Explosive Start
As Euphie and the people within the Special Zone were being protected, the people against the zone who were just by the entrance were gradually being more aggressive in their stance against them. Suzaku piloted the Lancelot to shield Euphie and Jeremiah shielded Euphie as well. Marrybell instructed the Glinda Knights to stand their ground against the mob along with the assist with some of the other soldiers. Meanwhile VV was watching things from a distance and was all smiles.
"I believe it's time to try again to shakes things up a bit," VV said and then he looked at a direction and saw something that he was pleased, "Ah here we go."
Two Knightpolice Knightmare Frames was approaching the site of the conflict which surprised both sides.
"Huh, the Knightpolice?" Euphie spoke.
"Are they here to assist?" Jeremiah asked.
"Why are they here?" One of the protesters asked.
"Thank goodness," Suzaku said with relief, "please if you can assist us."
There was silence and there was no movement and that got Suzaku, Euphie, and the others worried as the protesters looked on and most of them wondered what was going on. Gene and Martin were watching.
"We're really going to do this," Martin said.
"Yeah," Gene said.
Gene and Martin looked at something that Gene was holding and then looked at the crowd. Meanwhile VV looked on and sported a sadistic smirk.
"Time to spread the fire," VV said.
There was a van suddenly approaching them and they were more confusions and then when the van stopped, there was an explosion from the van.
Uncharted Island
Nunnally looked at her Knightmare Frame, Lucan and she placed her hand on her own Knightmare Frame. Nunnally then heard footsteps and smiled.
"Hello Jinta," Nunnally said.
"Hello Nunnally," Jinta said.
Nunnally turned to see Jinta approaching Nunnally.
"Impressive that you knew that it was me," Jinta said.
"Is it?" Nunnally replied.
"It is," Jinta said, "you know I bet it would be hard for someone to actually sneak up on you."
Nunnally chuckled as Jinta went and stood next to Nunnally.
"We'll be heading to the Chinese Federation very soon," Nunnally said.
"Yes," Jinta said.
Nunnally looked Jinta and then looked at her Knightmare again.
"Jinta, can I ask you something?" Nunnally asked.
"Sure, what is it?" Jinta replied.
"I've been curious about this for a while," Nunnally said.
"Yes?" Jinta replied.
"Jinta Kuromaki is your name," Nunnally said, "that's been your name your whole life, right?"
"Uh yes," Jinta said.
"You're the same as CC and my uncle VV who are immortal Code Bearers," Nunnally said.
"Yes," Jinta replied.
"It may not be much," Nunnally said, "I'm just curious on the fact that you still go by your name and not initials like CC and my uncle and other Code Bearers in the past."
"Oh I see what you're getting at," Jinta said, "you're wondering why I still go by my real name."
"Yes," Nunnally said.
"No real reason," Jinta said, "I just chose to keep my name. I don't know about VV but CC doesn't consider herself to be human and therefore not keeping her original name. For me, it makes no difference. I just keep going by Jinta Kuromaki."
"I see," Nunnally said, "sorry if it was weird for me to ask such question."
"Don't worry about it," Jinta assured, "I don't think it's a weird question," Jinta smiled, "in fact, I'm actually surprised that I wasn't asked this question a lot sooner."
Nunnally chuckled in response, "I guess so. So then Jinta, I've been curious about something else."
"Yes?" Jinta asked.
"Well I want to know about your—" Nunnally spoke.
Nunnally was cut off when the alarm went off and surprised her and Jinta. Elsewhere Lelouch and Kallen were still in the room and they heard the alarm.
"What's going on?" Kallen asked.
"I don't know," Lelouch said, "but it's definitely not something good."
Lelouch rushed out to see what was going on taking his mask with him and Kallen followed suit. Meanwhile in the control room, Orpheus and Zi Dien entered and they looked at the huge monitor and they along with some of the members of the Peace Mark were shocked in what they were seeing and it was the light blue flagship.
"What is this?" Zi Dien asked.
There was a beeping on the console of the monitor.
"We got an incoming transmission," One of the Peace Mark members said.
"How did they get through?" Orpheus asked.
An operator pushed the button and the huge monitor showed Castor and Pollux rui Britannia.
"Hello you scumbags," Castor and Pollux said in glee.
Peace Mark members were shocked at seeing the twin Britannian Princes.
"What the hell is this?" Orpheus asked.
"To answer your question," Pollux said, "look outside."
They suddenly heard explosions and the sounds of gunfire and missiles firing which surprised them. Sure enough, when people saw what was going on outside, they saw that was an attack that was going on by the light blue flagship and two Knightmare Frames launched from the flagship and landed on the shore and they moved their way on the island. The Knightmares stopped and two pilots came out of the Knightmare Frames and it was Castor and Pollux.
"Listen well," Castor spoke and everyone heard, "we've found you, we see you, and now…" Castor raised his right hand and many Knightmare Frames showed up from the flagship, "we'll end you!"
The Knightmare Frames that were Portmans, Gloucesters, and GX-01s were shooting guns on the island and it forced the members of the Black Knights and Peace Mark to scattered. The two Knightmares piloted by Castor and Pollux charged towards the island. Castor's white Knightmare the Aquila drew a spear and Pollux's black four-legged Knightmare the Equus drew a hammer.
"Look out!" A Black Knight shouted.
The two Knightmares swung their weapons towards the people on the island. At the light blue flagship, several people jumped from the flagship and landed on their feet on the shore of the island and it was Kewell and the other disgraced members of the Purist Faction who were enhanced as the result from the Code-R experiments. They were pleased and made their way within the island. Elsewhere Rai and Alice looked and saw what was going on.
"How did this happen?" Alice asked.
"I don't know," Rai said, "this is nuts."
Meanwhile others were running and scrambling to try to avoid and counter against the surprise attacks.
"All pilots mount on frames at once!" Naoto said, "We need to form a defense and counter against them."
"This can't be happening," Kallen said.
"How the hell did they find us?" Lelouch said.
Orpheus and Zi Dien showed up and they were upset at what was happening.
"This doesn't make sense," Zi Dien said, "they shouldn't have been able to find us."
"And yet they did," CC said as she arrived and stood next to Lelouch, "now how do you think this happened?"
"We don't know how this is happening but what we need to do right now is counter against them," Lelouch said.
"You're right," Orpheus said, "We need to stop them."
The members of the two groups went on to counter against the attack on the island as most of the Black Knights went on their Knightmare Frames as the attack continued. Meanwhile the Knightmares of Castor and Pollux continued to mow through the island and destroying things in their paths. The other Knightmares on the island kept shooting at the members Peace Mark and the Black Knights and the light blue flagship started shooting at the island as well. At the other side, Orpheus went in a building and looked at a red Knightmare Frame. He then went to mount on the Knightmare.
"I don't understand how they found us," Orpheus said in his head, "this island is not even charted on the map so how did they find us?" Orpheus started to activate the Knightmare and then he thought of something that shocked him, "Could it be…?" Orpheus was wide eyed, "No, it couldn't be… but if it's true…"
The GX-01, Gloucester and Portman Knightmare Frames continued the attack they were suddenly shot at by various Knightmares of the Black Knights and a few members of Peace Mark. The invading Knightmares countered and shot back but the Black Knights countered back against the attacking forces. Two Portman Knightmares were struck by Slash Harkens of the Guren and the Seiryu and it followed up two GX-01s were shot down by Burais using launchers.
"Let's push them back," Naoto said.
"Yeah!" The Black Knights said in unison.
Area 11
The smoke was clearing and Euphie was opening her eyes and she was mortified in what she was seeing. What she saw was people dead on the ground and it was both Japanese and Britannians that were dead. Euphie was wide eyed and looked around and she was protected by Jeremiah, the Lancelot, and the Glinda Knights including Marrybell. Euphie also noticed that Britannian soldiers and a few more Knightpolice Frames along with several Sutherlands were surrounded them and they had rifles pointing at them.
"W-What's going on?" Euphie asked scared and looking around.
The others surrounded Euphie looked and were relieved that Euphie regained conscious.
"Euphie, you've regained conscious," Marrybell said.
"Milady," Jeremiah said.
"Princess, thank goodness," Suzaku said in the Lancelot.
"Hey, don't ignore us!" An angry male voice said.
They looked at the person who spoke angrily and it was balding middle-aged looking high ranking Britannian soldier.
"Do you wish to be executed along with the former princess who is now a terrorist?" The high ranking officer asked.
"Wait, what?" Euphie responded shocked, "Terrorist?"
"That's right, you," The officer said looking at Euphemia with distain, "You really thought that you had us all fooled."
"What are you talking about?" Euphie asked, "What about the explosion? Do we know who caused the explosion?"
"Euphie," Marrybell said, "They think that you're behind this."
"What?" Euphie replied shocked and mortified.
"Ha, it's pretty obvious," The high ranking soldier said as he walked towards them a bit and then he stopped, "it's clear what has happened. You set up that explosion in the van and try to feign ignorance but it's obvious that you're behind this terrorist act. You not only had killed other Britannians in this act but you also killed Elevens to try to throw us off," The high ranking soldier smirked, "too bad for you that we're not easily fooled."
"This is outrageous!" Euphie spoke upset, "I would never commit such a heinous act."
"Ha, really?" The high ranking soldier replied, "You insist on feigning ignorance. It's obvious that you're behind and it's obvious as to why you did it," The high ranking soldier pointed at Euphie, "the truth is that you've actually have been plotting against Britannia!"
"This is outrageous!" Jeremiah exclaimed, "Her Highness would never do this!"
"The disgraced Orange," The high ranking soldier said and then he shook his head, "We know what's going on. This Special Zone is actually a haven for terrorist. This was all a plot to go against Britannia and it seems that you tried to collude with the Black Knights to continue terrorist acts."
"That's a lie!" Marrybell said upset.
"You're just making false statements," Jeremiah said upset, "Statements that are not only false but it makes absolutely no sense!"
"Hmph, no matter as your words has no credibility," The high ranking soldier said with distain, "We have our orders and it's to eliminate the terrorists and they are all residing in the so-called Special Zone," The high ranking soldier raised his right hand, "Commence the operation… kill all the terrorists in the Special Zone!"
Euphie, Marrybell, the Glinda Knights, Jeremiah, and Suzaku were shocked and mortified.
"No don't!" Euphie screamed.
Shots were fired and Euphie turned and she went and saw the horrifying sight of Britannian soldiers and the Sutherlands were gunning down Japanese people within the zone. The others with Euphie were shocked and horrified as well.
"Glinda Knights, with me!" Marrybell said.
"Yes Your Highness!" The Glinda Knights said in unison.
"Kururugi, Jeremiah, please take my sister away to safety," Marrybell said.
"Right!" Suzaku said.
"Yes Your Highness!" Jeremiah said.
"Kill them all!" The high ranking soldier ordered, "Eliminate the traitors and terrorists!"
The rest of the soldiers and rest of the Knightmares moved in and shots were fired from their rifles. Euphie closed her eyes and then she looked and saw that Lancelot had just shielded her as well as Jeremiah, Marrybell, and the Glinda Knights.
"Please stop this," Suzaku pleaded.
"Who gave the order?" Euphie asked upset, "Who is ordering this heinous act?"
The high ranking officer was shooting at Euphie and the Lancelot was blocking the shots shielding Euphie and Jeremiah.
"First off you have some nerve to talk about heinous," The high ranking soldier said with distain as he continued to shoot from his gun, "and second you have no right to even ask such question," The high ranking reloaded his gun and signaled other foot soldiers to continued shooting, "You have committed the crime of terrorists and your punishment is death. Death to the former princess!"
Uncharted Island
Castor and Pollux continued on their rampage on the island. The Knightmare Aquila that Castor piloted and had his Knightmare spun its spear while Pollux's Knightmare, the Equus tap its hammer. They were shot at by Burais of the Black Knights. The twins reacted by charging through and struck the Burais. The Equus slammed its hammer on one of the Burais and caused an explosion. The Aquila stabbed one of the Burais and tossed the stabbed Knightmare to the side. The Aquila followed up by swinging one of its arms and shot blades from them and struck more Knightmares and had them exploded and fell on the ground. Meanwhile Kewell and the other disgraced members of the Purist Faction were on the move.
"Let's finish them," Kewell said, "with our enhancements we'll easily put down the Black Knights. They won't able to stand against us."
"Right!" The other members said in unison.
"That's enough!" A male voice said.
The enhanced group looked and saw that there was someone who stood before them and it was Jinta.
"It's you," Kewell said with a scowl.
"The fact that you bastards are here tell me something," Jinta said.
"Is that so?" Kewell replied, "Well it doesn't matter what you know or don't know. We're here and this time, you people don't have anyone to help you."
"Hey," One of the enhanced members said.
That enhanced member raised his right arm and a few kunais were shot and hit his arm and the person didn't feel any pain and the enhanced person grinned and he and the others looked and saw Sayoko who jumped and landed on her feet and stood next to Jinta as ten Black Knights showed up with rifles. The disgraced members of the Purist Faction looked and they were actually amused.
"Oh this is funny," Kewell said, "you people actually think you can stop us."
Meanwhile the Knightmares of the Black Knights were making their move to counter against the invaders. The Vierge and the Fenrir along with the Knightmares piloted by Todoh and the Four Holy Swords were facing the opposing Knightmares. Meanwhile the Aquila and the Equus continued on then suddenly they stopped and jumped back as shots were fired at them. Castor and Pollux looked and saw the Lionel, the Lucan, the Guren, and the Seiryu. Castor and Pollux looked and they grinned within their cockpits.
"Well now," Pollux said, "look who finally decided to face us."
"Castor and Pollux rui Britannia," Zero said.
"That's our names," Castor said, "and you should show some respect."
"Don't be so full on yourselves," Void said, "we don't know how you found the island but we're going to make sure to put you and your forces down."
"You have no idea," Castor said as he piloted his Knightmare to point its spear at the four Knightmares, "things are happening right now and you fools don't have clue."
The Guren and Seiryu stepped moved forward a bit. Seiryu drew one of its Katen Yaibatou while the Guren readied its Radiant Wave Surger.
"You should have never come here," Zero said.
Area 11
People within zone were running for their lives as Britannian soldiers and those in Knightmare Frames were gunning people down. The Glinda Knights led by Marrybell rushed in to stop the massacre as they were able to get Knightmares to them and most of them mounted on them to stop the attack on the Special Zone. A gunshot was fired near Marrybell. They looked and saw a few soldiers who were facing them with their rifles and one of them being a commander who held a gun.
"Princess Marrybell mel Britannia," A Britannian commander said, "you and the Glinda Knights will stand down."
"Hey, do you realize what you're doing?" Oldrin asked as she stood next to Marrybell, "You would dare point and shoot at an imperial princess?"
"We have our orders," The commander said, "and will not be deterred by anyone even if it's someone from the Imperial Family. Besides, we actually have orders to eliminate anyone who obstruct us and so if you and the Glinda Knights don't stand down, we will eliminate you along with the terrorist in this haven."
"Terrorists in the haven?" Marrybell asked, "Don't you even know what's going on? The blast was not done by Euphemia nor was it done by anyone within the zone."
"We have no reason to believe that!" The commander countered, "There no need to believe that it was anyone but the former princess."
"They're not even listening," Oldrin said upset.
The commander orders some of the soldier to go after Euphie and execute her along with Jeremiah and Suzaku. The Glinda Knights tried to stop them but was stopped by more Britannian soldiers that arrived and stopped the Glinda Knights from chasing the soldiers going after Euphie, Suzaku, and Jeremiah. Japanese people were continued to run and try to hide from the soldiers who had every intention to kill them. Meanwhile the Lancelot was away from the Special Zone and was at another area near Mt. Fuji. The Lancelot stopped and the Jeremiah got off from the shoulder of the Seventh Generation Knightmare and landed on his feet on the ground. Euphie was led on the ground by the Lancelot's hand. Euphie fell on her knees and it worried Suzaku and Jeremiah as Suzaku got out of the Lancelot and went to Euphie and Jeremiah went to her as well.
"Your Highness," Jeremiah said.
"Are you all right?" Suzaku asked.
"No, I'm not alright," Euphie responded upset, "Why is this happening?" Euphie stood up, "I have to go help them. I have to talk to them."
"Your Highness, you can't," Jeremiah said as he stopped Euphie.
"Release me Jeremiah," Euphie ordered, "I can't let this go on. I have to talk to them. This is all a huge mistake. Marrybell and her knights are in the crossfire right now as well. I have to help them."
"It won't do you any good," Jeremiah said.
"Jeremiah," Euphie said.
"And I think you know it Your Highness," Jeremiah said. "Those soldiers have every intention to kill you and they're not interested in anything else or hearing anything that is actually the truth."
"Are you saying they'll kill her just right there and then?" Suzaku asked as he walked up to them.
"You saw what happened," Jeremiah said, "And if I had to guess based on what was going on… it seems that the whole thing that happened with that explosion was a setup."
"A setup?" Euphie said, "Then… this is what they wanted."
"But why?" Suzaku asked getting upset, "Why would they do this? The Special Zone, it was created to usher peace."
"Kururugi, the Special Zone was seen a nuisance to the people who resent change," Jeremiah said.
"Ah…" Suzaku spoke.
"This is what they wanted," Euphie said upset as tears started to stream from her eyes, "I didn't take in the account of how far some people would be willing to go to destroy what they hated and the fact that Britannians were killed in the explosion as well shows that whoever did this doesn't care about Britannian casualties as well."
"So whoever did this is willing to do whatever it takes," Suzaku said as he clenched his teeth.
Flashback: ASSEC Knightmare Hanger
"It is true that the zone was approved by the Second Prince and Prime Minster of Britannia himself," Cecile said with a sad expression, "but it was never discussed and looked over by His Majesty himself and even if it was, it was not going to be looked at favorably by the emperor and he wouldn't care much about it as he would he probably see it as an annoyance of why it was brought to his attention in the first place. For him, it generally goes against what Britannia stands for, for what's it's meant to be."
"So in the end no matter what, Japan will never truly be accepted in Britannian structure," Suzaku said upset as he was clenching his fist.
"I said this before Suzaku," Cecile said, "if it was the case, then the Honorary Britannian System would be pointless."
Flashback End
Suzaku had his head down and was upset with what was going on.
"This is so unfair," Suzaku said in his head.
Jeremiah was on his cell phone and getting in contact with someone and he had a worried expression. Euphie walked and looked feeling crushed that everything was falling apart and she thought about her sisters Cornelia, Marrybell, and Nunnally, and then she thought about her brother Lelouch. Meanwhile elsewhere, there was a group of Knightmares that was rushing to their destination and it was led by Cornelia in her Gloucester. In the cockpit, Cornelia was thinking about her younger sister and was filled with worry.
"Euphie," Cornelia said in her head, "Please be safe, I'm coming so hang on."
Elsewhere VV was watching Cornelia and her forces on the move and deduced that Cornelia was going to help Euphemia.
"As expected Cornelia is making her move," VV said with a smile, "so predictable but that is just one of the things siblings looking out for each other. I understand her completely."
Footsteps were heard and VV was pleased.
"VV," A male voice said.
"Oh good, you're here," VV said, "You did great providing the tools."
"Thank you VV," A male voice said.
"It such a shame that the Black Knights are not here Area 11," VV said with a sarcastic tone and evil smirk, "oh well, they have their own problems to deal with. I'm sure Castor and Pollux will run their mouths about what's going on here but it won't matter as even if the Black Knights do beat them and move to get here, it'll be too late. They lose."
VV was confidence that things were going to go as he and the others had planned. VV looked up and was pleased as he was seeing several aircraft carriers were showing up and making their way to the Special Zone. Not long afterwards, the word spread in Area 11 of conflict of the Special Zone that started with a van explosion that has led to Euphemia li Britannia, the former 3rd Britannian Princess being accused of terrorism and plotting against Britannia for which to respond for her execution.
Uncharted Island
There were two strong clashes that had occurred and it was Lionel and the Lucan fighting against the Aquila and the Equus. The Lionel with its MVS Claiomh Solais clashed against Equus and its hammer while the Lucan with its dual MVSs clashed against Aquila and its spear. The battle on the island continued as Black Knights and Peace Mark worked together against the Britannian forces led by Castor and Pollux rui Britannia.
