

"Okay fine, you win," Lelouch said, "but just don't be reckless. I know that when it comes to pizza, you become blind and reckless of everything else."

"I promise that it won't happen," CC said with a smile, "after all it is part of our contract and I intend to uphold it."

"The large pizza will be begin very soon," Lelouch said, "talk to Milly and she'll get you a spot where you can get first dibs."

"Thank you," CC said smiling.

They suddenly heard doors opened and then they looked to see what was going on. Three people entered the building and it was Kallen, Naoto, and their father James.

"You really didn't have to do this Dad," Kallen said.

"Oh yes I did," James said, "I haven't exactly really spent time with you two and I have to head back to the Homeland very soon."

"Well don't feel too bad about it Dad," Naoto said.

"Yeah, we understand," Kallen said.

"I appreciate it but still," James said, "I am still worried about your mother."

"Well you've been visiting her every day," Naoto said, "I'm sure Mom appreciates it."

"Still though…" James said.

"Kallen, authorize personnel only," Lelouch said as he came to approach them, "could you have them leave…?"

"Oh Lelouch I…" Kallen said.

Lelouch was surprised to see the two men.

"Naoto," Lelouch said, "and Earl Stadtfeld?"

"Hi Lelouch," Naoto said, "How's it going?"

"Ah there you are," James said, "the person I wanted to see."

"Huh, wait," Kallen said, "Dad, you wanted to see Lelouch?"

"Yes," James said with a smile, "it's good to see you Lelouch."

"Um yes," Lelouch said with a respectful nod, "it's a pleasure to see you again Earl Stadtfeld."

"Yes, Lelouch Lamperouge, I want to talk to you something," James said with a serious expression.

"Huh?" Lelouch asked.

"Wait Dad, what are you doing?" Kallen asked with worry.

Meanwhile Euphie and two of her bodyguards had just arrived in the academy. Euphie as well as her bodyguards were wearing civilian clothes and Euphie had a hat and sunglasses on.

"I'm sorry you two had to come with me on this," Euphie said to the bodyguards.

"It's not a problem Your Highness," The female bodyguard said.

"Please rests assure Your Highness," The male bodyguard said, "we're happy to accompany you so please think nothing of it."

"Thank you," Euphie said feeling relieved, "it's just that I wanted to talk to Suzaku about something important."

"Again, it's no problem Your Highness," The female bodyguard assured.

Euphie felt grateful and felt happy. She was happy as what she had planned for would come to fruition.

Flashback: Last night, Viceroy Palace

In one of the offices occupied by Schneizel, Schneizel was sitting in a desk with Kanon standing next to him. They were both looking over the proposal that Euphie came up with. Schneizel and Kanon looked at each other and were both impressed and they nodded at each other. They then turned to Euphie as they were pleased.

"Euphie, this is a wonderful idea," Schneizel said.

"Yes it really is Princess Euphemia," Kanon said.

"You both mean it?" Euphie replied happily as she received her proposal back, "Does that mean…?"

"Yes you should follow the path you believe in with all of your heart and see it through," Schneizel said, "I'll speak to Cornelia so that she'll understand."

Euphie was happy in what she was told.

"If I may say," Kanon said, "what you have come up with is quite clever."

"Indeed, you should be proud Euphie," Schneizel said as he was feeling proud as her brother.

"Thank you both," Euphie said happily.

Flashback End

"Schneizel liked my plan and he approved it," Euphie said in her head happily, "that means that we can finally—"

Euphie was cut off of her train of thought as she bumped into someone.

"Are you okay?" A female voice asked.

"Yes I'm fine," Euphie said, "I'm so sorry, I should have watched where I was going."

"It's quite all right," The female voice assured, "I'm glad you didn't get hurt."

Euphie started to realize something and it was the voice as it was familiar to her.

"Wait, that voice," Euphie said, "is it… Sayoko?"

Euphie looked and sure enough it was Sayoko who smiled.

"It's a pleasure to see you again… Princess Euphemia," Sayoko said.

"Oh my, it is you," Euphie said happily, "it's good to see you."

Euphie looked saw someone with Sayoko and it was Nunnally.

"Hello Euphie," Nunnally greeted with a warm smile.

"Nunnally," Euphie said happily.

Back in one of the buildings with Lelouch and the Stadtfelds, Naoto and Kallen's father approached Lelouch with the intent to tell him something.

"What exactly did you want to talk to me about?" Lelouch asked.

"Yes the thing is I want to propose something to you," James said, "I'm sure wouldn't mind."

"Wait, please," Kallen said.

"Kallen?" Lelouch asked.

"Dad, I don't think it's fair for you to you put Lelouch on the spot like this," Kallen said.

"On the spot?" Lelouch asked.

"I'm sorry Lelouch," Kallen said, "My father is trying to get you to do something unreasonable."

"Huh?" Lelouch asked confused.

"Kallen I don't see it as unreasonable," James said, "and I'm sure Lelouch would not mind."

"You're just making assumptions," Kallen complained, "You always do this."

"Okay can someone please explain to me what's going on?" Lelouch said, "What is this about?"

"Lelouch… um," Kallen said and then her cheeks turned red, "you see my father is trying to—"

Kallen was cut off when the door suddenly opened. They looked to see what was going on. Lelouch assumed that someone working with the festival came in because they needed something. Instead who they saw surprised them. Who they saw was Villetta entering the building and looking around.

"There may be some clue that I can find here," Villetta said, "I know for sure there's a connection. One of the students is definitely involved and I intend to find out who it is."

Lelouch, Kallen, and Naoto were irritated to see Villetta Nu.

"Villetta Nu," Naoto said in his head.

"What the hell is she doing here?" Kallen asked herself in her head.

CC popped her head out and saw Villetta.

"What is that woman up to now?" CC asked in her head.

"Excuse me," Lelouch said to James and Naoto and then walked over and approached Villetta, "Excuse me ma'am, this place is off limits. Only authorized personnel are allowed here."

Villetta was surprised and she turned and saw Lelouch.

"Oh excuse me," Villetta said.

"May I ask what brings you here?" Lelouch said.

"Um, well I…" Villetta said.

"Villetta, what do you think you're doing?" A male voice asked, "You can't just wander around here. I should have known the real reason you would do this."

The person that spoke was Jeremiah and was not pleased with Villetta. Jeremiah looked and was surprised to see someone.

"Prince Lelouch!" Jeremiah said in his head.

"Jeremiah!" Lelouch said in his head.

Jeremiah was surprised and then he looked around and regained his composure.

"Pardon me young man," Jeremiah said, "my friend here wander here. My apologies for the trouble she may have caused."

"Lord Jeremiah," Villetta said upset.

"Villetta, you can't just wander here as you please," Jeremiah said and then turned to Lelouch again, "sorry for the trouble."

"Sure, no problem," Lelouch said and he did feel glad, "Jeremiah is staying quiet about me. I see, Jeremiah really is—"

Lelouch cut himself off when the door suddenly opened and two more people entered. The two more people that entered were Shirley and Suzaku.

"…for the burner?" Shirley asked, "I'm sure there some here somewhere."

"Okay," Suzaku said.

Shirley and Suzaku saw Kallen and Lelouch as they went in further.

"Oh Kallen, Lulu," Shirley said.

"Oh hello Shirley," Kallen said.

"Oh hey, did you two need something?" Lelouch asked.

"Yeah, we—" Shirley spoke.

Shirley stopped herself when she and Suzaku saw Villetta, Jeremiah, Naoto, and James.

"Um I thought only the people working in the festival were allowed in here," Suzaku said.

"It's true," James said, "we're so sorry, we were just on our way out now."

"Lord Jeremiah and… Lieutenant Nu as well," Suzaku said.

"Major Kururugi," Jeremiah said.

Suzaku then got worried as he saw that since Jeremiah was here and so was Lelouch, we was worried that Jeremiah was going to make some noise or if he had already done so. Shirley frowned seeing Villetta.

"So what's going here?" Shirley asked as she was glaring at Villetta, "Are you trying to put my friends in danger now?"

"What the…?" Villetta replied offended, "Why would you think…?" Villetta shook her head, "Look I'm sorry about what happened before but I was not wrong in what I was trying to do."

"Huh, what happened before?" Suzaku asked.

"You heard about Madd, correct?" Jeremiah asked.

"Yes," Suzaku replied, "I heard he was involved in that illegal human experimental project."

"Lieutenant Nu… intentionally allowed Madd to escape…" Jeremiah said, "who had intended to kill your classmate's father."

Villetta looked at Jeremiah like she was offended but then looked away and Shirley glared daggers at Villetta. Suzaku was surprised to hear what was going on.

"Okay, I think it's best that all non-authorized personnel leave," Lelouch said.

"Oh right," James said, "Naoto, let's go son and Lelouch."

"Hmm?" Lelouch replied.

"We'll talk some other time," James said with a smile.

"No you won't," Kallen insisted.

"Kallen," James said.

"Enough Dad," Kallen insisted, "just don't drag him into this."

"Kallen, come now" James said.

Naoto had James leave with him and Jeremiah was leaving as well taking Villetta with him.

"Well excuse us," Jeremiah said and then he smiled at Lelouch and then looked at Suzaku and nodded at him as well, "Major Kururugi, are you enjoying yourself?"

"Oh, um yes, yes I am," Suzaku said with a smile.

"Very good," Jeremiah said, "let's go Villetta. We need to talk."

"Okay…" Villetta said.

"Miss Fenette," Jeremiah said.

"Right, thank you," Shirley said.

Jeremiah and Villetta also left and they sighed with relief.

"That's was surprising," Shirley said.

"Yeah it was," Lelouch said.

Suzaku went to Lelouch to whisper something to him.

"I'm surprised," Suzaku whispered, "Lord Jeremiah kept quiet about you."

"Oh yeah, that…" Lelouch said.

"You see Lelouch," Suzaku whispered, "not everyone serving Britannia are horrible and corrupt."

"You have no idea Suzaku," Lelouch said and then he whispered to Suzaku, "If you say so…"

"You don't seem to believe me," Suzaku said sounding disappointed.

"What makes you think that?" Lelouch asked.

"Lelouch, you got to—" Suzaku spoke.

Suzaku was cut off when he suddenly cried in pain. Lelouch, Shirley, and Kallen looked and wondered what happened.

"Suzaku, what's wrong?" Shirley asked.

"It's my ankle," Suzaku said.

"Your ankle?" Kallen asked.

The three of them looked and saw the source of Suzaku's pain and it was Arthur sinking his teeth on Suzaku's ankle.

"Oh Arthur," Shirley said.

"Oh this cat again," Lelouch said.

Meanwhile Jeremiah and Villetta were walking and Jeremiah sighed with relief.

"I'm glad there was no incident," Jeremiah said, "Villetta, I would advise you to not cause trouble."

"I'm not the one causing trouble," Villetta said, "I just know that a student in this school who is involved."

"Involved," Jeremiah spoke.

"Yes, I know a student is a collaborator of the Black Knights," Villetta said, "you remember, it was what we talked about back in the bar and it was why we asked Diethard Reid to look in the students of this school."

"Yes I remember," Jeremiah said, "and it has gotten us in trouble since then."

"Since we can't count on Reid," Villetta said, "we need to find out our own way."

"You know what, you go ahead and do that," Jeremiah said as he walked away.

"Wait Lord Jeremiah," Villetta called out, "where are you going?"

Jeremiah stopped and turned to Villetta.

"I'm going do what I came here to do," Jeremiah said, "and I'm going to enjoy the festival. What you do is your business but it's on you if you get cause trouble. Don't assume that you can just do what you want."

Jeremiah left and Villetta frowned as Jeremiah walked away.

"I would have thought Lord Jeremiah would want this as much as I do," Villetta said in her head, "has he really given up? Or has something happened at Kamine Island? He was accused of treason and yet he was let go because there was nothing pointing out that he really was accused of. Something is definitely going on with Lord Jeremiah and I may have to find out as well."

Meanwhile James and Naoto were walking and James sighed as he was disappointed.

"Things didn't go as I hoped," James said.

"What did you expect Dad?" Naoto asked, "You know how Kallen feels about it."

"But it's not as though your sister hates Lelouch," James said.

"Of course not," Naoto said, "I know she's fond of him."

"So what's the problem?" James asked, "I mean seriously… are you two really worried just because of their family?"

"Huh, what are you talking?" Naoto asked.

"I'm talking about the fact that Lelouch and his sister Nunnally are actually from the imperial family," James said.

Naoto was shocked and he looked at his father wide eyed.

"What?" Naoto spoke shocked, "Dad, what are you—?"

"I know and I know that you two know," James said as he stopped and turned to his son, "I know that Lelouch and Nunnally are the former prince and princess of Britannia and there's no doubt that you two found out. No doubt they told you themselves. Heh shows that they really trust you and how close you four are. You know it's always interesting, there are kids who will put on masks to fool others, whether it's being ordinary citizens, students, or even… royalty."

"T-Think what you want Dad," Naoto said, "it's doesn't make—"

"Now, now my son," James interjected, "there's no need to worry. I have no intention of telling anyone. You may find this hard to believe but I understand and get where they are coming from."

"Dad…" Naoto said surprised.

Meanwhile in Lelouch and Nunnally's residence, Nunnally and Euphie were sitting in a table and having tea. Euphie then held something in her hand and it was mask that Nunnally used as Void.

"So this is it," Euphie said.

"That's right," Nunnally said.

"Is it hard?" Euphie asked, "Is it hard doing what you do?"

"Of course it is," Nunnally said, "but life is ever easy and I made my choices that means I have take responsibility for the choices I made."

"I see," Euphie said as he placed the mask on the side, "You really are strong."

"I don't know about that," Nunnally said, "but if it seems to be that way, it is only because of Lelouch and others who have helped me."

"Lelouch," Euphie said, "staying by his side. I have to admit, I'm sort of envious."

"Oh…" Nunnally said and then smiled, "do you remember that time when you and I got into a great big argument… you know of which of us was going to marry Lelouch when we grew up?"

"Yes I do," Euphie replied cheerfully, "we put Lelouch on the spot by making him decide right there and then."

Euphie and Nunnally laughed remember the good times of that memory and it reminded them that Lelouch was very dear to the both of them.

"So what about now?" Nunnally asked.

"Hmm?" Euphie replied.

"Do you still love him even to this day?" Nunnally asked.

Euphie just looked at Nunnally and smiled. Outside of the room, Sayoko was guarding the door and standing in front of Euphie's two bodyguards.

"So you're the one we heard about from Princess Euphemia," The male bodyguard said, "you're Sayoko."

"That's correct," Sayoko replied with a bow.

"You have our thanks for what you did in Kawaguchi," The female bodyguard said.

"It was my pleasure," Sayoko replied.

Back outside, Rivalz was overseeing and announcing the preparations of the giant pizza was about to be made.

"We're about to begin the historic task of making the world's largest pizza!" Rivalz announced, "Please note that the contraption of the oven built for this occasion, a fabulous waste of money!"

In the control booth, Lelouch and Kallen were looking over the large pizza making. Lelouch was doing some calculations and then he nodded and Kallen pushed some buttons. Lelouch was also on the phone with Shirley.

"That's great Shirley," Lelouch said, "yes I appreciate it. I owe you... yes, please send Group B to the stage to help," Lelouch hung up the phone, "That's take care of it."

"Great, I'm done here," Kallen said, "no problems here."

"Excellent," Lelouch said, "thank you Kallen. I really appreciate your help."

"No problem," Kallen said with a smile, "it's the least I can do," Kallen paused and then turned to Lelouch, "Lelouch, about what happened earlier with my father… I'm really sorry about that."

"Oh, you don't need to apologize," Lelouch assured, "but if you don't mind me asking Kallen, what did your father wanted to talk to me about?"

"Oh um," Kallen replied and then looked away with a blush on her cheeks, "you don't need to worry about it. My father was being silly."

"Kallen," Lelouch said.

Kallen felt embarrassed and then she slowly looked at Lelouch.

"Lelouch," Kallen said.

"You know you can tell me anything," Lelouch reminded, "no matter what."

"I… I know," Kallen said as she was stilling blushing and fidgeting her fingers together, "it's just… um well…"

The door opened and Milly entered.

"Oh Prez," Kallen said.

"Hmm, not bad," Milly said with a smile, "not bad at all. You got everything on schedule."

"Yeah, we were really able to get things done," Lelouch said, "still they seem to be so optimistic. The Chinese Federation attacked just the other day but looked at everyone…" Lelouch looked at the students and other people who were excited and then he saw Naoto and James among the excited ones as well, "all cheerful."

"That's why we need this," Milly said with a smile, "festivals are necessary for everyone all the time."

Kallen chuckled, "Okay, great lesson Milly."

"Glad to hear it Kallen," Milly said happily, "and hey it helps for you guys due to your well…'other activities'. Speaking of which, I think Shirley and I would like to get more used to the Gawain."

"Right of course, I've set up a training regiment for you two," Lelouch said with a smile, "and I'll oversee it myself."

"Great, thanks a lot Lelouch," Milly said.

"No Milly, thank you and Shirley," Lelouch said, "you two really helped out."

"Yeah, you really did," Kallen said.

"Lelouch," Nunnally's voice spoke.

"Oh Nunnally," Lelouch said and then as he turned his head to Nunnally he was surprised to see who was with her, "Oh."

Lelouch, Milly, and Kallen saw Nunnally and they were surprised to see Euphie with her.

"Hello," Euphie said.

"Well this is a pleasant surprise," Lelouch said.

"Go on ahead," Milly said, "I'll call you if something happens."

"Thanks," Lelouch said.

"Oh my, you're here," A female voice said.

They looked over and saw that it was Rai and Alice.

"Oh, you two are back," Milly said.

"Yeah," Rai said and then he turned to Euphie, "Princess Euphemia."

"Hello Rai," Euphie said, "I thought I told you though… you can just call me Euphie," Euphie smiled brightly, "after all you and I are friends now."

"Yeah," Rai said happily, "yeah you're right."

"All right, let's go," Lelouch said and then turned to Kallen, "Kallen."

"Actually you go on without me," Kallen said, "I'll take care of things here."

"Are you sure?" Lelouch asked.

"Yeah I'm sure," Kallen assured.

"Well okay," Lelouch said, "if it's all right with you."

Euphie leaned close to Nunnally.

"Nunnally, is she the one that you were talking about?" Euphie whispered.

"Yes, that's Kallen," Nunnally whispered back, "she and Lelouch are very close and I'm glad."

"Oh," Euphie whispered and looked at Kallen and Lelouch talked to each other.

Meanwhile someone arrived and looked on as the pizza making was still underway. It was a young man who wore a white dress shirt and brown slacks with black dress shoes. The young man had blonde hair and green eyes.

"Ashford Academy," The young man said, "I'm supposed to meet up with him here."

At the platform, Rivalz was coming down using a rope.

"Looks like the ingredients are all prepared," Rivalz announced and as he landed on his feet on the floor, "now introducing our special dough tosser!" Rivalz continued as the huge sheet was brought down and it was revealed to be an old Knightmare Frame, "The Ashford Family Ganymede!"

The people cheered happily seeing the Knightmare but Jeremiah looked on and he looked horrified.

"What in the world?" Jeremiah said shocked, "That's Lady Marianne's… Wait, are they really going to use it to…?" Jeremiah clenched his teeth and he looked like he was about to go mad, "This is an outrage! Do they not understand the value and they're disgracing the memory of Lady Marianne! I'm going to have a find Lord Ashford and when I do, I will have words! But first, I need to speak to them. They can't be okay with what they're doing with their mother's old Knightmare Frame, could they?"

Jeremiah left to find the certain individuals to talk about the serious offense in his mind.

"Yes folks, it's an old antique," Rivalz continued, "however at the controls is a special member of the Student Council and who is also Princess Euphemia's knight, Suzaku Kururugi!"

Suzaku looked on and nodded.

Black Knights' Submarine

Ohgi was in a room watching something on the monitor and it was the happenings of the school festival. Tamaki, Sugiyama, Inoue, Minami, and Yoshida came in and joined him to watch.

"Wow, they're really attempting it," Minami said.

"A giant pizza," Sugiyama said.

"You know what would be better for them?" Tamaki asked, "If they didn't let that rotten murdering traitor handle the controls. I feel sorry for our leaders that Japan's traitor is doing the dough tossing."

"It probably wasn't up to them," Yoshida said, "and besides, not everyone is going to think like we or they do."

"Yeah yeah, I know," Tamaki said.

"They must be having fun," Ohgi said, "and I'm glad."

"Ohgi," Minami said.

"Kallen, Lelouch, Nunnally," Ohgi said, "I'm glad they can take the time to have fun at their school."

"Yeah no kidding," Inoue said, "with how the two do leading us against Britannia, we can sometime forget that they're kids. The same with Kallen as well."

"Yeah, that's the truth," Minami said.

"It might be strange for me to say this," Tamaki said, "but I actually wish I was there with them."

"I feel the same way," Yoshida said.

"Yeah goes for me too," Sugiyama said.

Black Knights' Mobile Base

Todoh and Rakshata were watching the school festival with the large television.

"Watching that school festival?" Asahina asked as he and the Holy Swords showed up.

"The giant pizza making seems to be underway," Rakshata said.

"Hmm," Chiba replied and then she saw someone, "it's too bad they're letting Kururugi be the pizza tosser. I guess Zero and Kozuki's classmates have no standards."

"Chiba," Todoh said.

"I'm just saying Colonel," Chiba said.

"Well it can't be helped," Senba said.

"Still I am curious about this giant pizza they're making," Urabe said.

"Yeah no kidding," Asahina said.

Ashford Academy

Milly looked on a hill of the campus and Lloyd and Cecile showed up to join her.

"Ganymede," Lloyd said, "a third generation Knightmare, the type used by Lady Marianne the Flash, isn't that correct?"

"It's just a fundamental frame," Milly replied, "a big puppet for events like this."

"An unorthodox design dropped for the next generation of Knightmares due to Lady Marianne's death," Lloyd said.

"I'm guessing that's the real reason why you actually want to marry me," Milly deduced with a downcast expression.

"Now do you understand?" Cecile spoke, "He has no attraction whatsoever to the opposite sex."

"Well, I get the general idea anyway," Lloyd said with a smile.

At the platform, Suzaku controlled the Ganymede to toss the giant dough.

"…and again!" Rivalz said with excitement, "Can he get it any larger folks?! C'mon Sir Suzaku, we have high hopes for you!"

There were five people sitting on the stairs watching and it was Lelouch, Nunnally, Euphie, Rai, and Alice.

"Last year it was my turn to do it," Lelouch said, "although I'm embarrassed to say that it didn't turn out well as we wanted."

"It wasn't all bad," Rai said.

"It wasn't a giant pizza sure," Alice said, "but you were able to improvise and make something better and enjoyable."

"We sure did have fun so it was still all good," Nunnally said.

"This really has been a pleasant day for me," Euphie said happily, "here I am sitting and talking you all here and seeing Suzaku having fun. I feel so lucky."

"It's the same for us Euphie," Nunnally said happily.

On the other side, Jeremiah came by and saw Lelouch and the others.

"Ah there they are," Jeremiah said, "huh, that girl sitting next to their highnesses…"

"Lord Jeremiah," Villetta's voice spoke.

Jeremiah turned and saw Villetta approaching him.

"Villetta, what is it?" Jeremiah asked.

Back at the stairs with the three siblings as well as Rai and Alice.

"I never want to see people unhappy ever again," Euphie said.

"Remember we can't meet after this," Lelouch said.

"Yes unfortunately," Nunnally said, "since we'll continue to do what we're doing."

"That's not true," Euphie said, "I actually have a solution to everything."

"A solution?" Rai asked.

"Euphie?" Nunnally asked.

Two students walked by and it was Gene and Martin and they saw Rai.

"Hey, there he is," Gene said.

"Found him," Martin said.

"Great I'll have words with that jerk," Gene said, "he's finally going to pay for he did to my camera."

Gene and Martine rushed over to confront Rai and then there was a sudden wind and wind blew off Euphie's hat revealing her long pink hair. Gene and Martin looked and were surprised.

"Hey look!" Gene said.

"Hey, that's Princess Euphemia!" Martin said loudly.

This drew the attention of other people and wondered if Princess Euphemia was really there. The people in the campus heard and looked and lo and behold, they saw that it was really her with four other students. Lelouch, Nunnally, Rai, and Alice did not like what was happening at the moment.

"Princess Euphemia!" Nina said surprised as she looked.

Jeremiah and Villetta were surprised as well.

"Princess Euphemia," Jeremiah said.

"So she's here as well?" Villetta asked.

James looked on and was intrigued.

"Oh my," James said, "and she's with Lelouch and Nunnally. I wonder…"

"Oh boy," Naoto said, "this won't be good."

Euphie and the four people with her stood up.

"You four get yourselves out here," Euphie said.

"But what about you?" Rai asked with concern.

"I'll be fine," Euphie assured, "please hurry."

"Be careful," Nunnally said.

"Yeah sorry to leave you like this," Lelouch said.

Lelouch, Nunnally, Rai, and Alice quickly took off with speed. Inside the school, the female bodyguard rushed to get to Euphie while being on the phone with her partner and the male bodyguard was running between buildings to get to Euphie. Members of the news team were excited rushed over while a cameraman was linking up to their studio. The students were excited and rushed to get to the Third Britannian Princess.

"Wait everyone!" Suzaku called out, "Please don't run and please don't panic!"

Suzaku ended up neglecting the controls and the Ganymede had no longer a hold on the large pizza dough and the dough ended up flying and landed on top of a tree. On the other side, CC looked horrified at what she had just witnessed.

"Pizza," CC said as she felt crushed, "that's not fair."

Lloyd and Milly just looked on as to what was happening.

"Guess we should have just left this to the pros," Lloyd said, "What do you think?"

"I think I may have to give up on this one," Milly said feeling disappointed, "and maybe some other things."

There were sudden gun shots. The soldiers from the ASSEC had their guns up and had shot them in the air and it stopped the mob in their tracks.

"Everyone stop this at once!" Cecile said, "Do you realize who this is? This is Sub-Viceroy, the Third Imperial Princess herself!"

The two bodyguards arrived and went in front of Euphie.

"Thanks for your help," The female bodyguard said, "we'll take it from here. Stand back ev—"

The crowd rushed in and cut them off.

"HiTV!" A female reporter said excitedly, "A comment please!"

Nina showed up and tried to call out Euphie so that she can help her and students were rushing in closing in on the personal spaces of Cecile and Euphie and everyone was too excited. Meanwhile Diethard came out of the HiTV van and no one else was around.

"Well, this has been crazy," Diethard said, "one thing after another."

"Tell me about it," A male voice said.

Diethard looked and saw the blonde haired green eyed young man.

"You're Diethard Reid," The young man said, "I was told to meet with you by Void."

"Oh yes," Diethard said, "I see, you're the person she mentioned. I was told that you would come by."

The young man smiled and nodded.

"It's nice meet one of the key members of the Black Knights," The young man said, "I'm Orpheus Zevon."

Back with the mob, they were awestruck as Euphie was picked up by the Ganymede controlled by Suzaku.

"Princess Euphemia, are you all right?" Suzaku asked.

"Yes I am," Euphie replied, "thank you Suzaku."

Meanwhile, Lelouch and Nunnally are hiding in a small concession stand.

"Are you okay Nunnally?" Lelouch asked.

"I'm fine," Nunnally said, "how about Euphie?"

"She's okay," Lelouch said, "Suzaku's got her."

"I see," Nunnally said.

Lelouch picked up his phone and called someone.

"Rai, where you and Alice?" Lelouch asked.

"We're at the main building," Rai replied.

"I see," Lelouch said.

"We see that Euphie is fine as well," Rai said.

"Yeah…" Lelouch said.

Euphie looked around and was able to see Lelouch and Nunnally.

"Oh thank goodness," Euphie said in her head, "they made it… I'm sure Rai and Alice are fine as well."

"Princess Euphemia, can I get a comment?" The female HiTV requested holding up the microphone, "Just one."

"Could you please network this broadcast nationwide?" Euphie asked.

"Huh, you mean go live now?" The new reporter replied.

"Euphie?" Suzaku spoke wondering what was going on.

"I have a very important announcement to make," Euphie declared.

Area 11 Viceroy Palace

In the Knightmare Hanger, Guilford ran and saw Cornelia who was checking on her Gloucester.

"Your Highness, it's Princess Euphemia," Guilford reported.

"What is she up to this time?" Cornelia drawled.

In one of the rooms, Marrybell and Nonette were sitting in a table watching the television and wonder what was going on.

"Euphie?" Marrybell asked.

"I wonder what she's doing." Nonette asked.

Black Knights' Mobile Base

Todoh, the Four Holy Swords, and Rakshata were watching and wondered what Euphemia was up to.

"I am Euphemia li Britannia," Euphie said, "Sub-Viceroy of Area 11 of the Holy Britannian Empire. There is something of great importance that I wish to tell you all."

"What is going on?" Rakshata asked, "That girl sure likes to make a fuss."

Ashford Academy

"I, Euphemia li Britannia hereby declare the formation of the Specially Administrative Zone of Japan in the area surrounding Mt. Fuji!" Euphie declared.

Euphie's words brought shock and surprise to everyone listening in.

"Wait, what?" Nunnally spoke.

"Wait a minute," Lelouch spoke, "Britannia has…"

Meanwhile Suzaku was shocked as well.

"They're recognizing Japan?" Suzaku spoke.

In the HiTV van, Orpheus and Diethard were shocked.

"Wait a minute," Orpheus said surprised.

"Damn!" Diethard spoke shocked as he slammed his fist on the console, "I never thought that she would come up with this scheme, even though it's only a limited area!"

"Wait, isn't this bad for us?" Orpheus asked.

"Yeah it is," Diethard said.

Outside, Euphie continued on.

"With the Specially Administrative Zone of Japan," Euphie said, "Elevens will be permitted to call themselves Japanese. Restrictions against Elevens and special rights for Britannians will no longer exist in the zone. It will be a place where Elevens and Britannians live side by side as equals!"

In the concession stand, Lelouch and Nunnally were still shocked and they shook their heads.

"Euphie, please stop," Nunnally pleased.

"Stop it Euphie," Lelouch said, "we already ran through that idea. It's not a long term solution. It'll never truly work."

"Do you hear me Zero?" Euphie asked.

"Huh?" Lelouch replied.

Euphie looked around, "No, not just Zero… Void as well," Euphie shook her head, "No, I call for Zero, Void, and all top members of the Black Knights. I do not care who you all are and Zero and Void, I don't care who you two are behind your masks but I ask of you to join us in creating the special zone!"

"Join with Zero and Void and the Black Knights?" One of the male students asked concern.

"No way, just think of all the trouble and grief they caused," Another male student said, "and then there's the soldiers they killed including Princess Cornelia's Royal Guard."

Viceroy Palace

Cornelia was shocked and disgusted in hearing her younger sister's announcement.

"What is she doing?!" Cornelia asked.

Ashford Academy

"Zero and Void, help me build a new future within Britannia," Euphie said, "a place for everyone!"

People started to cheer for Euphie. There were some who like the idea but there were still a number of people who didn't and even some who questioned Euphie's intentions.

"A special zone?" One of the female students asked, "Why the heck is she doing that for?"

"Isn't it obvious?" Another female student said, "It's because of that Eleven Kururugi who she made as her knight."

In the concession stand, Lelouch and Nunnally leaned back and were taking in what was happening.

"Lelouch," Nunnally said, "Euphie has…"

"Yes she's done it," Lelouch said, "She has really done it. Euphie has managed to do what not even Cornelia or even Nonette was able to do and that is she has messed up our goal. With this, it'll be impossible to have Japan as the starting point for our revolution and what's worse is that despite her good intention, she is setting herself and all the Japanese and possibly Britannian supporters to misery because truthfully, it will eventually fail."

"But why is she doing this?" Nunnally asked.

"She wants things to be like they were in the past," Lelouch answered, "how things were back in the Aries Villa, back before we lost Mother."

"But just doing all this," Nunnally said.

"Yeah," Lelouch said.

Lelouch and Nunnally looked over to Euphie who saw that she looked happy and excited with she has done.

"Lelouch, Nunnally," Euphie said in her head, "now we can be just like before."
