HELLO! I MADE SOME CHANGES IN CHAPTER 2 :)
INSTEAD OF CHARLOTTE, KAIDO IS THE ONE INVOLVED IN THE EXPERIMENT.
- Whole Cake City, Charlotte Mansion -
Zoro and Sanji arrived at Katakuri's house.
Katakuri saw Luffy in Zoro's arms and immediately approached them.
"What happened?" He asked
"Someone approached us while we were at the airport and they said she knew them, Then suddenly she held her head and collapsed," Zoro said still holding Luffy's motionless body in his arms.
"Did they say who they are?" Katakuri asked anxiously.
" I think I heard him say his name is Law? and there are two men who claim to be her brothers, " Zoro said, frowning.
"I see," Katakuri said taking Luffy from Zoro's arms before walking away.
Upon entering the room, Katakuri placed Luffy on the bed, before he plopped down on the chair next to it.
He Leaned on the chair and closed his eyes frowning.
6 YEARS AGO
After class, Luffy was still in their classroom putting her things back into her bag when someone hugged her from the back.
"Eeep" Luffy shrieked.
"Hey Babe, Miss me?" Katakuri whispered in her ear while hugging her.
"Mou~ you surprised me," Luffy said pouting and puffing her cheeks.
"Oi, get a room you two!" Cracker, Luffy's classmate, and Katakuri's younger brother teased them.
"Shishishi"
Luffy looked at him and stick her tongue then turned to Katakuri to hug him.
"Let's go, Babe" Katakuri said.
"Hmm? where?" Luffy asks smiling.
"It's a surprise, Just come," Katakuri said smiling brightly.
Luffy frowned but nodded, then Katakuri gently picked up her bag and held her hand.
They walk hand in hand and went to the parking lot of the school where Katakuri's driver is waiting.
"Katakuri-sama," The driver greeted "Miss Luffy, It's nice to see you again," He said smiling.
"Hi, Pekoms!" Luffy said smiling.
Katakuri just nodded and opened the door of the car for Luffy to enter first before he followed.
Pekoms got into the driver's seat and started driving.
"Where are we going, Babe?" Luffy asked, leaning on Katakuri and closing her eyes.
"Home," He whispered, Stroking her soft hair.
"Huh?" Luffy opened her eyes and looked at him frowning.
"Wait, until we arrive," He whispered, nuzzling his nose into her cheek.
"Shishishi, Mkay!" she giggled.
After a few minutes, they arrived at Charlotte's Mansion.
They walk towards the front door and opened it.
Luffy's jaw dropped open and Katakuri smiled at her surprised expression.
"Happy Birthday, Luffy!" The Charlotte siblings greeted her smiling.
"Happy Birthday, Babe," Katakuri said, giving her a peck on the lips.
"Mou~" She whined in tears. "Thank you, babe," She said hugging him before turning around to look at Katakuri's siblings.
"Shishishi, Thank you, guys!" She said happily.
"Here Luf, Mama sent this for you," Amande, Katakuri's sister hand her a small box.
"Oh, can I open it?" She asks smiling.
"Open it, open it!" Anana, the youngest said.
"Anana, it's not yours! it's Luffy-nee chan's" Flampe said.
"Hmph! I know! I just want to see what Mama gave nee-chan" Anana said puffing her cheeks.
"Alright you two, don't fight and come here. let's look at it!" Luffy said smiling.
"Yay!" The two chirped and run to her side excitedly.
"Those two are always fighting over your girlfriend Katakuri, you have to look out for them, perorin," Perospero said in a teasing voice, smiling.
"Not only those two," Smoothie said.
"True, the Majority of our siblings really like Luf," Compote said.
"Can't help it, just look at her," Oven said nodding in Luffy's direction . " her smile is brighter than the sun's ."
"Mama likes her so much too," Mondee said.
"You are so lucky to be her boyfriend, treasure her brother," Daifuku said smiling.
"I know, I will, you guys know that I love her so much," Katakuri said blushing before he left to approach Luffy.
"Oh! Isn't that our company's new phone!? Wow! M ama gave nee-chan the newest model!"
"What!? It's not even on the market yet!" Mont-d'Or whined pouting.
"Stop whining Mont-d'Or, It's Luf's birthday, not yours!" Brulee said.
" Alright guys just put your presents for Luf on the table so we can go to the dining room and eat, I bet Luf is already hungry, " Amande said, winking at Luffy.
"FOOOOOD!" Luffy chirped.
The siblings giggled at her antics.
Everything is going well in their relationship, the whole Charlotte family is also close to Luffy, they were always happy, until one day, they had a big argument that led to their breakup and for Luffy to leave Whole Cake City and transfer to another school.
When Luffy left, Katakuri with the help of his siblings tried to look for her everywhere but they failed.
He saw her again 6 years later, on the day the explosion happened at Dressrosa Facility.
- 3 MONTHS AGO -
Katakuri is currently at Dressrosa Facility visiting Doflamingo for their family business when an explosion suddenly occurred.
While trying to get out of the building, he saw Luffy get blown up when there was another explosion below her.
He stopped and scanned the area and tried to search for her, but it was difficult as the fire is spreading and the building is engulfed in thick smoke.
He searched and searched for her until he heard something,
"Love! Love! Answer me please!"
Following the direction where the voice came from, he saw Luffy, she was seriously injured and crawling in a pool of blood, her blood.
"Lu-" he stopped.
"L-love, c-calm down," Luffy said trying to sound okay even though Katakuri can see she was in a lot of pain.
"Oh god! Love, are you badly hurt?"
Katakuri heard a man on the other end of the line say.
"Hmm, I-i'm fine, j-just dizzy," He heard her say, stuttering but weakly smiling.
He felt his chest tighten, he still loves Luffy. He never stopped loving her.
- Present -
He shook his head to chase away that memory.
"Katakuri-nii," A girl said.
Katakuri opened his eyes to look who is it,
"Flampe, what is it," He asks.
"Is Luffy-nee okay?" She asks looking at Luffy's sleeping form.
"She's fine, she's just tired," He said looking at Luffy when suddenly she started to stir.
"Ugh,"
"Luffy-nee!" Flampe chirped and suddenly hug Luffy.
"Eh? Uh, Flam...pe?" She said in a low voice.
"Luffy-nee, I missed you!" Flampe said still hugging her.
"Oi, Flampe, go ask Sanji to prepare some food," Katakuri said.
Flampe ignored her brother and turned to look at Luffy instead.
"Luffy-nee, are you going to eat with us? everyone's here!"
"Oh, sure, let's do that," She said smiling while ruffling Flampe's hair.
"Yay!" Flampe chirped happily.
Suddenly there's a knock on the door. 'Knock knock'
"Come in," Katakuri said
"Katakuri-sama, dinner's ready," a middle age man said.
" Okay, we'll be there in a minute, thank you, Tamago." He said.
When they arrived at the dining area the siblings and Charlotte Linlin, Katakuri's mom are already there.
"Oh, Luf, glad you could join us for dinner, aren't you tired?"
"I'm fine, Mama. I had a good sleep," She said smiling while taking a seat beside her.
"I see, that's good then," Charlotte Linlin said smiling.
"Mou~ not fair! Flampe! I want to sit beside Luffy-nee too!" Anana whined.
"And, here we go again," Amande said shaking her head.
"Mamamama, those two really love you Luf," Linlin said laughing.
Luffy just giggled, while Katakuri shook his head.
"Seriously, they never change, perorin," Perospero said.
"Luf, let's go shopping tomorrow," Smoothie said.
"Oh, sure!" Luffy chirped. "Are you coming too Amande nee?" She asks looking at Amande.
"Sure, I would love to, Luf," She said smiling.
"Can I come too!?" Anana and Flampe both said, and they glared at each other.
"Alright you two can come, But... no fighting, Okay?" Luffy said smiling.
"Okay! Yay!" They both chirped.
"Bring Zoro and Sanji when you guys go shopping and Don't tire yourself out, okay? you just woke up," said Katakuri, looking lovingly at Luffy.
"You worry too much, I'm fine, but we will bring Zoro and Sanji, so don't worry," Luffy said smiling.
- Dressrosa City -
Ace, Sabo, and Garp are currently at Law and Luffy's Condominium.
"Jiji, did you find out who are they?"
"Yeah, the green-haired is Roronoa Zoro and the blonde is Vinsmoke Sanji, they are from Whole Cake city, they've been working for Charlotte Family for 4 years," Garp said.
"Charlotte Family?" Law asks, frowning.
"Isn't it the owner of the largest and most advanced electronic company?" Sabo said.
"Not only that, but they also owned the Malls and Hotels in Whole Cake city," Law said.
"So, how did Lu end up with that family?" Ace asked, frowning.
"No one can say, but did you notice? they called her Miss, and those two are both protective of her" Sabo said.
"Wait Sabo, didn't Lu study at Whole Cake High before she transferred here?" Ace said.
"Oh! Right! She attended Whole Cake High before, then she suddenly transferred in the middle of her junior year," Sabo said.
"Didn't Lu have a boyfriend back then? What's his name?"
"Ka...ka..." Ace said thinking hard "ah! I don't know I can't remember at all," He hissed.
"Can't we just do something to get her back?" Law said in an annoyed voice.
"Let's call Shanks and the others to inform them," Law said dialing his phone.
Ring, Ring Ring
"Hello?"
"Shanks, it's Law,"
"Oh, Law, what is it? is there any update on Anchor?"
"We found out that the guys who were with her when we saw her at the airport are working for the Charlotte Family," Law said.
"Charlotte?!" Shanks yelled in the other line.
"Do you know them Shanks?" Sabo asks.
"Charlotte Linlin, I know her, we attended one of her tea parties before," He said.
"Can you contact them?" Ace asks.
"It's hard to meet her, but she usually hosts a tea party at Whole Cake Hotel, wait they are on the news open your television and watch," Shanks said.
Ace immediately opened the television on the news channel.
'The Charlotte family have announced the engagement of their second son, Mr. Charlotte Katakuri. They will be hosting another party at the Whole Cake Hotel next Sunday to officially introduce the bride-to-be!" Looks like the whole family loves the future bride. Let's wait to find out who is the girl who won Mr. Katakuri's heart!' The newscaster reported on television.
"Ah! That's the name! Katakuri, the name of Lu's ex boyfriend!" Ace yelled.
"What!? Anchor, dated the second son of Charlotte?" Shanks yelled from the line.
"Yes, she dated someone when she was attending Whole Cake High, but we didn't know that her boyfriend at that time was Charlotte," Sabo said.
"Seriously? you brats?!" Garp hissed.
"Then, the girl in the news? it's Lu?" Ace said, frowning.
"That can't be! Lu's my girlfriend! I won't allow this!" Law hissed.
"Calm down, We can't just go there and act recklessly, remember, Anchor doesn't remember us, she doesn't remember you Law," Shanks said.
"Damn it! Then what should we do?!" Law shouted in frustration, "I can't lose her, I can't..." He muttered covering his face.
"Let's investigate first, anyway, I have to go we have to attend a meeting," Shanks said.
"Alright, bye Shanks," Sabo said before hanging up.
"So? how should we investigate?" Ace asks.
"Let's go to Whole Cake City," Law said in a low voice.
"Right! Let's go to Whole Cake City and investigate!" Sabo said.
