A/N: Thank you my two lovely reviewers! I guess everyone else just hates me. (goes and cries in corner) Anywho...now that that moment of drama is over, Enjoy!

They had been going out for two months now and things seemed to be going great. That is, until one late, unusually dark night.

Suddenly, a rather loud, excited screech echoed through the night. The Diffy family had heard a similar sound many times before but never quite this excited.

"Dad! What is it this time?"

"I finally did it!" He was overjoyed.

"Mmhmm…right…"

"No, seriously!" he defended.

"Are you sure, Dad?"

"Yes Phil, I'm sure!"

"But I don't want to go back!"

"Well I'm sorry son, but we have to."

Phil immediately ran up to his room to call Keely.

The next day, Phil spotted Keely sitting on a bench in the park. Their bench. The bench they had been sitting on when the first got together. She was writing something in a notebook and had her guitar placed next to her.

"What are you working on?"

"Oh just a song inspired by the recent change of events about to take place in my life," she answered without looking up at him.

He was filled with sorrow. He sat down right beside her, wanting to be closer. "Can I hear it?"

"Not yet," she said quickly.

He loved hearing her sing. He loved all the songs she created. They were from deep within her soul, a place where no one else could venture. They were beautiful and heartfelt. He wanted to know exactly how she was dealing with this. He knew how much it hurt. To have everything you'll ever want or need and to find out you'll soon be left with nothing. Nothing but an empty soul. That couldn't feel good to anyone.
