Me: Eh, I know this is a day late, but I wanted to post this little fic. Um, it's for Mother's Day, which was yesterday, and I think it's a cute and humorous fic. Read to find out more.

Slade was training Robin in the training room, when the door burst opened and a woman was in the door way.
"Oh Sladey-poo!" the woman hollered. "Come see Mommy!"
Robin looked at the woman with wide eyes and he glanced at Slade, whose hands were clenched into fists.
"Mother, what are you doing here?" he asked as calmly as possible. "Can't you see I'm busy."
"Did you forget it was that special time of year for Mothers?" the woman asked.
"What are you talking about Mother?" Slade asked.
"Its Mother's Day you naughty boy," she said. "Don't tell me you forgot?"
"No Mother, I didn't," Slade said.
The woman walked towards Slade and she saw Robin.
"Oh, is this your son Sladey-poo?" she asked. "He is so adorable."
"Mother, he's not my son," Slade said. "He's my Apprentice. Now we're very busy. Go home."
"You don't want to spend time with your wonderful Mom?" Robin asked smiling. "I'd spend time with her all day if she was my Mom."
"Be quiet Robin," Slade said, backhanding him.
"Oh Sladey-poo, don't be harsh with the boy," Slade's mom said. "He's just trying to be sweet and adorable. Isn't that right Robby-poo?"
"Oh yes Mrs. Slade's Mom," Robin said. "I'm always sweet and adorable."
"Please. Call me Mrs. Wilson," she said. She returned her attention to Slade. "Sladey-poo, come spend time with your Mother. Its time to be Mommy's little boy again."
Robin tried not to laugh at the thought of Slade being a Mamma's boy, so he examined his steel-toed boots and how shiny they looked.
"I can't right now Mother," Slade said. "I'm not a little boy anymore. I'm a full-grown man with an Apprentice to train. Now leave us be."
"No. You will come with your Mother and you can come now," Mrs. Wilson said. "Right now mister!"
"Mother!" Slade whined. "I can't right now! Maybe some other time! Now go home or I'll take you home myself!"
"I guess we can spend some time together if you take me home Sladey-poo," Mrs. Wilson said. "And then you can come back and finish training Robbie-poo."
The woman walked to the door and she waited for Slade to follow.
He complied.
"Wow," Robin said. "I'm going to have fun with this."
Slade returned two hours later and Robin was waiting for him.
"I like your Mom," he said. "Can I call you Sladey-poo too?"
"No, you cannot," Slade said.
"And what took you so long... Sladey-poo?"
"You are really asking for it, aren't you Robin?" Slade asked. "Just so you know, she wouldn't shut up. That's what took so long."
"Did she give you a Mamma's boy cookie or did you just talk?" Robin asked.
Robin was having a lot of fun with this, but Slade wasn't.
"Robin, Robin, Robin," Slade said. "I will destroy your friends if you don't stop this now."
Robin started laughing.
"It's Mother's Day. You wouldn't do that on Mother's Day would you?" Robin asked. "But if you really want me to stop, then I will... Sladey-poo."
"Good," Slade said. "And just so you know, I didn't forget that it was Mother's Day."
"What did you get her then?" Robin asked.
Slade sighed.
"I can't take this right now. Go to your room."
"Yes Sladey-poo."
Robin left and Slade sighed again.
"Happy Mother's Day Mother," Slade said sarcastically. "Don't expect anything from me next year." Slade left and he returned to his workroom and he saw his Mother tied up in a chair, showing in a hidden camera. He smirked. "Happy Mother's Day to you too Mother."
Me: I know it's not much, but I think it was a cool idea. I don't expect any reviews, but if you read this, please do. Happy late Mother's Day ya'll!
