AN: I've done a lot of reading lately, and one topic that caught my interest very much is actually Nihonkoku Shoukan/Japan Summons FanFics. To be honest, I find the scope of this novel wider than that of GATE Jieitai, and actually appeals to the world-building that I made. Safe to say, I want to see for myself how my canon-verse will interact with the New World. Do note that the current timeline is already in late 21st century, so safe to say, the tech level of my canon-verse will be far ahead, but not to the extent of Celestina Shoukan by Lourie054, which I confirmed to be galactic powerhouse. Still, that doesn't mean there won't be a surprise from my canon-verse. That being said, I've found a perfect story-line in NS/JS that I can use here. For the map, I'm just glad that I found Touhou Universalis, and I do think it fits the general image I planned.
Now, for the summary.
Historia Alliance continue increasing their military power in order to prepare for their Multiverse Campaign. To achieve that goal, they initiate Project Shoukan, in which a fully-inhabited continent-sized landmass will be transferred to the New World.
This project, in fact, is the idea of Amaterasu, who wished for a permanent presence there after hearing about the Alliance's Inter-Dimensional Travel capabilities. Gensokyo Union and UN Military already started the preparation since 2062 by the end of Scarlet Spring Snow War, with Lunar Capital and Martian Force joining three years later. Humanity Force also joined at the same year after being admitted into the Alliance.
The five superpowers finally completed the creation of the planned continent. More than 100 years after the tale of the Emissaries of the Sun God written on the records that Moriya Shrine kept, Amaterasu green-lights the transfer.
On January 8th, 2069 of Historia calendar, the newly established "Historia Shoukan Dominion" is transferred to the New World. The Alliance immediately prepare themselves by quickly building up Historia Shoukan Dominion's military and launching multiple satellites to obtain full planetary coverage. After they obtained full planetary coverage, on January 24th, multiple recon planes are being sent to find any sign of civilizations.
Little did they knew that they will play a huge role in this world...
Historia Shoukan Chapter 1
A New Encounter
In the sea region that is called the Great Orient, far from the Three Civilization Areas, there was a continent.
Its size was about half the size of Australia, so it was too small as a continent, but also too big as an island.
This land was called Rodenius, where three countries exist.
- The agricultural nation that was endowed with fertile soil and had an extensive farmland region, Qua-Toyne Principality.
- The poor country with great desert expanses where it hard to grow crops, Quila Kingdom.
- The human-only country who continue to discriminate the demi-humans like elves, dwarfs, and beastkin, and aim to unite Rodenius, Louria Kingdom.
Both Quila Kingdom and Qua-Toyne Principality had one-third of their population composed of demi-humans like elf, dwarf, and beastkin. For that reason, they didn't maintain good relationship with Louria Kingdom who sang the demi-human's extermination plan, have a good relationship with each other, and together they cooperate to oppose the Louria Kingdom's threat.
(AN: Well, it will be weird if there is no introduction for Rodenius countries like what I did to Historia Shoukan Dominion, so I'll take the translated script and do slight editing, and here you go.)
Date: January 24th, Historia Calendar (HS) 2069/Central Calendar (CC) 1639
Location: Northeastern aerial region of Qua-Toyne Principality
A single C-3 Trinity Recon Plane from Historia Shoukan Dominion can be seen in this region as it scouts the surroundings. It keep moving forward until it detected a single dot on its radar. Curious about it, the plane redirects to the last known location of said dot.
Meanwhile, Maarpatima, a Dragon Knight of Qua-Toyne was on a patrol duty in the same region. Due to the recent tensions with Louria Kingdom, patrols were necessary to detect and counter warships going off-course for possible surprise naval attacks.
Then, he spotted something.
"What was that?"
He found something in the sky that should be empty of anything but himself. In normal situations, anything other than a friendly wyvern was unthinkable. Even by wyvern, the flight distance from Louria to here was nothing to sneeze at. Though there were wyvern mother ships called Dragon Carriers in the Three Civilization Areas, there shouldn't be any of it in this remote area.
The flying object, starting at the size of a grain, steadily approached. As it came closer, he confirmed it was not a friendly wyvern.
Back to the single C-3 Trinity, the pilot who rides it is surprised seeing there is a wyvern rider in the vicinity, and promptly reports the finding.
"Shoukan Command, this is Trinity 1 reporting contact. There is a wyvern rider in the area. I repeat, a wyvern rider in the area. Copy."
"Copy, Trinity 1. We got you on the battlefield control. Continue the mission. There must be some sort of civilization in that direction."
"Affirmative, Shoukan Command. Resuming the mission."
The C-3 Trinity then immediately moves to the direction of Maarpatima, who has the same idea. The latter quickly used the manacom and reported the situation to the headquarters.
"Unidentified object detected. Will engage to identify. Current location..."
There are no great difference in their altitude. Intending to pass it by, Maarpatima closed in. And he is astonished seeing the size of C-3 Trinity. The plane didn't flap its wings, and there seems to be three objects attached to it that rotated at high speed. It has gray body and four lines was painted there alongside the wings.
Unknown to him, this is one of the smaller planes that Historia Shoukan Dominion employs.
He turned around, his partner flapping its wings fiercely. The wind pressure pushed hard against him, threatening to throw him off. The vast distance was covered in mere second… but he couldn't catch up with the plane.
A wyvern's maximum speed is 235 km/hour. It was boasted as the fastest animal (though in the Three Civilization Areas there exists a superior breed), faster than a horse. But not even this supreme champion of the sky mobility could catch up with the plane.
He couldn't even determine if it was a living thing or not. (It's not.)
"Kuh! What the heck is that thing!"
He became alarmed when he realized just where the plane heads to, and immediately contacts the HQ.
"HQ! HQ! I'm trying to confirm the object, but it's way too fast! I can't catch it at all! The unidentified object moved towards Maihark direction in the mainland. I repeat, it moved towards Maihark direction!"
And with that, Maarpatima separated from the lone C-3 Trinity.
Location: 6th Flying Dragon Squadron base, Qua-Toyne Principality
Few minutes ago...
Kalmia, the base communication operator, did not believe her ears when she heard the report that came from the manacom.
"Currently the unidentified flying object is in the airspace 130 km northeast from the base, it's no use, I can't pursue! The flying object is really big and don't flap its wing. The speed is far surpassing our own!"
"Report the nationality."
She was considering the possibility of an attack from Louria Kingdom that was in a state of tension with the Principality during the recent years, so she asked for the nationality of the object.
"The nationality is unknown!"
"Is there a possibility of it being an elder dragon or something else?"
"It's not an elder dragon and not Louria Kingdom's Wyvern. It's unknown if it's a living being! Request urgent reinforcement!"
"Roger!"
Presently
Kalmia quickly went to report the communication to her superior, the Base Commander.
"Unidentified object, you say!?"
The Base Commander asked her.
"Yes. The speed extremely surpassing our own. Furthermore, the object doesn't flap its wings. These are the report from the Dragon Knight Maarpatima."
The Base Commander didn't have any idea of what kind of creature that surpassed dragon. However, he remembered a rumor that there was a country amongst the Great Powers that use non-living object called flying machine.
"Doesn't flap its wings… That can't be."
"The unidentified object is moving towards Maihark's direction in the mainland. From the location of the report, it will quickly arrive at the mainland."
It seems that the unidentified object is heading towards their country at an ultrafast speed. He was panicked at the urgent prompt decision.
"W-what did you say!? Launch every standby knights of the 6th Dragon Knights! If it's only a single object then there is a high possibility that it's a scout, but if by any chance we get an attack, our army's pride is at stake!"
The flustered Base Commander passed the order to the whole headquarters who then became noisy like a beehive.
An unidentified object that couldn't be pursued even by wyvern and it was heading towards Maihark, a city that was the economic center of Qua-Toyne Principality. From the object's speed, perhaps it was already intruded the country's airspace.
There was an order with the communication magic in the whole base area of the 6th Flying Dragon Squadron.
"Every Knights of the 6th Flying Dragon Squadron, scramble! An unidentified object is believed to approach Maihark and intruded our territorial airspace. As soon as discovered, bring it down! I repeat, as soon as discovered, bring it down!"
On the runway, the Dragon Knights of the 6th Flying Dragon Squadron and their wyverns soared to the sky in turns. The numbers were 12 Knights, it was a full sortie. They soared high towards the clear sky.
Meanwhile, the lone C-3 Trinity has reached the vicinity of 6th Flying Dragon Squadron base, and the pilot noticed that said squadron has been sortied to confront the plane since there are multiple dots on the radar.
"Shoukan Command, this is Trinity 1 reporting contact. I'm afraid we might've intruded the airspace of an unknown nation."
The 6th Flying Dragon Squadron was lucky to confront the unidentified object from the front. The unidentified object that was just a point in the sky, quickly became bigger before their eyes.
"What a mysterious object..."
"The hell!? What's that!"
"A monster?"
Each of the squadron members muttered their impression.
"It's so fast..."
The unidentified object quickly closed the distance. Its speed, even after considering their own relative speed, was extremely fast. The object was just like in the report, it could fly at an extremely high speed.
Unknown to them, said object (C-3 Trinity) has received a new directive from its base.
"Acknowledged, Trinity 1. We detected it as well. You know what to do."
"Roger, Shoukan Command."
The captain of the 6th Flying Dragon Squadron ordered each of the squadron members using the manacom.
"Fire a fusillade of a concentrated flame ball. There is a report that our opponent has a speed greatly surpassing our own. So there is no other chance than when it passed us. Gentlemen, let's us show the result of our daily training!"
The captain cut off the manacom and muttered.
"... What in the world is that thing?..."
The 12 Wyverns were lined up side by side and opened its mouth. They're about to perform a fusillade of the concentrated flame ball. There are no flying dragon that won't fall if this hit. Inside the wyvern's mouth, the fireball gradually taking form.
The pilot of C-3 Trinity realized what they're going to do and paled.
'¡Oh, mierda! ¡Van a atacar!' (Oh, shit! They're going to attack!)
Without wasting time, the C-3 Trinity began to climb up. The wyverns already flew at their highest altitude at 4000 meters, so it was beyond their expectation. The plane continued to increase its altitude with an absurd climbing power. The 6th Flying Dragon Squadron range of fire couldn't reach it and so they disengaged.
"This is 6th Flying Dragon Squadron, reporting to Headquarters. We discovered the unidentified object. When we prepared to attack, the unidentified object increased altitude and now moving forward to Maihark while maintaining its extra high altitude. I repeat ────────"
Location: Trade City Maihark, Qua-Toyne Principality
Qua-Toyne Principality was a country located at the northeast of Rodenius Continent.
The region that was blessed by the Goddess of the Land, in spite of being fertile, was a hard place for weeds to grow. Even if the edible herbs or grains were neglected and didn't get any human's attention, they would grow steadily. A country with food self-sufficiency rate far above 100%, where water and food are free, and where even the livestock could eat delicious food.
At the northeast of this agricultural nation lies the Trade Center City, Maihark. The antiquated shops building lined up at the paved main street at the center of the city where carriages and landbirds hustled and bustled with overflowing liveliness.
With a large bang, a door was opened, where a woman in her mid-20's rushed out with alarmed expression. The woman was wearing an armor, sword at her waist and bow at her back. Behind the woman who began to run with such vigor, there were people, who seemed to be her subordinates, following her.
In contrast with the peaceful city scenery, every member was donning their armor and nervousness enveloped their expression. They were running towards the top of the building located at the corner of Maihark Castle.
"Ha... Ha... Ha..."
These people, who rushed up to the top of the building while heavily clad in armor, started to look at the sky while regaining their breath.
The Captain of Maihark Defense Knight Corps, Ine, remembered the report from the 6th Flying Dragon Squadron and ordered her subordinates.
"Before long, the unidentified object will arrive on Maihark's airspace! According to the 6th Flying Dragon Squadron's report, the unidentified object will come intruding with speed faster than a wyvern. All hands, take your position!"
Every member of the Knight Corps nocked an arrow at the bow held in their left hand and once again looked towards the sky.
Ine shifted her eyes between the watchtowers at the city's 4 directions as every Knight had assumed their position.
She began to reassess the situation. According to the report, with its speed and altitude, the unidentified object had shaken off the 6th Flying Dragon Squadron that this country proud of. Typically, the air to ground attack method of a flying dragon was only by firing a breath from its mouth. This was because the flying dragon couldn't carry any heavy objects. If it was only a single unit that came to this place, then even if it attacked, there wouldn't be any major damage. She guessed that perhaps the enemy's objective was to conduct a reconnaissance.
However, what in the world is that object that even couldn't be pursued even by flying dragons?
To easily fly above the height ceiling of the flying dragon, what a fearsome existence. Then before long, that object will appear in the sky above Trade City Maihark.
Ine was observing the sky really carefully.
Up in the skies, the C-3 Trinity managed to bypass Qua-Toyne's 6th Flying Dragon Squadron, and found a sign of civilization, more precisely, a port city. The pilot then reports his findings.
"Shoukan Command, this is Trinity 1. I got a visual on what looks like a medieval-era city, how copy?"
"Copy, Trinity 1. There's a high possibility that the wyverns from before are the air force of the nation that built this city. Proceed with caution, and once you're finished, return to the base ASAP. The Alliance Leaders would like to hear this."
"Affirmative, Shoukan Command. Starting the recon mission."
Back in the land, the Knight at the east building, who was watching the eastern direction, loudly yells.
"It comes!"
Everyone immediately turned towards that direction.
The sand grain like object, before long showed its true nature. While giving out a faint whirring sound that they never heard before, the flying object arrived at Maihark's sky.
The object slowed down and circling around at the altitude that no bow could reach.
The grayish object was bigger than wyvern, then the unflapping wings were drawn with four lines of different colors.
"So fast..."
The mysterious object flew even faster than the most proficient Dragon Knight wyverns of Qua-Toyne Principality. That object was clearly had intruded at the city's airspace, but it didn't seem to perform any attack.
It was possible to attack the object by using wyverns, but the 6th Flying Dragon Squadron had already sortied and was in the middle of returning. Since the object approached so rapidly, they also couldn't prepare any additional equipment.
The only counterattack method they had at the present point was only firing with bows from the ground. Even so, it was clear that the arrow won't reach the object.
The object was circling around several times above Maihark as if aiming for a prey while giving out the eerie whirring sounds.
"W... What the hell is that!?"
"Waaaaaa, monster! A monster has come!"
The citizens' face was frozen with fear. The people inside the house was so overwhelmed by fear that they began to close windows and doors one after another. It was a chaos as people on the road started to run around searching for a hiding place.
Even the pack animals like horse or landbird began to run of its own accord terrified by the sound from the object and ended caused accidents at many locations.
The object, that had bestowed dread and terror to the peaceful city, didn't do anything, and circled the air over Maihark a number of times.
Noticing this, the pilot of said object (C-3 Trinity) decided to finish the mission early.
"Shoukan Command, this is Trinity 1. Permission to return to the base? It seems we've caused a chaos down there."
"Granted, Trinity 1. Once your radar is void of contacts, use the Chrono Warp."
"Roger, Shoukan Command."
From Qua-Toynian perspective, the object circled Maihark airspace few time before it flew to the north, as if it had satisfied. But from C-3 Trinity's perspective, and by extension Historia Shoukan Dominion, this is a new encounter.
And the Dominion needs to ensure that they don't give the Principality the wrong impression.

Location: Historia Alliance New World Capital/Rairekishigaku, Hakurei Territory, Togoku Region, Historia Shoukan Dominion
Place: Dominion Headquarters, Meeting Room
The pilot of C-3 Trinity that scouted Maihark city yesterday has returned and is currently reporting to the Alliance Leaders regarding his findings. It has been 17 days ever since Historia Shoukan Dominion transferred to this world, and much of the surrounding regions has been mapped.
The Maihark scout pilot isn't the only one here, however, since there are two other pilots that found other civilizations that are located west of the Dominion.
Historia Shoukan Dominion is jointly managed by Historia Alliance Superpowers as part of Project Shoukan, and said Superpower Leaders are known as Alliance Leaders. They are:
- Yasei Sugaku, Zen Captain of Gensokyo Union Fighters (Male Youkai)
- Iseya Sugaku, Grand Marshal of United Nations Military (Female Human)
- Yorihime Watatsuki, High General of Lunar Capital Force (Female Lunarian)
- Hiroko Amagai, Prime Minister of Martian Defense Force (Female Martian)
- Jack Summers, Chief Commander of Humanity Military Force (Male Human)
As stated previously, Historia Shoukan Dominion is the artificial continent that was created as part of Project Shoukan, which purpose is to give Amaterasu a permanent mean to watch the New World. That is why the closest thing to a form of government the Dominion has is the joint management between Historia Alliance Superpowers.
As it turns out, the pilots that are present are Corazon brothers: Faresh, Burech, and Arcan.
The report is as stated below:
- Trinity 1 (Faresh) went southwest and discovered few wyvern riders along the way. He pushed forward and found a port city. It's unknown which nation owned the port city and wyvern riders, but it's confirmed that he just violated their airspace. He decided to return to the base after unwittingly causing chaos in said city.
- Trinity 2 (Burech) and Trinity 3 (Arcan) went west and discovered two islands shaped like magatamas. Trinity 2 has to return to the base earlier since he saw that the upper island is protected by dragons. Trinity 3 decided to push forward to the lower island and found a civilization that looks similar to that of feudal Japan. He then decided to return afterwards.
- All C-3 Trinity pilots reported successful Chrono Warp upon return, showing that the newest implementation of Chrono technology is working as intended.
Thanks to Strangereal's aviation technology, many aircraft that belonged to GUF, UNM, and HMF can now operate for longer duration, which also means further operational range. Because the Dominion took their time to launch the satellites to obtain full planetary coverage, the aforementioned recon operations proceed without any major problems. Yasei then starts the discussion.
"Few of the civilizations that we managed to discover here shows that they're technologically behind the Alliance. Regardless, I don't want us to be complacent. Amaterasu shows that there was a powerful force in the past that managed to nearly conquer this whole world until a detachment force from the former Imperial Japan assisted the locals, earning the moniker 'Emissaries of the Sun God'."
"Indeed. But we also mustn't show all our hands yet. I believe that the plan to build the bases for our combined space fleet are currently ongoing. For the navies, UNM can provide the required numbers thanks to HMF cooperation. From the reports, it's imperative that we're prepared to do gunboat diplomacy if it's required. Hence why I propose to assemble a naval Battle Group that will be transferred here by Chrono Portals." It's Iseya who suggests it.
Jack then gives his opinion. "I suppose that's a good start. But I think it'll be even better if the Dominion maintained a massive standing force."
"Fair point. Still, we can always reinforce it later. It's not like we're in a hurry. And some natives might get a wrong impression about the Alliance." Hiroko states.
"Exactly. And as it turns out, we're not the only one who can launch satellites." Yorihime points out the recent findings from both LCF and MDF.
That managed to caught the other Leaders' attention. A week prior to the recon mission, the Superpowers found out that a satellite system is already there. Fortunately, the natural satellites remain untouched. Needless to say, both LCF and MDF decided to seize the opportunity to build the space fleet bases there, which is green-lighted so the extraterrestrials can contribute something for the Dominion. The discussion continues from there.
"We noticed as well. For now, continue with the space fleet bases. Moon and Mars clearly have more expertise in this. Make sure it can also accommodate both Union Space Fleets and UN Space Command vessels by the time it's finished." (Yasei)
"Why HMF isn't involved? I'm pretty sure they also have space forces..." (Hiroko)
"HMF is planning to expand further outside our home dimension's Solar system. By now you must've noticed that we already colonized our Moon, Mars, and even Venus. Unlike GUF and UNM, we didn't have inter-dimensional travel capabilities, and it's the former who contacted us first. We need our space forces in our home dimension for realm defense. I don't want the repeat of both STICK War and Blitzkrieg Lotus invasions. That's why the only contribution HMF can give is Faciendi metalii plants." (Jack)
"Understandable. Alright, then. Since everyone has decided the course of action, we'll end today's meeting. Before that though, is there anyone who want to participate in tomorrow's diplomatic expedition?" (Iseya)
Everyone but Yorihime raises their hands. When asked, she simply replies: "I'll inform onee-sama about this matter." That managed to placate them, since Toyohime is the oldest Watatsuki and she's also the best choice for diplomatic matters from LCF side.
"Okay, we'll depart tomorrow. You three can leave now."
Faresh, Burech, and Arcan salutes the Leaders and leave the meeting room.
"Anyone is against using the Rising Sun as Dominion's official flag? This will made it easier for us to do diplomatic actions with the natives." Being a patriotic Japanese that he is, Yasei unsurprisingly came with that idea.
What's surprising is the fact that none of the other Leaders said anything against said idea in the first place. Iseya naturally supports it for the same reason as her brother. Besides, Amaterasu is the one who made the request to the Alliance in the first place, and it means the Leaders no longer have to worry about deciding the official flag for Historia Shoukan Dominion.
With the decision made, the Dominion start preparing for the diplomatic expedition tomorrow. Given the nature of the New World, the Superpowers agreed to let UNM decide the naval composition. The usual protocol states that vigilance must be maintained. It has been agreed upon that GUF will deal with any 'supernatural creatures' while UNM will deal with military actions. There has been an instance where a force managed to integrate said creatures into a military force. That's when GUF and UNM joined forces, just like Saderan-Historia War from 2041 to 2042 that they handled alone and Scarlet Spring Snow War from 2061 to 2062 with help from LCF.
Eventually, UNM decided to transfer a fraction of Mental Omega Fleet, which is part of Red Alert Navy, to the New World via Chrono Portal. For this particular expedition, due to the unique nature of RA Navy, the ships that will be dispatched are:
- 1 Leviathan Helicarrier (Flagship)
- 2 Enterprise Aircraft Carriers
- 4 Trident Battleships
- 8 Aegis Cruisers
- 12 Siren Frigates
- 24 Horizon Destroyers
Fortunately, UNM managed to retrofit the entire RA Navy to modern standards, and all current RA Navy ships follows the design based from Earth's WW2 ships with several alterations. The single Foehn ship, Leviathan Helicarrier, is chosen as the Flagship for the expeditionary task force. GUF agreed to provide the required aircraft to fill the carriers since they specialized in aerial warfare. This is but one of the examples of how strong GUF and UNM alliance is, and it's already in motion since Earth-Gensokyo Reunification in 2020.
Since GUF also allied with HMF, UNM also benefitted from it since they can now access Faciendi metalii, a type of plant that produce inorganic materials, thus lessening the exploitation of Earth's natural resources. That's why they can give RA Navy the resource they need to maintain large fleets.
(AN: Yep, I basically add Hearts of Iron IV Ship Designer mechanism here, except updated to modern standard, which is early 21st century for Historia, which is already at late 21st century by this point.)

Location: Port Maihark, Qua-Toyne Principality
The port that was located north from the Trade City Maihark was somewhat apart from the city, but since it was affiliated with Maihark, it was called 'Port Maihark'. At that Port Maihark, there was a base where the 2nd Fleet of Qua-Toyne Principality Navy was wrapped with a tension that was above the usual.
The origin of this tension was the event that happened two days ago. A large unidentified object had easily crossed the air defense network of the flying dragon squadron that the Principality's possessed and circled above Maihark. Since it didn't perform any attack, it was conjectured conducting a reconnaissance, but the problem was, the unit was clearly not something from Louria Kingdom. Moreover there was no report of the existence of that unit in the Superpower of Third Civilization Area, Parpaldia Empire. In the first place, there is a possibility that it wasn't affiliated to any country.
Except, during the 9th day to 16th day, there are multiple reports of light traveling to the sky that came from the unexplored regions northeast of Qua-Toyne. Even Parpaldia Empire confirmed the sightings as well. Hence, that particular week is called the Week of Skylight.
Even so, it was a fact that the Principality had been scouted out by an unidentified existence, which doubled the military's air of tension.
Because the Qua-Toyne Principality's Military was in a state of high alert, every warship were all out for offshore patrol duty. The 6th Flying Dragon Squadron too was tripling their vigilance of their observation network more than ever. Patrol situation from every direction was routinely reported to Maihark Defense Control Room. There was no any particular abnormality and they didn't detect anything.
"What does Commander Nouka think about the true form of the unidentified object?"
The young officer asked the Commander.
"Hmm... Since I didn't see it, I can't say. It's just, if it was only seen by one Dragon Knight, then that will end no more than an idle gossip. But every member of 6th Flying Dragon Squadron had witnessed it, furthermore, there were eyewitness reports from Maihark citizens and the Knight Corps who managed to calm them down by yesterday. At the very least, the unidentified object surely exist."
Nouka continued his deduction as if he was putting his thoughts in order.
"There is no country in the east and northeast, there are a group of islands with settlements, however from the report, none possessed that kind of unit. The inexperienced young officer couldn't conceal his uneasiness and dropped his shoulder. As if instigated by that uneasiness, the communication operator yelled loudly.
"Commander! Commander!"
Nouka and the young officer's expression was dyed with tension and looked together at the communication operator.
"Report from warship Pima! 'Detected an unidentified large ship. Current location, 60km north from Port Maihark. Will approach the ship and perform on-ship inspection.'"

What they discovered was not the unidentified object, so Nouka made a doubtful expression. However, it's a safe bet to say that this party had a connection to the aforementioned matter.
"If they only detected it, then it still isn't clear what kind of ship it is... Warship Pima is the ship of Captain Midori, correct? Instruct them to report as soon as they distinguished the ship, put plenty attention when inspecting the ship without any incident, any suspicious point must be thoroughly investigated."

The warship Pima that belonged to Qua-Toyne Principality Navy's 2nd Fleet, was currently heading towards the strange large ship. The sail was fully hoisted, the caught wind was transformed into kinetic force, while the oars were thrust out from the ship and rowed according to the beat of the drum.
The warship already switched into combat readiness. All crew was wearing leather armor. The sword-armed crew already standing by on the upper deck and readied their bow. Wooden shields to ward arrow were lining up at the upper deck, and large ballista was installed at its side. There were also several oil jars placed nearby for fire arrow attack. They were ready to jump into combat at any time.
While keeping this readiness, the ship's captain Midori turned pale at the unidentified large ship as they drew closer. Perhaps he realized the reason why they hadn't yet arrived even after they had been approaching it for quite some time.
"Captain, perhaps the unidentified ship noticed that we are approaching so it seemed that they suddenly decreased their speed."
Midori began to address the Vice Captain who haven't realized the situation yet.
"That's true... Vice Captain, I will lead the inspection party. If something happened, I leave the command to you."
"Yes, Captain... Is there something you worried about?"
Since Midori stared at the large ship with unchanged expression, the Vice Captain also stared at the large ship.
Before long, finally he too realized the truth why they haven't arrived at the ship even though they had been approaching since some time ago. Only the ship's silhouette that gradually became bigger. Because it was so big, they had miscalculated the distance between the ships.

Both Enterprise Aircraft Carriers detected something in their radars and links it to the battlefield control. A lone medieval warship that is located further than the rest of its fleet means it's on a lookout duty.
After reporting back to the base, it's decided that a single Horizon Destroyer will go and check the lone medieval warship. A single V-22 Osprey is decked there to deal with unexpected thinds that might threatened the Horizon. In fact, every single Horizon Destroyers have a V-22 Osprey in it!
As per the instruction, every single ship that transferred to the New World will use Rising Sun as their flag.
Presently...
Midori and his vice captain were lost for words, but somehow they able to wrung out words to talk.
"It seems that there is a flag of a red circle with sixteen rays on white background flown atop the ship. Do you recognize that kind of flag?"
"No, I never saw or heard about such flag before."
"Then, do you know any country that possesses a ship that big?"
"That is… I had went to Parpaldia for training before, even compared to the Empire's '100 Cannons-Class Ship-of-the-Line' which can be called as a superweapon, that unidentified ship is clearly bigger."
All crew of warship Pima was overwhelmed by the gigantic size of Horizon Destroyer as it drew closer.
Then, from the top of the Horizon, dozens of people send forth blinking lights towards Pima. The crew was putting their guard thinking that it was some kind of attack, but they looked that the people were waving their hand to communicate that they don't have any hostile intention.
Captain Midori turned his back to the bow and then address the crew without removing his stern expression.
"We will soon send an inspection party to board that ship. Unless there is an order from me, or the other ship attacked, never attack the other ship. Also, the affiliation of the other ship is still unknown, perhaps it belongs to a new emerging nation. Since it could become an international exchange, I forbid any careless and intimidating attitudes. Do you understand!"
"Yes, sir!"
Captain Midori then guided by the Horizon crew, boarded the large ship.

(AN: Funnily enough, the Greek letters are just enough for me to designate all of Horizon Destroyers of this Task Force.)
As stated previously, Historia Alliance Superpowers didn't stay idle the moment they managed to successfully transfer Historia Shoukan Dominion to the New World. Shortly after obtaining full planetary coverage by launching the satellites from January 9th to 16th, they launched recon planes to all direction.
While the artificial continent that the Dominion is located at does have natural resources and enough lands to be cultivated in addition of connection with their home worlds, it's still imperative to establish diplomatic relation with the local nations and securing food supplies.
Shortly after C-3 Trinity pilots returned from their mission, they found an opportunity in both west and southwest. Because there are two nations on the west, in addition of the southwest landmass is bigger, the expedition will go southwest while GUF will deal with the nations located west of the Dominion.
For now, the focus is in Expedition Horizon 0-A, where an inspection party from Qua-Toyne warship Pima is greeted by the crew.
The reason Horizon Destroyer is chosen as the primary vessel of Historia Shoukan Dominion Navy is precisely because of its capability to maintain a V-22 Osprey, having enough firepower to deal with small-scale attacks, and also able to detect submerged units.
The Red Alert Navy have acquired lots of experiences fighting inter-dimensional wars ever since they are integrated to UNM proper.
The rest of HSD Naval Expedition Task Force stay beyond Expedition Horizon 0-A's visual range. In proper military strategy, there should be several other Horizons surrounding it, but the Alliance didn't want to scare the natives, especially after their latest recon mission.
As expected, said lone medieval warship approached Expedition Horizon 0-A. It was an antiquated design that came out from a history textbook. On a closer inspection, at the ship's deck, there was what looks like oil jars, wooden shield to ward arrows installed at regular distances, and armor wearing soldiers in formation with a dumbfounded expression. Noticing this, said Horizon immediately messages Leviathan Helicarrier, and the Leaders decided to tell one of GUF members to be ready. (They did said they'll join the naval expedition, after all.)
Since this world's structure and organization were completely unknown, they mustn't injure the native people. The Horizon carefully decelerated and lowered the boarding gate's gangway ladder. Since there was no other native warship, the unarmed crew beckoned and ushered several natives from the gangway.
The crew showed the native to the Horizon's deck where they will talk with a representative from Historia Alliance.
Midori was bewildered.
This ship is truly strange. At such place, there were several people who wear strange clothing and didn't carry a single weapon, stood before him. Then, one of the men who wear a refined clothing stepped forward. Perhaps he was the person in charge who will talk with Midori
There were no other people at the deck, but a ship of this size would have a huge number of crew. If, for example, Midori's group kill these men, then they wouldn't be able to return to their own ship alive. Nevertheless, since the other party seemed to have no hostile intention, Midori mustered his courage and began to talk.
"I am Captain Midori of Warship Pima from Qua-Toyne Principality Navy's 2nd Fleet. This location is the adjacent sea of Qua-Toyne Principality, if you proceed beyond this then you will enter our country's territorial water. May you please tell me your ship nationality and the purpose for your sailing?"
The person in charge and the people around him was surprised at first, then they showed a relieved expression.
"Thank God he can speak Japanese."
What are they marveled about, Midori couldn't comprehend. The person in charge then replied.
"Pardon our manners. I am Nomare Shubu, a representative from a nation named Historia Shoukan Dominion. The Leaders of the Dominion wish to start a diplomatic exchange with your nation, that I assumed to be Qua-Toyne Principality. Depending on the situation, then we'll consider establishing a diplomatic relationship. I'm grateful if you can relay it to the leader of your nation."
"Does that mean, you are a country's envoy?"
"That would be correct. The rest of your group seems to be nervous, but we don't have any hostile intentions, so please calm down."
Midori's subordinate nervousness slightly loosened, and even for just a bit, they calmed down.
"I understand. I will report your intention to my country. But I want to ask you a question. The unit that appeared at the airspace above Maihark in our country several days ago, is it your country's knight?"
"Knight...? Oh, you must mean one of our C-3 Trinity. That might be the case for you. And that's exactly why I'm here. I wish to relay a formal apology from the Dominion for intruding Qua-Toyne's airspace two days ago."
The word "see-tree" that Nomare spoke was something that Midori never heard at all. He was doubtful, but after a short pause, Nomare began to talk an unbelievable story to him and his group.
"Our nation have been transferred to this world, but fortunately we're still connected with our home world. To ascertain about what kind of world this world is, we launched many recon airplanes, and one of these recon planes ended up intruded on your country's airspace. We are terribly sorry if it had caused a major problem for your side."
The baffled Midori's subordinates and they not only look at each other, but also at the HSD personnel. It was understandable. For an entire country to be transferred to another world, it was a very foolish story. However, judging from the serious expression that possessed by Nomare and the men standing around him, it didn't appear to be just a joke. Furthermore, there's the statement that Historia Shoukan Dominion is still connected with their original world. For the moment, Midori decided to report what he had heard as it is.
"... I see, I understand your circumstances. Since I will report your intention to our country, I ask you to wait."
"Alright. How long should we wait until we got a response?"
"Ah, no. I will immediately report to our country with manacom and request their decision, so it will be fine to wait for a few moment. Something like this can't be decided by myself alone."
"Got it. We will wait, then."
Internally, Nomare sighs in relief, since he doesn't have to wait for long. He then thinks about two other diplomatic missions that the Dominion initiated alongside this one, and he knew the representatives that are currently heading west. He then wished them luck in his heart.
'I hope you guys can complete the mission, Kasen, Hiroshi.'

Furthermore, there are a representative from Historia Shoukan Dominion, the nation that dispatched the ship, on board the ship, and wish to have a conference with diplomatic relation establishment with our country as their objective. The size of the ship, length 160 meters by eye measurement, width 25 meters by eye measurement, might be wrong. We can't confirm anything resembling sails or oars.'"
Nouka was speechless. He had heard that it was a large ship, but at that size, it was already similar to a mansion.
"'About the incident with an unidentified object two days ago. It was the Dominion's recon unit who entered our country when in recon mission. About their circumstances... The nation had been transferred to this world and still maintained the connection with their home world, is what the person in charge informed me.'... Is what he reported..."
"A country transferred to this world!? What a nonsense, how can I report something like this to- Wait, repeat that last part."
As expected, he couldn't just listen to this in silence, so Nouka shouted out before then he remembered about the Week of Skylight. Said phenomenon might be the reason for such ludicrous claim. And it seems they understood each other's language, but in this situation, it was much preferable if they still couldn't understand the language of the other party.
"A moving 160 meters ship is something that's quite absurd, but it's a fact that they have seen it with their own eyes... In my humble opinion, to not report this will be quite bad. Furthermore, they continued 'Historia Leadership offered a formal apology to our country. So they appealed for an answer from Principality's Foreign Affairs officials.'"
The communication operator answered in somewhat calmer attitude than Nouka and carried out his duty.
"Ugh...! What a weird situation... Ah, that's right!"

"Right now, there should be a government meeting about the unidentified unit. Immediately made a report."

The communication operator then transmitted the on board inspection report to Qua-Toyne Principality Capital City with the Manacomm.

Prime Minister Kanata was worried in this conference where the representative of the country gathered.
It was about the report that the Military Minister who administrated Qua-Toyne Principality's defense and military affairs gave to him two days ago. An unidentified flying object had intruded the airspace above Maihark and then after what seemed to be scouting at the city, it turned away and left. It invaded with a speed and altitude that couldn't be matched by a flying dragon. Its national affiliation was unknown and its airframe was painted with four lines of different colors, but there was no country with such symbol in their national flag in this world.
Kanata then opened the conference.
"Gentlemen. What do you think about this report? How do you explain it?"
The Head of Information Analysis raised his hand and made a statement.
"According to our analysis group, the object resembled the flying machine that is developed in the Second Civilized Land's major country, Mu. However, even Mu's newest flying machine only has a top speed of 350 km/hour. The flying object obviously has a speed that passed 600km/hour. It is just..."
"It is just...? What is it?"
"Yes. There is an alarming report that far west from Mu, in the west end away from the Civilization Areas, there was a new country appeared who called themselves 'The Eight Empire', which invaded the surrounding nations with overwhelming might. Yesterday there was a report from the intelligence section, that the Eight Empire declared war against the Second Civilization Area's Continental Nations Alliance, but the weapon that they used was completely unknown."
There were small laughters burst out in the conference room. A newly emerging nation away from the Civilization Areas, declared war against the whole Second Civilization Area where the second strongest country of Five Superpowers of the Three Civilization Areas was located. Even recklessness should have a limit.
"However, the Eight Empire was far west from Mu. Even the distance of our country to Mu is more than 20000 km. No matter how overwhelming their military force is, it was difficult to imagine that the object this time had any relation with them."
The conference returned to their starting point.
In the end, the fact that they didn't know anything, didn't change. In addition, in this semi-emergency situation due to the continuous state of tension with the Louria Kingdom, there were too many reports with unknown details, "Unconfirmed this. Unidentified that", that made the ministers greatly troubled.
If the other party were friendly then it will likely to make a contact. But since the other party deliberately took a hostile action with airspace violation, the Principality couldn't help but be vigilant.

When the navy performed onboard inspection, they made a contact with a representative from a nation called Historia Shoukan Dominion, who conveyed that they have no hostile intention. As the result of the inquiries, there were several facts had been ascertained. Furthermore, these are what the person said themselves.
- The nation known as Historia has been transferred to this world.
- After discerning what is going on and what was changed, they send multiple recon planes surrounding their nation, and one particular recon plane stumbled upon Rodenius Continent where our country resided. They deeply apologize for intruding our country's airspace during their recon mission.
- Historia is still connected with their home world, which means they can still return to their original world. As of now, they're currently preparing themselves for fully mapping the New World.
- Further elaborating on the intrusion, according to their 'rule of engagements', they violated Maihark airspace. They even offered a formal apology as well.
- They also want to open diplomatic relationship with Qua-Toyne Principality.
It was a quite crazy story, that there was no one in the government conference who could believe it. Regardless, they can't deny that there was an intrusion on that airspace, and the verified report about the large ship with length of about 160 meters on the northern sea can't be easily dismissed.
A whole nation transferred away? Even if it appeared in myths, it was impossible to happen in real world. However, the fact that there are multiple sightings of light traveling to the sky during the Week of Skylight, in which even Parpaldia Empire confirmed, can't be ignored. That might explain how Historia was able to maintain connection with their home world.
By confirming the strength held by Historia Shoukan Dominion, for the time being, it was decided to invite their representative to the Prime Minister's official residence.
