The Black Rebellion Part Six
On Kamine Island, Lelouch was set to face Bismarck who was once one of his teachers in what he believed would be his land stand. He resolved himself to meet his fate and he was confident that the Black Knights, the large force he led along with Nunnally would finish things up and lead themselves to victory liberating Japan as well as the fact that there were measures in place that would guarantee that the rebellion would succeed. Unfortunately for Lelouch, he was dealing with someone right now and it was not the Knight of One but instead it was Suzaku who surprisingly was able to track him and showed up before him as he pointed a gun at him. Now Lelouch was staring at Suzaku with contempt.
"I'm amazed that you pursued me here," Lelouch said, "Hell I'm surprised that you actually tracked me down."
"I had to," Suzaku said, "Now then Zero, put your hands up and walk towards me slowly."
Lelouch just gave a cold contemptable glare at Suzaku and did not move.
"Did you not hear me Zero?" Suzaku asked, "Put your hands up and walk towards me slowly."
"I refuse," Lelouch responded.
Lelouch then placed his hand on the hilt of the sheathed katana he held.
"Don't do it," Suzaku said, "I'm warning you."
"I have business with someone and it's not you," Lelouch said.
"Do you think I care?" Suzaku replied narrowing his eyes at Lelouch.
"No just as you don't seem to care that you keep embarrassing yourself," Lelouch replied back.
Suzaku sighed as he got irritated in what Lelouch just said and was intent to do what he intended to do.
"I'll say this again," Suzaku said, "Zero, you are under arrest for murder, conspiracy, and inciting rebellion against the Holy Britannian Empire. Now drop your weapon, put your hands up, and walk towards me slowly. I'm not going to tell you again."
"Suzaku, you really are a hopeless idiot," Lelouch said, "and it's because of that and how shortsighted and narrow minded you are, it makes it real easy for little schemers to deceive and manipulate you."
"I don't know what you're talking about but the one who's scheming and doing the deceiving and manipulation is you so you need to give it a rest because no matter what you say, it's all meaningless."
Lelouch moved his hand away from the hilt of the katana he held.
Somewhere in Tokyo
Nonette rushed towards Nunnally and the one who was one of the two leaders of the Black Knights countered against the Knight of Nine by blocking her attempt and grabbed her arm which was holding her gun. Nonette clenched her teeth and swung her other arm with the attempt to smack Nunnally but Nunnally saw it coming and stopped it with her other arm. It surprised Nonette and then Nunnally flipped her over which made Nonette fall on the ground as she yelled in pain. Nonette quickly got up but was caught off guard when Nunnally rushed towards Nonette and started her quick punches and kicks which forced Nonette to be on the defensive. They were fast which shocked the Knight of Nine. Nunnally swung her fists as Nonette dodged them but Nunnally was able to get one in as she was able to punch Nonette in her left side ribs which made her cough and then Nunnally followed up by spin kicking Nonette which sent her flying a bit and she fell on the ground again. Nonette was shocked and she slowly looked at Nunnally who was standing. Nonette couldn't believe that the girl standing before her was the same little girl who used to cling on to either her mother and/or brother and then she thought to herself that this girl grew up taking in the fact with the way she was now was one of the reasons why she was one of the two supreme leaders of the organization that opposed Britannia. Nonette was happy to see that Nunnally could take care of herself but she was also upset that she was using her talents to fight against Britannia, to fight against her own country with her brother Lelouch. Nonette quickly pointed her gun at Nunnally but former sixth Britannian Princess quickly countered and kicked the gun out of Nonette's hand. Nonette glanced at her gun was on the ground and glanced back at Nunnally.
"You're fast and you must have trained a lot," Nonette commented.
"Yes, I had to," Nunnally said, "I want to do what I can for the sake of my brother and many people that I care about and so that I can even face someone like you."
Nonette stood up and Nunnally responded by getting in her fighting stance.
"It's a damn shame with how things are right now," Nonette said, "You and your brother have become traitors to your own country. It's such a shame that you two have fallen so low."
"You still don't get it Nonette," Nunnally replied.
"What?" Nonette asked annoyed, "What is it that I don't get?"
"We were betrayed first," Nunnally said.
"Huh, what are you talking about?" Nonette replied, "You two refused to contact anyone in Britannia to let us know that you're alright. Instead you chose to hide out for seven years and come out as Zero and Void declaring your fight against Britannia."
"And why wouldn't we?" Nunnally shot back, "After what happened eight years ago when Mother was murdered and Father being absolutely callous about it. Let's not forget that a year after Lelouch and I arrived here in Japan, that Father declared war on Japan and missiles struck right where we were supposed to be meaning we were set up to die to justify the invasion of Japan. So tell me Nonette, why should we remain loyal to a country that clearly wanted us dead?"
"N-Nunna…" Nonette spoke and then looked away with sadness.
"Let's not forget about Euphie and the other Britannians in regards of the Special Zone," Nunnally continued, "Britannian soldiers murdered not only Japanese people but Britannian people as well and framed Euphie for the deed and tried to actually kill her."
"I know that," Nonette said frustrated, "I'm fully aware of this. I know about VV and his scheme that he planned against Euphie."
Nunnally was surprised when she heard Nonette mention VV.
"Do you know who VV is?" Nunnally asked.
"I didn't want to say anything," Nonette said, "I was told to not say anything by His Majesty but I…" Nonette clenched her teeth and shook her head, "I'm going to tell this Nunna. His Majesty is fully aware that VV was behind the incident of the Special Zone using Pluton and I will say this… he's not happy about it. He's not pleased that VV has been acting on his own for some time."
Nunnally narrowed her eyes at Nonette.
"…And yet still with all that, you as well as my father insist that my brother and I be taken in," Nunnally said, "you want me, Lelouch, and even Euphie punished for what've we done."
"We can't let you get away with what have done," Nonette said, "You have to answer for it. I tried to help you and Lulu, but you two rejected my help. You two are not giving me much choice," Nonette got focused, "You can hate for it I don't care but I will do what need to be done. This rebellion that you have started with your brother ends and you two will face punishment."
"As in we will either be executed or used as tools for his own benefits," Nunnally said, "that is what Father has planned for me and Lelouch and even Euphie."
Nonette didn't respond to it and just pointed her gun at Nunnally.
"Nunnally vi Britannia, former 6th Princess and 89th heir to the throne," Nonette said, "You are to come with me immediately. Do not resist."
Nunnally glared at Nonette with contempt as a response and readied her three sets of kunais that she had in each hand.
Kamine Island
Lelouch just looked at Suzaku while the one in question was gradually getting irritated that Lelouch was not complying with his demands.
"I'm just going to ask one more time Suzaku," Lelouch said, "How did you find out about my and Nunnally's identities as Zero and Void? More importantly, who actually told you about Geass and that I had it?"
"It doesn't matter," Suzaku responded, "What matters that I know now and that I will stop you. You think you can talk your way out of this but you can't."
"It was VV," Lelouch said suddenly, "He's the one that told you."
Suzaku was shocked when Lelouch mentioned that name.
"Wait, how did you…?" Suzaku asked.
"Surprised?" Lelouch asked, "Bet you didn't expect me to know that, did you?"
Suzaku was still surprised and then he shook his head and went back to focus on what he plans to do.
"Even with you finding out, it won't change anything," Suzaku said, "Lelouch, Zero, this is the end for you. I'm turning you in."
"I wonder Suzaku, how you will feel if you learned something very unpleasant when it came to VV and his involvement in regards of Euphie and the Special Zone," Lelouch said.
"Okay, I had enough of this," Suzaku said getting angry, "I'm done hearing you talk. It's over Lelouch. I have you right where I want you."
Lelouch had something in his right hand and held it up which surprised Suzaku.
"Lelouch, what are you…?" Suzaku asked.
Thinking that Lelouch was about to set off something, Suzaku rushed over and grabbed Lelouch's arm but Lelouch himself kept hold of the device and he pushed the button on it.
"You just need to listen," Lelouch said.
The device activated and it was actually a recording.
"It must have been real hard for you," VV said in the recording, "creating that Special Zone only for it to be destroyed by Pluton agents and you being blamed for it. You sure are lucky that Zero, Void, and the Black Knights came back when they did and proved your innocence. It would have been a real shame for you otherwise."
Suzaku was shocked again because he recognized VV's voice.
"That voice…" Suzaku said shocked, "VV…"
"Yes and here's who else is there," Lelouch said.
"Yes it would have which is something that you actually would have wanted," Euphie said in the recording, "considering that you were the mastermind behind it all… isn't that right VV?"
There was pause and Suzaku was wide eyed hearing Euphie's voice and what she said.
"Euphie..." Suzaku spoke, "Wait, why are they…?"
Suzaku looked at Lelouch who just nodded at him.
"Oh my, you actually do know who I am," VV said.
Suzaku was impressed that Euphie had already figured him out in terms of his identity.
"You orchestrated that massacre at the Special Zone and tried to frame me as a terrorist and the zone as a terrorist haven," Euphie said sounding upset, "I want to know why? Why did you do this?"
"You want to know why?" VV asked in a condescending tone, "I wonder, would a spoiled sheltered brat like you be able to comprehend the reasoning for my actions?"
Suzaku continued to be shocked and he looked at Lelouch who was just staring at him still holding the recording.
"What is that supposed to mean?" Euphie responded feeling offending in what VV called her and the tone he took.
"You're just a naïve stupid girl who doesn't understand how the world really is," VV said sounded disgusted, "You're a disgrace, an embarrassment and a burden."
"How dare you!" Euphie responded upset.
"Your naïve talks and actions just make me sick," VV said with disdain, "To put simply, your actions would just lead things and people astray and not for the good and once again it's always women especially ones like you who do so."
"Is that the same reason you gave when you killed Lady Marianne eight years ago?" Euphie asked.
"Wait, what?" Suzaku spoke again shocked, "Wait, isn't that…?"
"What did you just say?" VV asked sounding surprised.
"On that night eight years ago at the Aries Villa in Pendragon," Euphie said, "you paid Lady Marianne a visit for what was thought to be a simple meeting between you two but you actually went there to kill her and tried to make it look like the work of terrorists. I can't understand why my father is shielding you since it was no secret that he favored Lady Marianne out all of the other consorts including my mother… but I guess it has to be just because you two are brothers. Yes I know that you are actually Vincent zi Britannia, my father's older twin brother. In other words, you're actually my uncle."
"Vincent zi Britannia?" Suzaku spoke shocked again, "And he's the emperor's brother…?"
"Hmm, is that so?" VV responded, "I don't how you found out although I do have my guesses of who told you but I know one thing for sure. You Euphemia are just like Lelouch and Nunnally who are Zero and Void, you're a nuisance and you need to die before you cause and start anymore irritation not just for me but for Charles. Afterwards, Lelouch and Nunnally will be dealt with as well. I have to kill them like I should have done eight years ago."
Suzaku just stared at the recording and was shaking.
"Just tell me one more thing," Euphie said.
"What?" VV responded annoyed.
"Were you the one that told Suzaku that was I was in danger and that I would be killed by Zero and/or staying with the Black Knights?" Euphie asked.
"Very perceptive… yeah, it was me," VV admitted, "You were supposed to die in the ensuring chaos of the destruction of the zone by Pluton agents but now I'm doing this. When Suzaku Kururugi learns that you died, he will assume it was done by the Black Knights and his hatred for the Black Knights, for Zero and Void will ramp up further. It will result of Kururugi resorting in going on a killing spree and he and Lelouch will end up killing each other in the end."
"This is your reason for doing all this?" Euphie spoke upset, "Is that what you actually want?"
"To be honest, it wasn't hard to convince Suzaku Kururugi," VV pointed out, "it's funny if you think about it. His resentment towards those who he deems are obstacles to his goals makes it real easy to manipulate him and too bad for you that not even you yourself will be able to convince him otherwise."
"You deceived Suzaku for your own ends," Euphie said upset, "how many people will you use for your selfish ends?"
"That's enough out of you," VV said, "it's time for you to die to help with my plans."
The recording ended and Suzaku was left in shock as he slowly released Lelouch and stepped back.
"Now fortunately, Euphie is still alive," Lelouch said, "she had help and VV is now in custody."
"That recording…" Suzaku spoke.
"You can thank Euphie for this," Lelouch said, "she had the conversation recorded on her phone which she kept in her pocket. She then sent the recording not only to me but also to Nunnally and our core members. So we all have the same recording. Since you decided to show up, well I figured that I might as well have you listen to this recording so now you know."
"H-Hold on," Suzaku spoke as he was still shaking, "this can't be real."
"It is Suzaku," Lelouch replied, "This is an undeniable fact. VV played you and he was the one who was ultimately orchestrating the massacre at the Special Zone and framed Euphie. He's the one who actually wants Euphie dead and you fell for his lies hook, line, and sinker. Honestly I'm actually shocked that he didn't try to convince you that the massacre and the actions of those Pluton agents were done by me by the use of my Geass."
"Then that would mean…" Suzaku spoke getting upset, "everything he said about Euphie being in danger by you…"
"Yes, it was all lies," A male voice said suddenly.
Lelouch and Suzaku were shocked and they looked and saw Bismarck who was walking with his own sword in hand.
"Bismarck," Lelouch said.
"Bismarck?" Suzaku spoke surprised, "Wait, as in Bismarck Waldstein, the Knight of One?"
"That is correct," Bismarck said, "and back in the past, I actually had the pleasure of having the former prince be one of my students."
"Lelouch?" Suzaku spoke, "Taught by the Knight of One? That explains things."
"It does," Another familiar male voice said.
Lelouch and Suzaku looked and saw Jarvis who looked to be in a foul mood.
"Sir Trenton," Suzaku said.
"Kururugi, I will give you credit," Jarvis said giving a contemptable glare to Suzaku, "you manage to actually escape from me… and made look foolish in the process."
"I still can't believe how you blundered so badly," Bismarck commented, "Jarvis, that's just embarrassing."
"Believe me Lord Waldstein, I'm utterly ashamed of myself," Jarvis said, "so much so that I just want to crawl into a hole. Maybe I should still do," Jarvis pulled out his gun and pointed at Suzaku, "After I take the insubordinate fool with me."
Suzaku clenched his teeth in frustration.
"Prince Lelouch, you and I shall end this," Bismarck said as he approached Lelouch.
Lelouch narrowed his eyes at Bismarck and he unsheathed his katana and got in a stance. Lelouch and Bismarck charged toward each other with speed and clashed their swords. They faced each other as they had their intense sword fight. Meanwhile Suzaku was left facing Jarvis who was just annoyed in having to deal with Euphemia's former knight.
"Kururugi, what were you hoping to accomplish coming here?" Jarvis asked.
"It was to capture Zero and take him into custody and help end this rebellion," Suzaku answered.
"Even though you yourself blatantly disobeyed orders?" Jarvis asked.
"I'm just trying to help," Suzaku insisted.
"First you try to get Euphemia and take her back but now that has failed, you're trying to take Zero back," Jarvis said, "With Euphemia, you hope that you could bring her back to Prince Schneizel and hope that in some way, Prince Schneizel would forgive you for disobeying orders. How naïve but I think you already realized that. Of course with what happened, it's not possible for you so now you resorting in trying to capture Zero with the hope of ending this damn rebellion."
Suzaku clenched his teeth as he was frustrated.
"Here's the thing and I know that you may be a fool but you're not stupid," Jarvis continued, "You know that even if you had succeeded in bringing in Zero, it would not change your situation either with Prince Schneizel… so you plan to actually take him the emperor himself."
Suzaku was shocked hearing what Jarvis had just said.
"How do you know that?" Suzaku asked.
"We know about VV and his little schemes," Jarvis said, "so we figured that he would mention that if you eliminated or captured Zero and go to the emperor with him dead or alive that the emperor would reward you bypassing Prince Schneizel. He said something like that, didn't he?"
"Ah," Suzaku responded with his head down.
"He did," Jarvis said with a nod, "that's why you're doing this. I wonder what you hope to get if you brought Zero to His Majesty. Well I think that I might know but not that it matters, because I'm bringing you in so now Suzaku Kururugi, put your hands up and walk towards you. Your stupid little stunts are over. Make a wrong move and I will shoot you."
Suzaku clenched his fists and teeth as he felt that he was really trapped this time and his plans were up in smoke and it did not help with the fact that he just learned that VV basically used him for his own schemes along with the fact that he was the one who truly ordered for the massacre of the Special Zone and he had intended to actually kill Euphie which led him to realize that he basically gambled his credibility in the military based on VV's lies. Jarvis picked something out of his pocket and it was his cell phone and he was dialing a number while still keeping an eye on Suzaku and still pointing a gun at him. Meanwhile swords were still clashing intensely between Bismarck and Lelouch and Lelouch was doing all he can to keep up with Bismarck as he was on the defensive as Bismarck's strikes were getting stronger each time. Bismarck swung vertically and it was so fast that Lelouch barely blocked the incoming attack which made him slide back on his feet.
"Come now, this surely isn't best that you can do," Bismarck commented, "I know that I taught you better than this. Has your time in Area 11 made you slack off with your sword training over the past eight years?"
Lelouch composed himself and got in his stance again and focused on Bismarck. Lelouch charged forwards and swung his katana at Bismarck who blocked it with his own sword but Lelouch did not let up and continued with his sword strikes and the clash of blades occurred between Bismarck and Lelouch with intensity again.
"This is much better!" Bismarck commented liking the fight with his former student, "You can do this! It's a shame though Your Highness! You could have been a great asset for Britannia!"
"I don't give a damn for a country that is currently corrupt and ruled by a man who is willing to callously cast aside not only me, but two of my sisters!" Lelouch responded.
"You understand nothing of His Majesty," Bismarck rebuked, "You are ignorant of how your father truly feels."
"I know well enough," Lelouch said, "I knew back then and it was made clear when I confronted him after my mother's death. You can't tell me different especially when he himself made it clear how he feels when he told me that I was dead!"
Lelouch jumped back and Bismarck charged toward Lelouch who dodged his charging attack by spinning his body and going for another sword swing in which Bismarck was forced to dodge. Lelouch followed up by striking Bismarck's stomach with the bottom of his hilt. Bismarck responded by striking Lelouch's left shoulder with the bottom of his own hilt. Lelouch felt the pain and moved back again from Bismarck.
"Strong, he still so strong," Lelouch said in his head, "in fact, I would say that he actually got stronger. I expected this but it's fine. As long as the Black Knights succeed in our great operation, my personal loss will be of no consequences," Lelouch smiled, "They'll move on and continue the work to help other nations get free from Britannia's grip. The great movement has already begun and they don't know it."
"What are you spacing out for?" Bismarck commented, "Do you think you have the luxury to be spacing out?"
Bismarck was suddenly behind Lelouch and swung his sword but Lelouch quickly blocked the sword attack with his sword. Meanwhile Jarvis was still pointing his gun at Suzaku who just dropped his gun on the ground.
"Now walk towards me Kururugi," Jarvis ordered, "no funny moves."
"Sir Trenton, can we talk about this?" Suzaku asked.
"There's nothing to talk about," Jarvis said, "I have nothing to say to you. You have no standing so just shut your mouth and walk towards me."
"I just want to know about VV," Suzaku said, "I just want to know because it sounds to me that you and even Sir Waldstein know about VV. Then I wonder if you know about Geass."
"We do and that's all I'm going to tell you," Jarvis said, "now walk towards me. Last time I say it."
There was a loud clash which drew Suzaku and Jarvis's attention and someone landed on his feet but ended up being on one knee and it was Lelouch who was panting. Lelouch looked at the blade of the katana that was broken in half and he clenched his teeth as he looked forward as Bismarck slowly walked holding his sword.
"A very decent effort," Bismarck said, "You've done well facing me but sadly, it's still not good enough."
Lelouch stood up and faced Bismarck.
"So it would seem," Lelouch said.
"I'm taking you with me and bringing you to His Majesty," Bismarck said, "there he will decide your fate along with your sister when Nonette brings her to him as well."
"That won't happen," Lelouch said, "my sister will not be taken in by Nonette."
"You seem so sure of that," Bismarck said.
"It's just a fact," Lelouch said, "and my loss here will not end the Black Knights."
"As long as the organization succeed, what happens to you is inconsequential," Bismarck said, "is that what're saying? So in other words, you made yourself a sacrifice for your organization and its operation."
"When it comes down to it, yes," Lelouch answered.
"So that's why you did this now, why you intentionally provoke me to go after you," Bismarck said, "well then unfortunately for you, your efforts are in vain and I say that because myself and Jarvis received word that reinforcements are coming to aid Prince Schneizel. Your organization may have defeated the first wave but I doubt they will be able to defeat the second wave," Bismarck pointed his sword at Lelouch, "Your personal sacrifice is for naught."
Lelouch narrowed his eyes at Bismarck.
"I still believe," Lelouch said, "this isn't over, not for the Black Knights and not for Japan."
Somewhere in the ocean
Several Britannian naval ships and aircrafts were making their way to Japan acting as reinforcements for Schneizel. As they continued making their way, they were suddenly ambushed. It threw the reinforcements off guard as they were suddenly attacked by all sides. The ones attacking were several black ships with Knightmare Frames shooting assault rifles and rocket launchers. The aircrafts retaliated by shooting at their attackers but they were being shot at by Knightmares that showed up and were flying in the air. In the bridge of one of the black ships, one of the Black Knights was standing with his arms folded and had a grin and he was young looking man with brown hair wearing a red bandana.
"We got them," The spiky haired Black Knight said, "We won't let them help Schneizel."
In the bridge of another black ship, Talim looked on and nodded.
"We will keep up the attack," Talim said, "make sure we keep up so they don't get a chance to get to that country."
Four ships were making their way from Japan's shores and it was the ships that were owned by Peace Mark. One of the ships had the Knightmare Frame that was piloted by Orpheus and the other ship had a gray Knightmare that was piloted by Zi Dien. They flew up in the air and joined in the attack against the Britannian reinforcements along with four ships that were following them.
Tokyo, Japan
In the bridge of Schneizel's flagship, one of the operators was shocked as he was getting reports and turned to Schneizel.
"Your Highness, we have a serious problem," One of the operators said.
"What is it?" Schneizel asked.
"Our reinforcements are being attacked," The operator said.
"What?" Kanon spoke as he and Schneizel were shocked.
"Our reinforcements are being held back," The operator said, "they can't seem to get through the enemies' line."
"But how is that possible?" Another operator asked.
"Do we know who is attacking our reinforcements?" Schneizel asked.
"They seem to be black ships and they're carrying the symbols of the Black Knights," The first operator said.
"The Black Knights?" Kanon said.
"I see now," Schneizel said, "as I suspected."
"Prince Schneizel?" Kanon asked.
"They must be different branches," Schneizel commented.
A beeping sound occurred and it was a surprise to everyone in the bridge. It was a transmission and Schneizel gave permission to accept the transmission. There was static on the screen and it cleared up showing a man with a gray receding hairline and a gray mustache who was wearing a Britannian military uniform looking very upset.
"General McCormick," Schneizel said.
"Prince Schneizel, I am sorry for bothering you but we have an emergency," General McCormick said.
"What is it?" Schneizel asked.
"Your Highness, we have multiple uprising occurring in other territories," McCormick relayed.
Schneizel and the others in the bridged were shocked again.
"There are multiple uprisings?!" Schneizel spoke as he stood up from his throne.
"It just suddenly happened and it is in multiple Areas of the empire," McCormick stated, "rebels suddenly showed up and began their attacks in Knightmare Frames."
"All at the same time?" Schneizel asked.
"Yes Your Highness," McCormick said.
Multiple Areas of Britannia
Knightmare Frames suddenly showed up and started shooting at the unprepared Britannian forces destroying their tanks and Knightmare Frames. Rebels ambushed the Britannian soldiers stationed in various places within the Areas and took over warehouses and military bases. Leaders of rebel groups in the conquered countries declared to take back their countries and the lives for themselves and rallied up their followers and supporters.
Schneizel's Flagship
In the bridge, Schneizel was in shock in what was happening as the map that was showing of the Areas that were having uprisings of rebellions.
"I see now," Schneizel said.
"Your Highness," Kanon spoke looking at the second prince.
"This was coordinated," Schneizel said as he clenched his fists, "and I'm willing to bet that the one behind this…"
There was another beeping sound and Schneizel looked as visual was shown and it was several Knightmare Frames that were actually approaching the flagship and one of them that were leading the group was the Fenrir.
Nagoya
The Mobile Base commanded by Fayer was surrounded by the Knightmare Frames of the Black Knights and the one leading them was the Seiryu and more Knightmares showed and had been led by Keitaro. In the bridge of the Mobile Base, Fayer clenched his teeth in frustration as he was livid with what was happening.
Kamine Island
Jarvis was on his phone and was shocked when he was being informed in what was happening.
"This can't be real," Jarvis said.
Bismarck was concerned in what was going on so was Suzaku but Lelouch just stared at them observing their reactions.
"Jarvis, what is it?" Bismarck asked glancing back at the Knight of Two.
Jarvis put his phone down.
"Bismarck, there seems to be rebellions that are occurring in many Areas," Jarvis informed.
"What?" Bismarck responded shocked looking at Jarvis.
"Rebel groups in different Areas have launched surprise attacks," Jarvis continued, "almost all of them have already made their assaults to military bases and warehouses and even to each Area's Viceroy Palaces."
"Are they really rebellions happening at other places?" Suzaku asked surprised.
"When have each of them occurred?" Bismarck asked upset.
"That's the thing," Jarvis said, "according to the reports, they have all occurred at the same time."
"At the same time?" Bismarck asked surprised again, "Bur that's impossible, something like this wouldn't be possible. No, this is not a coincidence."
"They could have communicated with each other to plan their attacks," Jarvis said.
"But how would they even be able to do that?" Bismarck asked.
Bismarck and Jarvis had their suspicions which surprised them and then they turned to Lelouch who they saw smirking. Suzaku caught on as he also looked at Lelouch.
"The tides have turned and people are fighting back against the empire," Lelouch commented.
"Prince Lelouch, you clever little bastard," Jarvis said as he was ticked off, "This is your doing, isn't it?"
"Who's to say?" Lelouch replied with a shrug and a smile, "Maybe I had a hand in this or maybe it was some of my subordinates in the Black Knights or maybe just maybe the people in those countries saw what we the Black Knights have done here in Japan and it inspired them to fight back to take back their lives and country," Lelouch grinned, "Regardless everything is moving forward and I can guarantee you that the other nations that Britannia has desecrated will not be the only ones taking a stand and fighting back."
"Lelouch, you…" Suzaku spoke surprised and then he had his head down.
"You say that people have been inspired by you Black Knights," Bismarck said, "let see how long that will last when you the leader of the Black Knights is being taken in and it is announced that you have been captured and severely punished for opposing Britannia."
"Go ahead but like I said, what is happening right now will not end with me," Lelouch said.
"Even with that, it should not be allowed," A male voice said suddenly, "Especially if it can be prevented."
Hearing the voice surprised Lelouch, Bismarck, Suzaku, and Jarvis and then someone suddenly showed by landed in front of Lelouch and charged toward Bismarck who was forced to block the incoming attack with his sword. They were shocked to see who it was and it was Jinta who had charged the Knight of One with his own katana.
"Jinta?" Lelouch spoke.
Bismarck clenched his teeth in anger, "It's you, Jinta Kuromaki."
Bismarck pushed Jinta back and Jinta stood in front of Lelouch.
"Hello Bismarck," Jinta said with a smile, "it's good to see you again. How long has it been, twelve years?"
"Who is that?" Suzaku asked, "Another member of the Black Knights?"
"What the hell?" Jarvis asked annoyed, "What the hell are you doing here you bastard?"
"Huh, do Sir Waldstein and Sir Trenton know this man?" Suzaku asked in the head.
"Jarvis, you're here too," Jinta commented, "Hey CC, Jarvis is here as well."
"Yeah I see him," CC's voice said.
CC arrived as she landed on her feet on the ground and stood next to Jinta and in front of Lelouch.
"CC," Suzaku spoke surprised.
"It's you," Bismarck said.
"CC," Lelouch said, "Jinta, why are you two here?"
"Isn't obvious Lelouch?" CC replied, "We came to aid you. I'm not going allow you to be captured and be taken away."
"CC, we talked about this," Lelouch said, "You're taking an unnecessary risk being here."
"Like you're one to talk," CC said.
"I can handle what happens to me," Lelouch said, "but you on the other, we can't allow you to be captured and taken by them," Lelouch turned to Jinta, "and you Jinta, you're supposed to be helping Peace Mark in taking down the incoming enemy reinforcements."
"Our Peace Mark friends gave me the green light to assist CC in helping you," Jinta said, "everything is fine. They can handle this and so I came to help CC help you."
"Lelouch, I believe we already told you," CC said, "we're with you so you shouldn't be so ready to sacrifice yourself so easily. We can help you. We're here for you, all of us. Have more faith in us and besides you and I have a contract, we made a promise to each other so don't think I'm going to let you weasel your way out of it, especially with all the things you said to me," CC looked at Lelouch with a grateful smile, "Take responsibility for your words towards me."
"CC, I…" Lelouch said with a bit of a sad expression.
"I agree with what CC says and besides, our operation to liberate Japan is near success," Jinta said, "our forces are rounding up the remaining Britannian military and the flagship commanded by Schneizel is currently being surrounded."
"Wait what?" Suzaku spoke surprised, "You're saying that some of your forces have the flagship surrounded?"
"That's exactly what I said," Jinta said.
Jarvis clenched his teeth in frustration and turned to Bismarck.
"Bismarck, what do we do?" Jarvis asked.
Bismarck narrowed his eyes and readied his sword.
"The task does not change," Bismarck said, "the situations with the Britannian forces and the other Areas are unpleasant and the emperor will no doubt be furious but we answer to His Majesty and the task he has assigned us."
Jinta charged towards Bismarck again and he and Bismarck clashed their swords. Suzaku looked on and he had a sad expression with everything that was happening. Bismarck was annoyed with the interference from Jinta.
"So you insist getting in the way Kuromaki," Bismarck said angrily.
"That's the idea," Jinta said with a grin, "can't have you take Lelouch back to Charles."
"You're going to pay for interfering," Bismarck said, "you and CC."
Jinta just smiled at the Knight of One in response.
Tokyo, Japan
Nonette was in communication and was shocked in what she was hearing of the news of what was going and she looked at Nunnally who smiled. Nonette clenched her teeth and made her move but Nunnally quickly threw a smoke bomb which caught the Knight of Nine off guard and had to cover her eyes. Not long afterwards, Nonette looked and saw that Nunnally was out of sight and went to try to find her. The next thing that happened was that she heard a noise and saw that a familiar Knightmare and it was the Lucan that was ascending up in the air. Nonette was shocked and demanded that Nunnally come back and face her and even went as far as calling her coward. Nunnally ignored her and piloted her Knightmare away and suddenly the Vierge piloted by Alice showed up and followed the Lucan. Nonette was shocked and couldn't believe what was happening.
Schneizel's Flagship
In the bridge of the flagship, Schneizel was looking at what was happening seeing Knightmares of the Black Knights in visual.
"Prince Schneizel," Kanon said.
Schneizel took a deep breath and made a decision.
"If this is how it's going to be then I have no choice" Schneizel said with a frown.
